I am a 57 year old college educated female that has had a p/c for 12 years, but I feel like an idiot right now. I was reading a news article (CNN) and noticed to the side a story from a "mom" that lives in a town 30 miles from me about fantastic inexpensive teeth-whitening. Her piece was very "down-to-earth" and believable. You order just 2 free trials and pay a very small shipping fee to get snow white teeth. I fell for the SCAM, entered my credit card info, had second thoughts, and clicked on my bank account. In less than one minute, the $1.95 shipping plus $59.95 had been taken from me. I called my bank and was told the charges were pending and nothing could be done until the charges went thru. I called Dazzlewhite and the thief said I would have to return the product, get a tracking number (which requires paying EXTRA postage) before I could CANCEL or get a REFUND! All of this took place in less than TEN MINUTES. You also have a deadline to get it back to them or you'll still be charged!
What kind of country is this? DO NOT ORDER THE FREE TRIAL FROM THESE CROOKS! If this product was so good, they would not stoop to scamming and stealing from honest folks. NEVER AGAIN will I fall for such CONS on the internet! If you order this stuff, you will be sorry and like me...feel like a fool!
My story above (scam, theives, liars) only gets worse! Now they are sending me emails pretending to be the "good" guys to get more personal info from me! Can you believe this? I do believe they change their product name frequently to keep the scam and money flowing. I've found many complaints about products that sound exactly the same, but with other names. Such as: "IvoryBrites", "Max White Teeth", etc. It was confusing to me why I did not find more Dazzlewhite stories. If you Google it, you will find pages of websites that sell/give free trials. Look on the right side of the page where you'll find it listed also under Target, BizRate, & other well known businesses. Click on them...they do not have such a product! It's shoes, clothing with "dazzle" or "white" in the description!
At one point today, there were THREE ads on this page, YES, this page for DAZZLEWHITE. All of this blows my mind. I will say I've learned a big lesson that, God as my witness, will never fall for this trap again. I will say these characters have learned how to get rich fast thanks to the trust of other folks. Please keep the warning going...I'm usually skeptical about even small things, but not anymore. This is sickening to know what some of our country has stooped to.
I sent my 10th email to Dazzlewhite today. As I've said before...these folks are making mega bucks from honest, trusting people. They are a SCAM, CROOKS, LIARS; no better than bank robbers in my opinion. You MUST cancel your bank accounts; the charges will not stop, no matter what you do. I know it's a big pain to do this, but I personally cannot pay these theives $60 every 3-4 weeks for nothing. You can call, email, chat online, return the trial sample unopened...the charges will not stop! Also each person you speak with will promise you no more charges & refunds. Read all the complaints & comments. I have not found ONE that has gotten their refund & all charges stopped. I thought mine was after cancelling my cc, but 3 weeks later on my NEW cc, there it was $58.76. I do not have any of their stupid scam porduct...returned it same day it arrived certified mail, unopened. We must stop these crooks before they leave the country for good. They are using many addresses & names...Dazzlewhite, Ivory Brite, Maxi White, EZ Bright. That's why it's so difficult to stop them. The "mom" with many names that only paid shipping charges for the free trial just happens to live near you because your IP server lets them know where you are online. Very clever, don't you think? It certainly has dooked a lot of very educated citizens, myself included. Please tell anyone that has fallen for this & feels like a fool to please post their complaint. It will help all of us to stop this & possibly get some $$ back!
To SMARTBOI96: I wouldn't hold my breath that you came out without being scammed just yet...I canceled everything as requested, returned product within 14 days of placing order (certified & unopened like I was told to do), and even closed my credit card account, contacted my bank within 10 minutes of placing order, and opened a NEW cc acct after 3 weeks. Guess what? They charged me $58.76 on my NEW cc acct 3 weeks AFTER they signed for my unopened "trial pkg" sent certified mail. Read all the terms you can find...these crooks are scam artists, no matter what they say in an email, online chat, or live on the phone. My bank had to get them off of my back & out of my $$$ when I filed a formal dispute with every detail, email, online chat, and a copy of the folks around the globe that took the time to complain on this website. Maybe you are not one of countless others that did everything in the "terms" and still got charged, but I would keep an eye on my bank account. Read the number of folks that never received a "trial" product to return or got it after the 14 days had pasted. What are they supposed to do? If this product is so great, why do they lie and cheat to keep posting their ads?
To DJ64:
I found the number for you to try and cancel the Axis Wellness: [protected]. Hope this helps, but keep checking your bank statement regularly. I was told by countless online chats, phone calls, and emails that I would receive full refunds, and all "memberships" canceled. But they were all lies. I had to cancel my cc acct and dispute in writing to my bank before these scam artists stopped taking my $$$. I still check it daily, even though this nightmare began in May. Good luck!
To Addie M #1, 2, & 3: I know most of us on this complaint board admitted to being too trusting, and some (including me) acting very foolishly by giving you our personal financial info (which you certainly wasted no time taking advantage of)...but in the last ABOVE THREE comments about how to stop you from robbing us of even more $$$$; you have so cleverly changed your name and phone number! If that doesn't shout SCAM ARTISTS, I do not know what does. Look folks...the company is suddenly called DazzleSMILEpro (instead of Dazzlewhite Pro) and the correct original phone number is: [protected], not [protected].
Addie, I am sure everyone that placed an order for a "free trial" paying merely the shipping charge would much rather have their $$$$ returned, and you can keep YOUR CONCERNS. This website would not exist if you had a good product and ran an HONEST business.
THANK YOU ANATHEMA!
I could not have said it better myself...if you scroll back to the top of page 1, you'll see I started this "complaint" discussion in May. I hate that so many folks followed in my footsteps, but I did find out I was not the only TRUSTING person left on this planet. Without a doubt, there are probably thousands more that have not taken the time or do not want to admit they screwed up by giving these scam artists their personal info. I despise anyone that takes from others dishonestly rather than getting a "real" job. I read these comments daily...many say the same things I did (how do they sleep @ nite, would you like this done to your family member, etc). A big puzzle to me is why GOOGLE prints these complaints day after day for months, yet continue to place their Dazzle ads on this same page time after time! I guess to some $$$ is $$$$ no matter how you get it. But what goes around, comes around.
Att. Andrewlexington
I started this "blog" when I was scammed in May, 2009. Go back to the the first page to read the first complaint. What else do you need to do? First these crooks are fantastic liars...will say anything to get you off the phone or online chat. I did EVERYTHING within minutes of ordering, returned my product registered mail unopened within 30 minutes of it arriving in my box, talked to several reps, emailed, requested countless times for order to be canceled immediately, called my bank & canceled my cc...guess what? Three weeks after I got my NEW cc, they charged me AGAIN! I confirmed with the USPS that the pkg had been received by them, along with hundreds the same day as mine.
You need to contact your bank asap, tell them your card was stolen, and cancel it. Some folks have had to switch banks. I'm telling you this can turn into your worse nightmare. By the way, they are pulling this scam all around the world, not just USA. Good luck, watch your bank acct DAILY, and don't believe anything these thieves tell you.
ATTENTION: Carolyn Y., Stellaa, A. Peachie, Sharon Kopecky...
Do you not ever feel any guilt because you are choosing to take money from innocent, trusting folks that have no idea the nightmare they are stepping into? There is no doubt in my mind that children and elderly people are having to "make do" with less food, clothing, and many other items that they need because of your scam. Innocent little kids and senior citizens that can't hurt a fly doing without because you refuse to find a job that doesn't rob, cheat, or steal from others that have never wronged you in any way. How do you look at yourself in the mirror? Like the person you see?
God has a special place in hell for thieves like you. God doesn't pay every day, but He always pays. Think about that when you put your head on the pillow tonight.

BIG TIME SCAM
I also just figured out that I got scammed by Dazzle white! I also saw the ad on the side bar that said something about a lady who lived in my city...Blah, blah, blah and so I clicked on it and it brought me to the dazzle white site (or their site for a day anyways). I ordered the trial size and thought I was getting it for free plus 1.95 shipping and then after ordering it and seeing the statement, it came to like $13 or something and so I chatted with someone online and they said it is a flat rate to canada from the states (and I was dumb enough to believe that). So I get the trial...about 3 weeks later I revieve another one in the mail with a flyer saying I'm so glad you stuck with us...So finally get online to check what was going on and to find that the site is gone and then I started reading about all this scam stuff:( So I call them to see what is going on, to cancel my account and to see what they charges me for that other one! The guy didn't even know what the site was, he gave me 3 different ones. I also asked him what I was charged and he said I do not see any charges, I said not even the one from the trial, he siad wait I'll look it up and then told me that if I kept the 2nd one that they sent me past 14 days that I would be charged, so I said I will send it back, but i do not have the box and he said just follow the instructions that I send you in your email. So then I came across this site and decided I better cancel my credit card...so I call the card company and tell her what was going on and then she goes on to tell me that they have charged me 4 times at $87.62...luckily she cancelle my card right away and told me I would not be liable for any of ther charges...thank god
I can not believe what happened, it was my own fault for sure and I have learnt, never to buy anything online! Those ###...so please buyer beware...Definately a scam...BIG time
I hope those crooks sleep good at night. Maybe with one eye open...Then again I feel like I'm wasting my breath, because they probably don't have a conscience. Can you tell I'm livid? I was stupid enough to get scammed for 87.50. Never again will I purchase something off the internet!
I too was scammed...i am a 25 year old male with a degree. Ive have used computers, and bought off the internet my whole life. I feel like a fool. I started to get nervous right after i ordered it, so when they called to confirm my order i told them that i didn't want anything. The lady on the phone was a complete ###, and told me that she didn't have the number to the cancellation dept. finally a manager got on the phone and gave me the number. I sent it back...What else do i need to do?
From Yahoo ANswers:
Q:
Dazzle smile or Premium White free trial scam. Beware!?
These trials have hidden terms you must read before you order the trials. They will charge you monthly the amount of $87.62. Even if you call to cancel within your trial periods(14days), Dazzle Smile (now change to Premium White) will still charge you the money unless you send the trial product back to them before the expiration of the 14 day trial period. That means.. suppose you call to cancel on the 13th of your 14 trial period, you have to send the trial product back overnight or you will be in trouble. Here is the email excerpt they send me:
"In case you are still within your 14-day trial offer, then you are still responsible for this order as well as the billing of $87.62 for the DazzleSmile Pen at the end of your 14-day trial period. This billing will only take place if you fail to return the product back to us before the end of your trial period. If we do receive and process your trial return at our returns department before the end of your trial offer period then this charge will not take place. If you 14-day trial period has already ended and you have received or been shipped an additional shipment, then you will not be billed for any other shipment from this point forward." Beware customer! This company is a scam

A:
This indeed IS very much a SCAM!
Whats so deceiving about the ad is it can be found on major news sites and the company makes it look like a news story or consumer report, when in reality it is all hidden terms and multiple charges to your card, all while you are blissfully unaware of what is happening.
Even if you agree to only the $2 or so "trial" product they will send you a kit that you have to send back in order NOT be charged.($87.62) this amount changes too) And, you will have to pay shipping! Take it from me and DO NOT buy anything from this company or others like it (they change names often)! I am sending my complaints to my Attorney Generals Office, the BBB, and IC3.gov in hopes if more people report it they may be shut down.
I tried to cancel my trial order literally five minutes after it was placed and they said they would cancel the trial but the $87.62 kit will be shipped regardless. They told me it was already processed. Whats odd is I never saw anything or agreed to anything like what they were saying over the phone. I would have never agreed to anything involving more payments or extra monthly cost to my credit card. So, this is basically fraud. It is very deceptive. I called my bank and they told me if I do get charged I will have to fill out a (EFT) for possible fraud. I have to go to the post office now and my bank?! All this running around for a stupid product I never wanted! What a nightmare. Do not let this happen to you.
This is terrible. I was charged for another trial after I got my money back from Dazzle White for a fitness club they signed me up for with a 40-day trial. I was supposed to get an e-mail with a login which I never received, so I didn't even know to cancel. There were just two lines at the top of the offer that you had to click off or you were automatically signed up for this trial. These people should feel ashamed of themselves cheating people out of their hard earned money by putting ads that look enticing to people trying to make it by in this economy.
I was sucked in as well. It seems to have to do with the "fine print" that automatically signs you up for stuff you don't want and then bills you monthly under different names and different 800 numbers to keep it confusing. The best way to guard against these scams is to read the "terms and conditions" carefully but even then I wouldn't count on it with companies like these. Check your credit card bank statement frequently to look for suspicious charges. This is much easier now with online banking statements. These things are so alusive that it seems impossible to stop them.

3 more steps you can take now if you are a victim of this scam:
1. Chargeback. File a fraud charge with your credit card or bank and let them sort it out. They have more muscle to go after this sort of crime. Explain to them about all the consumer complaints that are on the internet and "insist" that they do charge-back or file a fraud charge. Your bank or credit card organization has all the tools necessary to find out where the charges are coming from, what business is involved, addresses and phone numbers connected to the charge and etc. You may not know or have access to this information. The banks and credit card org have all this at their fingertips and are obligated to handle the problem that has resulted.
More info at: http://www.chrismalta.com/scamtip1.asp
2. FTC. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Their job is to monitor and go after these types of scams. Go to: http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm or https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
3. Attorney General. File a complaint with your state Attorney General and also with the Attorney Generals of Iowa, Colorado and FLorida (where a lot of the phone numbers and addresses seem to be located)

If you live outside the US, you can file a complaint at www.econsumer.gov
I see I'm not the only educated person who actually didn't know that every "free" offer today means automatic enrollment in a scheduled mailing plan to keep receiving the product (and keep getting charged.) Trying to cancel Dazzle White, as others have said, is a pain in the butt and hard to do before a charge is already processed. If you do not read the small print and/or the 'terms and conditions' before you order your 'free' sample, there's nothing you can do except, as in my case, be told you must send the product back at your own expense and it must be received by a specific date which was 4 days after I received it. These tactics should not be allowed.
NO MORE TURBULENT WATERS-
I want to quote another writer who is angry about the "Dazzle White" "Dazzle White Pro" "WhiteSmile" "EZ White" company's practices. Rochelle Campbell comments,
"Like everyone else I to have been SCAMMED BY DAZZLE WHITE...DO NOT sign up for your free trial they say you only pay $ 14.95 for postage & handling, but, then you are still charged $79.95 for the product. You will still keep receiving products and be charged for them unless you cancel them, They don't state that though! Oh and you will also notice on your BANK STATEMENT withdrawls coming out of your account from names like ELITEPACK...VH ACCESS...KITACCESS.As far as im concerned this is STEALING, like everyone else this company should be INVESTIGATED and shut down.I was one of the lucky ones by the sounds of it to be able to send the three dazzle white products back and be reinburst for my money. But also to be safe i had to cancel my credit card and be issued another one which cost me $10.00...I AM VERY ?*@# off with this company for scaming so many people...SOMETHING REALLY NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT IT !"
I feel your pain! In my case I had entered my credit card numbers to enroll in a $1.95 shipping cost of the "free offer" - June, 09. Thankfully I did not enter any bank card numbers when enrolling in the "free trials".
I cancelled my credit card a few minutes ago- Nov., 09. I believe that when this mess is done, I'll have paid $450.00 to these fraudulant "companies". The CC rep. asked me if I had filed a police report- NOT YET.
Wow! I wanted my teeth whitened... I should have gone to my dentist for the service, and I would have paid much less and had great results. These products did not produce any better results than what whitening strips from a drug store have done.
As for the other companies listed as making charges to my credit card... "accessmember" "elitepack" "healthmember" "VHaccess" and etc. ETC.- customer services reps. could not give me descriptions of products or services that they were supposed to provide. The "healthmember" representative I spoke with by phone (Don) said that his organization manages payment plan"services for over 5o companies" and that I would need to look on the internet to find out what services the "healthmember" company offers.
MANY PEOPLE ARE BEING AFFECTED BY THESE SCAMS...
I plan to do what "show.themoff" recommends and contact www.fraud.org !
*Complain and then maybe we can gain some peace.

The same happened to me... I returned the product instantly and went through all the steps and hoops BUT charges were again entered on my VISA card about 4 weeks later and my VISA caught it immediately and contacted me. It seems I got several "complimentary" other memberships with my initial Dazzlewhite order... one for "World Gym something" and another for "Weight Loss Resources, " both trying to charge my account $25.00 a month for memberships. VISA canceled the card immediately to stop more bogus charges from happening and in the meantime we have had hours of work sorting it all out. THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!
SADLY TO SAY I TOO AM A VICTIM OF THIS SCAM, ONLY THAT I DID NOT NOTICE CHARGES ON MY CC UNTIL I WAS OUSTED ALMOST $300.00. ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT BOTH DAZZLE WHITE AND OTHER CO. I WAS NOT AWARE THERE WAS A TIME LIMIT OF RETURN ALSO MORE SHIPMENT PASS TRIALS. WHEN I RECVD. TRIAL PRODUCT NOTICE THERE WAS NO SECURE SEAL, THERE FORE JUST DISCARD IN TRASH AND ASSUME I WONT WASTE TIME TO CALL FOR UNDER $10.00 REFUND NOT KNOWING THIS WAS ALMOST $300.00. FROM BOTH TOOTH WHITNER COMP.

JUST BECAUSE THE AMOUNT IS UNDER $100 IT IS STILL ENOUGH TO GET A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FILED.
LET ME KNOW - I'LL GET THE BALL ROLLING HERE IN CHICAGO!
The Better Business Bureau can help you. These companies do not like dealing with the BBB and having bad comments posted the the BBB website. They also are required to resolve whatever issues with the BBB.
You need to contact the servicing BBB that covers the zip code where your product came from. It's easy and it works. You'll get every penny back that was scammed from you.
I wish I had seen these messages before I ordered. They got us Brits real good. At today's rate £243.34 = US$ 401.27 USD, I hope they all have a wonderful christmas...NOT, the theiving $£%&^* :(
Call your bank. Ask to do a chargeback for a few fraudulent transactions. Some call this process a "credit card dispute." They are obligated by law to issue a refund when you tell them fraud has occurred, so do not take "no" for an answer from your credit card issuer. They will put the money back into your account and send you paperwork that you MUST respond to. You will need to explain what happened and send this back on time. End of story. Your bank is required to do this according to Visa and MasterCard policy, so if your bank is small and claims ignorance, keep pressing until you get the chargeback for ALL charges that these people stole from you. IMPORTANT: They will not stop charging you even with a chargeback. Cancel the card that you compromised by supplying it to the crooks, and order a new one.

I just came back from UPS to ship the package back to Cleanwhite. It cost almost $10! I didn't even try and sent back. Here I have a question. I cancelled both Cleanwhite and Dazzlewhite on the phone and Dazzlewhite gave me a cancellation #. I haven't received the Dazzlewhite package yet but the shipping fee is pending on my credit card.
Please anybody advice. What else do I need to do from here? Both shipping fee has been somehow pending on my credit card and no other charge so far (my order was 11/23 and today is 12/1). Dazzlewhite, they sent me an email about my address was incomplete and I replied the proper address but that email seemed to be undelivered because it returned to me. I explained it to the customer service when I get the cancellation #.
Am I charged for anything else next by next like other people on this thread mentioned? Where am I supposed to call to cancel what?
@ FantasticFreck: Thank you for the www.fraud.org info, I shall report the Clear Lift Ultra deception to them as they are all owned by the same organization that thinks its perfectly reasonable to cancel a contract (issuing a cancellation number) but still to pass on personal information to third parties. One might think the only reason for the so-called 'Free Trials' is to gain access to card numbers/addresses but, of course, that can't possibly be the case can it? I've already lodged a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading (UK), Fraudwatch International, econsumer.gov a Cross-border Agency that deals with such unfair trading and several more interested parties. The more people who draw attention to these sharp practices the better. I'm posting warnings on every forum I can and hopefully between us all we can save others from the worry we've been caused. I'm being leeched upon for no good reason at all - I have no contract with any of these people - a contract is agreed between parties for the payment of goods and/or services received - I've received nothing at all. It will be a very long time before I let this one go.
Yea well this stupid company (if you can call them that) took my money. NOw they dont want to give me my money back. I had to block my bank account because they kept charging it and I have no idea what it was. And yes now I have to pay for this crap that was a "free" trial and pay out of my pocket to send it back. This really suckes because they take people's rent money for their enjoyment with their stupid false advertisement.
If you get hit with all of the charges call your bank and have them suspend your card so that you dont get any further charges and then you will have to go to the bank and get a temporary card. But dont let time pass you by.
All these 'trial' products appear to be charged at the same price - how odd. No proper trial can be given to any product when the 14 day trial begins the moment the order is placed and the goods have to be returned before the end of the period. International customers have no chance of complying unless they turn the goods around on arrival.
Delivery of the product I wanted to 'trial' was between 4 to 7 days - 4 days from the US to the UK is very unlikely to happen and for those in Australia and New Zealing its a non starter even though some say their product was dispatched from within those countries. Fortunately my goods never arrived and I cancelled immediately. Two 'names' attempted to take over £50 from my account on the same day but my vigilant bank's fraud department blocked them both; they were known to them apparently. Even though no contract existed between myself and the original company from whom I ordered, others completely unknown to me have withdrawn money for what I have no idea. I've received no goods or services neither have I received any form of contact from anyone and, therefore, am unable to cancel. My original product is now no longer available and the advertisement/website has been removed so any further attempt to check the devious terms and conditions is futile. Unfair trading - certainly! I've reported the companies concerned to every agency I can find and all monies withdrawn from my account are currently the subject of 'dispute.'
@Honest hard-working American: So sorry you've fallen foul of these people. Please don't let it drop, report them to every agency you can and post on every forum of which you're a member. Perhaps we can save some other poor soul from becoming entangled in this mess. There's no need to feel foolish at all, these people thrive on people who are trusting and are very good at what they do. I've bought hundreds of items from the 'Net over the years and this is the first time I've been cheated. I'm fortunate that no goods arrived, therefore, the company was in breach of its contract with me. I maintain that because of this they have no right to pass on my personal information to other parties. It would appear that the goods and services offered are a by-product and the main aim is to acquire a healthy list of credit card numbers. Always check that the principal players in these Trial offers are of previous good character. Searching for such information can be quite an eye-opener.
Before putting anything in one's mouth or on one's face it's prudent to check that the product has been fully tested to the correct standards otherwise the results could be disastrous.
@Ruairi: The various companies involved claim we all agreed to the Terms & Conditions clearly laid down when we placed our orders. The product I agreed to 'Trial' has now disappeared from the 'Net along with it's webpage and Terms & Conditions. This makes it tricky for them to maintain I agreed to anything as it will be very simple for them to alter anything they wish to suit the situation. I've written to my bank today, supplying as much information about the various 'names' involved and asking that any further unauthorized withdrawals be subjected to a chargeback. Thank you for the information you provided.
i have a friend who used to work at one of their call centers ..she said the only way you can get a refund is to get your bank to call them and let your bank (not you) request a refund. they will transfer you to someone else but you might be able to get a refund this way. also if you are calling yourself dont get mad at the operators...they actually dont have a refund button so they cant give you a refund so it does no good to argue with them it just wastes your time and theirs all they can do is read from a script...dont bother asking for a supervisor either. just have your bank call them and request a refund for you.
PLEASE PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!
This is nothing more than a Ripoff... I've been billed Four (4) additional times for $79.28 even after I sent the product back within the 2 week trial... They claim to have a 60-day money back guarantee... Not before they rape your bank account first!
They need to be shut DOWN!

the commonwealth bank of australia has been inundated with calls from customers re this credit card scam for Dazzle White Pro and Acai Burn ... the bank told me this when i rang them.
I think I've come across a similar scam. I saw an advert on Sheffield (UK) gumtree asking for product testers for a teeth whitening product. I don't have much money at the moment and looked into it because I figured I could maybe treat myself to a beauty treatment and make a little extra cash for Christmas.
They sent me this email:
"Important: Please Read

This study is being undertaken by ProWhite LLP, who are in no way connected to the manufacturer of the product. Our trial testing will be to see whether the product would be successful for launch in the UK by companies who wish to co brand the product which is patented under US law. Please do not call the teeth whitening company asking any questions regarding this product study, because their employee personnel will be unaware of it.

I was suspicious of:
1. The S&H charge which the original ad didn't mention.
2. The fee of 1200 which seemed excessive if there's minimal risk.
3. The warning not to contact the manafacturers of the product because they wouldn't know about the trial!
4. The address given, I googled it and only found somewhere that rents meeting rooms, no mention of the company! Googling the company name got nothing, which would fit with them changing it to avoid suspicion. I googled teeth whitening trials and found this, which seems familiar, especially since the scammers were traced to a UK address.
Now I'm concerned these people have my contact details, but thankfully not my card details!
I think it's important people know these scammers are also advertising on job websites.
Their website links to idol white so I've posted on a complaint about them but I'm also posting here because this has more people and the scam sounds very similar.
Can someone explain how the company gets your new credit card number? I just cancelled my current card due to this scam. And someone is stating that's still not enough! Where's the end to all of this MADNESS?
This "Lisa Beseler" comment above has been posted on a number of forums.
It's a lie.
Check out the site below, you will see it there amongst the scores of complaints about this product.

They name this exercise "the worst scam of 2009".
Companies are not allowed to operate in this manner in Australia i.e. using deceptive conduct and signing you up for other products and services unassociated with the original product - it is in fact, illegal.
Given the number of complaints that can be found on the internet, why are the U.S. government allowing the people behind this scam to continue trading?
Why are the banks and credit cards companies allowing people's accounts to be continually pillaged by these "shonks"? They all know of the complaints by consumers.
I'm going down this line here in Australia.
For example, Australia Post, the national mail carrier - they are very much aware of the scam as Just Think Media use their facilities for the alleged returns process.
My question to them is "why are you permitting fraud on taxpayers premises?"
It has them running.
National current affairs programs are also on to this scam over here - hopefully you Americans and other nationalities caught up in this can get the same sort of exposure.
Personally, I won't stop until the people behind this scam are brought to justice, including the employees who know full well what is going on as we have all made the phone calls, sent emails, chatted "online" etc - and when that happens, we can all have the last laugh!
