Horrible service .
Went through the Drive- Thru . I ordered 5 items 2 of those which I was very specific about . It took 15 minutes to get my order . If that wasn't annoying enough once I get to work and got the chance to eat I realized that they got my order wrong! I paid extra for avocado and to not get it ?! Annoying! For the other item it was completely wrong ! I call and talk with the GM (Mike) who promises a refund when I go back and said he will write my name down so if he is not there some other manager can help . I return same day much later just to be told that they can't help me . And was told to come in the next day . I'm not from around here so that wasn't possible . But I was able to come back the day after . So I go in to store and explain the problem again just to be told again that they couldn't do anything because Mike wasn't there . I ask for any other manager . At this point I'm so mad . I just want my damn refund . Where are your managers ?! Shouldn't there be a manager present at all times ?! Horrible experience . If a customer comes in with a problem. It's your job to fix it. Problem is still unsolved.

the shake machine is never working
The past three nights I have gone to this particular Del Taco and they're shake machine has been either down or broken or whatever is happening with it. It is her favorite thing to have a churro shake and she loves it when I bring her she loves it, but lately I've having to go next door to Jack In The Box and just get a packet of churros. My father and I went to Del Taco to get some burritos and the lady at the drive thru was VERY rude to us. She opened the door and took our card, gave it back without saying a word the whole time. I looked at my dad and I was like "Well she's a bit rude isn't she" and he agreed, but then I suggested that maybe she wasn't having a good day. So we just brushed it off. When she gave us our food, my father got the bag from her and said "Thank you" very kindly. She didn't say a single word, didn't even look up at us, and just shut the door. I was very surprised. You would think the least she could say is "your welcome". Not a very big deal, but it made my father and I feel uncomfortable. Like we were bothering her.

what we got was nothing but terrible plates, burrito was so bad, it was suppose to be a chicken burrito food but very little chicken and the rest was beens and. tortia bread was soggy and not eatable. we couldn't finish our food due to being so bad.
I don't mind paying for the food that is worth to eat but never, experienced such a horrible and untasty food.
Please help us to understand, why we should have this kind of meal, when you charged us for the decent meal price. we didn't touch one of our plate, and other one, halfway through and out in a trash .

I just went into your location on foothill blvd in Pasadena ca 91107 and the service was awful the girl was absolutely rude. When I got home my chili cheese fries were stone cold I couldn't even eat them. I go to this location all the time as it is across the street from my work. I work In food service so I know how to treat customers and she somply has an awful attitude. I might've even been able to over look the cold inedible food if it weren't for her attitude. I'm very upset I wasted money on food that I can't even eat.
I drove through Del Taco in Chatsworth. I ordered a chicken avocado platter. When I pulled up to the window I asked for Casera sauce rather than hot sauce. The clerk gave me 6 extra mild hot sauce packets. I said "I asked for casera sauce" she then argued with me that it is the same sauce. She finally agtreed to give me one casera sauce. I DID A TASTE TEST ! IT WAS NOT THE SAME! Casera is a non-spicy red sauce. The extra mild is a hot sauce. Why did she insist on making me ill by eating a sauce I know will upset my ulcer? SHAME ON HER !
cleanliness of bathrooms and kitchen floor
We just stopped at the DelTaco today with family of 6 for some lunch on our way from Vegas to Bryce Canyon. We are visiting from the Netherlands and are doing a roadtrip. The bathrooms are really dirty and so was the kitchen floor. The burritos were ok but because of how dirty the establishment is it did not really taste good. Please train your employees to keep the place clean! Luckily we found very clean bathrooms at the chevron gas station right across the street!
missing half my order
A month ago I went through the drive thru, on a taco tuesday, ordered 9 del taco's, large fry, and lemonade. When i got home i was missing 4 tacos from my order, i called and talked to Juan, he offered to get my tacos if i came back. I have a toddler who needed to eat and go to bed, he said ok next time you come in I will replace your whole order. I just decided to go back there and get dinner, i explained to the person on the drive thru, and he said who did you talk to, I said Juan he said thats me, I said perfect. He replied what is your name i said chris and he said nope i never talked to you, I said well are tou the only Juan because thats who i spoke woth he said yes thats me and i never talked to you. He refused to replace my order and was extremely rude about the situation. I used to eat at del taco twice a week the last couple visits have been terrible customer service and missing food or the wrong food in my bag, my son was asking for tacos so I decided to give del taco another chance and this is the [censored] I get to deal with. I never asked for my whole meal to be replaced just the 4 tacos he offered to replace the whole order, then says he never even talked to me, i asked him how i would possibly know his name and he said i have no clue, oh and i never go inside so its not like i happened to see his name tag and make this all up, thats how he is making me feel. 4 tacos on taco tuesday is like $4 but that isnt the point, the point is my dinner was ruined the night i was shorted since i was the one who went to bed without dinner. This Juan guy is a joke, I have spent the last 19 years managing bars and restaurants and I would never ever treat someone this way, but then again I work at classy places so maybe thats what kind of managers one would expect at a fast food restaurant. I am glad there is many options for food when i decide to dine out, del taco is not one of them from now on.
horrible customer service
This is one of the many dissatisfaction experience I've had at this Del Taco in Dana Point California. It's only the night crew for some reason the day crew is all right but I go to this deltaco regularly and the night crew is constantly horrible and treats a customer's awful . This one incident that happened tonight is I came to the front door at 11: 55 p. M. Which on Saturdays it is posted on their hours of operation that they are open till midnight the doors were locked when I tried to enter into the building I tugged on the doors and looked at the employees and the manager told me no I told him that it was not midnight yet that it was 11: 55 and I had 5 minutes he proceeded to give me a dirty look and rudely shake his head no at me. Completely unprofessional behavior from a shift manager something really need change and retrain them on customer service etiquette or they will be losing lots of money a lot of people complain about the night crew at this Del Taco completely unprofessional behavior from the night crew employee. I will be calling the main corporate office as well to let them know the horrible behavior of this Del Taco night crew.

Went to del taco on overlast last night.ordered food spent 23.00 they handed me to bags i asked worker at drive thru if it was all there he told me yes. I pulled away and decided to check bags missing waz a quesadilla and a large fry. I had to go back thru drive thru while my other food got cold. Wife ordered a 8 layer veggie burrito was nothing but rice and beans nothing else in it. We go to this del taco quiet often and this isnt the 1st time an orders been screwed up.
drive through theft
While at the drive through, around 2:30am, the cashier tried to overcharge in an attempt to keep the remaining balance. At the speaker he said the total was 38.50. Once we got to the window he again said 38.50. I asked him to clarify and he again said 38.50. There was NO car behind or in front so this was no mistake. Once i asked for a receipt he then said ok the total is 15.25.
I guess he figured because we were in vegas were too drunk to notice. After we received our food, I asked for his name and he said he didnt have one and slammed the drive through window. When he refused i took a picture of him and the store address. See attached. I need someone at corporate to review this situation and open an investigation to ensure he is not successful in stealing money. I will be posting about this on yelp and google as well. Please be very cognizant that he is in an area where he can easily take advantage of people and their hard earned money. Please keep me posted on the outcome of this complaint. Thank you

My name is carmelia and I went to del taco and they didn't give me 1 street taco. I order 3. I came back through drive through and the lady was mean to me and said you people complain to much and I gave you 3 taco you probably ate one then come say you only got 2. No I only had 2 in. My bag and she said well pull up to the front. So I did but I wait 15 minute so I go back to the line drive through. She said she didn't believe me. I am so upset not only didn't I not get my taco but I was treat bad. I have my receipt she still didn't give me my taco. Wiw can you help me please?

Home I noticed they both had lettuce in them, there was literally 4 little pieces of chicken in my taco . They might as well of been lettuce and cheese soft tacos. The French fries were freezing and had way to much salt on them, not to mention they weren't even all the way filled. We ordered a new snack chicken quesadilla and we never got it . We also ordered two crunch tacos and one of the tacos had a doubl she because one side of the shell had broken off and they just through another shell on it . My overall experience was horrible. I wasted my money and My kids were very disappointed .

Fish in burrito (fin) . Very hard . Not anything I've ever had here . Gross ! I thought maybe the tortilla got a little hard which it shouldn't be anyways . Wishing I never took another bite now I'm stuck with a nasty taste in my mouth . I love del taco ! I come here before Taco Bell any day especially after a late night off work. Now I will never come back due to this and if I knew what it was I'd sue!
no air conditioning
We ordered two meals. the temperature inside was unbearable. we sat down only briefly, could not finish the meal. asked the attendant to turn on the air conditioning. super hot in the restaurant. it had a stuffy smell.
She tried then said this was the second time around that the day before they were sweltering in the kitchen without air conditioning. they fumbled with the thermostat and said it may need a new battery! are you kidding, they cost 99 cents for a four pack at the dollar store, and any good management would keep these under the counter all the time.
The visit was at 4.15 p.m. our high today was 108 f. when I got into my car it showed the temp. at 103 f. as I rushed out I did not get iced tea which I needed. a customer next to us had also complained.
My concern is also for food safety, as there was previously no air conditioning in the kitchen. the burrito did not taste right. the food quality was way off. I am very disappointed, also lack of supervision and problem solving.

I can't believe that Del Taco hires these girls that are genetics do y'all do dogs they all do drugs have sex like nympho addicts . I don't know how Del Taco hers done and that's to touch the food that other people have to eat in my get sick from the contamination the thing to do at home and in your leisure is doing drugs smoking a pipe having sex like a seizure. racial discrimination
June 14, 2018 approx 11:26pm me and my friend Joseph Smith was subjected to racial discrimination for trying to have 2 separate orders while we was in the drive thru. They told us it was one order per car I never heard any policy of such before of me going to this location previously around the same time they didnt want to take are order ignored us and threaten to call the police because we're African American males trying to order food separately .

Hello There, I recently went to del taco Thursday night June 7th. I ordered a chicken roller and one medium fry. I waited for 17 minutes and then number 19 was called and I was completely skipped over. I ordered two items which should of been done within 3 minutes. The staff completely ignores anyone who orders inside and they also got orders wrong though the drive through. I have never had this experince. Please straighten out the issue over at 10320 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135 Del Taco it's a complete mess. The staff there are not in unison and are being terrible at costumer service. The guy said oh sorry, this is suppose to be fast food not wait until I'm completely ready to leave. I'm requesting that I get free coupons for any 5 items on the menu that I like.
