On the weekend of 2024.12.(15,16and 17)my son was working at debonairs in Broadwalk in p.e as a casual worker.He was been treated very unfairly by the owner and for those days the owner of the store was verbally abusing,insulting and aggressive towards him the whole weekend. He refused for my son to take his lunch when it was his required time.I literally walked in the store and he was standing by the door way pulling his face him been rude towards my son and his fellow workers as he was supposed to be knocking off his shift already at 2pm on Sunday 2024.12.17 but the owner was refusing . He also indicated that my child should never return back to his store only to collect his wages.So i would like to know in the labour law act is this allowed and I would like this matter to be investigated and handle with a matter of urgency because all the workers is afraid of him and scared to lose their jobs because the first thing he tells him them that he will fire them its unfair how he treats his employers.
Claimed loss: Currently my son has not been back to work because he to afraid of the owner so far he has 2days wages to current date.
Desired outcome: My desire for my son is to be reinstated and paid out for all his days that he was unable to attend work due to this matter and if being reinstated he must be moved another branch
