listen up. I gotta say, I am not a happy camper right now. I ordered this dope Popcorn machine from Cuda Zoo about a couple of weeks ago on August 14th. I dropped $187.49 on it, ya know? The thing is, it still ain't arrived and these guys ain't saying jack squat. I tried to reach out to them - left voicemails, sent emails, the whole nine yards - but no one's gotten back to me yet. He promised to send it out, but it never came. I've tried calling him back several times since then and left voice mails, but he never returns my calls. I feel scammed by this company and especially ***. It's been almost four months now and no kettle. I think they just took my money and ran. If *** sees this review, he can call me.

No response when trying to return a product On March 9th I placed an order for part to fit in my popcorn machine. Invoice XXXXX. I received the part on March 11th and it was not the correct size for my machine. There were no instructions on the receipt on how to return. I called (XXX) XXX-XXXX which is the customer care number and left a voicemail. No call back. I emailed on March 11th as well. On March 16th I sent pictures of my machine asking if they could help determine the correct part. They responded and said they were working on the return process. What does that even mean? I sent another email on March 20th asking them again for the return instructions.

On August 18th I placed an order with Cuda that totaled $160. I never received order. Requested refund and was told my order was voided but it wasnt. On August 18th, I placed an order with Cuda for $160. I was assigned order # XXXXX and was told that there was a back order and that the order would be shipped 2nd week of September. Well, today is November 5th and I have yet to receive my order. I have called numerous times and left numerous voicemails with no call backs. I finally reached out to *** by email at ***@cudazoo.com on Oct. 16th and he replied back the same day and told me that my order was voided and that there was nothing to refund. He sent me an attachment of an order that was not mine, it had another customers name and mailing information which was in another state. I have emailed him back multiple times since then and asked him to call me. I have also told him that the order he said was voided was not mine. I want my money refunded. I no longer want the product as I have no need for it anymore because it took too long.

The product was returned since the shipment was so late. the seller is not refunding my money. I placed an order on July 23 for my business and the seller hadn't sent my order until September 2. when the order finally came on 9/2, I did not need it since it came too late. Therefore, as soon as FedEx delivered the order I immediately return it to the seller. However, the seller has not sent me my money back. I tried to resolve this issue by emailing them as well as calling to leave messages. Unfortunately, neither my email nor messages were responded. Cancellation/Refund of order I placed an order for a kid's adjustable desk & chair 7/27, I was advised that the desk had an ETA of 9/8 and how did I want to proceed. I called back and advised I was ok to wait until then. After the week of 9/8, the desk&chair had not arrived. I emailed for a status and was advised it would be at least 3 weeks and how I wanted to proceed. At that time I replied back to the email advising to cancel my order and issue a refund. I have been trying to get a refund for goods not delivered to me due to discontinuation of product. On March 20, I ordered, online, a freezer chest. After charging my credit card, I received an e-mail from CudaZoo, LLC, explaining the chest was a discontinued item, and they would credit my card. I waited 7 to 10 business days for the credit to be applied, then attempted calling the customer service. Since then, I have repeatedly tried, through phone calls and e-mails, to contact their office. I have left messages on each attempt. It is always the same, the supervisor, Zack, claims to be away from his desk, or helping another customer. I have received no return calls. After researching the company a little further, I have read similar complaints from other customers, who have been trying for over a year to receive their refunds.

Confusion about order delivery I placed an order with Cuda Zoo, llc affiliate concessionsite.com on July 5th for a hand held blender by the brand Dynamics. I initially paid $383.22, but after speaking with a representative he "found a better shipping rate" and my payment reduced to $364.13. I got a confirmation email receipt. On July 7th I received a text message from DHL with a tracking number. It showed that I was receiving a package from France from the company Dynamics (the same company that made the blender I ordered from concessionsite.com) so I assumed that concessionsite.com must be drop-shipping my order. I did not mind this because when I was in contact with Dynamic representatives to order straight from them, they told me I would have to do a wire transfer to them in France and I did not want to do that. I wanted to pay using my card because I did not trust that. So when I found that concessionsite.com had pretty much the same blender, and I could pay using my card I decided to order from them. I received my order via DHL on July 9th and I was sent an email by concessionsite.com to confirm that I received the item. I confirmed because I had received the item that I believed they sent. It's July 23rd and I just received an email from a Dynamics representative saying this " By the way, looking for your payment at our US account , we could not find it. Could you please send me a copy of the bank transfer in order to see that with our bank." The confusing thing is that I NEVER finalized a purchase with the Dynamics representatives. The last email I sent them was on June 29th when I asked why they did not have a website for card payments, to which they did not reply. Now it's July 23rd and they are emailing me this? It is like both of these companies are in cahoots with each other to scam buyers. I am so confused because a lot does not make sense. For instance: 1. If it was dynamics who sent me the blender, that means I did not receive my blender from concessionsite.com. So I would need my refund ASAP. 2. What company sends a product without payment or acknowledgement from the buying party? 3. If concessionsite.com is not involved how did they know I received my order on the 9th as indicated by the email they sent. My calls are not being answered by concessionsite.com/Cuda zoo and I need answers immediately.

So i called giles and they said no problem they would take it back no questions ask just tell cudda kitchen to send it back. i have emailed several times and called at least 30 times no call back i talk to giles they said this has happen before with this company but they would do all they can to help. they contacted cudda but no answer but giles told me that cudda knew that giles could not make the cooker that was ordered in single phase i want to get my money back so i can purchase a new cooker that will work for our store and i would get a giles made cooker if the new one was less then the one i received i want the remainder given back but i need a cooker
