Me and my family stayed at Diamond Vacation Homes for a week and we had an absolute blast! The house was super clean and comfy, with big beds and fluffy blankets that made us feel right at home. The kitchen had all the essentials and we even cooked a few meals ourselves. We spent most of our time in the backyard, lounging on the patio furniture and grilling up some burgers. The pool was a total lifesaver in the heat, too. We also appreciated the location - close enough to all the Orlando attractions but still in a nice residential neighborhood. Highly recommend Diamond Vacation Homes for your next family vacation! Only problem we had was some confusion with payment, but the team was quick to respond and provide assistance.

The final payment was due on October 6, but I received no information from the company. Attempts to contact them via calls, emails, and texts went unanswered. Furthermore, the rental I booked is now listed at $1,091 per night. With flights, car rental, and park tickets already bought, my family's plans are at risk, and we stand to lose money due to the company's neglect.

However, when trying to check out for 3 nights, the system increased it to $429/night, which was pretty annoying. The owner made it clear that the firm price was $429/night, which was a letdown. After arriving at the house, we had trouble with the TV for almost 2 hours, trying to make it work. The owner helped us with a FaceTime call, and after almost 45 minutes of working on it, they finally fixed it. It was frustrating since we wasted our whole evening trying to fix something that should've been easy. As we were trying to figure out which room each of us will take, we noticed issues with the cleanliness in the bathrooms. One toilet didn't have any "sanitary" label, and the bowl was full of toilet paper that was not flushed. We also discovered poop on the front outside of another toilet bowl, which was totally disgusting. The manager offered to send cleaners the next day, but it did not seem like a solution. Our first night in the house was uncomfortable, especially after discovering these things. We had to buy new sheets and towels from Target to replace the dirty ones. We were disappointed to see that the house was not thoroughly cleaned, despite paying a higher cost than other rentals in the area. The dirty bathrooms and towels made us doubt the cleanliness of the rest of the house. On the second day of our stay, the manager turned on the pool heater, but we weren't able to enjoy it. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the quality we experienced in the home after paying so much to stay here. It's not worth it for the cost we paid for the lack of sanitation and uncleanliness.

I rented a place from Diamond Vacation Homes and it wasn't what I saw on the website. The room was a mess, with broken things and food on the floor. There was even a CO2 alarm that wouldn't stop beeping. When I told them, they just said it was dust or something. I have proof of all this with pictures and stuff. Worst of all, something valuable was lost and I know it's there. I asked them about it, but they won't get back to me. Now things are gone, and it's not cool.

I got some trouble with Diamond Vacation Homes LLC. Gotta say, I made a reservation via their website on Feb 11th, 2021 and gave them $999.95 as a deposit to guarantee my spot on the reservation for 7 days, starting August 11th. They told me that they would be giving me more deets on the property as the date approached and encouraged me to hit them up if I had any questions. However, I haven't heard squat from them since then and they won't return my calls or emails that I sent twice already. I don't get why it's so hard to give me some answers on my rental cash and to give me a holler back on my reservation. I really need help from David - if he could just contact me to let me know what's happening with my rental and provide me with the right facts that it's all good, that would be awesome. I haven't heard anything since Feb 11th. There are like 18 of us gonna be renting this place and we really need some assurance that we'll have a place to stay.

On 4/20 we talked and he lets me know it'll be coming, my $1247.94 is coming back. I kept waiting and tried again after a week. But his mailbox was full and some email didn't go through. I even tried messaging his wifey on ***, the site where I found the homes, but didn't get a response. Tried calling and emailing but nothing in weeks! We had to cancel cause covid and the travel ban for military DOD fam like mine letting us take trips. We did it before the 60 day policy and our dates were 7/2-7/10. Was disappointed cause we mighta done it again if the service was better. He answered quickly when I was doing reservations so I thought it was a good deal but now there's no communication, except that one time I was told I would get the deposit back. I know times are tough but not communicating ain't cool. Gonna need my refund ASAP.

So I stays in Diamond Vacation Homes LLC for a week starting from 4/26 - 5/3. I booked online from VRBO, but now they are not giving me back all my money cuz of Covid-19. I am in NC and they are in FL, and they ain't allowing no vacation rentals to take place in FL. I keep trying to get in touch with David T through email, but he don't answer me no more. I can't be going on vacation now. David says I can reschedule up to 15 months later, but I gotta pay extra money or only get 50% refund. That's not fair. Some people in my group don't have jobs or only work part-time. I don't wanna reschedule and pay extra money. David ain't giving me my $2,000 back and ain't even answering me. I won't do business with him or VRBO no more. They need to give me my money back so I can pay my bills and take care of my kid. This is some shady stuff. If they don't give me my money back, I'll sue them. Y'all should stay away from them.

Upon arrival after 10:30pm, we found numerous broken items and missing essentials. The house given was not the one we booked, lacking the promised amenities. David T refused to move us or refund for the falsely advertised home and features. He canceled our reservation on our departure day to prevent a negative review. We were treated unfairly without a resolution, akin to criminals. This is unprofessional. I seek help to resolve this. I have documented evidence including emails, calls, photos, and texts. The photos show the damage and discrepancies from the original booking. We received a different, problematic home, where even the theater room was unusable due to broken chairs and non-functional equipment.

I rented a vacation home in Orlando, FL in Nov 2019 through a rental service and Diamond Vacation Homes. The house was not as advertised and had roaches. I booked the house through a rental service, and the managers were David and Crystal T of Diamond Vacation Homes. When I arrived in Nov 2019, the house did not match the rental service's listing. We found cockroaches upstairs. I contacted David immediately, but he wasn't helpful, claiming exterminators should have resolved it. He tried to rectify by offering another house, but it wasn't what we paid for. I requested a refund, and he agreed. Our downpayment was $1437 (paid on July 4) and the final payment was $2521.88 (paid on Oct 26, 2019). He refunded the final payment but not the downpayment. Despite repeated contact with the rental service and David since Nov 2019, no further action has been taken. David's request for a contract signature three days before check-in and a photo of my credit card for potential damages seemed suspicious. He's now unresponsive to calls, emails, or texts, and his misrepresentation of his properties suggests dubious business practices. This experience spoiled my Thanksgiving holiday and incurred additional expenses. Thank you.
