Deem Finance Satisfy with Muhammad Ahmed

Deem Finance Biggest scammer/fraud in UAE

Deem Finance, previously known as Dunai Financial Services is the biggest SCAMMER/FRAUD in UAE. I am deeply concerned and frustrated with their practices and believe they should be penalized by the Central Bank for their actions.

I have never applied for a credit card from Deem Finance. Upon reviewing my Etihad Credit Score, I discovered an outstanding balance of AED 1,699 linked to a credit card I never requested or received. This erroneous information has significantly impacted my credit score.

The customer service provided by Deem Finance is appalling. For any request, I am forced to contact them multiple times—often twice, thrice, or even more—before receiving any response. When they do eventually reply, it is usually after a month or more, and the attitude is consistently arrogant and unhelpful. In many cases, they do not respond at all.

No one at Deem Finance has been able to explain how this credit card was issued in my name or assist me in rectifying this issue to improve my credit score. Deem Finance should be penalized for their negligent and fraudulent actions.

This is not an isolated incident; Deem Finance has a history of similar complaints from other consumers. I urge the Central Bank to investigate and take appropriate action to prevent further exploitation of consumers by Deem Finance.

Recommendation: BE CAREFUL AND NOT TO DEAL TO THIS COMPANY

Deem Finance Worst worst worst worst....Fraud company

My first and my last experience with deem...I urge everyone to never get a credit card from deem. Higjly unprofessional, rude staff. They have hidden charges in each and everything. I'm being mentally harrassed after using their pathetic services. Half the time their app doesnt work that leads to late reflection of the payment that further gives us additional charges...Please do not opt for deem ever

Deem Finance Fake charges and low conflict solving behaviour

I have 5 credit cards, Deem is the worst of them, i paid installment on 24th, they rejected it on 29th and charged me with late fee, I attached all screenshots with references and sent numerous emails to [protected]@deem.io but they didn't bother to respond and forget about solution of problems on helpline.

The worst fraud in UAE, I'll report it to central bank of UAE.

Recommendation: Zero recommendation

Deem Finance Unauthorized credit charges, refuses to close my account

I went to their office in Al Ain November 2023 and learned that their branch has closed and they no longer have physical branch in the City. I reached out to their customer service tons of times and was only answered once, the agent told me to pay my final installment which I already did. I called again and was never able to talk to any of their customer service rep so I reached thru their email accounts asking for account closure. I have been doing so til now but I only receive auto response which states they’ll resolve isaue within 7 w days. And now eventhough I have not used the account after settling all last year, i receive another statement saying I need to pay a certain amount. This is really extortion.

Deem Finance Credit card

Credit card - I have cleared all the credit card payments and closed the account on 4-Dec-23 for which I have the voice recording proof. The card was removed from my account and it was reflected in the app. But however, now I just received a email from [protected]@deem.io subject as final notice which is more like a threatening email asking me to clear pending payment. This is only email correspondence I have received from deem finance after requesting for closing my account.

This is exploitation and I would request for a legal action on the company for allowing such persons to send emails without verifying and threatening.

Deem Finance credit card closure

I requested to close the card by paying all my ourtstanding on due date of 22nd january and i requested for credit card closure till now i didnt receive any call or messaged against my request and on feb 1 st they added un neccessary charges on my card and now asking me to pay those charges which is fake charges . i have paid many charges in past months as i complained many times and i didnt get any feedback soo i was fed up and i bought some debt from freinds and i closed all outstanding and now are playing with me by putting unnecessary charges and putting me to pay it . please help to solve this

Deem Finance DEEM credit card closure

I have sent numerous emails to request a card closure every day, contacting someone named Dinesh Govindan to assist in card closure, without any assistance. I have paid the complete outstanding on the credit card as well as the interest. So please can you now close the card. Deem has been the worst experience since getting this credit card. PLEASE CLOSE THE CREDIT CARD NOW!

Deem Finance Deem credit card dual time deducted amount then over limit payments deducted

Dear sir I complain about dual deducted amount for annual fees from more then 2 month but till not clear issues. They are giving 7days time . But now more then 60days finish till not resolve

Deem Finance Credit card

I request for closing my credit card. I put all money sept month according to customer service they told last month they update money and closed card I believe. On nice I got msg for renew card fees and late fees charges again I talk customer service then they told we wavier to payment and we request for again closing card with in 10 days you receive call or later but until now no one call or msg 2,3 time I send mail or customer service number is not working when I call they transfer my call emergency side and they told that is not our department.

Now deem are harassment me.

Deem Finance DDA abuse

i have been paying my card but when i fail to do so deem charges outrageous amounts and no justification at all to directly debit to my current salary account. they are not responding to request to cancel DDA and even move the dates of dues in consideration of the salary credit dates. its very bad. bad and scamming of people. its a big mistake to lean on to them at times you need to use credit card.

Deem Finance Annual fee

They have call me again and again then ask me to purchase a card its totally free no any charges is there. They call again and again then compelled me to take a card. Then i accept it. When i am received the card i kept in my bag i didn't use i didn't do anything on this card. But now one year completed they are send a message to me annual fee like that. Last month while i have received a message i thought this is something wrong message but this month the amount is multiple and they are asking to pay minimum payment. Just now i call to customer care i have informed about this issues the said within 7 days agent will call you back. But I need to cancel the amount and also the card immediately. Please help me to proceed.

Deem Finance Credit card and customer care

My wife has deem finance credit card which was forced on her by a sales person. Last month she received annual membership fee on card while it was told that it is free card. We tried calling deem finance customer care umpteenth number of times and remained on hold for more than 30/40 minutes but no one attends. We wrote emails to deem customer care for waiving off the annual fee but no response. We have tried applying through app but it does not accept the request of annual fee. however, requests benefitting Deem finance work well on app. My advice to all is to live without anything but dont fall prey to Deem Finance.

In nutshell there is no way to get in touch with Deem FINANCE unless you are willing to talk to customer. Now i will be taking my complaint to customer protection department and Central Bank customer complaints on services.

Desired outcome: Waiving off annual fee which was levied last month that is in September statement

Deem and Dunia is the same. Dunia is the worst lending company to dealt with. Meaning its the same with Deem. They make lives of vulnerable people more difficult, huge interest, very good in threatening, no empathy to people who wants only to get out of debt. They dont provide monthly statements on whats the outstanding amount beacuse they put too much charges even fraud charges, they dont respond to quiry.. I hope no one will come to this company and suffer more! Dunia/Deem is the MOST BAD lending company. I suffered too much from them.

Deem Finance Deem cc

I received the statement with interest charges which I was not aware of. when I call the customer care, they said it is membership fee for 2nd year but I don't understand why are they charging me in the beginning of the year.

Please I would like to request the team to reverse these charges as It happened due to miscommunication from the girl who offered me this card from DEEM. she said its free but now I am being charged.

Desired outcome: Please reverse these charges and I will use my card otherwise I would like to close this Card as my first experience is bad with DEEM.

Deem Finance Harassment / Threatening and Information Leakage by Mr. Faizan - Contact; [protected]

Dear Deem Management,

I want to lodge a strong complain about one of your team member Mr. Faizan. His contact number is [protected].

On 11th July 2023, he called me for asking the reason of not paying on time. I clearly told him that I took the amount to support one of my friends business. Who is currently going with rough time still he managing to pay installment within the month. He is waiting for some payment from his customer. Once he get he will pay.

He forced me to give him the date for payment. I checked with with my friend and told him for 12th July 2023. and my friend paid partial amount AED 500 through electronic transfer at early morning of 13th July at 05:37 am.

But due to Deem's system, it didn't shown in my Deem Credit card. At around 9 to 10 am Mr Faizan called. As I was busy in meeting I cut his call. But he continously calling me. He doesn't have courtesy to call after some time, if a person is not picking his call. So I put my phone on Aeroplane mode.

Mean time he call way back in India to my parents who are 70+ and threatened them and then called my office also. My father has gone through open heart surgery and he is bedridden. At home my mother is alone to take care him. He threaten her and disclosed my load details to her.

I want to know on what basis he has passed my loan related information to my parents and called my office and harassed me. Why he doesn't have courtesy to wait for a person who already spoke to him 2 days back.

In past 2 times he has done same thing with me in May when I was on vacation and in June 2023

If anything happens to my friend or my parents, I will file criminal case against him. He will be the held responsible for that.

I here by request you to take strong action against Mr. Faizan or his superior who is encouraging such practice.

Deem Finance Credit card wrong charges not resolve and no updates/response on follow ups more than 7 days.

Complaint no.:[protected] no response remains unresolved

Wrong charges of late payment fee and VAT on late payment fee, because of your late posting. Not my fault that your staff was late in posting.

For this, I had over the credit limit fee which I should not have! Kindly process the reversal for all wrong charges.

If I will not pay for sure you will call me right away?

Desired outcome: Reversal of late payment fee, VAT for late payment fee and over the credit limit fee.

Deem Finance Wrong over due information submitted to credit bureau

Dear Deem Bank,

I am writing to you in regards to my credit report which has been negatively affected by an incorrect report that was submitted by your bank to the credit bureau. I was surprised to discover this error and I am writing to request that you take immediate action to rectify this matter.

I understand that errors can occur and therefore I am not making any accusations. However, the wrong report has had a significant impact on my credit score and if this matter is not rectified soon, I will have no other choice but to escalate this issue to the Central Bank of UAE.

I am requesting that you take immediate steps to correct the error in the credit bureau. This will help to rectify the issue and allow me to continue with my financial plans. I also request that you provide me with updates regarding the progress of this issue so that I am fully aware of the steps being taken to rectify the issue.

I believe that my credit score is important and it is important that the information in my credit report is accurate. Therefore, I hope that you will take this matter seriously and rectify the issue as soon as possible. I hope that we can resolve this issue amicably, without the need for me to escalate it further.

In conclusion, I appreciate your attention to this matter and I look forward to your prompt response. I hope that this matter can be resolved quickly and efficiently. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Deem Finance fake and cheat charge annual fee

-fake commitment on free for life card

-charged annual fee on free card

-executive fake commitment and begged, cry for except credit card,

-Twice charged late payment

-again charged late payment even paid on before due date finish

-don't except amount on Saturday but provide due date for Saturday.

Deem Finance Not updated in credit bureau after settlement

I have requested to update my name in credit bureau as I clear my outstanding in deem finance. However, there's no action taken yet with my request. This is misleading as they sent me email that it's been updated (march20) but when I request a credit report in AECB (march 25) i still have outstanding balance with Deem.
