He called back and said he has the yellow and I did cancel your order and have sent it out. I said i did not was an open one. He said new in box. Ok send them. Got them today. REFURBISHED AND IN A GENERIC BOX (WHITE) Guess what? Sky blue and lime green and they wrote on invoice "We do not under any circumstances specify colors of the items being purchased, if we do not have a specific color available we will ship out same model alternate color! All returns 15% restocking fee. order # 8889428 even invoice says they shipped me blue and yellow. ordered 11/27/17 got 12/4/17
Nasty rep!
I have ordered a camera from DeltaCloseouts and after weeks of waiting I contacted their support and asked him to cancel my order. He said that it was not possible. Then I asked him to show me where it was written that cancellations were not possible and he become very rude! Then he started yelling at me and I could not even say a word! Nasty guy! In the end he did cancel my order but our communication was a real nightmare! I'm extremely disgusted with this company!
Scam
I ordered a Nikon COOLPIX AW130 waterproof Digital Camera (blue) from DeltaCloseouts.com for $228 on 1/09/16. There was no description of what came with the camera, but did suggest additional items to buy for it. My order included a free camera case and free shipping. I did not receive a confirmation email. I received an email on 1/11/16 with a request to call "Jerry" to confirm the order. I called the number and got a hold of Jerry he told me that he needed the security code from my credit card because I had entered the 3-digit code wrong. I had questioned him multiple times as to why he needed it, but he insisted. He then told me that I had forgotten to purchase a battery for the camera. I questioned him again why I needed a battery for a camera if it was new because they always come with batteries, but I bought the battery despite my instinct telling me not to. He told me that I would receive an invoice confirmation by email, but I never received it. I received the camera on 1/18/16 and I had noticed that the camera was not the right color. I looked at the invoice that was in the package and at the bottom of it states their company policies. The very last one states, “we do not under any circumstances specify colors or the items being purchased, if we do not have a specific color available we will ship out same model camera, alternative color”. I called Jerry and complained to him and he tried to transfer me over to talk to customer service, but said that customer service was down and to call back in 15 to 20 minutes. I called customer service and explained that I had not received an invoice by email and their privacy policy and terms and conditions on their website does not mention this “company policy” and got very defensive and rude to me saying that in fact it is stated on the website. I said that I wanted the color that I ordered or I wanted to return the camera, which he then told me that I would have to pay a minimum restocking fee of 15%. I then hung up on him because I was so mad. I paid $318.95 for the wrong colored camera and a battery that should have been included. The charge on the credit card appeared under More4LessDigit00.

Do not buy from them!
There are low and attractive prices on this website. I fell for it, ordered few things and gave my credit card information. Then I received a message in which they told me that my digit code from the back of my card was missing. I called them immediately. When I called agent told that I forgot to order a battery for my item. Well, I decided to buy it, and paid $30. Then they charged my credit card. After I noticed that they charged more than I expected. I called them again and was told that the battery actually was $90. Then I researched the battery pack and found its real price - $10! They charged $90. I wanted to return the battery, but they charged a restocking fee of %25. Do not buy from them!
Nikon S9900
Low price bait and switch. This company advertises this camera with a low price, but their website page for this camera does not state that the camera does not come with the Nikkon Battery and the Nikkon Battery Charger, that is normally supplied by Nikkon to other retailers. Then of course they expect to up sell you to make up the difference in their low price. I asked if the camera comes sealed in the original manufactures box, and they dodged the question several time, then said "It comes in a white box" that they claim they have Nikkon provide it to them in, according to their specifications so they can exclude the battery and charger to save them $50 . Run, don't walk away from this business. Here's a good rule of thumb, if they are not open on Saturday but they are open on Sunday, find somewhere else to make your purchase.
Camera purchase
It's a huge rip off! Not only did they Not send my full order the camera was non-operational, broken wouldn't take pictures had a black screen and when u used the zoom it froze and shut itself off! I ordered the nikon L380, Carring case, 32g card, flash drive, 2 lenes, Tripod, mini tripod and rechargeable batteries I was missing 2 lenes and mini tripod! I called and emailed which he responded saying he would ship out the missing items they would be at my house in 2 to 3 business days, which he did not do! To make matters worse this was my daughter's birthday gift and she opened the camera in front of friends and family to take pictures and it was NOT in working order it's broken.. It came in a plain white box with now warranty sheets or owners manual!
Dishonest/Unethical/Scamming business
Purchased Panasonic Lumix DMC-=FZ70 camera listed for $168 on line. Received no email documentation regarding or itemizing the transaction but a request to call a sales rep. named Jerry to confirm order. When I did, he asked if I wanted a battery and charger that didn't come with the camera (all new cameras come with these as standard accessories). I said yes. Then he said do you want a long life battery for $39 extra which I thought was a second battery. I said yes. Then I stupidly agreed to pay $18 for insurance and handling, so the total came out to $228. The camera was received and I am delighted with the product, but sent an email to complain about the battery fraud and lack of documentation, which was never answered. The invoice said "bundled" with no details. I noted subsequently that many others have had the same complaint. They will not respond to customer complaints. This is a dishonest, unethical, and scamming business that needs to be put out of business.
I ordered same camera (Panasonic Lumix DMZ- FZ70) on 7/21/15. It was to ship that day... Yesterday I was told that it won't ship until mid September! Appears that if you choose not to order insurance and extra battery and/or other accessories, you are ignored. They have your money...nothing you can do but wait...and hope to God you eventually get the product! Far cry from their website (DeltaCloselouts.com) states in their "About Us" and "Company Policy/PrivacyPolicy" propaganda.
The person I talked with is "Jerry"-- Here is a confirmation copy:

misleading/no inventory
7/15/15 I placed an order with Delta Closeouts for a Nikon p600. 2 days later I receive calls asking for me to call them due to credit card info. He tells me the camera is in his hand and it will be delivered on Mon 7/20/15. It never came so I called them just to be told it was back ordered. WHAT? It was a bday gift. I cancelled the order and ordered from a different company (BigTimeCamera). 7/20/15 - I call BTC to confirm they have a p600 available and the fella said "many". So I get off the phone and I place the order online. I never receive a confirmation page after I submit my card information, so I send an email asking for one. I receive a confirmation email with no date of delivery, etc. Also, I had received emails from both Delta Closeouts and BigTimeCamera using same exact letter as well as the letters author's name "Jerry". So I call BTC and ask for Jerry. I also ask him if Delta and BTC are the same company and he says "NO". I find it hard to believe. Then I ask him about my order and he says that it was back ordered. That someone bough ALL the cameras in the 10 minutes it took me to place the order. I'm highly concerned that this is some type of identity racket or credit card theft. I do not trust these companies and don't want anyone else caught up in a mess like this.
Scam
Ordered a camera. Cost Advertised as $140. Company called and suggested a battery for 29.99.
Total cost on my credit card $280. The added cost was for handling. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They are dishonest scam artists and will overcharge you. STAY AWAY!
Misleading Website
Website showed Nikon D3300 for $349.00 but provided no details when "specifications" button was clicked. Once order was placed (July 7, 2015), sales called to say the camera was "European model" with no battery, charger, memory card, etc. and tried to upsell those items at ridiculous prices. Website is misleading and should provide product details - I would never have ordered it knowing it was gray market and there's no way to determine that from the website. Sales rep on the phone was aggressive and rude. This is not a reputable company and should be avoided.
Dishonest
I had the same experience with buying a camera from these guys as many here did: Place order then a few days later, they call to say that I 'forgot to order a battery' for the brand-new camera that I ordered. Did my research so I knew a new camera from the factory would already have the battery. Told the sales rep this and he (rudely) insisted that I was wrong. I canceled my order, called back and spoke to the manager who was also VERY rude and, because I wasn't going to back down, he verified that my order would be canceled (I didn't receive an email confirmation of this until I wrote them and requested one...another oddity). I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well, where I saw that DeltaCloseouts was also Delta Camera...hmmmm...I suspect that they changed names after all the complaints. It's time to start tying the two companies together so that more consumers won't be conned out of their money.
In plain spanish
son unos hijos de la chingada, que no se como se les permite operar, cuando solo estan robando
I ordered a $350 camera from them. As with others, the next day they sent an e-mail asking me to call to confirm that it was me placing the order. When I call I get a very rude man speaking broken English saying that I would need to pay another $90 to get the battery and charger for this camera. Kept having to have him repeat what he was saying to finally figure it out. He got very upset that I couldn't understand him. I said I would think about it and get back to them. Did some research and read what people were saying about them doing this. I called the next day to cancel the order. Foreign guy says it was already shipped. I received the camera including the battery and charger without paying any additional $90. Was all a scam to try to get more money out of me. Very shady company.
The exact same thing happened to me. This place has a four and half star review on Google out of quite a few reviews, but I'm doubting how legit they are. I know for a fact the camera I ordered comes with a battery and a charger. When I asked to cancel, the person I spoke with got very rude and defensive.
Thanks. I was about to order a camera from them until I saw your review. Saved me from a likely bad experience. I've dealt with companies like this before. No desire for a repeat.
