Top-Notch Support: My Experience with DoctorSim UMS
I gotta say, my experience with DoctorSim UMS was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. Had some hiccups along the way, but the customer success folks were always there to lend a hand. And let me tell ya, it was a breath of fresh air to get a response that didn't sound like they were doubting my ability to fix the issue. Instead, they were all like "just let us know when you've got it sorted" - now that's what I call service!
Honestly, I'd recommend DoctorSim to anyone who's in need of their services. The level of support they provide is top-notch, and they really do go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with the end result. Sure, there were a few bumps in the road, but that's to be expected with any kind of tech-related stuff. The important thing is that they were always there to help me out when I needed it most.
So if you're on the fence about whether or not to give DoctorSim a try, I say go for it! You won't be disappointed. Just be prepared to exercise a little patience and trust in their expertise - they know what they're doing, and they'll get you sorted out in no time.
Disappointing Experience with DoctorSim: Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support
I recently tried DoctorSim to unlock my phone and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with the service. The chips they sent me did not work at all and I felt like I was scammed. I consider myself to be pretty tech-savvy, but even I couldn't figure out what was going on. They claimed that the issue was specific to my IMEI, but they had all the information about my phone model and carrier, so I don't understand how they could have gotten it so wrong.
To make matters worse, they sent me a sim with 10 different instructions and asked me to change the iccid 90 times. Despite all of this effort, nothing changed and I still couldn't get the sim to work. Every time I tried to use it, I got an error message saying that there was no sim supported. It was incredibly frustrating.
To add insult to injury, they then suggested that I use an android device instead. This made no sense to me, since the iccid they sent me was supposed to work with my phone. If there was some other setting I needed to change, they should have made a video or something to explain it. Instead, I felt like they were just trying to scam me.
Overall, I would not recommend DoctorSim to anyone. Their service was a complete waste of time and money, and I feel like I was taken advantage of. If you're looking for a reliable way to unlock your phone, look elsewhere.
Warning: DoctorSim is a Scam Company - Don't Trust Them!
DoctorSim is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. They scammed me by sending me a non-working unlock code, and when I asked for a refund, they denied me. Instead, they offered me an account credit so that I could use it for other services with them. However, when I tried to reuse the service, they charged me higher, so I couldn't ask for a refund anymore. My money is now stuck in the fake account credit, and I feel cheated.
I want to warn other customers about this company. They know what they are doing, and they are big scammers. I lost my money already, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same experience. Please watch out for DoctorSim and don't trust them.
DoctorSim saved my phone from the trash!" - A Review
I was a bit unsure about DoctorSim at first, but I decided to give them a try. They offered to unlock my phone for a cheaper price than other companies, which was great because the company my phone was locked to no longer provides cell services and stopped providing unlocking codes. I entered my details and credit card information on their secure site, and in less than 10 minutes, DoctorSim emailed me a code. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked perfectly! They even provided instructions for those who aren't tech-savvy like myself. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from DoctorSim. I was about to throw away a perfectly good cell phone until I found them on Google. Thank you so much for your help!
DoctorSim saved me from the headache of refilling my Orange France number
I was having a real tough time trying to refill my Orange France number. It was a real pain in the neck because the Orange FR website only accepts French bank cards as payment method (like, seriously?). I was going back and forth for weeks with their customer care representatives who were totally useless. They kept taking 4-5 days to respond and then finally sent me off to buy a data plan when all I needed was credit. It was a real headache!
But then, I stumbled upon this site called DoctorSim (doctorsim.com) and it was a lifesaver! I was able to buy my credit from them and it worked exactly as I needed it to. I was so relieved that I didn't have to deal with Orange FR's nonsense anymore.
I don't usually leave reviews, but I figured I would on this occasion since there seems to be a lot of bad ones here. I had a very positive experience with DoctorSim and I'll definitely be using them again. Their customer service was great and they were able to help me out when no one else could. Highly recommend!
Great Customer Service from DoctorSim Mobile Australia - My Experience
I just wanted to share my experience with DoctorSim Mobile Australia. I recently made a purchase and received a confirmation email, but was still waiting for the SMS with my PIN code. I was getting frustrated and considering going somewhere else to recharge my phone.
However, I am happy to report that the issue has been resolved. The customer service at DoctorSim is quite good, fast, and very patient. They were able to help me out and get me the PIN code I needed.
One thing that I think could be improved is the option to top up just for credit or a plan. In my case, I was not looking for a plan, just credit. The mobile operator had given me an Unlimited plan, which was not visible when I checked my balance. It would be helpful if DoctorSim could differentiate between the two possibilities.
Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with DoctorSim and would recommend them to others. Thank you for your help and great customer service!
DoctorSim Review: Scam Alert - Don't Use Them for Phone Unlocking Services
This company, DoctorSim, is not a good choice for unlocking your phone. I made the mistake of choosing them and I regret it. When I placed my order, it said that it would take 0-15 days to unlock my phone. However, I later found out that this was only for business days, which means that it would actually take 3 weeks. I have never had to wait that long for an unlock before.
To make matters worse, they offered me a partial refund of $10, but I never received it. They keep sending me emails saying that my unlock request was processed successfully and that they are close to completing it, but I am still waiting. All they have done so far is take my money and not provide the service that I paid for.
I strongly advise you to stay away from this company. It is a scam and many others have had the same experience as me. I thought that I would be different and that they would provide me with the service that I needed, but I was wrong. I was desperate and thought that it was worth the risk, but it wasn't. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different company for unlocking your phone.
DoctorSim Website Review: Scam Alert or Legit Unlocking Service?
I gotta say, I'm pretty skeptical about this DoctorSim website. I shelled out almost 50 bucks on June 5th, 2020 to get my S7 phone unlocked, but after waiting a full day, I still hadn't received any kind of unlock code from these guys. So, I decided to reach out to their customer service team and see what was up.
But get this - they actually asked me for remote access to my personal computer in order to unlock my phone! What kind of nonsense is that? I mean, I get that some people might not know their network or whatever, but come on - if you're gonna need to access someone's PC to unlock their phone, you should probably mention that upfront in your ads or something. That's a major red flag, if you ask me.
Now, I'm not one to jump to conclusions, but this whole situation just seems fishy to me. I'm a legit customer, and I've got the emails and request number to prove it. And in these tough COVID-19 times, every cent really does matter. So, needless to say, I'm pretty ticked off right now. I want a full refund, and I want everyone out there to know that this DoctorSim website might be a total scam. Don't let them steal your hard-earned money!
Disappointing Experience with DoctorSIM: Poor Service and Customer Support
I recently paid upfront for the unlocking of my phone at DoctorSIM. It has been several days now, but my phone remains locked, and I have not received any service from them. I have been trying to reach out to their customer support via email, but their response has been poor and sporadic.
I was hoping that I wouldn't have to write a negative review, but I have run out of options due to the lack of response from DoctorSIM. Their website promises fast delivery of instructions, but unfortunately, they don't work. Their customer service, which they claim to be first-class, is abysmal. It exists, but it's abysmal.
DoctorSIM also claims to be 100% reliable, and in the rare event that they cannot unlock your phone for any reason, they will issue a full refund. However, I don't believe this to be true. When I asked for an explanation as to why there has been a failure of service delivery, I received no response.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with DoctorSIM. I paid for a service that I did not receive, and their customer support was unhelpful. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
Mixed Experience with DoctorSIM's Phone Unlocking Service and Customer Support
DoctorSIM is a website that offers phone unlocking services. I had an issue with their service and I had to contact their customer support. Unfortunately, I had to wait for a long time before I could get a response. When I finally got a response, I was told that I could not speak with Carolina Garcia, the Product Manager, directly. I was also informed that the service I had requested was not working.
I was not satisfied with the response I got and I asked to speak with a supervisor. However, I was told that it was not possible to speak with a supervisor directly. I was only able to communicate with Carolina Garcia through email. I was not happy with this response and I threatened to post a negative review of their service online.
Despite my frustration, the customer support representative, Laura, remained calm and professional throughout the conversation. She explained the situation to me several times and tried to offer me alternative solutions. However, I was not satisfied with the options she presented.
In the end, I was not able to speak with Carolina Garcia directly, but Laura assured me that she would pass on my message to her. Although I was not happy with the outcome, I appreciated the effort that Laura put into trying to resolve my issue.
Overall, I would say that my experience with DoctorSIM was not great. However, I do appreciate the effort that their customer support team put into trying to resolve my issue. If you are considering using their service, I would recommend that you do your research first and make sure that their service is right for you.

I have done two tops ups with them.
- first top up was 7gb of data for TELKOMSEL. This top up run up quite quickly and I thought that it was incorrect, but I was not 100% sure so as I run out of my data I proceeded for a second top up.
- second top up: I decided to buy a bigger package, 19gb, as I needed the data and I did not want to run out of data when I needed. As I had suspicions from the first top up that something went wrong, I decided to keep track of my usage, and as soon as my top up was added I restarted my data statistics on my phone to be sure of the data that I was to consume with this top up.
After 4gb were used, I received a message from the provider warning me that I had 500mb remaining. I proceeded to contact doctorsim customer support with all the evidence that I had: screenshots with the top up information, my data usage and the messages from the provider where you could clearly see that I was right. After asking for them to fix it, or give me a refund or a new top up, they ignored my requests and said that I had to contact the provider myself neglecting their customer and leaving me completely unattended after taking my money. I'm still waiting for a satisfactory resolution.
If you value your money and your time: DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR SERVICES.

Overall, I would not recommend DoctorSim to anyone looking for a reliable phone top up service.

Disappointing Experience with DoctorSim's Phone Unlocking Services and Customer Support
I tried using DoctorSim to unlock my phone, but unfortunately, I never received the pin needed to unlock it. I reached out to their customer service team multiple times, but they just kept giving me the run around and never provided a solution. In the end, my phone remained locked and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, they were unwilling to provide one. Overall, my experience with DoctorSim was not a positive one and I would not recommend their services.
Unreliable and Unhelpful: My Experience with DoctorSim's Phone Unlocking Service
I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty bad experience with DoctorSim. I was tryna unlock my phone and stumbled upon their website. I thought it looked legit, so I went ahead and paid with my credit card. But when it came time to actually get the unlock code, it was nowhere to be found. I was pretty ticked off, let me tell ya. I tried to contact their customer service, but they were no help at all. It's like they didn't even care that I got ripped off. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend using DoctorSim. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
DoctorSim Review: Decent Service, But Needs Improvement in Customer Support
So, I decided to give DoctorSim a try and ordered an unlock code for my Samsung Galaxy s20 fe on March 24,2022. They charged me right away, but almost a month later, I still hadn't received any updates on the status of my order. I was getting pretty frustrated and decided to send them an email to inquire about the delay. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any response from them, which made me even more upset.
However, after a few more days, I finally received my unlock code from DoctorSim. I was relieved that I could finally use my phone with any carrier I wanted. Although the delay was quite frustrating, I was happy with the end result.
Overall, I would say that DoctorSim is a decent company to work with, but they could definitely improve their customer service. It would have been nice to receive some updates on the status of my order, especially since I had already paid for it. Despite this, I would still recommend DoctorSim to anyone who needs an unlock code for their phone. Just be prepared to wait a bit longer than expected and don't hesitate to follow up with them if you don't hear back right away.
DoctorSim: A Scam to Avoid for Phone Unlocking Services
I tried DoctorSim to unlock my phone and it was a total disaster. They charged me upfront and then asked for more money, but my phone was never unlocked. It was a complete waste of money and time. They use small print to trick you into thinking your money is gone. Don't fall for their scam. I highly recommend staying away from them.
Mixed Experience with DoctorSim: Unsuccessful Unlocking, Refund, and Unexpected Charge
I tried to get my phone unlocked with DoctorSim and at first, they said they could do it. But then, they failed and I was pretty disappointed. However, they did refund my money which was nice. But then, something weird happened. They charged me again without asking me or anything! I was pretty upset about that because I didn't want them to try to unlock my phone again. It was like they were trying to be sneaky or something. I did end up getting my money back again, but it was still frustrating. Overall, I'm not sure if I would use DoctorSim again because of this experience. It just seems like they might not be the most trustworthy company out there.
Disappointing Experience with DoctorSim's Unlock Service: Still Waiting After Two Months
I ain't happy with DoctorSim. I forked out my hard-earned cash for an unlock service almost two months ago and I'm still waiting for them to sort it out. Ain't heard a peep from them either. It's a real bummer, man. I'm hoping they can get their act together and fix this mess, or at least give me my money back. Either way, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

However, I do have to mention that I did have a bit of trouble with my payment method. I had accidentally used the wrong card and ended up getting charged multiple times. It was a bit frustrating, but I reached out to their customer service and they were able to help me out and refund me for the extra charges.

Disappointing Experience with DoctorSim iPhone Unlock Service: No Customer Support and No Success
So, I tried DoctorSim to unlock my iPhone 7, but it didn't work. I was really disappointed because I followed all the instructions and spent four hours trying to make it work. What's worse is that there's no way to talk to a real person to get help. I was starting to think that DoctorSim is a scam.
But then I found out that if your phone is paid off, you can just call your old company and they'll unlock it for free! I wish I had known that before I wasted my time and money on DoctorSim.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend DoctorSim. It didn't work for me and there's no customer service to help you out. Save your money and time by just calling your old company to unlock your phone for free.
Disappointing Experience with DoctorSim: False Promises and Scam Tactics
I gotta say, I'm not too happy with DoctorSim. I fell for their tricks and ended up losing some cash. They told me that they couldn't unlock my phone number, but if I paid them more money, they could magically make it happen. I wasn't born yesterday, so I said no thanks to their offer. Then, they gave me a "refund" to their website, but I doubt I'll ever use it.
I mean, come on, DoctorSim. If you can't do what you promised, don't try to scam people out of more money. It's not cool. I was really hoping to get my phone number unlocked, but now I'm just disappointed and out of pocket. I wouldn't recommend DoctorSim to anyone.
