Dear DEEM,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my credit card account with your company.

Recently, I noticed that I have been charged a high amount of interest on my credit card balance. After carefully reviewing my statements, it has come to my attention that this additional interest is a result of a mistake made by your company.
