I am a 57 year old college educated female that has had a p/c for 12 years, but I feel like an idiot right now. I was reading a news article (CNN) and noticed to the side a story from a "mom" that lives in a town 30 miles from me about fantastic inexpensive teeth-whitening. Her piece was very "down-to-earth" and believable. You order just 2 free trials and pay a very small shipping fee to get snow white teeth. I fell for the SCAM, entered my credit card info, had second thoughts, and clicked on my bank account. In less than one minute, the $1.95 shipping plus $59.95 had been taken from me. I called my bank and was told the charges were pending and nothing could be done until the charges went thru. I called Dazzlewhite and the thief said I would have to return the product, get a tracking number (which requires paying EXTRA postage) before I could CANCEL or get a REFUND! All of this took place in less than TEN MINUTES. You also have a deadline to get it back to them or you'll still be charged!

What kind of country is this? DO NOT ORDER THE FREE TRIAL FROM THESE CROOKS! If this product was so good, they would not stoop to scamming and stealing from honest folks. NEVER AGAIN will I fall for such CONS on the internet! If you order this stuff, you will be sorry and like me...feel like a fool!

My story above (scam, theives, liars) only gets worse! Now they are sending me emails pretending to be the "good" guys to get more personal info from me! Can you believe this? I do believe they change their product name frequently to keep the scam and money flowing. I've found many complaints about products that sound exactly the same, but with other names. Such as: "IvoryBrites", "Max White Teeth", etc. It was confusing to me why I did not find more Dazzlewhite stories. If you Google it, you will find pages of websites that sell/give free trials. Look on the right side of the page where you'll find it listed also under Target, BizRate, & other well known businesses. Click on them...they do not have such a product! It's shoes, clothing with "dazzle" or "white" in the description!

At one point today, there were THREE ads on this page, YES, this page for DAZZLEWHITE. All of this blows my mind. I will say I've learned a big lesson that, God as my witness, will never fall for this trap again. I will say these characters have learned how to get rich fast thanks to the trust of other folks. Please keep the warning going...I'm usually skeptical about even small things, but not anymore. This is sickening to know what some of our country has stooped to.

I sent my 10th email to Dazzlewhite today. As I've said before...these folks are making mega bucks from honest, trusting people. They are a SCAM, CROOKS, LIARS; no better than bank robbers in my opinion. You MUST cancel your bank accounts; the charges will not stop, no matter what you do. I know it's a big pain to do this, but I personally cannot pay these theives $60 every 3-4 weeks for nothing. You can call, email, chat online, return the trial sample unopened...the charges will not stop! Also each person you speak with will promise you no more charges & refunds. Read all the complaints & comments. I have not found ONE that has gotten their refund & all charges stopped. I thought mine was after cancelling my cc, but 3 weeks later on my NEW cc, there it was $58.76. I do not have any of their stupid scam porduct...returned it same day it arrived certified mail, unopened. We must stop these crooks before they leave the country for good. They are using many addresses & names...Dazzlewhite, Ivory Brite, Maxi White, EZ Bright. That's why it's so difficult to stop them. The "mom" with many names that only paid shipping charges for the free trial just happens to live near you because your IP server lets them know where you are online. Very clever, don't you think? It certainly has dooked a lot of very educated citizens, myself included.Please tell anyone that has fallen for this & feels like a fool to please post their complaint. It will help all of us to stop this & possibly get some $$ back!

To SMARTBOI96: I wouldn't hold my breath that you came out without being scammed just yet...I canceled everything as requested, returned product within 14 days of placing order (certified & unopened like I was told to do), and even closed my credit card account, contacted my bank within 10 minutes of placing order, and opened a NEW cc acct after 3 weeks. Guess what? They charged me $58.76 on my NEW cc acct 3 weeks AFTER they signed for my unopened "trial pkg" sent certified mail. Read all the terms you can find...these crooks are scam artists, no matter what they say in an email, online chat, or live on the phone. My bank had to get them off of my back & out of my $$$ when I filed a formal dispute with every detail, email, online chat, and a copy of the folks around the globe that took the time to complain on this website. Maybe you are not one of countless others that did everything in the "terms" and still got charged, but I would keep an eye on my bank account. Read the number of folks that never received a "trial" product to return or got it after the 14 days had pasted. What are they supposed to do? If this product is so great, why do they lie and cheat to keep posting their ads?

I found the number for you to try and cancel the Axis Wellness: [protected]. Hope this helps, but keep checking your bank statement regularly. I was told by countless online chats, phone calls, and emails that I would receive full refunds, and all "memberships" canceled. But they were all lies. I had to cancel my cc acct and dispute in writing to my bank before these scam artists stopped taking my $$$. I still check it daily, even though this nightmare began in May. Good luck!

To Addie M #1, 2, & 3: I know most of us on this complaint board admitted to being too trusting, and some (including me) acting very foolishly by giving you our personal financial info (which you certainly wasted no time taking advantage of)...but in the last ABOVE THREE comments about how to stop you from robbing us of even more $$$$; you have so cleverly changed your name and phone number! If that doesn't shout SCAM ARTISTS, I do not know what does. Look folks...the company is suddenly called DazzleSMILEpro (instead of Dazzlewhite Pro) and the correct original phone number is: [protected], not [protected].
Addie, I am sure everyone that placed an order for a "free trial" paying merely the shipping charge would much rather have their $$$$ returned, and you can keep YOUR CONCERNS. This website would not exist if you had a good product and ran an HONEST business.

I could not have said it better myself...if you scroll back to the top of page 1, you'll see I started this "complaint" discussion in May. I hate that so many folks followed in my footsteps, but I did find out I was not the only TRUSTING person left on this planet. Without a doubt, there are probably thousands more that have not taken the time or do not want to admit they screwed up by giving these scam artists their personal info. I despise anyone that takes from others dishonestly rather than getting a "real" job. I read these comments daily...many say the same things I did (how do they sleep @ nite, would you like this done to your family member, etc). A big puzzle to me is why GOOGLE prints these complaints day after day for months, yet continue to place their Dazzle ads on this same page time after time! I guess to some $$$ is $$$$ no matter how you get it. But what goes around, comes around.

I started this "blog" when I was scammed in May, 2009. Go back to the the first page to read the first complaint. What else do you need to do? First these crooks are fantastic liars...will say anything to get you off the phone or online chat. I did EVERYTHING within minutes of ordering, returned my product registered mail unopened within 30 minutes of it arriving in my box, talked to several reps, emailed, requested countless times for order to be canceled immediately, called my bank & canceled my cc...guess what? Three weeks after I got my NEW cc, they charged me AGAIN! I confirmed with the USPS that the pkg had been received by them, along with hundreds the same day as mine.
You need to contact your bank asap, tell them your card was stolen, and cancel it. Some folks have had to switch banks. I'm telling you this can turn into your worse nightmare. By the way, they are pulling this scam all around the world, not just USA. Good luck, watch your bank acct DAILY, and don't believe anything these thieves tell you.

Do you not ever feel any guilt because you are choosing to take money from innocent, trusting folks that have no idea the nightmare they are stepping into? There is no doubt in my mind that children and elderly people are having to "make do" with less food, clothing, and many other items that they need because of your scam. Innocent little kids and senior citizens that can't hurt a fly doing without because you refuse to find a job that doesn't rob, cheat, or steal from others that have never wronged you in any way. How do you look at yourself in the mirror? Like the person you see?
God has a special place in hell for thieves like you. God doesn't pay every day, but He always pays. Think about that when you put your head on the pillow tonight.

From another sucker (one of whom is born everyday!) I thought I had cancelled all of the teeth whitening products on the phone and of course made the extra mistake of not keeping cancellation records, when our credit card company notified us of another 88.97 charge. I called the number provided by the credit card co and let the poor person on the other end have it! I'm usually such a nice person.

She said I could return each unopened package by a certain date and be credited the full charges. She would email me instructions but all I received was an acknowledgement that I'd cancelled. I called the number provided [protected]) and was told to:

I GOT SCAMMED BY THEM AS WELL
i'm 18 and i was stupid. there must be some ruled against this to get them sued but im too young i dont even know how to sue.
firstly, in ALL the pages leading up to the payment (all the pages it goes through before you get there) there (on the origional site which it changed completely) there were NO TERMS AND CONDITIONS that said it would take $80 something dollars off you if you diddnt send it back within 14 days. it diddnt say that ANYWHERE. then after buying it i was lucky (but not really lucky) enough to find that it said it on this page somewhere in small print right at the bottom (Ts & Cs) and you diddnt even get to see that page before buying it. so most people would have got conned by there but i found the page.
SECONDLY, it told me clearly, with no writing saying otherwise EVEN IN TH TERMS AND C's, that it would charge me about one dollar for the whole thing because it wasd a free trial and i only had to pay for the postage. so i went through about 3 pages of it saying "we will debit you $1. something. and so i finally, after checking all of the pages fully for any cons, foolishly clicked OK because i thought that if it says its charging you a certain amount, legally, like a receipt, it HAS to charge you that amount, but no, it charged me about 12 dollars (the equivilent because im from england)

THE LAST BUT WORST THING:
it says if you don't return it within 14 days you get charged more than $85 dollars
(which is the equivilent of £50 something pounds as i saw on my bank statement eventually.)
Anyway, so ok you have to return it within 14 days,
OF PURCHASE!
IT TAKES THEM MORE THAN 30 DAYS TO SEND YOU IT!
even if you lived in the US and it took them a week to send it you wouldnt even have a chance to use it before you sent it back and even then it probably won't get to them in that time because they take weeks to sort through the parcels.
its been about 6 months and they still havnt given me a refund and they don't plan to

they did actually take about 30 days at least to post mine and i WOULD have got my refund but i diddnt because of this (and watch out for this one aswell)
you can send it to them perfectly, with your order number written on the front and everything, and the instructions followed perfectly, but if you don't pay a fiver to get an TRACKING number attatched to it from the post office. they simply "CAN'T FIND IT for you" (bollox)

anyway i hope this is a perfect warning. also the worst thing is (which i luckily saw in the terms) was that...

IT WILL KEEP TAKING LARGE SUMS OF MONEY OUT YOUR BANK if you don't contact them and let them know you want to cancel the subscription
-as soon as you buy it they put you into this "subscription" they don't tell you about. once they have taken the money off you you can't get it back. for people who don't check theyre statements (like me) it will go on for years.

I was foolish for applying free trail from only Dazzle white but there have been a few companies which still taking from my account. I called my bank to cancel them but at last i got nothing to seem helpful from them. Just have to deal with them now. If there is anyone who khows exact right contact number plz help me

I have no idea who Wayne Euber is but he is part of the scam. This company either authorizes the charges to other companies or sells it. Do not sign up for this product--there will end up being numerous charges on your charge cards that will appear each month and you will not be able to get rid of them.

DO NOT under any circumstances order this product! It is a big scam and the product doesn't work. They send what is supposed to be a trial tube for S & H charges and then you get a full sized tube and are charged over $70 for it and then in about 3 weeks send another tube and charge another $70.00. I did get it canceled, but no money was returned when I called them. Their excuse was it was past the refunding date. Even though I sent it back within 45 days and the trial time was supposed to be 90 days. It is a BIG SCAM and they keep moving their offices. I didn't know it was now the UK! I have definitely learned my lesson not to order anything on the Internet!

If your from the UK just go straight to your bank and explain how you don't have a receipt for the amount they charged you. I'm with HSBC and they sorted this out straight away and got my money back. Dazzle crap won't even try and argue with your bank as they don't have a leg to stand on as you only have a recipt for the amount of the so called 'trial' and if they have taken the money. If you tell you're bank you haven't received the product which the dazzle company have no proof that you have received it because they don't track their parcels then their terms and conditions aren't legally followed as they can't legally prove when your 14day trial has began as you haven't received the item to begin the trial.

Dazzle white are still all over the internet in US UK and Australia, they may change their name slightly but the SCAM is the same and the fraudulent stealing from peoples credit card accounts go on everyday.

The Government agencies in each Country are not helping by closing this company down and tracking the money trail using the Anti terrorist laws available to track and seize the funds taken under this scam.

The Dazzle white scammers are funding terrorist activities worldwide.

I urge everyone to email congress or Parliament in their Countries to highlight the criminal and terrorist funding this scam is providing.

I asked for a refund of $58.76 in August, , had to send bank records, , fought with the bank to no avail, , this is April 8 months later and still have not received a refund, , What scam artists and crooks they are, , Wish there was a wider media to stop these people from stealing from us .. DON"T ORDER THIS PRODUCT < YOU CANCEL AND GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR REFUND BACK, , 11Should have listened to the bank, , yhey know who they are, , said I probobly wouldn't see it, , The killing part about it is, , there is no phone number, they give you a fake corporate address, , DON"T FALL FOR THIS

I agree that these scamming, no good, lying, thieving, fatherless, money grubbing crap heads ought to be shut down once and for all. They give honest people who do a legitimate on-line business a bad name. It really makes it difficult to do a legitimate business. I was robbed by them also and I see they are still there as strong as ever. There is absolutely no way that I will ever order anything that I "only pay shipping" on ever again. As soon as I see that statement, either on the internet or on TV or hear it on the radio, I say "SCAM" to everyone within hearing of my voice. It's true, that that is painting everyone with the same brush but think about it folks, How can you stay in business by giving away your product for the ridiculously low price of "Pay only for the shipping". Even for a "free" trial sample. I'm 71 years old and own and operate a business and have used PCs for years. I feel like a fool for falling for such a SCAM.
They aren't alone. Just when you think you have them stopped, you get another charge from their associates who have been given your account numbers. I had to close my bank account in order to get it stopped. No valid phone numbers and if you do happen to get a person they are trained to say the same thing over and over. They all use the same script and they are not smart enough to even realize they are (see sentence no. 1 above.)

Hi I'm from the UK I traced the company to Cyprus my credit card company said the Office of Fair Trading are watching the and the Fraud Squad in England know all their details. I was lucky the credit card refunded everything it taught me a lesson never pay online via credit card you can't block any paymetns going out

The reason these people are still around and getting away with misleading advertising is that they're doing nothing illegal. We didn't read the Terms & Conditions properly. The adverts (all) clearly state the trial is free, it does not say that the same applies to the product. If the product is not returned within the time period stated then the product has to be paid for and regular supplies will be sent and charged for until cancelled. This also applies to the subscriptions to which we agreed when requesting the 'trial.' Each of these subscriptions has to be cancelled individually which is a nightmare. Fortunately my bank was on the ball and gave me a single address to which to write and demand that all subscriptions should be cancelled immediately and no further attempts should be made to extract funds from my credit card. This was, fortunately, successful and I received a full refund of all money taken. However, I was luckier than most in that I never received the initial 'trial' product - had I done so, I would have been legally liable for all costs to which I'd agreed. Please READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS and then don't bother ordering; my feeling is that any organization that needs to mislead potential customers will not be overly bothered about the quality of its products.

How polite and understanding Penny I applaud your " Turn the other cheek" I on the other hand am not so forgiving or understanding. At the bottom of the trail that is this company are theives at best but more likely they are funding criminal or terrorist activities and using mugs like me and you to promote their brand of hate.

Foxy do not be fooled to think the Uk Fraud squad and the Dept are doing anything but watching and sending you and me letters. This scam has been going on for some years and is based in Cyprus because the judiciary can be bought there very easily. In Cyprus they are very worried that they do not have any true and clean legal people left in the system.

Government in Europe and the USA could stop this practice on no time at all but they choose not to and that makes no sense at all does it.

This company are scammers/terrorist/criminals = ###

@Mikey53: Make no mistake Mikey, 'turn the other cheek' is the last thing I'd recommend with these sharp-dealers. The banks and card companies can do very little to stop this type of business as, strictly speaking, it's not illegal as long as they stick to their Terms & Conditions. My belief is that the T & C are unintelligible and 'unfair' in the extreme but I'm not a lawyer.

I cancelled my credit card with all the inconvenience it caused me but the bank told me that even doing this is no guarantee they won't keep trying to extract money from me. Apparently the bank is obliged to transfer all requests for payment to the new card and even closing a bank account won't clear the 'debt' as they are also obliged to honour any such debts and then come after the debtor, namely me, to reimburse them. It's a no-win situation. However, changing the card number generally deters these people as they are fully aware that their business practice is decidedly dodgy. Fortunately, in my case they had no right to make charges as I received neither goods nor services from their organization and, therefore, no contract existed; others are not so lucky.

My bank asked me for all details of the transaction, dates and times of phone calls made and any cancellation numbers I'd been given. They also requested written confirmation that, having received none, I was unable to supply. They do know who these people are, all my dealings with them led back to a food shop on Cyprus, and they are a multi-company organization (affiliates) selling tooth-whiteners, diet, fitness and face care products. If they fail to extract payments from their unwitting 'victims' using one company name, they will use another and another - the domain names under which they operate appear to be infinite.

They use the dubious practice of location specific advertising, ie/ the "MOM" who seems to live near to everyone in the world, to mislead people into believing their untruths. The only advice I can give is to do as I did and cancel the credit/debit card used in the first instance, refuse to accept (or return at once) any further product received, write letters, keep copies and hope this will deter these unscrupulous people who will always have plenty of other unwitting victims on which they can prey.

Further to my last comment I would also point out to those who may not know, the so-called 'trial' starts the moment you click the submit button and, therefore, if you live in the UK or Australia there is no chance that customers will be able to receive, try or return the goods within the specified period. Therefore, no proper 'trial' is possible so please don't bother!

ClassAction.com has been taking info of those of us that have gotten scammed by these thieves. I have not thouroughly investigated this site, but if they are able to put DazzleWhite and its affiliates out of the scamming business...I applaud them.

I called my bank the moment that I saw the debit from my account and was informed that if I change my debit card number that I would not get further charges from this company and IT WORKED. Of course, I didn't get my initial $88.97 charge for the 1/32 oz. "sample" of the product refunded, even though I did cancel before the 12 days and returned the sample as requested. Since it's been over 6 months, I have chalked it up to a teaching experience. IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE- IT IS!

If you would actually read the Terms & Conditions of the offer, you will see that you were not Ripped Off. You agreed to the Terms & Conditions without reading them (Your quote - "Hopefully I won't be so stupid next time, there better not be a next time".) How can you blame the company for that.
