I wish to complain about this dating site that removed my subscription merely because I complained about the poor quality of their website and service. They are very reluctant to help regarding my getting a refund, which I demanded, and are making it as difficult as possible to carry this out. They have sent a form which is less than satisfactory. Given the behaviour of this company, I suggest that they are not to be trusted. I have wasted time and money on this company and will never use them again. I want to make sure that they return my payment, so please check them out. Thank you.

I started to register a membership but i changed my mind and newer went through.
I do not wish to be a member of Dating Factory. Sins I have not resewed information about inlogg I can not use their service and see no reason way I should pay.
Dating Factory has withdrawn 399 skr from my account. Peace just delete my membership.

Web.site hard to end membership. I been on the site for a month I'm not happy with the site. Every women is foreign and don't speak English. Every email I have received is from a women who don't speak English. I called the 800 phone # to cancel my membership, they dont have me down as paying. They said it's some firm in Switzerland, I tryed calling and received the can't reach this #

Datingfactory.com dont believe the positive reviews you'll see anywhere about this company because they are lying about this and making this up. The truth is Datingfactory works with criminals and they are tricking customers .
there is a site called singlesextreme where they advertising for the scat porn industry.
This is illegal with their own terms...They do everything to take your money, including false profiles, fake messages, nothing holds them back from taking your money.so now you know you are warned if you want to work as affiliate dont work with datingfactory.com they work illegal and its a big scam

My learning disabled son signed up for two weeks membership but the fine print, that my disabled son obviously could not comprehend, automatically extend membership. As a result he was charged for some 18 months of membership or over AU$1, 000 an amount he cannot afford being on a Disability pension. How low can they go taking advantage of the intellectually disabled.

I want my account terminated. Your site says I need to fax you a form stating such. I do not have a fax machine.
Cancel my membership today.
I only joined in the first place because after putting up a basic profile I was flooded with "messages" from so called "users". That seemed promising so I paid for a month. Then I found out those messages were not from people at all but generated by the site. That's manipulative...

Dating Factory is a pure scam.

Fake profiles, fake messages. The site sends you emails saying you have messages, I had 15 in 2 days, they you have to sign up to read, But then you still cannot read, unless you take VIP.

Then you find the messages are fake and not real, so one cancels.

This means you authorize two payments before you find out, then one cancels once one finds it is a scam and then they want two chargeback fees of 25 each, on top of a monthly fee even if you get barred from the site for non payment.

If you do not pay they will threaten debt collection.

90% of the profiles on the site I was a member if were fake. If you did a google image search on so called members photos they turned up on all sorts of websites - Russian, US, French, Spanish etc. They make up profiles to make it look like they have plenty of attractive members. I'm a heterosexual male so this was my experience with female "members". I must have messaged 40 - 50 members and I can say for absolute certain only 3 were genuine people. They also trick you into upgrading to not only a paid member but to VIP so you can communicate with all these trial members who of course don't exist (only VIP members can message trial members). It's criminal, nothing less, they should be charged with fraud like JDI Dating was

I have signed up for DatingFactory and recently I was fraudulently charged by this company.
Without my permission they took $20 from my card and I found out about that when I received a message from my bank. I would like to know why did they took my money and why they never told me anything! That is absolutely illegal! I never allowed them to take my money!
Tried to contact DatingFactory customer service but they did not reply. This is a total scam!

Dating Factory promise to help you succeed with one of their white label sites then they don't help you when you ask and then your sites fail and get closed down. when you ask how to get money they owe you that has not reached the payout limit they will tell you that they will arrange for it to get paid out to you. its has now been a year since my sites closed down and i requested my money multiple times and still no payment or answers just the silent treatment so that you give up and they can pocket your money.

I wanted to warn other people that the website www.datingfactory.net is scam. I subscribed for one month membership, but they automatically subscribed me for 2 more months and no one informed me about it. After that they continued to charge me and it was impossible to stop these ###. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. Maybe you can advise me how to stop these withdrawals.
