I try to recharge my phone with choosen bundle 7,5 GB + social network + calls + 20 days. I choose the option and pay. I wasnt aware that the 4 digit code is included in the transaction so I request for help.
On the email agent says that there is an error with processing my request and I need to confirm my number done all of this. Agent claims that the bundle I choose is no longer available so he can recharge the regular top up for 21000 cop but didn’t say excatly what is included in that one. I checked on the website and the bundle that I wsnted to choose was still available. As I feel trapped since yesterday with no connection to Mobile data or social networks I want this to be processed as soon as possible. Company recharge my phone with regular fare which is 60 days of onlu calls… I make it really clear that I only need it for 20 days and most important for me was mobile data.
It is very unpleasant ind stresfull expierience for me as i’m on the long travel and need to have connection to internet. I’m not happy with the overall customer service as they clearly do not listen to the client and want to just push other services.
