I ordered a pizza at 20:22 and it is 22:10 still no pizza I do not mind waiting but not receiving my order is rude I am disgusted and disappointed because I order there pizza regularly.

I placed order for a Hawaiian pizza and the online order special fr to standard subs after 2 hours I phoned to asked where is my food and I was speaking to the manager he told me they are very busy for delivery but my food is out of the shop for delivery so I was fine with that then they phoned me back after more then 2 hours tell me they don't have subs where do the manager tell me the customery food is on the way and then tell me they don't have the food I ordered this is unacceptable and hope something will be done about this

On 19March2018 I ordered pizzas from the Uitenhage branch in Market street and waited almost an hour before they phoned me and without apologising told me that they are unable to make my delivery because their drivers are refusing to drive on a gravel road but eventually a driver called Jason did deliver my pizzas and when I ask him what the problem was he told me that he doesn't like to drive on a gravel road and he was forced to deliver my pizzas. Sorry to say I was highly disgusted and in future I will definetly not order from Debonairs.

On 1 September 2017 I made an order at the plumstead branch as I've been doing for years, I made the order at 19:28 my order came 2 hours later, cold and with the hot or not dot torn off the box of pizza, my mom got the order for me at the door as I was in bed with my then 10 month old baby, my mom told me about the pizza being cold and the sticker torn off, I told her phone the branch to find out what we should do as I no longer wanted the pizza due to its condition, the delivery guy starts shouting at my mother by this time he woke my baby up and I went to see that he was pointing his fingers in my mother's face shouting I was in shock!As I'm on the phone calling the store his still shouting and forced his way into our home my mom told him to please wait outside while we speak to the manager, he refused to do so!The conversations are on record and can be heard for proof, our neighbor was concerned because of the shouting as this was unusual, he came over to find out what was happening, during this the store manager phoned him and told him to leave my house, as he was speaking to her (in their own language)he got into his car and left, about 10minutes later he arrived with 4 police vans, the police asked what had happened and spoke to the same manager, they then told us that he was told to leave my home, which he refused.The next day the branch owner came to my home, apologized I gave him the money, even the pizza was never eaten !Next day 2 detectives came to my saying that this guy /Debonairs has laid a charge against me for theft and assault, I got arrested was belittled and humiliated!Since then I've been up and down to court, we've even been to mediation and his just refused to settle this issue(keeps hinting to compensation), it's now going to trial on the 23/02/2018
This i still find so shocking and I'm utterly disgusted with the whole situation!

On friday 19th January i phone and order for take away as i doing the last 3 years 2 times a week.The delivery man was 25 min late as we walk inside the house i saw the sticker on the box already turn black...but it was late so i leave it there to give my kids food..and as my son was eating he found a hair on his pizza! This was so awefull, they threw the whole pizza away...money in the water for me as i single mother.
I will never ever buy anything from u again..im so dissapointed.

My wife and I ordered pizza delivery of pizza takes more than 2 hours. Spoke to this rude manager by the name of Sibusiso, I am very disappointed in the service received from Debonairs and it so called manager. I want you to sort your staff out, take them to training again. As for Sibusiso he does not deserve that job whatsoever, I want to know what you guys did to penalize him I want to see proof of that.

I placed an order of 2 pizzas for my mom & I at the Debonairs Century City Branch & received a buzzer, my mom & waited & waited and the buzzer did not go off so I told my mom I must go find out wat is happening only to find my order along with many others waiting on the counter top. When I explained that the buzzer did not go off yet I seems order there I was asked where was I standing & I said just around the cnr then was given my order I felt that pizza in this & immediately told that assistant tht the pizza was cold & tht I wasn't happy with th fact that is was laying on the counter & no indication that it was done, no beep fm th buzzer. I expressed not being happy about it & was told tht he will call the manager. The manger came never even introduced himself but u immediately explained that the buzzer did not go off but my pizza was lying on the counter & it is cold asked him to touch it but he refused saying his hands was dirty then sad but thbox is warm. No apology! I then said yes tht may b tht the box at the bottom is warm but the pizza is cold & again said u can feel it cause I did. He gave me such a horrible look tht I actually cud not believe this man. He then said where was I standing so I said as I mentioned to his assistant, he said that buzzer do not carry tht range & tht his people wud have told me that pizza wud take 15-20 Min to b done so I said to him, noone said anything bout time & tht is not the point cause I received a buzzer & it did not go off, he said again but my people wud have told u the pizza will take 15-20min again I had to repeat myself and say noone said anything about time & if they buzzer has no range was I supposed to stand in front of the counter & wait for it. He just kept giving me a look tht disturbed me even more. Tht man Gafni customer services skills nor any common decent etiquette. He then said I will have others made & I said how long will that take cause check the time on my slip & check the time now I have already waited more than an hour for 2 pizzas he said 15min & I said tht is not acceptable y not give me 2 from the counter there was so many on there & he said he can't give me others then said again I will make others I said again I am not prepared to wait he just gave me another stared look as if he was annoyed & more angry than wat I shud b being the customer, I cud not believe wat I was going thru I was so sick to my stomach as Neva before have I Eva Experienced such bad service let alonw disgraceful attitude from a manager. He wrote his name on another slip & gave the to me & said I want the slip to give your money back. So I took a pic of tht too & took it. He must have asked another assistant to give my money back cause he walked away without saying anything, I took it & left I told my mom wat had happened & she said she was so concerned cause I took so long & got worried Theni said this man was do rude. We left & stopped at KFC at the Shell garage outside & u wud not believe the Amazing service I witnessed from the manager there towards both the staff & a customer.
I would appreciate it tht this be addressed as a grave concern, I wud not like others to experience wat I did let alone my emotions. I do not think tht tht manager shudeven manage staff but shud go on a soft skills cause as well as learn extensively on wat customer centrics is all about!

Hi, My Name is Lerato I bought pizza at debonairs mall of the south on the 27th of at about 12pm November 2017. The service was so bad & there was not even a queue, the ladies that worked the Monday were firstly arguing on who take the order & prepare the meal. And did that infront of me as a client which was not appreciated. When I got home as i preferred take away only to find the pizza burned. This is really not appreciated & not really pleased as a client. I have attached photos of the pizza

So on the 24th November 19:30 I placed an order for an on the double deal for delivery and was told it would take 1 and half to 2 hours. By 22:00 I had received nothing yet and nobody answered my call for the next half hour that I tried calling. Note I jade no food in my house at that time which is why we ordered the pizza. We all just went to bed extremely hungry. I have 2 kids age 8 and 6 who fell asleep hungry. I didn't even have bread. It is 13:30 the next day, 25 November and still nothing? What kind of service is this? I received a call 01:30 in the am from them, I was sleeping. That is not a decent hour to call. So I called them now and I was asked if I would like to replace my order. Why the hell would I do that? I must pay for something that I had ordered yesterday? Almost like nothing is wrong? Are you serious?
Oh and this was westgate mall branch in Mitchell's plain as promenade was offline

bought a on the double feast, the breadrippers cheese were stuck on the pizza box and the pizza had barely toppings on the sauce were to much and last but not least the cheese were not well spread. If this are not going to be taken seriously I will make a thing on social media. That stuff are not R210.00 worth i want my money back and not just another pizza
If you still have the pizza, you can bring it back to the location of purchase along with your receipt for a replacement or refund. If you ate it or no longer have it, they will most likely not be able to refund you.

I placed an online order at 11:13
Received a call at 11:20 to say that they dont do it as I ordered.
I explained to lady that Online it accepted and processed my order.
She said well we dont do It like that. She then asked me to hold for the manager. Then sing in my ear and dropped the phone.
I then went online for technical assistance. The lady contacted the store and mentioned that its misleading to me as the consumer not to get what I orderd online by the spesifications put down by Debonairs.
She then confirmed that delivery will be at about 12:13.
At 12:30 I went online again and she advice me to contact the store.
The manager then phoned and said they didnt get my order. Which I said is impossible cause the lady of the store said they dont make it as advertised online.
Then I hold and the manager said 20mins and my order will be there.
Then about 2 mins after that a lady phoned and say they dont dont do it like advertised online.
Its been 2hours and 20mins and still no pizza.

I ordered a large chicked crammed crust at debonairs only to receive dough wth tomatoes and highlights of mushrooms and 1 very tiny piece of chicken. Thank God, i wear glasses i could have easily missed it. Its very disappointing to pay R166 only to receive that. This is not the first time someone needs to investigate whoever is running the Halfway gardens branch.

I would like to complain about the service at Debonairs- Retail Crossing ( Little falls). Each time I order the above pizza, they put less meat, less cheese and I have to fight and return pizza all the time. On Friday it was worse, I ordered @ 6:30 and delivery was made @ 8:30. My kids were hungry and pizza was dry couldn't even return. Can you help with the matter please. My kids love Debonairs pizza, but we fight with every order at this particular store.

Is the norm for Debonairs pizza? Delivered cold the second time around. Not even an apology! Till now still have not heard a thing from anybody. We have been loyal customers for years and this is the service we are now getting. I think this will be the last time we will be supporting your brand due to poor service delivery.

On the 04/10/2017 I placed an Order telephonic at Debonair library gardens in polokwane aroud 16:15 they told me my order will be there in 30 minutes time .but to my surprise i ended up calling them around 17:50 to check how far is my oder as i was knocking off at 18:00.I spoke to ANELLE who told me she is not in to the store and she will check what causes the delay and come back to me ...and guess what i have been waiting for her call till today

They just stared at her as someone else 1 of their friends ordered the same Pizza we wanted to order and we were told "it's finished" now as I am questioning the Manager Phindile that why is't she's allowing such behavior in her store on her shift she told me She won't listen to me as I don't want to hear here and began raising her voice at me, telling me that there's nothing that I can do to her, utterly Disgraced I have been in Sales for 10 years and I am A Regional Sales Manager for a Reputable Company & I steer a very Powerful Sales Team & never have I ever seen such rude manners especially from a Store Manager Phindile, Cashier Hlonipile and their cook I forgot his name. There's about 5 Debonairs outlets where I live BUT I drive all the way to OR TAMBO Debonairs as they make the best Cram-Decker by far and only to be be belittled & talked down to by the Manager Phindile using her powers because she's behind the counter. In Sales you put Respect before anything else, in my Company Manager Phindile would face consequences. Debonairs this should be a task to make sure your Team is being well trained & remember Word Of Mouth is a very crucial form of Communication that can make or break and for now I am disgusted by the service I received. .

Very Bad Service!
We ordered a Cram Decker online at 7.41pm on Friday 22 September 2017 and by 10.22pm have not received it. We called the shop 4 times and each time was promised it will be by us soon. The 1st time after an hour when we called they said the pizza was still in store. A Shakeena picked up at 10.10pm and said she was going to call the driver and call back. She never did. We will never buy from this client again and will tell every one we know of our bad servive we received from Debonairs.
very poor quality of food
I ordered a chicken & mushroom and a veg pizza last night from the Highlands Mall Debonairs in Centurion. It was absolutely aweful! There were two pieces of chicken on the pizza, loaded with mushroom & horrid sauce instead. The sauce on the veg pizza, was equally horrid. After two bites of each pizza, l threw them into the bin. Waste of time, effort, money and petrol. Debonairs has lost its appeal and no matter what new range it may come up with, it will remain a big NO-NO! Do something to redeem yourselves Debonairs! You will soon close your doors if you don't!

We ordered pizza from the Deboniars Phoenix Plaza yesterday and was really disappointed with the pizza overall.
The pizza barely had toppings and there were even slices with just cheese and sauce on it.(please view image)
My spouse or myself order quite the Deboniars Phoenix Plaza and for the past 6 times we did not receive serviettes as we were told that there is a shortage of serviettes at the store.
Yesterday the delivery person named Friday went back to the store and got us serviettes. Previous delivery drivers did advise us that a lot of people are complaining about the Deboniars Phoenix Plaza.
After the pizzas we received yesterday, I doubt we will be ordering from the the Deboniars franchise again and will not recommend same to any one else. Service and pizza used to exceptional and have now deteriorated quite drastically at the the Deboniars Phoenix Plaza and it is disappointing.
