I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Digiprint Supplies. I ordered a new pump from them and it took them a whole two weeks to finally deliver it to me. My communication with them, especially towards the end, was good, both on the phone and via email. Despite the 2-month delay, I was happy to finally receive my order.

Terrible Experience with Digiprint Supplies: Defective Print Head and Poor Customer Service
I had a terrible experience with Digiprint Supplies and I strongly advise against buying print heads from this company. I purchased a new print head on May 28, 2019 and waited two weeks for it to be mailed to me. When I received the print head, I inspected it and waited until I ordered all new OEM inks and cleaning solvent that is recommended by Mimaki to use in my CJV30 printer. I installed the print head on June 8, 2019 and removed it the same day after noticing that it was defective. I properly cleaned it with OEM Mimaki cleaning liquid and sent it back to Digiprint.
On July 8, 2019, a Mimaki Tech installed my new print head from Digiprint, along with new printer cables, new dampers, and a new cap station - all products from Digiprint. The run test draw result was okay, but all new dampers had correct ink levels. However, black ink was dripping in idle mode and there was a loss of colors as the Mimaki Tech was working on my printer for six (6) hours. The end result was a bad print head and I paid $700 for the professional service to Mr. Fabio Andrade on my Mimaki CJ30 printer. I am not happy that my printer is still down over a month because of the print head not working as it should, and the replacement delay is costing me money each day the printer is working for production.
I returned the print head product and received a Print Head Report from Digiprint that is false, inaccurate, and misleading. No one or person(s) damaged or used a wrong cleaning solution on this print head. All inks and cleaning solutions are OEM, original Mimaki products, and I have all the receipts indicating that they were purchased recently and before my Mimaki Tech installed all the products, including the print head. I was with him watching everything and neither of us cleaned the print head surface at any time. As I am a tech myself, I know how to handle these products properly.
Upon my request to send the print head back to Digiprint because it was and is defective, I was told to send it back with an ESD packaging. However, the print head did not come in an ESD package, and maybe that is why the print head is defective from the start. I have video of me opening the new print head box for a visual inspection, and it shows no ESD packaging from Digiprint to protect the print head from static electricity. This defective print head was working erratically from the start of printing.
I lost over $3,000 with this company, and my printer has been down for over two months. This is not good for any business, and I strongly advise against buying anything from Digiprint Supplies. I am now pending legal action for my loss.
