Let's start by saying that I've been a long time customer, having ordered many thousands of dollars of orders over the years. It's mostly been very satisfactory but have had some issues in the past. Delta has always handled these issues to my satisfaction in the past but recently sent it out of the park! I had a dozen orders pending over a three week period and nothing was getting shipped. When I contacted them, *** reached out to me and not only handled the situation very professionally, but with the *** of a personalized assistant and was beyond fair and accommodating. I can not say enough about how awesome everything has been handled (even on a Sunday evening) and very much look forward to business with this great company that is made that way from their outstanding personnel. If there was an option for six stars, I would choose that every day of the week! Thanks guys (and gals) for restoring my faith in customer service and business loyalty.

No response to multiple emails about my order not shipping
No response to multiple emails about my order not shipping. Site says 1-4 business days and I've had orders ship in as little as 2 days previously. Ordered on 12/2 but they ignore requests for status updates. I can't recommend anyone use this company. I will likely have to dispute the charge on my card if I still get no response by the end of this week. I've sent an email and used their contact form on their website multiple times, I immediately get an autoresponder reply yet crickets after that.I understand delays, but if it isn't going to make it here by Christmas, I simply need to know that. It takes a few seconds to send an email to your customers saying there is some delay. Funny thing is I ordered a similar product from another vendor last week (a full 5 days AFTER I ordered from Delta Team Tactical) and it's already sitting under the tree wrapped.They obviously have something slowing them down, but nobody is communicating that to their customers, and they are still taking orders online. Horrible business practice, especially for online business.

I placed order with delta team tactical December 20th. My shipping time is out of their stated parameters. Ive called and emailed with no live response just auto generated replies. Terrible customer service with multiple phone numbers that just give you the runaround with no answers.
My wife placed a $789 order in November 2022, we have received one email stating that the order would be shipped in approximately 2 weeks and that was 4 weeks ago. We have sent numerous emails with no response and have made a dozen phone calls with a recording that says no customer service representatives are available I have purchased from them before and everything was perfect. Not very happy and looking to pursue this further.
They responded to my email ticket within 45 minutes and did so very pleasantly.
This place is a total joke. Has been over a month and still no package from them. Send emails and get no response. At this point send me my order or get me my money back.

This company is garbage. Do not order from them. They carry nothing and place orders from other companies once they receive your order. Seems they carry nothing in-house. I placed an order for two products on 12/24 that shouldnt have been a problem to ship. I understand that it was Christmas Eve and even with New Years coming up, I knew a delay may happen, but the only email I received was a confirmation and a link to their tracking (you have to download a whole @*** app just to track your order) that only tells me that there was an order placed. No label made, no-pick up, no estimate, nothing. Ive tried calling several times and emailing their customer service. No response. Oh, and for the person at this company that looks over these reviews, thats Business Day *** 1-4 days. I dont even want it anymore. Im going with another company. You can see my customer service email about a cancellation, send me an RMA number for whenever I DO receive the order, or take it up with my bank once I submit the dispute case. ?

I have placed 3 separate orders from them and only 1 of them shipped out to me. I have tried calling customer service, no one there and I've emailed a half a dozen times. I've ordered from this business before and found great deals on gun components. However I have had issues with the customer service department in the past. The parts kit I ordered included a milspec buffer tube. The buffer tube that arrived was not mil spec and was actually commercial spec. I submitted an email to rectify the problem a month later (that's about the same time my mil spec lower showed up, so i could actually test the part.) Problem is: no one from this business got back to me. They left me hanging. Now; due to how late the order was, I figured 'whatever I will buy a new buffer tube and eat the cost considering the circumstances'. Fast forward to today, I am outside the expected shipping window on an upper receiver included with my order (***). I am currently in the process of moving, something I wasn't expecting at the time of ordering. I have attempted to reach the deltateamtactical help line several times, sat on hold for 2 hours, and left several call backs and emails and I still cant get anyone. I can't even submit a return request on their website because the shipping has taken so long.

great prices and marketing led me to place an order on april 10, it was paid in full and the wait started for the rifle kit. in the meantime i ordered a pistol kit too but it was unassembled, it arrived 6 days later as was hoped. by then three weeks had passed and no status on rifle order was noted on their website, so i sent an email, got no response that week, so i called...asked to have it unassembled to help speed things along...was told my order 421868 was in process and that changing it wasnt necessary, as it would soon ship. a week later still no change in status, so i sent email, got a standard canned reply about delays and to refer to their warning message about covid delays. i noted it had been over 21 days when i first tried to get an update, but was not given any conclusive reply. i called 2x and both times was told to give it a few more days to see what happens. its been 32-33 days now, the items that id ordered are showing on backorder and i continue to get marketing emails that say other gun kits are available to order but i ignore them since i have lost faith in this company. at this point i want my kit sent unassembled to get it sooner, and a credit for the difference. failing that i want a refund and then i will take my order elsewhere. if i had read these ComplaintsBoard.com comments before placing orders id at least have been warned of their poor performance, all i can do is warn others here and on other internet gun message forums that delta team doesnt deliver unfortunately!

I have been dealing with Delta Team Tactical for several years now. I have built 3 different *** type rifles using their parts, including an assembled upper for my first build. I have found them to be reputable, forth-coming and actually to have a responsive customer service team when I need to contact them about anything. Some of the negative reviews I've read: 1) assembled uppers may or may not come with a BCG and CH, read the description, and if you order them install them yourself; 2) it is YOUR responsibility to inspect the parts for flaws or damage, this is especially true for assembled uppers, check the torque values before you run off to the range; 3) Delays, delays are inevitable, I am a patient person, and I usually order items months in advance, especially around Christmas, because some items go out of stock quickly. DTT has notified me quickly if the item is out of stock, and refunded my purchase without hesitation. 4) *** boys are fan boys, if you have the money to buy a *** Defense, Giesselle or some other $$$$ rifle, go for it. I have built several sub- $500 rifles, that work flawlessly, run everything I feed them, and go toe-to-toe with more expensive rifles. I pick my parts carefully, I build it myself, and I maintain them. The majority of the complaints fall into these 3 categories, so to ME (my opinion), YOU, as the buyer, have failed and attempting to blame a company for YOUR mistakes makes no sense.And yes, I am a real person, and in no way affiliated with DTT.

This has been one of the worst customer service and ordering experiences I've ever had. Regarding order DT-***, I placed my order on 12/30. lead times on website were 6-8 business days at time or order for assembled uppers. I didn't hear anything from them about delays, and their website kept changing lead times, first up to *** days, then *** days, and finally *** days. They didn't bother to provide me with an update. I called in on 01/07/22 and talked to a service rep who said my order was on the floor being built, and would go out soon. On 01/15/22 sent a email requesting a status update. I didn't receive a response to that email until 01/28/22. In the mean time I called back a few times and always got the same run around. The order finally shipped on 02/01/22, and I received it on 02/04/22. When I opened the package it was missing the bolt carrier group and the charging handle. Both of those items were supposed to be included in the order that I placed, very clearly on their website with pictures and in the description. I immediately took pictures and emailed them, as per their policy on their website. By 02/08/22 I still didn't get a response from them. I called and they said they were still processing emails. I called again 02/09/22 with no luck. I called again on 02/11/22 and they said they were "investigating" my claim. I received a email on 02/15/22 saying that my missing parts order number was MISP-***, and that it would go out that day or the next. on 02/23/22 I called and the rep I talked to said that the order still hasn't shipped. I called again 02/25/22 and the rep I talked to said that the order still hadn't shipped, and that he was going to take it to management to have it shipped. I called again today, 02/28/22, the rep I talked to said it hadn't shipped yet, and he had no idea why that was, and he would make it a "rush" order. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing. And I am still waiting for things I paid for.

It arrived on time 12/22, however the barrel was not threaded and was coated black possibly QPQ. I called and and was given the whole run around about them getting the right department back with me. It wasn't until after New Years when we could get back with them because of holidays and work schedule. They said they would ship it out as soon as they seen the part had shipped back to them 01/04/22. I even sent them an email a day after it was shipped (01/05/22), as I did not hear anything. Two days later they respond back (01/07/22). Well, how wonderful of you to go out of your way to address this problem you created. They kept preaching covid 19, however, I receive two to three emails for a day for deals they have going on, totaling 104 emails received since order was delivered messed up 12/22. I say take care of your customers that you cant keep up with now. They said they would ship the replacement out the other day (01/10/22), and the part was already supposed to be set aside for me, however, they provided the tracking number and explained it would go out that day. Two days later (01/12/22), nope, still has not been entered at the post office. Finally received on or about 1-20-22. Now this created a chain reaction, where an Amazon return package was sent to them by mistake, obviously relating to the wrong barrel being received. My dad sent the part out and at the time he printed a second return label by mistake. He placed that label on a return package meant for Amazon by mistake. It got shipped to that company, and they accepted the package, and instead of returning to sender they accepted it and I am now paying for shipping for the item to be returned to my father. All of this being caused by there horrible business practices and customer service. They dont sell high quality parts to begin with, so know that. Dont order from them

On 7/11 I purchased a "Blind Box" of miscellaneous AR10/15 rails. They were advertised as differing types of rails, made for different types of handguards. What they did not advertise is that a large number of rails would be sent without the mounting hardware (screws/nuts). I have purchased rails from many companies and they were NEVER shipped without the hardware. On 7/20 I emailed their customer service and told them about the missing parts. I also included pictures of the rails and how many screws/nuts were missing. On 9/1 I received an email from them stating "Sorry for the late response. I am not sure if someone has gotten back to you. Unfortunately, because you bought these through a blind box, we cannot do anything about the missing screws and nuts. I am so sorry for this inconvenience." I feel that they intentionally misled customers by not letting us know that parts could be missing. I would like a full refund (as long as they pay for the return shipping) or the parts sent that I paid for.

I purchased a item (multiple items within the SKU). Once received noted the barrel was not as described and the order was not complete as many others here have noted on their own complaints. Took over 2 months to receive a response to my claim on their website. Was asked if the box had any damage and I noted that the tape was a bit loose but not in a way for an object as big as an upper receiver to come out of box. Was then told too bad, didn't have shipping insurance even though that is obviously not what happened since box was unopened when it arrived. Pick ticket showed order was complete however again like so many others the order was not complete.

I patiently waited the timeframe they gave me and when my order finally made it to me I immediately notice they sent me the wrong size. Delta team tactical sent me a 16 inch upper receiver for what ever reason after telling me I didn't have anything to worry about. What doesnt make sense is they sent me a receipt that says 10.5 on it when it clearly is not. I have made 3 attempts to call them or schedule a costumer service call back time none of these options have been answered at all. Its frustrating because I spent over 300 dollars and Waited a month and a half for them no complaints just to give me the wrong sized item and now they wont answer phone calls or even call you back when you schedule call back times. I would really like this issue fixed what they sent me does not fit properly at all on the lower build I have , and it doesn't fall under a pistol with a 16 inch barrel.

I purchased a rifle barrel from Delta Team Tactical order number *** on 3/6 for the cost of $174.99 plus $9.62 tax and was delivered to me on [protected]. During installation I discovered that this item was defective in that it was machined incorrectly and was not capable of functioning correctly or as advertised. I first contacted Delta Team Tactical with an e-mail to their customer service address (customerservice@deltateamtactical.com) on 4/6 and an additional one on [protected]. I have had no response from them by e-mail. I have made no less than 10 attempts to contact them via telephone () including 2 today [protected]) with two resulting finally in a busy signal after on hold for over 10 minutes and the remainder being told by the automated menu that there are no available service representatives available at this time and to call back later. I have also attempted using their callback feature with no reply.
The merchant promised a refund for a defective product on receipt of the defective product back. The issued me a return label for the RMA. The defective item was returned and when tracked shows it was delivered to them however only support through email is available and I can't get a reply from them from numerous attempts and contacting. They have essentially frauded me out of my money.
amount $147.62...this money is not owed, I received a package with the contents missing, I contacted DDT and filed a missing item statement ticket# ***. DDT was not willing to do anything since I did not have shipping insurance, but as I stated nothing was wrong with the package. These items were missing from the warehouse (is what I can gather). DDT cannot prove it was lost in transit,or it was stolen from their warehouse. Bottom line is I dont have my product. I charged it back since DDT was unwilling to do anything. I won the chargeback, DDT could have contested the issue with the card issuer but did not. No I just received a letter that DDT will send this to collections if it is not paid because I violated the terms. Since I did not receive the items, I did not violate the terms, and this debt is invalid. I have purchased thousands of dollars of items through DDT and in good faith they should have made this right.

I recieved a response over a WEEK later on 6/4 saying they could not reach the FFL. I provided them with new contact info, but why wasn't I informed weeks before that this was an issue? DTT has my email and phone number, this is not rocket science. As of this writing, it is 6/16 and I STILL don't have an update. I've tried reaching out by phone, chat, email (even the FFL specific email). Nothing. I run a business myself (medical practice). If I provided the poor customer service that DTT has, I would be bankrupt. My credit card was charged almost 2 months ago and I have nothing to show. Based on the slew of customer service complaints on ComplaintsBoard.com, it seems like I'm not alone. edit: after being on chat hold for nearly an hour, I chatted with Allison on 6/16. NOW I'm being told that the reason for the delay is "the ATF website is down and all FFL products are on hold" since Friday 6/12. That was 4 days ago, why wasn't I informed? Purchased a product from the company Delta Team Tactical 10/23 with shipping times month out, which is understandable. Couple months later had to call to find and ETA on shipping. I was well over the grace period they told me and forgot to ship my order. Upon receiving my order, I noticed the product was not acting as it should. Upon further investigation found the product to be damaged from the factory and I had to stop using it. Iv called multiple times, emailed multiple times over the last months. No response from this company. Iv purchased 2 more orders after the first order, and also had to contact them to ship those as well. Said they received one of my emails from the second order but no one ever contacted me. Now I'm stuck with a product that is unsafe to use.
According to Monterey financial, I have paid over $600 for a AR-45 4" upper & BCG (Bolt Carrier Group) that i still owe over $200 for, unnassembled and what have you. The problem, no detailed invoice with pricing. No returned phone calls or emails as of yet. Was sent no digital reciepts via email. Dont recall agreeing to $900 sum-odd dollar upper and bcg. Bank overdrafted twice and it has impacted my credit report and was added to collectiins the same month it was presumably ordered?

I made two orders to delta team tactical
I made two orders to delta team tactical. Order DT-*** placed on 4/14 included a rail sku# Hg-m1050-dh-12 and a lower parts kit [protected](which I didn't realize was not for a .308/AR10 but was in fact for an AR15..smaller parts) The barrel nut would not thread on any of the 3 uppers I had. I contacted live chat and after a lengthy back and forth was told a new barrel nut would go out and tracking be sent to me. I have received nothing from them. No tracking, no barrel nut. It has been over 3 weeks. The other order DT-*** placed on 4/22 included another lower parts kit for an AR10/308 item number [protected]. Since I just got my lower receivers in a couple days after delivery I didn't bother checking them. The lower parts kit from this order and last order were for an AR15. Completely useless to me. Back to live chat I went. I was told there was another person being talked to who received the same wrong LPK as me. So, clearly an issue going on at the company. After a lengthy conversation I was told these will be sent out to me and tracking provided. This was almost 2 weeks ago and I still have NOT Received a tracking number or the replaced/correct lower parts, and no barrel nut.

Placed order online 02/01 item showed in-stock. Add to cart, checkout, card charged, no problem. Fast Forward to 02/10 no update on my order, should have already arrived/shipped/anyhting! 02/10 send email support request for order status through DTT.com website. Receive no response as of 02/11. Then refund request was made, and strangely confirmed right away and also indicated that a 1.75% "merchant fee" was being deducted from my refund. This website appears to be selling merchandise they do not have in-stock, then leaving customers with no follow-up contact and then granting refunds while collecting a "merchant fee".
On Janurary 29 2021 received ordered parts from Delta Team Tactical, a stock and lower parts kit, order # ***. The parts all arrived but the stock will not fit the supplied receiver tube. on Feburary 2 started trying to contact them by e-mail with no results several e-mails later they sent one that said they received my e-mail. Still no answer. i have tried to call the number on their website but it rings one time and goes to a busy signal.
This company refuses to reply to e-mails i sent and never answers there phone. I ordered some items back on January 17th and have not heard anything about the status of my order yet. Order # DT-*** totaling $522.33. I would like to know the status of my order. If they cannot fulfill the order than I would like a refund so I can look elsewhere. Purchased 2 products in 1 transaction. Due to COVID-19 had a long lead time to ship. Once that time elapsed, still no notification that my products had shipped. I then contacted the company via email without a response for the first 5 attempts. I then contacted the company through the live chat function they had. Customer service was helpful while talking but once completed, cancelled my order and I received an email update that my order had been cancelled. I then contacted the company back via the live chat function. This person was helpful and cancelled the credit and replaced my order. Eventually I received an email from the Customer Service Manager stating that they had an inventory issue and would I accept something else as a replacement. I said no that I would like to have what I paid for since what they were offering, I already owned that product. Since then, I have emailed every couple of days for the last 2 weeks trying to find out what is going on without any response. I have tried calling the company via the 2 different phone numbers listed on the website. One phone number goes to a never ending hold, and the other phone number that goes to customer service auto hangs up on you.

I purchased an upper kit from DTT. Upon assembly I found that the barrel nut was defective and would not fit. Confirmed at my local pro shop where an AP barrel nut worked fine. After leaving messages with DTT (because nobody ever answers the phone and the CHAT is off line 99% of the time) I finally got a break a month ago and caught their CS on a CHAT. I requested a warranty replacement part. They had me send a picture of all parts purchased, which I did. I was then given the good news that a replacement part was on the way. 2 weeks later I sent a couple of emails and was then told apologetically that they were very busy and my part had just now been taken to shipping with instructions (presumably instructions to ship?). Here it is another 2 weeks later and nothing. Sent another 2 emails over the past 3 days. No response. I just want my $10 dollar part, which is a proprietary design. Otherwise I have to spend at least $100 elsewhere to remedy this incredible lack of quality and customer support. This is not about shipping delays due to COVID or being buried with back orders. While this warranty replacement has been allegedly in the pipeline, I have ordered a couple of small parts and had them delivered. A warranty is only good if the company honors their commitment. Obviously Delta Team Tactical does not.

I have reached out by email to customer service letting them know, the product I was sent is missing a piece. I let them know that I had 2 orders waiting to be sent to me, that they could just add the missing piece to one of those orders. This way, I didn't have to send the product back and cost their company money to ship the piece. I felt this would be an easier solution to the problem. The problem is I haven't even heard anything back. This is just another example of their customer service not responding- I sent an email 4 days before this one on another issue, asking about the status of my order because usually things are shipped very quickly. For some reason, a package I ordered a couple days after the package I am talking about had shipped, but the original first package, I never received an email that it has shipped. I order items all the time from this company and have never had an issue with items taking forever to ship. But, I reached out to them asking what the issue was because It was weird that a package I ordered a couple days after the one package shipped and the other one had no status yet. No-one ever reached out to me, a couple days or so later I get an email the order shipped finally. But still no email from customer service even addressing the issue. Its like all emails are being ignored or not being received. I cannot call because of the time I work, they are closed, so email is the only way. Also, I am hearing impaired in this is easier.

on november 25th i ordered my husband a build your own ar15 , i spent $796.72 on this order as a welcome home present for xmas. when i ordered everything there website stated everything is was ordering was in stock and due to having the upper assembled it would be 5 to 6 days for the assembly then it would all be shipped. i went on there website 3 weeks later to find out what the tracking number is and seen nothing was shipped. so i cantacted them at which point now its going to be 27 days till shipping and would be shipped on jan 2nd 2021. well this date is was past even there 27 day statement from date of my order. i emailed them again 2 days ago in which they now are stating that the upper i ordered will take 27 more days to have assembled. so i stated dont worry about the assembly he can do it himself just get my order shipped out in full this is his xmas present. again i have received no reply. in my first response i told them i dont care what there issue is when i ordered it all it said in stock available to ship in 5 to 6 days. we are now at a month and getting the run around. i do not want a refund i want my order shipped as he is only home till the 5th of jan then back out offshore for another month and i would like him to have his gift. i explained to them several times to just ship my order #Order DT-*** they never notified anyone of there changes since we ordered from them and this is complete crap as i would have just went and bought him one from a gun store but wanted to surprise him with what he exactly wanted . I purchased and was charged for items listed on their website that they claimed were in stock. I have waited the listed/advertised amount of time for them to ship my order. I contacted them the first time on 7/13 to inquire about shipping status and was told that parts of my order were not in stock and that they had gotten permission to substitute an item and that if I didn't get shipping confirmation by 7/17 that I was to call back and check again. I called on 7/17 and was told that my order was in shipping getting payment verification and that it would be shipping out early the next week. I called them again on 7/20 and left messages for them to call me back but didn't hear from them until I again called on 7/21. I was told that they were checking on my order status and would have someone call me back. I never received a call back and I called them again several times on 7/22 to get order status. I talked to a couple of their service people and was told that there was no record of me calling the other times and that there were several items from my order that were no longer in stock. I was told that they could ship my order partial (I paid for assembly) and that they could credit me 5% for some of the missing items. After talking to the service people on 7/22, I was left more confused as to what was actually available from my original order. They listed the purchased items as in stock as a kit. I was charged the full amount at the time of purchase for items listed as in stock and am confused as to why they cannot fulfill my order as advertised and charged.

I placed an order with Delta Team Tactical on 4/30, Order # DT - ***. On 5/7 I called customer service to check on the status of my order. The customer service agent informed me, it was "out for shipping" and should be shipped "today" or "tomorrow" and I would receive a confirmation via email. After not receiving an email and waiting 48 hours, I called customer service. Once again I was given the same "out for shipping" response. I was told they are a offsite call center and could only forward a message to the company. I asked the agent to have someone call me back or send an email regarding my order. I received neither. So, today 5/13, I contacted customer service and asked for a direct line to the company. The agent was unable to provide a number. After some research, I found a phone number for "Davidson Defense" aka "Delta Team Tactical" located at 333 N. State Street. The person took my information to forward to customer service. I finally received an email stating they attempted to call. (The only call I received showed as international on caller id and was sent to voicemail. The voicemail I received was dead air with inaudible background noise.) Email further stated, my order was scheduled to be sent the week of May 25th. After all the runaround and evidently false information given to me, I requested, via email & direct call to customer service, cancellation of my order with full refund and confirmation my request was received. I have not received anything confirming my request. This company has ZERO customer service! Never do business with this company!

Hello I ordered on october 27 order #*** with a in stock item which ships in 3-6 BUSSINESS days I've contacted delta team tactical several times to confirm my address and help assist them in any information they may needed ive spent hours hold for them to tell me they have no idea why it hasn't shipped and they was just as clueless as I was ive been very patient and understanding and each call or contact I make theres a new excuse as to why it hasn't shipped or been taken care of by management here it is 11/18 and have been told on four accusations that my order will be shipped after called and spoke with costumer service and receive a email confirmation and tracking number 4 seperate times each time with the same end result that it's going no where they can't seem to get my order shipped out of warehouse and they the consent to go to warehouse and see in person my order gets shipped personally ive never had to file a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com before and have ordered from many different business with the same address provided after getting nervous about the hundreds of dollars spent and they withdrawed immediately after purchase I decided to see other customers experiences I learn that there are many other people that have been treated the same way and the only resolution was to contact ComplaintsBoard.com for help I honestly just want my order shipped and have exhausted any way of trying to resolve this with delta team tactical called and spoke with costumers service yesterday and was told they couldn't get my address to pop up on Google maps and that they would have to manually input in system and it would be shipped yesterday or early this morning

On 11/27 I placed order# *** with Omega Tactical Distribution (which is also Delta Team Tactical, Davison Defense). The order arrived late and incomplete. One item in the order was incorrect.. Over the course of several days and emails, OTD realized and admitted to their mistake and stated that they would locate the correct item and ship it to me. Since then (Dec 17, 2020 13:43 MST) no once from that company can be reached via email or phone which is stated to be primary and only ways to reach the above mentioned company. I've made multiple calls being on hold for a running total of 2 hours and 34 mins and counting as this is being composed. I've sent numerous emails since 12/17 to Omega Tactical Dist. In both cases, no one from the company can be reached. I have emails, pictures and receipts that verify that I was sent the wrong item. What appears to worse then all of the aforementioned thus far is what was sent to me as opposed to the correct item. The stock that was sent and told to me by Jacob B of OTD was to be firearms grade parts. The stock sent in this case wasn't fire arms grade. It was very similar to a stock from an airsoft gun, which is not a fire arm, it is a toy. To ensure that this instance was just isolated to myself, I contacted a friend who also purchased the same stock as advertised by OTD. He too was sent the very same "incorrect" stock. OTD , admittedly through email has stated that the image used in the advertisement was incorrect. This image and the description that matched it, was what myself and others purchased. It appears that Omega Tactical Dist, either through negligence or intentionally, is shipping incorrect parts while advertising another. What's more is that the parts they are shipping in lieu of the advertised ones are toy parts and can only be found on websites that contain only airsoft parts and accessories. I can provide picture and receipt evidence of both my order and the unnamed friends order being the same. SHAME

A month after I ordered a bolt carrier group from Delta Team my credit card was used to charge $2192.55 at the Lexus dealership 3.6 miles north of Delta Team. Seems very coincidental to me. I’ve contacted Delta Team to see if anyone there drives a Lexus. I haven’t heard back from them yet.

Stay away! I have ordered from DTT in the past didn't have any issues. Placed an order back on 12/5/2022. Response back was everything in stock could take up to 5-days to ship. I received my order 12/28.2022 the order was incomplete, missing two items and another was not what I ordered. Upon receiving the order I immediately tried calling and emailed with pictures as stated on their website. I have placed over twelve phone calls and at least *** emails. Its a shame company's are doing business like this in ***. A true disappointment!

At first I was skeptical because of the reviews but I figured "hey let's give it a go". As stated in other reviews It did take a bit longer than I'd hoped to have my order shipped, but *** over at DTT made sure my order was still fulfilled in enough time to receive and assemble before gifting it to a relative. If your a very impatient person and are willing to pay other companies over priced premiums DTT may not be for you, but if you are understanding in the fact that it is a rather small business fulfilling tons of orders on products so cheap idk how they make a profit it's a great place to get a quality firearm kit.
