On 11/08/24 I bought two season tickets on the payment plan, to get the guest passes, because that was the only way I could afford to bring my daughter and grandson.
When we got to ticket booth #1 at around 11:30 I was told the season passes could be used but the guest passes could not be used until 2025. I had to buy two, one day tickets for my guests. He did only charge me half price for the two guests.
If that is your policy, it needs to be made clear when buying a season pass. If it's not your policy I would like a refund on the day tickets I had to buy.
This started the day off wrong for all of us.
Charging people 25.00 to park, that are giving you business is wrong.
The Fireman Coaster was shut down after waiting for an hour. The one ride my grandson wanted to ride was the train. After waiting for an hour, it was canceled, no explanation, just canceled. It would be nice if the fast pass was for people that stood in line for a cancelled ride, not the people with more money.
I fill that Dollywood is all about the money, not customer satisfaction.
Three generations of my family were disappointed on 11/10/24, that's not good business.
Now I have two season passes and four guest passes, and I don't care if we ever come back.
