Deem Finance Personal loan

My name is James. 2 days before I saw in facebook for personal loan in deem finance and I shared my number. Then one person His Name Ashish Navnit contacted and given the details for loan. For the statement purpose he told to deposit 2000 dhs and as transfer loan charge 2300 and insurance agreement 1650 we paid..
And he told the loan is approved and will release the amount shortly. Then you can visit our branch and submit the documents like that. Now no response from him.. attaching the details.. his number +[protected]

Oh wow i was about to take personal loan to them or credit., because one guy keep calling me and giving me a credit card from deem finance but am not sure if its legit! His name is SHAFI ABDUL RASHEED SHAMSANISA

Please be careful this guy is a fraud he doesnot work at deem and is using social media with some false images to take peoples hard earned money. No bank will ask you to transfer money to peoples personal accounts.

Deem Finance Credit card settlement & complaint on an agent - please help

Dear all,

This is my 4th email regarding my credit card settlement and It is also a complaint on the collections agent who contacts me. I have a loan that I have never missed paying in these 1.4 years even when I was paid 50%, I ensured my loan amount was paid. Also, It has been 7-8 months since I had been using a credit card with deem and in November 2020, Mr. Amjed (+971 50 557 6072)contacted me for the credit card & he agreed to give me a plan if I pay 1000 AED for 4 months, last month was my 5th month and due to continued covid situation I couldn't arrange the 3500 AED, hence I asked him If I can pay 1000 AED this month & 2500 next month since He had agreed I made the payment and now this month again he is asking me to pay 3500 AED. Though I requested if I can clear it in 2 installments he was not ready to offer me a proper plan nor a letter.

He started the conversation by agreeing to a settlement pay but never gave me a settlement letter, I cannot pay 1000 AED every month without a proper settlement plan or guidance, hence, I wrote an email, however, nobody contacted me for the same. Mr. Amjed keeps threatening me every month saying he will submit my cheque against both loan & credit if I do not make the payment. With all due respect, I'm not a defaulter with your loan & credit card all I started paying with an intention of closing it and by trusting his words. However, every month I'm being a victim of his threats (please check my screenshot) even today he did the same. I asked for the settlement plan, he sent a screenshot of my cheque to be submitted.

The helpless situation, I contacted your customer care service & informed Ms. Anitha about my situation today and mentioned I need to speak with someone other than Mr.Ajmed. Even now I'm ready to pay 2500 AED and close my credit card subject to receiving a settlement letter.

You should understand that in this situation, money is so important & when there are many defaulters roaming around, I wanted to clear my dues and I had been seeking help, however, clearly, I have been only threatened by Mr. Ajmed without a solution nor being helped.

Threatening people is been your trademark and if I happen to have enough money, I would close everything with Deem and live in peace and ensure none in my circle are a victim of your threats & humiliation.

This is not my first email, it has been many more now written for nothing. Your job is customer service, not customer-killing service.

Deem Finance Loan not clear in central bank aecb report

Hi, I had clear my loan 6-8 months ago, In my surprise my loan is not cleared out on AECB report! Which reason cannot pursue on other bank procedure!

I called UAE call center but they advised me 3-4 working days. I had bad experience on this kind of promise before.

I want it as soon as possible please help me to expedite the request

Deem Finance Collection agency

Dear deem/ dunia
Your collection agency is constantly chasing my HR to get the payment by me. I know that i am being at default but still they have no right to contact my company and affecting my job. If i loose job i will make problems for both of you!
Please take note of it or soon i am going to police! Harassment is particularly mot acceptable!

They did the same to me, even to the point of emailing my boss. they even lied that I filed a labour compliant against my boss. I hope anyone can advise If I can make a case against them for lying to my company. If this act is under defamation since they will really humiliate you as if you have killed someone.

Print emails they sent to your boss and go direct to police, provide then all and dont leave untill they take action. This is serious harassing not a joke. Police can try to solve it by calling only to that person and say dont do it again.

To whom it may concern

I was one of Dunia finance customer, Whenever I want some info or help they contacted me, upon my request but now deem team are not too much supportive.

I have lost my job due to the current situation and I want to finish my remaining amount of loan account. I sent 2 3 emails, calling on daily basis, but unfortunately no one guide me well neither they helped me.

I want that someone will contact me and I will discuss my issue. Also, to finish my remaining liability before leaving the country.

Deem Finance 325 for exceeding limit!!

Got charge for 325 exceeding the limit while the reason behind the charge is a charge from your side something called insurance...
If iam buying something which exceed the limit it will declined automatically and it won't go through
For 65 dirhams charges you will add 346 dirham ! What kind of sense is that and its not the first time
I made a complaint through the phone and of course non sense the guy i was talking to as if am borrowing money from him!

Deem Finance Boycott your deem loan!

As you all know, those who have applied and had loan with deem you are all going through hell right now. I will tell you one thing, boycot your loan with them so that they will learn there lessons the hard way. We will not be doing this, if they are not harsh with us in the first right?

Applying for loan, agreeing with their high interest. But to the point that you are already paying appropriate emi then knowing after finishing a year only 1/4 of your outstanding was paid. Hell right? Blood suckers!

Now, you are asking for deferment or restructuring, they will never listen to you! Its time to get back at them. One to two people boycotting they will be fine but if hundreds of us will boycott they cannot do anything!

Its time for them to hear us too! Imagine a high rate interest and a thousand, or lets just say hundreds. Multiply the people and their rates! I dont think so it will bankrupt them.

Dont be scared! I will tell you why:

1) you missed one payment and they threat you? All banks and financial institutions have the same contract. 3 continuous payments before they can file a case.
2) no money for emi and they are refusing deferment or restructuring? Go back to your country, deem is not international. And interpol has nothing to do with loans. Unless you killed someone internationally or criminal syndicate!
3) just imagine bigger persons who loaned banks, and still manage to live their lives not being caught! We are not rich poeple who loan billions in amount, but we are treated as criminals already.

We are people who wanted to pay them back properly, but they refuse to listen to us also. Then let's refuse them also. They are not listening for our rights also.

Yeah very true they are blood suckers! It was Dunia before and now deem finance because they are already banned here in UAE for taking huge interest.. you already paid what I get from them but you are still paying the interest. They are the worst finance institution. Better not to pay them especially if the already file a police case against you and paid your fine. They are good in demoralizing a person. BOYCOT DUNIA/DEEM! Let them learn their lesson. hope UAE close fully this finance institution!

Deem Finance Personal loan payment account number: xpil30100346163

Please note that I have requested officially thru emails several times from Deem finance customer care and collection team to look into my request of deferment my personal loan installment but they never respond to my emails as well they are sending to me an official threating emails that they will share my details to the respective visa and immigration authorities and the Central Bank of the UAE and it will be with The consequences of such reporting will include a travel ban however I have only a delay of 23 days of one installment,
Please note that while the central bank was requesting from banks and finance companies to help consumers with deferment of loans due to the pandemic, deem finance only approved for me 2 months' deferment however I am still in salary deduction from March 2020 and will continue till April 2021since I am working I a tourism sector.

Deem Finance Personal loan

Hi sir,
My name is Arun chandu. 2 day before i saw in facebook for personal loan i deem finance and i will apply this few minutes after one guy contact me and taking all my details and my atm card copy also. After tell me my account no have any balance you put 1500 drms in account. Me already puta and after that guy again calling me and speak you wait half an hour for processing. Few minutes after my cash going. Now that number blocking me. You do any for giving to return my 1500 drms please.

This guy does not work in deem and i dont think this is even his actual picture. He has frauded a lot of people please do not fall for this and transfer money to him or anyone elses personal accounts.

Deem Finance Invalid charges

Since I got this credit card IM keep calling the helpline for complains its like made my life hell seems I have nothing to do in my life only calling these guys and bagging for services. For insurance cancellation for application registration for charges because of their system issues for statement issue. Each and every issue took more than a month to resolve and there is no resolution. If you complain about A issue they will send the explanation of B issue without reading the customer issue. And since two months I'm getting over limit charges because of application issue and I explain a million time by sending emails and call, rather than improving their own service and system they are forcing me to pay the over limit charges if I can not see my transaction and charges how I know what is going on. But they are not want to understand the customer issue because if they except then they have to revers the charges or compensate the customer that never ever they want. I will never ever recommend anyone this credit card I will share my issues with all so they should be aware about it and be ready for the challenges and issue that deem will create for them. In COVID-19 each and every bank gave some relief to their customers except Deem. Even I'm not asking or begging any relief from them. It is the worse experience I have ever faced from any bank. And no staff care about the customer it seems we are begging or asking for favor. They don't have a signal relief for customers. Anyways I'm fed up with this credit card.

Deem Finance Cheque

Hello deem finance agent Mr. Arun took all details from us saying he will issue credit card and took security cheque for 12000 dh and took all signatures on documents and after he said card can't be issued due to some reasons. But I was calling to his mobile to return our cheque. But his number not working. Please ensure you return our cheque or else I'll file a complaint against deem finance in police station

Deem Finance Credit card outstanding

The deem finance has charged me the late fee for my outstanding balance of the credit card that I have already paid and shared them the receipt also but deem finance has not credited the amount, not only that but has also charged late fee along with VAT. On writing continuosly to deem finance there is no reply from the finance company, kindly look into the matter and sort out the issue. Thank you

Deem Finance Payment not received

I am paying my debts per month but in their system they are not updating anything and calling me that I didn't pay my monthly emi I have proof also for the same.

I have deem credit and I paid all outstandings in September 2020 before leaving UAE but the application is not updating and there was something pending that I paid recently before due date and shared the receipt also to deem customer care but they have not updated and your collection manager has sent me threatening mail to share my details to immigration as defaulter but I have already paid all my dues and the fault lies with deem for not crediting and clearing the issue.I am presently outside UAE and can't return .My registered mobile number was [protected] . Kindly look into the matter and sort it out .Thank you

Deem Finance Complaint against Mr. Jayan Pattani Parambil for threatening the customer

I request humbly to look into this matter.

Deem Finance Calls

I am really mental frustrated I am getting call from Deem finance for nothing one of my previous company colleague put my number in reference and even I don't know this every time I am getting call for harassment and I don't know where is my colleague now and every time same person call me from different number,

Even warn them about complain they said they are not scared and calling me continusly saying I don't care who you are.

I am really fed up I have never been all of this.

Deem Finance Personal loan

I get it from deem finance personal loan 40000 dhs..In 16/01/2020
Every month emi I pay properly. (no delay)
And your deem finance agent saying after 3 months I will transfer to adcb bank. Make buyout. But still not to change to bank.
I pay every month emi.
Finally I ask for close the loan because toooooo high interest 32% p.A.
Total I pay 8 month emi 12000dhs
But outstanding amount is 37102 dhs...?
I need the interest details..

I have similar case of the above customer, I think deem finance is exploiting people by attracting them with easy loan. I took 50, 000 loan with 32 percent interest. after paying long time I still have 39000 balance. I want to pay everything in one shot. they even don’t want to negotiate. their loan is hell

Deem Finance Called me 83 times even I have told them the payment date

Our salary has been deducted by 20% and we are not been paid on time because of this pandemic. I have been delayed for payment for 15 days. I have emailed them that i can only pay on 25th as I am collecting money to pay them. Still everday they keep on calling 20 times or more than, even they calling on our office. This a harrassment from them. Today I got 83 calls from this Deem Finance. What a shame! After paying and finishing this loan. I will not recommend this Institution. They dont have a heart, they will kill you and give you heart attack. They cannot understand even if you beg. Their collection staff are all rude. I wouldn't recommend this financial institution. I really dont know if these people can sleep at night. See the below calls that they have made to harass me. Only 15 days delayed payment. I have assured them that I am paying on 25th. But still everyday this is what I am getting. Calls of 50 times, 30 times, 83 times .

That is true. They will call you from the morning till evening just to remind the payment, and will talk you very rude. You will be delayed for just days, then you will receive an email from then saying that they will file a case because of not paying on time. There's no consideration at all! I have applied for the holiday payment so can defer my loan. But nobody gets back on me. All staffs are very arrogant!

Deem Finance Request for delaying the payment

I have sent an email on aug. 15, 2020 to deem finance for the request of defered but they did not reply and then I again sent an email to them for reminder of my request fir defered. Now I am receiving a debit from my account for the payment of my loan. And today they called and send me message in whatsup harrasing me to pay on sept. 10. They said that there is no confirmation regarding to my request. And I ask them why you did not inform or atleast reply to my email so that I can arrange my payment.
