DiGi Telecommunications digi internet

Nowadays in kuching, the digi internet is practically slow and useless. Why bother going for expensive plan with lots of data when those internet are as slow and worst compared to other telco companies. The internet in Kuching (almost everywhere) are very slow. The so-called 4g only covers certain area and places like jalan Stephen Yong and jalan kung Phin are mostly 3G. If it's 4G most probably 1 bar at most. Better give better and fast internet connection if you want to retain us as your digi customer.

DiGi Telecommunications scam/hacking

Fake facebook profile of friend asked for handphone number under pretext of wanting to talk.

Gave phone number [protected].

Received sms from Digi (see attached, time 1.45pm 14/5/2017) with a code for online purchase.

Scammer asked to provide code to her. I became suspicious. She failed to answer my verification question. I reported to Facebook. Scammer deleted account.

Can scammer be traced?
Is my phone number safe to continue using?

DiGi Telecommunications unreasonable internet charges

I have been using digi for 10 years now. Have always avoided using mobile data ever since the bad experience of horrendous internet speed and unreasonable charges back in my hometown in sitiawan. 10 years later I am in seremban and am still using digi. Decided to give the mobile data another chance since the free internet I got from downloading mydigi app was pretty good. So, I subscribed for the 300mb mydigi app exclusive internet for 1 day. The quota remaining on the app screen went from 0 to 300mb and an sms came saying I have received 300mb internet so I went online to check on some urgent stuff. Lo and behold less than 30 seconds later, when I have just loaded a webpage two sms came within a span of 1 second saying that I have used rm2 and rm5 internet respectively. Great. 2 minutes later, another sms came saying 300mb internet had been activated. Another minute later an sms came saying I have reached rm8 internet usage and the rest is free for the day. What the hell... Within five minutes rm8 of my very limited credit flew out of the window. Hello, I know about the pay-as-you-use internet is for convenience but this does not apply to everyone. I don't need to spend rm8 per day on mobile data. Heck, I top up rm10 like once every two weeks, think i'm rich? How is this convenient? Digi mobile data has caused me inconvenience every single time I subscribed to its plans. There was this once where an sms from digi came saying something about my account has been credited with free internet and when I went to check it out (I just loaded the fb login page), it deducted rm4 from my account. Way to go. And this, shatters my trust on digi mobile data completely and needless to say I am not going to attempt it again. If it's not because my family uses digi (Mind you, they do not subscribe to the mobile data plans), I would have quit using digi a long time ago.

DiGi Telecommunications coverage - setia alam / setia gemilang

1. Very poor coverage and internet connection since April 2016. It is getting worse.

2. Using Iphone 6S, 4G LTE signal is shown all the time with connection bar ranging from 2 to 3 bars out of 5. Could not view Youtube most of the time even with these conditions. During worst period, may not getting WhatsApp notification/messages at all.

3. Suspect the increase numbers of tenants around this area (Jalan Setia Gemilang, Setia Taipan, etc.) occupying the apartments.

4. Please increase the coverage capability. More people will be coming and living in this area. 4 more 16-level apartments are opening later this year. 1++ double storey houses are in construction. 2 big shop lots are ready for tenancy.

DiGi Telecommunications coverage - area sentul and bangsar

Greetings,

Please take note that DIGI coverage in vicinity of sentul, Duta Court Complex and Menara UOA Bangsar are VERY POOR. The phone Line and Internet is not satisfying the Consumers and standard comparing with other Line.

DO take immediate action to rectify the coverage to secure your consumers' interest towards DIGI Line.

DiGi Telecommunications data coverage

Digi service is going bad and bad since few months ago.

I were using 3gb data with RM68 per month plan and upgrade RM80 per month package once this package started.

It still work well from the early of this package but after all...
When at outdoor, data will keep show connecting...
Indoor, data connection super poor sometime can't load at all.
It happenend at Klang Valley, Melaka and Ipoh which I had experienced.

I am doubt and disappointed on Digi services now and wondering will it going to bet improvement.

DiGi Telecommunications product and stuff services

1. Just visit this store and had a bad serviced by a bad attitude fat girl who called huinee

2. Always system down and credit card machine got problem?!

3. Ive order an iphone 7+ and paid rm100 for deposit but why they never inform and sell to the other walkin customers? I asked customer and they said they never order b4! Is it first come first serve? So whats the deposit for? And I ask them when I can get my phone but they never answer me!

4. No prepaid card no topup card. They ask me to watson buy topup receipt
Omg pls do some reaction for this store pls

! Worst store ever!

DiGi Telecommunications customers services

Digi customer services. why are you keep delaying me to switch out. I totally didnt receive any sms from your system (so call to confirm to switch to another operator). Do you know that when i call to their service centre, Firstly, I need to wait for their idiot system to press for the direction and wait at least 10 to 15min for the agent to answer our call. after alot of nonsense reason given by your agent, they blame on your own system and end up your agent didnt solve the problem. we have to wait again for the sms in 24 to 48 hour. maybe you wanna to charge us again for the next bill. Digi please la. if you still giving this kind service here i hope that all your customer will go. this is because of your services that you provide.

DiGi Telecommunications mobile data

Why cant i use my data? I even go to buy more credit so i can use it. But no, nothing happen. Im really upset. It suddenly black out when im using it. Its urgent but this happen many time already. Please improve your service so that we can use it way more convenient . This consume alot of money. Our money. Thank you for your spending your tine reading this.

Dear Digi, I'm your loyalty customers since 10years ago. Recently, I'm really upset that the network is getting worse and the data plan is disappointing.I even having dificult to submit this complaint due to your Bad Network.If your network is so bad no point of giving so much of GB because we cannot enjoy also.Your companh are making people line miserable.And when come to emergency i cannot even whatsapp or call out due to your bad network.Im going to terminate your line after my contract is finish.

DiGi Telecommunications slow internet

I'm from Sarawak, Malaysia and I did sign up a internet package (Rm38) monthly 8GB internet but I can't even use it. The internet is so slow and this really upset me a lot. I can't even watch YouTube and load video. Sometimes I can't even load facebook. This is horrible . Seriously I paid Rm 38 and can't use the package as promised. wasted my money and my precious time for waiting them to load.

DiGi Telecommunications digi internet

I have finish my monthly internet quota. And I unsubscribe it and activate a new monthly quota. Before I subscribe the quota my credit balance was RM33.78. After I subscribe RM30 quota my balance should be RM3.78. But this digi service deducted my whole credit to zero. Now I can't even make call. Some more before I subscribe the internet quota I have already off my mobile data. There is no chance to use internet and deduct my credit balance. But finally I receive a sms indicate that I use internet for RM3. This is nonsense. Make me shock. I definitely need a response from digi service. I need to know why they deduct my credit.

DiGi Telecommunications no network at my place

well as you know digi is the main network, but why don't you let digi coverage all over malaysia, why at home town there's no network, please eventho we are from village, we all want to know want to comunicate with other people using internet, call, please fixed it up, my home town at Kampung Teluk Mas, Perak Darul Ridzuan, there's 'pencawang' but there's no network, please i begging you, fixed it,

DiGi Telecommunications terminated line

please terminated without further delay.

Why want to terminate line, need to answer Y and the time for reply is too short. Sometimes my daughter study at class how to reply, Why digi keep on delay to terminate the line, since your line for coverage for far from town is weak, why you not allowed to cancell & terminated. i'm very disactified your service. Why when we open the line you didn;t require the same method & why didn't inform earlier. What kind of serivce !

Digi services is really ###. im facing the same issue. they keep delaying us to switch out. DiGi Telecommunications poor line and service

Dear DIGI, i would like to complain about your service. first time i use digi everything OK and now its ridiculous for exmple: the problem with line or digi connection, i did not know my unlimited data. first is i would like to talk about poor line or connection, this happen when i was surf some information its didnt not working, second is about unlimited data. i mostly study started midnight and love to used my free unlimited data and its was working good before digi change their service. NOW the unlimited data did not working good and too slow, i repeat again ITS TOO SLOW like i did not have it. please fix this thing.

DiGi Telecommunications poor digi plan

Dear Digi, I'm your loyalty customers since 10years ago. Recently, I'm really upset that the network is getting worse and the data plan is disappointing. My package is around 90 per month. Today I went to the Digi Centre and I saw there is a plan quite similar with mine but it only costs 50 per month. Maybe the difference for you is just a small figure but why should I deserve this? Never inform existing customers. If I never realize this package so are you going to charge me so much every month?

DiGi Telecommunications customer service - collection department

Hi,
I received a call from your collection department today - 13.04.2017 @ 9.09 from you CSR called David.

This is the 2nd time David has called me to request for payment, however, this number is still registered under the previous owner. I have clearly informed him to get the records updated to the correct name but he refuses and always wants to get into a commotion. Having said all this, David's English is equally bad and his customer care skill is down to level zero. I have recorded our last conversation where David ends my call with an abrupt fuss. Is this the kind attitude a CSR should portray?

DiGi Telecommunications digi internet connection for $110 call plan package

Network Coverage Indicator bar on phone constantly shows 4g, but line latency is drastically unstable. Video loading and video calls drop and lag consistently. This is especially noticeable on the weekends when they have their unlimited internet service.

On occasion, network coverage fluctuates during the evenings and night. Dropping from 4g to H+. Problems really started becoming unbearable beginning of March 2017. Before that everything was okay, only the occasional 1/2 days of bad service. Now its consistently lagging, disconnecting, bad latency every single day.

Called digi helpline and customer service, they did a network check and notified service line quality is fully operational. Operator mentioned the network hub might be overloaded. They sent their contractors down to check on the service tower, but I am pretty sure there's nothing wrong with the tower, if it was a mechanical fault on site, problem would not have persisted for a whole full month.

They are still aggressively promoting new smart plans when their network hubs are overloaded. Right now, service line is so horrendous it's appalling.

DiGi Telecommunications please stop stole my money when I on mobile data without subscribe internet plan.

Something I will accidently click to turn on the mobile data when without subscribe any internet plan, and it will send me a message that automatically charge my money two time, RM8 and RM5. Something I have already buying internet plan and I turn on the mobile data, but it charge my money too, RM8 & RM5, this happen make me feel uncomfortable because I just lost my money again and again.
