THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! SHADY SCAMMING DISHONEST company! Do not use them. We purchased an ECM on 1/7/24, They acknowledged the order and then asked for the details of the truck, VIN, etc... We supplied that info on 1/7/24, they confirmed and said they would reprogram your unit correctly for your vehicle. on 1/9/24 we asked when we should expect to receive the ECM. They replied with, typically shipping time to get to you is 5-7 days after date of purchase. if everything tests properly. it usually takes 3-5 business days for us to make sure everything is working properly. On 1/12/24 they thank us for placing the order with them, and that multiple units were tested for your order and unfortunately those units failed their testing and were not able to be mailed out. Then tried to give us an alternative, for us to send back out ECM, at no additional cost... On 1/13/24 we didn't opt for that because we still needed to be able to move the truck. We told them at that point I reminded them they already had the $1295 from us, and that we were under the impression they had several readily available and that we would five them until 1/19/24 to have 1 ready to ship otherwise a refund was requested. Miraculously they came up with one and we received it on 1/26/24. I tried the unit immediately upon receipt and it threw a code, 0630 = ECM faulty program, which results in the gas pedal not working and the fuel pump no power. Honestly it feels, looks and sounds like they just sent me something regardless of if it worked or not just to suffice and quiet me up. We requested a full refund at that time because we did not trust them to supply us with the functioning programmed ECM nor did we trust them with our ECM to maybe fix. We used their Fedex return label to send back the NON_FUNCTIONING NON_PROGRAMMED ECM. We sent that back on 1/28/24, it was delivered on 1/30/24 and they documented receipt on 1/31/24. On 1/29/24 they said they will cancel our der and give it to their billing dept after receiving the unit and checking it. They said the refund process can take up to 7-10 business day. They mentioned if we did not receive the after the 10th business day to call or email their billing dept. Of course, they tried they crap and said they received it on 1/31/24 and the 10th business day would be 2/14/24, and again to call the billing dept for the follow up if not received.
NO answer from any of their support, sales or billing dept emails. Nor were they answering during business hours. On 2/15/24 we talked to Courtney in sales and he said he saw it in the system to give it 2-3 more days. On 2/19/24 nothing was done, no refund no emails no call backs. We emailed again and again 2/19 and 2/20. On 2/20/24 afternoon we text the [protected], we get their reply on 2/21/24 "sorry for the delay, gave an excuse about their service shuts off after 6pm EST, and that they brought the matter up to the billing dept. and they assured that the refund would be processed before the end of the day on 2/21/24. Of course it didn't happen, we text again on 2/22/24 for follow and emailed them as well. No replies. So this morning in our bank acct $695 shows up! Thats $600 less! We paid $1295, they delayed sent us crap, didn't program the unit, delayed, did not answer. The whole time from the moment I asked for a refund I always stated the full refund of $1295 believing that because they never programmed the unit correctly and the delays, we hoped they would be an honest business. They ONLY ever answer your calls when you are ordering so they can take your money, after that they are near ghost! They are FRAUDULENT business. There is not an upright honest bone about the business. They take your money and that's it, that is all they want while you get crap service and product. BUYER BEWARE!
