Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Discounted Wheel Warehouse
I recently purchased 4 rims from Discounted Wheel Warehouse and unfortunately, one of them had a lot of bubbles and scratches. I figured since they were made in China, I should have expected this. However, I was disappointed when I reached out to the company about the issue. Despite their website claims of no problem returns, I never heard back from them after talking on the phone and sending photos as requested. I even tried reaching out to them 4 different times and sent an email, but all my attempts were blown off. In the end, I had to return the rim to the manufacturer for a replacement. It was a frustrating experience, but I'm glad I was able to get the issue resolved eventually.

These guys over at Discounted Wheel Warehouse are a real piece of work. Let me tell you, they take their sweet time processing your order. I mean, what's the hold up? It's not like they're hand-making the rims themselves. And don't even think about shipping your rims to a different address than the one on your card. They won't let you do it! I mean, come on, what if you want to have them shipped to your work? Nope, they'll make you call your bank and change your address with them. What a pain in the butt!
And when you call to check on the status of your order, they just pass you around from one useless clown to another. Each time you get transferred, you're put on hold forever and no one actually helps you. It's like they're just trying to waste your time. And when they finally do call you back, they make you sign this shady waiver that forces you to give up any and all of your rights to returns or refunds for ANY reason! I mean, what kind of shady business is that? And get this, they even make you swear that you won't file any disputes or chargebacks with your bank for any reason. Talk about covering their own butts!
And if that's not bad enough, they try to cover themselves even more by placing disclaimers that the product you receive may not be the same product you purchased! Who are these clowns? After many days and many hours of frustration, I cancelled my order and went with BB Wheels instead. And let me tell you, they processed my order immediately and rushed free delivery in just 2 days. Now that's what I call customer service! Do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns at Discounted Wheel Warehouse.

I bought a new wheel about three weeks ago, and when it arrived, I did my usual inspection. I noticed chipped paint, the paint job within the wheel well was rubbed off, and the front face of the wheel had three indented marks. I reached out to Discount Wheel Warehouse (on a Thursday) and sent pictures to my representative that was assisting me with the purchase of the car wheel (Sunny). I Spoke with Sunny, and he assured me that his manager or supervisor would contact me by Friday (the next business day). On Tuesday of the following week, I reached out to them and talked to Kim or Sarah (after four attempts). Informed her of the issue, and she explained that they are only allowed to reimburse $50 of the total amount of the wheel ($250). She also offered to return the wheel and get my money back. She mentioned as well as sunny that the wheels I had, were obsolete and that only two where left in the country when i originally purchased the wheel (a week before). I said to her that i needed a wheel for my car and i couldn't return it. I asked for at least the amount to get the wheel fixed ($180). she said no and that the most they could be $80, but she needed approval. She continued saying that she would call me back and give me a response. Three weeks have passed by and nothing. Horrible service and they are only interested in making money, no matter if the quality of the product is awful and damaged. I do not recommend them at all.

I purchased 5 tires from the seller on 11 14 19. 2 Days Later the seller call me and told me I had to pay more money to get my tires because he had to get them from the East Coast. I said you sold me these tires at a certain price you have to honor it this was on the website the cellar told me no I don't and cancelled my order on 11/16 19. I ordered a set of wheels for my car. The size I ordered was 8x15 with a 27mm offset. They sent me 8x15 wheels with a 0 offset. There was only one option for 8x15 inch wheels. I ordered a set of tires and wheels mounted from their website. The rims that their website said would fit my car, arrived and they did not. Hello, I spoke with management and they believe that this was caused by road hazard and advised that although they can help with a warranty claim they don't believe this will be covered by Lexani. They advised that if we were to help with the claim and it is denied then you would be responsible for shipping charges to and from. They also advised that due to the age of the product that this wouldn't just happen while driving and something was most likely hit while driving. My management is against helping with the claim but I can ask that we do so if you are okay with us not being able to guarantee that the wheels and tires will be replaced or refunded. In the case that the claim is denied then the product would be sent back and you would then be charged for shipping costs of us bringing in the damaged product and sending it back out.

I was told during the phone call It would take 10-15 business days to receive my product since the wheels had to be drilled for my vehicle. after the 15th day was over, I called approx. 5 times to find out when my wheel and tire package would be shipped. I am a returning customer to this company. On May 2nd of 2020 I called in an order for a replacement part. On May 20 I called to find out where is my order. I first confirmed no order had been placed. The CSR (Kyra M) explained that they would be able to track the phone call, listen to it and identify who took my order to find out what happened. I explained to her that I was worried as I had submitted my credit info to the unidentified CSR twice as this person said they were having a computer issue and needed it again. She explained that she'd have to get a manager involved to listen to the call. I confirmed with her that the manager, after listening to the call and finding out what happened, would call me back by the end of the day. June 4 I called again. Spoke with Kyra M again, who expressed that she was surprised that I hadn't received a call from a Sarah, the manager she had previously mentioned. She then let me know she had access to the call and needed to listen to it ...
Placed an order on 8.7.20 received an email with a link to my receipt. The link could not be found online. After waiting a full 5 days I emailed them 3 times and tried to their online chat that also rendered no response. I called their 800 number and was transferred to the online dept. I purchased some tire form this company on 5/19. After not hearing anything from the company, I inquired about my order. They let me know that the tires were out of stock. They said they would refund the money on 5/30/30. I waited a couple days, still no refund. I started calling everyday for about 10 days, every time they said they would let management know. I then got a fraudulent charge on my credit card so had to get a new debit card, I called the once again to let them know that they wouldn't be able to return it on that card. They told me they would have to cut me a check on 6/9 but they don't cut checks till Friday. So i waited till 6/20 to call back once I still haven't received the check. They told me again they would let management but no one was there. I called today on 6/22, they said they would let management know again and they were sorry. The lady told me she can see how many times I've requested a refund but there's nothing she can do. She said I could try disputing the charge. Please help!

I purchased a rim and tire package from Discount wheel warehouse, they had me speak with a tire specialist named Devon. They guarantee a proper fit for vehicle. I received product late and was missing lug nuts and sensors. I called and they were supposed to give refund, never did. I went to a tire shop to have tires and wheels put on, they were too wide for my vehicle. I was told it would cause damage if I was to put on. I immediately called Discount Wheel Warehouse to make them aware, they asked me to provide invoice from shop and I did. The next day I called they asked for pictures of rim which I provided. The next time we spoke they asked for more pictures of my vehicle which I provided. After a week of back and forth with Karen, they provided shipping label to return and exchange. After they received my return, they had me speak to Jack to order another set. I was told they did not have the rims and wheels I wanted. And from that point I wanted a full refund. I spoke to Natalie the business manager, she said I would receive email with refund in a couple hours. I never received it. Now when I call no one will answer the phone. I have filed a complaint with my bank as well.

I ordered tires and rims, on website it didn't easily at all provide a place to add lugnuts, so after 2 weeks (august 9th items bought via website) they arrive without lugnuts, so after calling a few time holding for over 10min each time, I get a worker...he said I had to add them to the order...however it wasn't at all easy to understand that on website. .it took over 20min to figure out how to find info that tells you how but doesn't provide the space to add it.. so he orders the lugnuts for me...I call back b/c clear the charge was pending too long so I asked them to re charge card so I can finally get .uch needed lugnuts, after 2 calls they charge card propely, then I wasn't sure if they sent it So I called again for shpiping info. Then they arrive in beginning of Sept or end of august WRONG WRONG WRONG size so upsetting after l hard work and double checking on my end. I had to call to ask for return label to send back incorrect item...they asked me to take photos of incorrect-ness to prove I'm right. Which if they looked at what tires n rims I purchased then look at what lugnuts they sent, THEY COULD TELL ON THEIR OWN it was wrong. To this date Sept 16th I don't have return label yet and company stopped responding to my emails. I sent photos as requested..so unfair and ineffective and rude!

Hello, I purchased a wheel and tire package from a retailer on 2/21. I was told it would take 10-15 business days to receive my product since the wheels required custom drilling. After the 15th business day, I made approximately 5 calls to inquire about shipping. Each time, I was assured they would ship that day and I'd get a tracking number, which I didn't receive until 3/13. The tracking still indicates pending shipping with a delivery date of 3/19. On 3/19, I sought to cancel due to the delay. Brenda informed me of a 20% restocking fee. I contested the fee, and her manager was to decide on waiving it but hasn't called back by 6pm. I financed the wheels with a credit service for double the package cost of $1,717, after a $50 down payment. I request a refund of my down payment and the restocking fee to be waived.

I am a returning customer to this company. On May 2nd of 2020 I called in an order for a replacement part. On May 20 I called to find out where is my order. I first confirmed no order had been placed. The CSR (Kyra M) explained that they would be able to track the phone call, listen to it and identify who took my order to find out what happened. I explained to her that I was worried as I had submitted my credit info to the unidentified CSR twice as this person said they were having a computer issue and needed it again. She explained that she'd have to get a manager involved to listen to the call. I confirmed with her that the manager, after listening to the call and finding out what happened, would call me back by the end of the day. June 4 I called again. Spoke with Kyra M again, who expressed that she was surprised that I hadn't received a call from a Sarah, the manager she had previously mentioned. She then let me know she had access to the call and needed to listen to it to find out what had happened. She came back on saying the person that took my order was a guy named Mike, that I did provide him my info twice during the call and she still couldn't explain it. I asked for a manager. Got Sarah, the one that was supposed to call me a month prior. She told me the same thing, couldn't explain it or why it had happened. Also, no reassuring words about whether or not the person that took my info was still working there, whether this person was a known employee, whether this person had ever done this before and nothing about any type of compensation. I asked for the part that I had originally ordered a month prior to be sent to me free of charge for the hassle, they said no, here we are.

For some reason there's an issue with getting my tires to me I paid my money and I would like the product that I paid for. For some reason when I call I get brushed off or they hang up the phone on me I have called several times and I'll replace on hold and they will disconnect the line on me it's not fair I should have to go through this I asked him to either fix the issue assembly my tires or refund my money I can get them running around and saying we're going to look into it and nothing happens. It is frustrating to be jerked around I have two tires and I need on my vehicle I don't have spare money to be wasting and to be treated this way as a valued customer at least I thought I was a valued customer. I have called since Monday morning up until now the 11 they refuse to expedite this it should not take for five days to realize you sent somebody else my tires and to correct the issue you have a warehouse just pull my tires and send them to me but they refuse overnight the tires they say they cannot do that so I'm asking for some kind of Middle Ground cuz I'm willing to work with them but it doesn't seem like they're willing to work with me and if they refuse to do that I was like to have my money instead of being pushed on the back burner like I mean nothing. I purchased Rims And Tires Dec 2018 Didnt Receive Them Until Feb 2019. I Was Driving When 3/4 Of My Rims And Tires Blew Out They Refuse To Help Told Me To Contact Vendor . I Contacted Vendor And Lexani Both refusing To Help . I Spent 3000 for Rims And Tires That didnt Even Last Over A year. I was Driving On the Highway when I almost crashed because 3 of my 4 tires blew out and shattered my rims Almost causing me to crash into other vehicles. They Try to blame me and say I hit something to get out of their warranty clause I told them its clearly a faulty product when 75% of them are almost completely destroyed.I do not appreciate their negligence and endangering my life as well as my families then have the audacity to blame me so they wont have to pay completely disgusts me in their business practices. I would understand if it has been years of use A normal set of tires should last for 60,000 to 75,000 miles, or about four to five years. Mine didnt eve last a year And I spent 3000 dollars. I Have Received No Help And Nothing But The typical warranty run around blame everyone else game Which I do not appreciate and will start pursuing legal actions for faulty products, negligence and enduring my life as well my families. Hello, I spoke with management and they believe that this was caused by road hazard and advised that although they can help with a warranty claim they don't believe this will be covered by Lexani. They advised that if we were to help with the claim and it is denied then you would be responsible for shipping charges to and from. They also advised that due to the age of the product that this wouldn't just happen while driving and something was most likely hit while driving. My management is against helping with the claim but I can ask that we do so if you are okay with us not being able to guarantee that the wheels and tires will be replaced or refunded. In the case that the claim is denied then the product would be sent back and you would then be charged for shipping costs of us bringing in the damaged product and sending it back out.

On June 14th I recently placed an order with this company acquiring a set of wheels. After speaking with a representative I specifically requested for 20 x 8.5 wheels for the front and 20 x10 for the rear. I explained to be salesman that this was the stock size wheels acquired for this vehicle as he began to explain to me that they were out of 20x10 and 20 x 8.5 would perfectly. As I continue to ask for the 20x10 wheels for the rear of the vehicle he insisted that the 20 x 8.5 we're going to be fine and that 20x10 were not going to be in stock for the next 3 months. After placing the order the salesman reached back out to me 2 Days Later on June 17th saying that the technician insisted that he call the buyer, myself, to ensure that I want it the 20 by 8.5. During this call I enquired for the 20x10 once again and was told they just did not have them and everything will be fine with the 20 by 8.5. Once I receive my wheels I had them installed on the vehicle and took the vehicle for a test ride. The vehicle began to fishtail very unsafely and dramatically to the point where the wheels had to be removed off the vehicle. Following that same day I reached out to the company to ask to speak with a manager on the issue of these wheels. The service representative insisted that she'd help with my issue and spoke with a technician explaining to him the issue of the wheels and was told by the technician that it was my vehicle and not the wheels that were the issue. I insisted that I speak to a manager to try to resolve this issue and was told to just leave my name and number and I will get a call back. During this phone call with the representative I inquired about 20x10 wheels again and was told that they had 8 in stock. After making several attempts of trying to speak with management I have yet to receive a call back nor any assistance in this matter. On July 10th of 2020 I reached back out to the company once again to speak with a manager but was directed to just leave a name and number. That same day I took my vehicle to a professional wheel shop to inquire about the back wheels that needed to be replaced. The wheel shop began to reach out to the manufacturing warehouse of the brand of wheels that I purchased. When asked by the manufacturing company who sold this consumer this wheel setup that did not properly fit this vehicle I informed them that it was Discount Wheel Warehouse. The representative that was assisting me at the wheel shop was then informed from the manufacturing warehouse that this was not a first time issue from this company. After expressing numerous concerns about my vehicle handling unsafely with these wheels on it, I was told that the issue was a fault of my own and not the company and there is nothing that they can do. When first speaking with the representative from Discount Wheel Warehouse I was informed that the salesman was supposed to only recommend the proper wheel set up for this vehicle. But after making several attempts of trying to reach back out to management there was zero attempts of management reaching out to the consumer to resolve this matter.
Poor customer service
They didn't stock the tire I wanted to buy even though it was featured on their website, so I had to get something different, then it took them 6 days to ship it and in the whole time I kept calling them seeing if they had shipped it or not, they always said they'd find out and call back but never ever did. The topping on the cake was that they shipped it to the wrong address even though I told them specifically not to send it to my house. I'll never use them again and I'd advice against it for everyone else as well.

I ordered new tires for my Lincoln MKZ, back in February. I told them the tire size I wanted. they shipped them out I got them in 4 days, I was happy until I looked at the size and they were not what I ordered! I contacted customer service and was told they would have to review my recorded order and would call me back the next day. NEXT DAY NO CALL BACK. I called them and was told they would pick them up, no one came, called back and I had to run down a Fed-Ex truck to ship them. 2 weeks later got the correct tires, Took to Ford to have them installed, Ford called me and said 2 of the tires had mfg defect and would not balance. I contacted them about the tires and they told me they would make a decision on my problem. After 3 days and no contact from them I called and they said they would send me 2 pickup labels to my e-mail address, they did but no attachment to the e-mail for me to print. Contacted them again, Had to run down another Fed-Ex truck, and after 2 more weeks do not have my tires. I have called them 10 times, e-mailed them 8 times. It is now almost May and still do not have my tires I ordered in February. Before they ship you tires they have to get the tires back to them, this takes 2 weeks total time. Should have went to Ford and paid 60 dollars more, I have spent over 60 in gas in my f150 supercrew hauling the tires to fed-ex, besides the aggravation. STILL ONLY 2 TIRES ON MY CAR, STILL WAITING ON THE OTHER 2 TIRES. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND SALESMEN WILL SUBSTITUTE TIRE SIZES. DISCOUNT WHEELS AND TIRES. COM AVOID THEM!
The same issue happen to me they made me change the adress on my credit card and the tire they had on the website they did'nt have in stock. poor custumer service they hang up after sitting on hole for 30min.
To top it all of they charged my account when i ordered the tires. one cent i no it sounds like a little but think what if they did this to a billion people a day.
We ordered wheels and tires over 3 weeks ago and were suppose to call to confirm our order before they shipped. Every time I actually got to SPEAK to someone on their end, I got a promise from them that they had to call me back..."because they had to check on the order"...and they never would call back. I have left message after message and no returned calls. I finally decided to say "screw them" and order elsewhere...only problem is that I do nto feel comfortable now because they have my credit card info... I WILL NEVER try to buy from that site again...or will refer anyone else to it.
