We've been using Pet Shed for a couple of years now and we've never had any problems with them, except for the fact that it takes a good two weeks for our medication to arrive. However, things took a turn for the worse in 2019. We ordered Revolution for our five cats and small dog in April, just like we always do. We dosed our animals and everything seemed fine. But then, in May, we noticed that the fleas were getting really bad. We've never had fleas before because we've always used Revolution, so we were pretty surprised.
We decided to order a year's supply of Revolution in May because we were getting desperate. Unfortunately, it seems like the April meds didn't work because all of our animals still had fleas. We dosed them again on May 19th, but we had to dose them again after 14 days because the fleas were just terrible. We even tried using Hartz flea spray on our JackChi and it killed a bunch of fleas, but they just kept coming back.
We're pretty sure that the Revolution we got from Pet Shed was counterfeit. It's packaged in USA packaging for Australia, which seems really suspicious to us. We're planning on calling Zoetis, the company on the package that supposedly makes it, to see if it's real. We're really disappointed with Pet Shed and we're not sure if we'll be ordering from them again.
