Travel agency does not live up to their promises
I booked a vacation with this agency and had so much trouble getting any information from them. My emails went unanswered, calls go to a voicemail with no response for weeks. The owner makes up stories about her travel credentials and when I inquired, I found out none of them were true! No wonder they are getting so many complaints! I should have googled them and I would have found out that they are a shady operation! Their agency is like a revolving door and when I inquired about that, I found out that they do not pay their agents so they get fed up and leave! I am reporting them to the BBB because people need to know so they don't get ripped off. Don't be fooled by their facebook page, they buy likes so people will think they are popular! I am so glad I cancelled my vacation with them and booked with a real agency who knows what they are doing.
The manager hasn't paid me my commissions
I started to work for the company DESTINATIONS to Travel LLC. They promised me a good commissions and I worked hard and was so enthusiastic about it. I encouraged people to book trips and buy travel packages, but when it came time to pay my commissions, the manager suddenly found so many excuses and other blah-blah. I worked for nothing and this man refused to pay my commissions. I quitted and decided not to argue with them.
I had the same trouble with them. This is a pyramid scheme, not a travel agency. They want you to work for them and then won't pay, you get mad, they keep the money. They do this over and over and over and they pocket all of the money. This agency is a revolving door of agents coming and going, mostly going. The owners are liars telling you the money is coming and you never see it. They should be shut down. When you leave, they will try to destroy you because they are mad you left. They make promises of big things to come and nothing happens. They treat their clients terrible too, never responding to emails or phone calls. It's hard to believe they are still in business. BUYER AND AGENTS BEWARE!
