back in January I ordered the dog bracelet and have never received you took 7.00 dollars out of my bank on January 11th.i have nicely tried to get ahold of you to no avail .if you are not going to send the bracelet then return my money I am 78yrs old and don't need this also have heart problems.thank you Shirley lampley why are you acting so stupid.you want people to order from you then you don't act like you don't have any sense

I ordered a dog collar on September 24, 2017. The collar arrived broken. I contacted their customer service department and submitted a "ticket" on their website, (and included photos of the broken product and order number) several times but never received a response. Then I emailed the company directly explained the issue. I was ignored several times, and then on two separate occasions I was told that they would send a replacement in 12-18 days. So I waited each time but nothing came.
You are unable to leave a review on their facebook page so I left comments on their page under their posts, and they deleted my comments and marked them as spam so other customers can't see them. I have filed a report with Spotify and with the BBB but they can't issue a refund or replacement either (obviously) so I'm out of luck and out of my money.
I am not able to file a dispute with my Bank because it has been more than 60 days... again... if I wasn't told to wait almost 3 weeks each time, it wouldn't have been over 60 days.
This company is a total sham. Please don't waste your money! if you have any issues with the products, they WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND YOUR MONEY, even though their refund policy states that they will.
never received my order
I ordered a led color on Oct 22nd I allowed for the 40 days for it to be processed my mother ordered 3 collars. we never received any of them I submitt4ed a "ticket" and got emails saying it had been held in a shipping warehouse over seas they asked if I would like a "generous" gift card to the their website or if I wanted a new replacement order and I said yes I would like the collar I originally purchased and its now Jan 22 and I still have received anything. I have looked all over for their phone number but there's nothing anywhere.

I ordered this from a Facebook link and it was sent but it does not light up. I even changed batteries to see if that was it . Received this broken and each of the 6 times I have sent them an email or filled out one of their "tickets" all they do is send the generic email with FAQ and more links to again send a ticket.
No one actually reading what I wrote. I will be posting on every dog site I belong to how bad this place is. Giant rip off company.

I never received anything that I ordered two months ago. How is this possible?
I think I have written about 6 or 7 emails asking about the order status. And these guys even replied once, but then they just disappeared.
I wonder whether I am the only one or not.
I think I have to mention that I ordered once from them and the item had an average quality, nothing special, it looked very cheap, but my dog doesn't really care. The delivery took 3 weeks which was appropriate. So that's why I ordered for the second time. But of course, it's the last one.

Please refund my 126.00, when I shopped from Facebook, it had said 4.95 shipping and handling and 2.00 more for the car leash, upon looking at my bank account you took. 4.95. 2.00 20.00 and 100.00 please refund as this is way to much to me to afford as I am disabled. And livening solely on Disability.

Something I have noticed as far as Facebook ads go, dont do them! I once ordered something as well and it never came I took that as a learning experience. You need to always do your research and look for reviews on said company. As far as I can tell there hasn't been a legit one yet.
I ordered 4 scarf collars for my dogs they were so little they wouldn't fit around their leg, so very disappointed in this order bad experience with this order
