At first done worked great
At first done worked great. They diagnosed me and helped me in a timely manner making it so I got the treatment I needed. However after 6 months I was in need of a refill I had a follow up appointment like I was supposed to and was not going to need another one for a couple months. 2 days before I would run out of my 30 day prescription I requested a refill. Then 2 days passed after sending emails and messages stating that I was going to be out of my medication and that I needed a refill. *** never responded. 4 days later(6days from when I first requested the refill) still no response. Running out of my medication impacted me greatly at work and home and those 4 days where h*** for me. Luckily on the 5th day of being out I was able to get a appointment with a new psychiatrist. *** never responded and Done would take days to respond. They treat patients like they are just dollar figures. They have no care for how their actions impact their patients. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, DO NOT PAY THEM A ***. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!
Initially, the experience was fine
Initially, the experience was fine. I waited a month for my appointment. The appointment was via Zoom, and lasted for 25 minutes. I felt the visit was thorough and not rushed. It felt like a legitimate doctor's visit.Unfortunately, there was an issue with getting my medication approved. The pharmacy was having trouble verifying the *** number of the provider, and also verifying the *** number of the supervising physician. Getting in contact with customer support was very difficult, and often I would wait multiple days for a reply. The customer support number for "urgent issues" rings multiple times, followed by a recording stating that "we are sorry, but we are unable to answer the phone right now. Please call back later." - and then the phone hangs up.Ultimately, I had my first prescription expire at the pharmacy due to lack on contact from the company/provider. They did resend the prescription (after several days) and this one also had the same issue + expired due to lack of contact.Beyond the initial visit (which was a great experience), this service is not worth the high price tag.
Literally designed to manipulate regulations and put stimulant medications into the hands of people who do not need them. I have recieved treatment for adhd since I was a child, I am now 30 years old and well versed in the 'ins and outs' of how this works. I decided to use this company with an active prescription for a medication that they were able to more conveniently prescribe through telehealth. I came to regret that decision and have since switched back to an in person provider. Anyone in my situation should do the same. As for everyone else who is just after the party drugs - enjoy it while it lasts this company is walking on egg shells with the *** and will likely get shut down if there is any justice in the system that controls this type of thing.
Avoid at all costs. No customer service, impossible to cancel your account.
If I could give no stars I would, as I feel that is what it deserves 1 star is truly giving to much credit! First off their customer service is absolutely terrible, the provider I used to have is randomly no longer working with the company which had left me without a provider and no prescription! Ive been waiting almost 3 weeks for my refill and still am being given the run around! They keep telling me that they need to find a pharmacy that will accept the prescription! I am beyond regretting my decision to use them the convenience of an online telehealth is no longer worth all of this !
I have no complaints. They helped me when other doctors shamed me and closed their doors on me. My provider said he wanted to see me succeed and that clearly I had a problem. Done was the only place that was willing to help me and hear me out. Thank you done for your service and no Done is not a scam.
My experience with done
My experience with done. was abysmal. I paid the initial consult fees and waited ~7 weeks for my initial appointment. My clinician no showed the appointment, which was promptly reported to the support team. The process in getting any details out of the support team was teeth pulling. I could never get a straight answer or response from anyone that could assist me in identifying the problem, and get me rescheduled. Three weeks of daily emails and phone calls to support resulted in "Sorry, there is nothing we can help you with at this time. There are no available appointments and that the clinician was either not responding or not willing to get me rescheduled as soon as possible." I requested a full refund of my initial fees and first month, which was processed promptly. ~2 months following this, I was charged again for the month of June despite not being a client with done. ever... I have requested another refund and for them to permanently remove my account. My treatment as a patient/client from this "healthcare service" was despicable and I should express extreme caution for anyone seeking to use done.
Do not pay Done 1 cent of your money or waste a moment of your time.I set up an appointment over 2 wks prior to meeting with the *** I provided thorough, detailed information about my diagnoses and what I was hoping to accomplish by becoming a member. The NP did not even confirm my identity or speak to me by name before advising me she could not provide services and would ask that I be assigned to "an actual Psychiatrist" ...ISN'T THAT WHO SHOULD BE CONSULTING WITH AND DIAGNOSING A PATIENT AT A 1ST APPOINTMENT TO BEGIN WITH? And shouldn't this have been done per my notes and profile info BEFORE wasting my time and $200?Sad to know people are taking advantage of Mental Health...
Literally did not even have an appointment they cancelled it lied and some more stuff! Terrible company false advertising and theft!

Just like most of the reviews Im seeing on here mine is that they have incredibly poor (or nonexistent) customer service and operate like shady drug dealers.
I signed up for the service and got connected to a provider rather quickly which seemed great
I signed up for the service and got connected to a provider rather quickly which seemed great. When my appointment came, I noticed that the meeting was only *** mins, which seemed kinda short for someone to diagnose me and then potentially write me a script. The lady I met with held up her hand and told me that if I answered "Yes," to 5 out of 11 symptoms, that I had the condition. I answered Yes to multiple symptoms, she verbally confirmed that I had the condition, and then wrote me a script for a controlled substance. This whole process took about 15 minutes. She then assured me that the prescribed medication wouldn't cause conflicts with other medication I was taking. (Upon talking to my Endo, this information was proven incorrect.)I was then billed $200 for this. When I asked to cancel my account, they deleted my entire account from the system blocking me from logging into the system to obtain any information of my visit. When I reached out to *** to complain about the lack of service, I was told someone would contact me. No one reached out to me, but I was blocked from leaving comment on social media.
Wishing I had looked at these reviews before I booked a consultation with these guys. Well my experience was short lived as I had scheduled a consultation call for 2pm. I never received a call from them, missed calls, nothing. What I did receive was a text saying that I had missed my appointment and that my $200 was non-refundable. Even if I had missed the call that is outrageous. But the fact that they never actually called is criminal. I have tried calling, but all the numbers they have listed go straight to a bot, there doesnt seem to be a single number you can call for customer support. I can only imagine how many people have been billed $200 for literally nothing. No service, no one called me, nothing. And theyve made it impossible reach them so most people probably just give up and take the out of frustration. Im disputing the charges with my bank, and filing a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com. I strongly advise anyone thinking about going with this company to look elsewhere.
This company is trash, I hope they end up in jail
This place is a scam. I canceled the appointment before it even began because I saw that they don't work with ANY MAJOR PHARMACIES near me (I can only use CVS with my insurance). I am disputing this on my credit card, but DO NOT USE THEM. I'm going to leave bad reviews under the provider's name I was supposed to meet with in hopes that some other innocent person will see them.
If I could give zero stars I would. Total scam. They took my $200 but I never got my prescription. Ive been trying to reach someone-anyone-at Done and have received nothing but automated responses saying the care team will reach out and to be patience. Not patient but, patience. I am very patient but, at some point I get frustrated. Like now. Seems to me that their whole operation is going down in flames and theyre just trying to rake in as much $ as they can before they get shut down. I hate that *** caught *** in that.
started with them as new pt in Dec 2021: meds called in on 12/07 with no issue
started with them as new pt in Dec 2021: meds called in on 12/07 with no issue. Of course, new pt charges which was fine.January: med due 01/07; filled 01/13: DONE charged me prior to due date without issue. Spent the entire time from 01/07 trying to get them to respond via phone/email. Nothing. only when they rec'd a negative review here did they respond and it was the typical response they provide for every negative review.Feb: From the nightmare of Jan they changed my provider to "a more responsive" provider. They waived the fee, as they should have. I don't consider them waiving the fee a "gift" as that is the least they could/should do. So new provider: med called in 02/12 March: Due 03/12, filled 03/14: again time spent trying to get them to uphold what they are suppose to do. Email/phone: multiple attempts and again: nothing. posted a negative review here; another *** response but they respond here and no other way it seems.April: due 04/14, filled 04/18: the pattern repeats. Zero customer service. Zero response UNTIL negative review. As of 04/28 I canceled completely with DONE. It is not worth it. They are NOT responsive and they do not care. They are about making sure they charge the patient each month.
Done Health P
Done Health P.C. is unethical, unresponsive and dangerous for clients. I have been using Done Health P.C. for 9 months to manage my ADHD and general anxiety. When I moved to a different state and attempted to transfer my prescriptions, getting any sort of customer support was a nightmare. After numerous failed attempts to contact their support line, my prescriptions were transferred after a wait time of 18 days. The lapse in my care plan resulted in general fatigue and panic attacks. Their support team agreed to reimburse one month of membership fees to make up for their negligence. I reactivated my membership this month and was incorrectly charged for 2 months, including the month that they agreed to reimburse. It took the support team less than 5 minutes to charge my card. However, after 4 business days, they have yet to send in my prescription renewals or respond to any of the messages related to my health care. When I requested a follow up appointment with my physician, the earliest availability was 4 months away. Done Health P.C. is so profit-driven that they neglect the health needs of their clients; they don't have the support staff required to offer any form of customer service or responsible treatment plans.
Im so disheartened to see all these other negative reviews
Im so disheartened to see all these other negative reviews. I was hoping I was falling through the cracks because Im somewhat new to the company. With each refill, with the exception of my first (currently working on the fifth) Ive been without medication for seven days. My doctor *** even show up to our last zoom meeting, sat and waited for my entire (TEN MINUTE?!) slot. You never speak to a doctor aside from the brief zoom calls, and those only happen when you first start, when you change providers, or when you request a meeting. My bottle currently says ***. I ran out today. 6-4. I have my profile set to automatic refills. They charged my card May 25th for my membership, and I got nothing from them during the month of May. If I had money I would be talking to a lawyer. Ive been repeatedly contacting them daily this entire week to avoid the situation Ive been in the past three refills- no medication for seven days. Im appalled that theyre allowed to operate the way they do. The doctors should be held accountable for choosing to work with a company that is so haphazard and negligent with the mental and physical wellbeing of their members. Its like screaming into an abyss and then a week later the abyss chucks back a bottle of pills.
At first, this seems like a great service considering how difficult it can be to find a Psychiatrist Team you can trust
At first, this seems like a great service considering how difficult it can be to find a Psychiatrist Team you can trust. After a few months, like several other patients, I started experiencing issues over and over again getting my prescription refills on time and having my appointments with my Psychiatrist cancelled for no reason without me asking to reschedule and then they will reschedule for 2-3 months later. I have had my provider changed for no reason at all which causes delays in getting medication and also having the Done team send the wrong prescription. If prescriptions are sent incorrectly it can take up to two weeks before you see the corrected prescription sent to your pharmacy. The past two months it has taken over 1-2 weeks in between prescriptions to get the correct refill. Pharmacies like CVS are even dropping them as well. Their 24/7 support are not there 24/7, in fact they will respond in 2-3 days if they even respond at all. You can dial them all day and youre lucky if you can get ahold of them. The subscription price outweighs the customer support given, which is little to zero. The providers and customer support will take their time resolving urgent issues at the patients expense. It seems clear that the Done corporate team doesnt really care about patients and theres little to zero communication between the Doctors / NPs and the support teams.
Done claims to be a mental health telehealth service for ADHD
Done claims to be a mental health telehealth service for ADHD. Done has failed to refill my prescription on numerous occasions resulting in days to weeks without treatment, however, their most recent actions have gone beyond unreasonable medication delays. Done did not fill my prescription for the month of May. I called their urgent line which is a general customer service line. The operator advised they would get in touch with my provider ASAP.I have not been able to speak in any form to my provider in more than 3 months, and I have been forced to intermittently go without mental health medication for weeks at a time. Done refuses to speak to patients in any form other than non-medical customer service (if they actually answer) or via one-way chat on their platform that doesn't allow any sort of conversation. This level of service is fraudulent and criminally negligent for a company claiming to provide mental health services. I have been charged $200 for the initial consultation and $79 each month for their 'membership'. I've lost ~$180 in membership fees and haven't received any semblance of medical care in over 3 months now.Currently, I am trying to contact them for copies of my medical records to send to a new provider, and my request has not been processed nor received a response in almost 3 weeks. The state of *** requires that patient medical records must be processed within 15 days of the request.
I realize most people don't come here to writer a positive review - but this came up when I searched DoneFirst to login
I realize most people don't come here to writer a positive review - but this came up when I searched DoneFirst to login. I have to say that i have had the BEST experience with this service. The doctor I was connected with meets with me via zoom and truly LISTENS. This is the first time I've EVER had a doctor listen and let me tell her what I think is going on and then she tells me my options. We have changed doses many times of medications in order to find that perfect spot that takes trial and error and she is always open to offering me supplements and other things that could potentially help. She also seems interested in getting me to the perfect level chemically thru meds, and then has a plan to wean me from whichever meds I can wean from and still maintain the same level of depression, ADHD, and anxiety (meaning its curtailed at the lowest doses of meds). It is the ABSOLUTE BEST experience I've ever had! Typically if I go to a different doctor they get mad if i try to suggest what's wrong with me or what meds I think would help. Even though I know myself more than anyone. Other doctors treat me like I am not a standalone case but I am the exact same as the other 100's of patients they've seen, which is not true. With mental health i believe everyone is different and everyone's needs are different. If people are mad because they didn't get prescribed a narcotic or controlled substance immediately, that's not fair to this company. If people are mad that billing messed up or that someone didn't listen to them, did you ask them to switch you to a new provider?I've received over the top customer service from them and again appreciate their services tremendously. The intake was detailed, and the ongoing check ins and online/web services are also easy to use - everything is in writing for each visit.
At first, Done was beneficial and made a great and easy experience for scheduling appointments and addressing any questions or concerns
At first, Done was beneficial and made a great and easy experience for scheduling appointments and addressing any questions or concerns. Being a customer with them for over a year, the service and customer support have become a nightmare. I was notified by Done that I needed to make a pharmacy change in order to fill my prescription. When it came time to refill my prescription, I contacted the new pharmacy and was notified that they never received my prescription from my doctor.I have tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, through emails, phone calls, along with my customer portal. I finally reached out through the emergency support line to schedule an appointment with my doctor when I was told she was no longer seeing patients through their platform. After asking to transfer to a new doctor, I was told they currently had none available and that I would be added to their waiting list.Having to find out myself that I no longer have a doctor when requesting an emergency appointment, without being notified beforehand, is completely UNACCEPTABLE! Customer support has been extremely rude and unhelpful, to say the least. I have been given the runaround, lied to about being contacted with updates, as well as being yelled at, and hung up on multiple times. It has now been over a month and I have yet to fill my prescription or speak with a new doctor. I continue to receive no follow-*** from customer support without having to reach out myself. To top it all off, after asking for a refund, they refuse and have the audacity to continue billing me for their "services". With no help from customer support, unable to receive my medication, or the ability to speak to a provider, I'm not sure what services they feel they are still providing me. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I have since spoken with my primary care doctor and am in the process of finding a new provider.
I reached out to a recommended assessor for an ASD/ADHD formal diagnosis; she worked through Done
I reached out to a recommended assessor for an ASD/ADHD formal diagnosis; she worked through Done. I took many tests and did thorough self-evaluation, but I wanted someone who could go beyond that and observe. I hoped for validation and access to supports. Cost $300 and it was significantly less observant and intensive than what I had done on my own. It was based on outdated assessing materials, and didnt allow me to explain my answers (which meant because I take things literally and I only became more aware of what some questions are getting at after the fact, I didnt answer appropriately on some questions), she dismissed everything as ADHD, which I clearly have, but since I also tested on the spectrum I could put it on forms, but, and she said that like it wasnt real, so she clearly is not keeping up with research or autism self-advocacy which posits with peer-reviewed studies, that functioning labels are harmful to all autists. I asked x3 what are next steps and answers were unclear. She recommended prescriptions, didnt tell me how to get them, and acted like she couldnt get rid of me fast enough. She just told me to make a appointment through the app but I didnt know for what purpose because she did not verbally connect recommending prescriptions with the appointment; it was very disjointed and confusing. I did make one, so that I could ask again there. It turned out to be a prescriber and so I asked again; what are the steps for continuing this without the full app services, as I already have a therapist. I wanted to decline subscription but continue seeing the prescriber or be referred to one. No answer except, thats fine. No answer to the multiple texts and app messages sent except a cancellation notice which stated I wont be able to renew my prescription. I also wasnt able to use many pharmacies due to their system and telehealth. I do feel this is predatory. There are no services in my area for autistic/adhd adults late-diagnosed.
I have been receiving my psychotropic medication through Donefirst (donefirst.com)
I have been receiving my psychotropic medication through Donefirst (donefirst.com). Because of the nature of it being an online service, there are times where communication can take longer than expected. Donefirst states that providers will respond within 3 days. On June 11th I had an online meeting with my provider/prescriber J D (NPI*** - taxonomy code *** - license number RN*** (GA)), where a medication adjustment was made. On June 15th I sent a message through the donefirst website where I asked my provider to confirm that the new prescription would be sent to the pharmacy, as the old prescription was still listed on my profile. I have not received a response. On June 18th, the donefirst website listed my prescription as sent to the pharmacy. I have called the pharmacy every day since, and the pharmacy has not received it. It is now June 27th, and after multiple communication attempts (through the donefirst website, the email provided (support(at)donefirst.com), phone calls (***.*** & ***.***), and direct message through social media *** I have still not received a response from my provider team. I have received a response from donefirst saying that they will pass my communication on to my support team (the same support team that has not communicated in 2 weeks). I am prescribed psychotropic medication. To go even a couple days without it is very difficult and even dangerous. To go weeks without it is nearly catastrophic. I am gravely concerned about a provider that cannot provide the medication or even communication to patients in significant need; and especially so when they still collect the monthly fees. This is not the first time donefirst has not sent the prescription in a timely manner, though this is my most extreme experience. I hope to be able to get this concern resolved, and moreover to help protect any potential patients in the future. I have filed complaints with the *** in WA, CA, and GA
I had my virtual consultation for ADHD on 8/21
I had my virtual consultation for ADHD on 8/21. (I scheduled it on 8/13.) My provider was 30 minutes late without warning or notice. I was promised a prescription for an antidepressant that day, with intent to follow up on several symptoms of ADHD after a month on this medication. My pharmacy received a prescription for one pill only (of a medicine that needs to be taken daily and takes 4-6 weeks to work.) I immediately emailed customer support that night to obtain the correct prescription promised by my provider. I didn't receive a reply from customer support, so I emailed my provider directly through the patient portal a couple of days later. I received a response from the provider that they submitted the correct prescription for 30 pills to my pharmacy. I waited another day and after hearing nothing else, I emailed customer support again on 8/24 asking for an update on my prescription. On 8/25, customer service replied and said my prescription was sent to a pharmacy in another city. I replied immediately with concern that they had me mixed up with another patient. (I initially received chart notes from my provider with another patients name on them and was very concerned.) I began receiving text messages and calls from a support agent while I was in class at school and could not respond. The messages stated that my provider sent my prescription to a mail order service instead of my pharmacy on file. I replied to the texts asking for more info and to use my preferred pharmacy and never received a response. I called the number and was routed to voicemail. My call was never returned.I emailed back that night asking to have my prescription sent to my preferred pharmacy. On 8/26, support emailed back and told me they'd have to cancel this prescription and that it would take 5 days or longer to process a new one because the medicine (lexapro) was a controlled substance (it isn't) and that it was because I changed pharmacies (I didn't - they sent it to the incorrect pharmacy without my direction.)I found their support call scheduling calender that night and scheduled a call for the first available date, which was 9/1. On 9/1, I was called by customer support and they said they were waiting on my provider to submit my prescription again. The customer service agent promised to call me back that day to let me know it was sent. I never heard from them. I emailed both customer support and my provider on 9/3 and never received a response from either.I scheduled another call with customer support asap which was on 9/7. I received the call on 9/7 and was promised that I would receive a callback about the status of my prescription that night or the following day, 9/8. I heard nothing. No emails or calls or voicemails or prescriptions. On 9/9, I cancelled my account.TLDR; After 3 weeks of emailing and calling and $200 later, I still do not have the promised prescription in hand. It is incredibly difficult to receive a response from customer service, and when you do, it is a canned response. I was about one week away from being charged for a follow-up appointment with no medication in my system at all. I could not fathom going through this every single month, especially if you are prescribed medicines that need to be taken every day without interruption. Please seek treatment elsewhere. It seems incredibly cruel to treat people seeking psychiatric care with this kind of indifference.
Prepare to be gaslighted and your questions ignored
Prepare to be gaslighted and your questions ignored. Seriously, a nightmare of an experience. At first, everything was fine. Got scheduled with a psychiatrist pretty quickly. She diagnosed and prescribed medication. She wanted to start me on Wellbutrin, and then said that after 2 weeks, would start me on adderoll. I was hesitant to start the Wellbutrin, but did. They decided my pharmacy, and for some reason, that pharmacy was having trouble with my insurance. I tried to contact someone on Done about how to change my pharmacy. Crickets. I contacted the psychiatrist, as she gave me her email...I asked a couple questions as well and it was as if a bot was responding back as my questions were ignored. I asked both Done and this "professional" at least EIGHT different times how to change my pharmacy. Someone with ADHD, the way they ignore questions, it feels like they are trying to hurt you. It feels like you're being punk'd.But here comes where it really went sideways. This psychiatrist prescribed me Wellbutrin. Eight days in, it was terrible. My ADHD was times 10 (worse than ever) and my brain was foggy...I felt like I had Alzheimer's. I also had headaches and immense anger. I contacted this "doctor" and told her about my symptoms. I asked if I needed to taper after only eight days of use and asked what the next steps would be. This is the response, "aloha L please stop wellbutrin if its making things worsealways stop a medication if you are having adverse effects that are not workable and this does not sound workable! " Well, no duh, Sherlock...what IS next then? Doesn't that sound like a bot's response? I asked my questions again. Crickets. I contacted Done. Crickets. By this time I am so frustrated that I'm on the verge of tears and I feel mentally fragile due to the medicine. Nothing about this experience feels like you are being supported, heard, or directed. I emailed her back fighting tears of frustration and said," You know what's really frustrating is that I ask you questions...i ask donefirst questions...and I get ignored. This ***...". Of course this prompts her to email me back. She then fully gaslights me..."Aloha L, I am not ignoring you i am responding to you each and every time you message me [[censored]]; I would advise to find an outpatient provider that can spend the hour each time with you; done is for patients that are stable and in need of ADHD meds only and I help people when I can but the platform is not meant for more than that and you deserve and need a provider that an spend more quality time with you.I am going to advise that you f/u with an outpatient provider in your community."None of what she said was true or answering my questions. Done claims that you will be diagnosed, medicated, and taken care of. She completely gaslights me by again ignoring my questions, telling me that this app is ONLY for people already diagnosed with ADHD and stable on their medication, and then claims that I was requesting an hour of her time. She then removes me from the care of Done like I'm a used toilet paper. If I could put all the correspondence on here of her ignoring my questions, you will question how I didn't tell her to F herself.I did send a super angry message to Done and had them refund me my money, which I was surprised they did. This was a horrible experience. At my hour of need during the bad reactions I was having to the Wellbutrin, no one was there to support, direct, or help me. But I was wasn't asking to help me through a medical crisis or anything. I just wanted to know how to stop using the medication and what the next step would be. Just know this if you go and use their disservice. You are on your own and will be belittled, neglected, gaslight, ignored, and dumped. I really wanted to join Ahead but they had/have no available slots. I've read reviews that they are MUCH better. So, do not expect any care from Done or ***.
Done Complaints 16
Donefirst.com is the most unprofessional health/medical service I have ever used
Donefirst.com is the most unprofessional health/medical service I have ever used. Clinician's are not well trained in what they are treating. Instead of the ability to have an intelligent conversation about medication options, my clinician made me feel as though I asked something wrong or criminal when asking for a medication adjustment. She then began rambling about the *** and her licensing when all I wanted to talk about were treatment options. I have been cancelled on multiple times for appointments, I have even been no showed. I pay a monthly fee to this company for them to treat their patients poorly and provide subpar and in some cases harmful treatments. I have dealt with ADHD my entire life and have never been treated so poorly by a clinician or company as a whole. I worry about the prescribing practices of done clinician's, as medication that is not properly adjusted can have serious consequences for the patient. Done first makes many claims that are not being upheld. 24/7 customer service is factually inaccurate. In all of my dealings with their customer service, it has always been atleast 72 hours, with absolutely no weekend responses. Clinician's are difficult to schedule appointments with. Clinician's are more concerned with *** involvement and their licensing, than actually effectively treating patients. I struggled for 4 months to make an appointment with my clinician for a medication adjustment that I had messaged her about months prior. After reaching out to customer service I was able to schedule an appointment. This appointment was a no show from my clinician. *** and clinician's are non English as a first language speakers, which is fine however communication issues are abound and do not make for timely treatments.
I reached out to this company to aid in my ADHD. I was assigned a great clinician whom was replaced and was not disclosed to me.My medications are ALWAYS late and there is no direct form of communication.I have complained unfortunately numerous of times about this is issue and I get the run around. I have mentioned filing a complaint with The Complaintsboard.com before hand and magically, an issue was resolved. Now, there is no sense of urgency nor care. I am over 2 weeks without medication and having to do my own research , calling and etc in order to find medication available. Not to mention I have a 3 yr old and clearly do not have the extra time to fo through the stressful and frustrating steps myself when I am paying for a service.
I made an appointment with Done for a healthcare provider and when entering in my card information, in fiiiiine print UNDER the continue button, it states that "the remaining $189 will be processed after 48 hours". I do not see this fine print in time, I hit continue and immediately receive a text message from Done saying my appointment for the next morning was booked with so and so provider and to complete my profile. I look at my bank account and immediately $209 was out of my account ($199 + an additional $10). The only way I could even access my account to cancel anything was to complete my profile. So WHILE I'm completing my profile, I get another text message, 11 minutes after making my appointment, that it was cancelled. I did not cancel this appointment, it was cancelled. So I complete my profile and try to go in and see if I can access this "membership" that the site said was supposedly "easy to cancel" and it's no where to be found, I cannot remove my card + even though it stated I would not be charge the full $189 until 48 hours, it was completely out of my account. I email Done and they state how they have a "strict 48-hour cancellation policy where they can only refund 50%"...even though I was not the one who cancelled my appointment. In addition to that, NO WHERE is any of this stated clearly and visibly for the patient. Should I be making online provider appointments though some sketch website at 11pm at night? NO. This is completely my fault for being an overtired mom on her phone too late and making an idiotic decision with a SKETCH "business". I had to cancel my card since my profile cannot be deleted, accessed, etc. + I will 100% be disputing the fraudulent charges with my bank for this unauthorized charges. VERY SKETCHY...as should any "online doctor" be, really. I was stupid and now...here I am.
Charged me 2 months of 80 without even being able to get my prescription, then locked me out of my account and wont let me change any information unless i resume and pay. Yeah, they are trying to provide not the best customer service by locking accounts.
Issues lie with prescriptions, refills, and legitimacy
Issues lie with prescriptions, refills, and legitimacy. They are not responding to requests to refill medications, and suddenly pharmacies are not willing to fill prescriptions from their providers, leaving me without the medications they put me on after two weeks of claiming they were working on a refill. I first started using Done. ADHD in Spring 2022. It's not where I first got diagnosed with ADHD but I had issues scheduling with the psychiatrist I was seeing so I wanted to try an easier way to get my medication. It was easy for the first month or two. And then, I had to go in manually every 30 days to renew my prescription. Fine. But every month, I have been out of my medication for days and up to a week because the clinician wouldn't click the button to send it into my pharmacy. I called and messaged in multiple times each month to get help with no response. Last month, my clinician messaged back and apologized for not sending in my prescription because she was "out of town." Last week, I clicked to renew my prescription, and haven't heard anything from them. They say to allow 3 days for a response but nothing. Except marketing emails trying to get more people to sign up to get medication through them. I have canceled my membership and will be warning everyone I know to go somewhere else.
I scheduled a consultation with this service that should have been $20 according to the site. The provider was 18 minutes late to a 25 minute consultation and then told me there was nothing they could do for me. I received an automated Text message from the company that UI am not a good fit for the service and my account had been cancelled. I still have a posted charge of $199 on my credit card and am completely unable to get in touch with anyone at this company. They do not have a phone number and only have an email. They have not answered any emails, you can't ask anyone any questions. I think this business fraudulently charges people money for services not rendered. At the end of all this, I am left with a text message that said there is nothing they can do for me and my account is cancelled, and a $200 bill. What kind of service is this?
I have continuously paid this company every month and paid for the month of October on the 22nd which should have been for the month of November. I requested medication refill over 10 days ago. I have yet to receive a medication refill called in. My prescription has now ran out. I have also requested help from them on this issue and still have received help or a phone call. I have requested a appointment with no appointment being available. I am now currently searching another avenue as I need my medications and have also canceled payments moving forward. Their service is horrible. I have also had 2 issues in the last 5-1/2 months were a provider has quit/leave and I was not given any information on this until I needed a appointment.
I started ADHD treatment through Done starting in January . I have been paying $79 each month from February to date. In October 2022, I was informed that my provider was no longer practicing in *** and I would need to have a video consultation with a newly assigned provider. This consultation took place on 11/5/22. The provider told me my new prescription would be sent to the pharmacy on 11/7/22. As of today, 11/15/22 the provider has not sent the prescription as promised. I have now been without my medication for 3 weeks. I have sent many emails to the customer support *** and sent messages through my patient portal, asking for an update. I have spoken to customer support via phone twice. Each time I have been assured that they are handling the issue and apologize for the delay. This company has not been pleasant to deal with. I have asked for an ETA on resolution several times. I do not want to continue to pay for their services, and I would like them to refund me for the last month, at a minimum.

I have been paying this company for treatment and have received none. They allowed my medication to lapse for weeks and I get an automated response that theyre trying to transfer time to another provider. This is not healthcare, its a total scam. The company isnt legitimate and is doing irreparable damage to patients. Theres no way to contact them either, theyve turned off social media commenting and you cannot provide a review online (they only show 19 *** reviews conveniently). I hope no one else suffers, avoid at all cost!

i have a monthly subscription and two medications prescribed by Done. the company has made several errors 1. they set one medication in auto renew and the other not leading me to be unaware one woukd expire 2. when i requested a refill they erroneously told me my pharmacy was not supported ( twice). *** pharmacy is supported for medications that are not controlled . the pharmacy has confirmed this themselves 3. they are unresponsive to 3 calls from *** to send the refill request 4. i am out of medications and have 0 method to address the errors of done , which caused these delays in my refill, in the timeframe necessary to avoid days of missed medication doses i am seeking immediate handling of the refill request and a refund of fees for this month as they did not process my refill correctly
I have been considering a professional assessment of Adult ADHD for several months now and given the reported delays for medication, I thought I'd better get on a list if I do need to get a prescription. My wife and I did limited research into the options and when I finally pulled the trigger for a "free" assessment, I went in with confidence given the articles, ads, real DRs behind it. When I was done setting up my profile, complete with ID, Healthcare information, I was asked to provide a CC for an unexpected $10 deposit on my first consultation to review the results of the online assessment with a physician. I locked my Zoom call with "***" for the next day. I then received an email from Done. confirming my appointment and $20 deposit (not the $10 I agreed to) and asking me to prepare my online profile ahead of the appointment (which I had already done). I didn't see any charges to my bank.I arrived 10 mins early for my Zoom call. About 30 mins later (20 mins after the scheduled appointment/*** stood me up), I received a text message..."We appreciate that you gave Done a try!It looks like we might not be the best provider to serve your needs, you will not be charged further and your membership is cancelled. If you need assistance finding care, please send us an email, and we're happy to make a referral for you."Membership? - I never signed up for anything but a review of my free assessment. I checked my bank was shocked they had charged me $199. No service provided. Answered a bunch of questions online and uploaded images of ID, healthcare and insurance information and received nothing in return, but an empty Zoom call. Then, a series of confusing emails and text messages started to flow in...- Please complete your intake form and upload a photo of your government issued ID.- This is *** Health reaching out due to your provider is following up on your EKG Results and Medical Clearance...and so on confirming appts I never scheduled... FRAUD.

This is simply the worst customer service/patient experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider
This is simply the worst customer service/patient experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider. Primary complaint:On 6/13 I was supposed to receive a refill for one of my medications (that I had been taking for months without issue). I reached out on 6/6 to confirm that my refill would be processed as normal. The commitment Done has made to their patients is that they will respond to any inquiries within 3 business days. It has now been 21 days and I have not received a response. I have made attempts to call during business hours 4 times; the first three times, I was on hold for approximately 30 minutes when an automated receiver answered and said no one could take my call. I have attempted to contact the company through email, and have received no resolution.I finally got in contact with someone via phone on 6/27, and they stated that I would have to be scheduled for a follow up appointment as it would be considered a medication change. They refused to listen to me or check my records to confirm that this was not a change, but my regular prescription was just not filled. They said that they will reach out to me to schedule a follow-up but I have received no scheduling notification and my provider's calendar shows no availability for the next two months. It is now 6/30 and I have not received a scheduling notification. Upon edit at 7/9 I still have not received my prescription, even after another phone conversation and resolution being promised multiple times. I want my prescription filled and my billing for ***July refunded as I was not receiving my treatment during this time. This medication significantly improved my quality of life, but Done is failing on the explicit commitments they have made to their customers/patients. I am seeking a refund for the remainder of my prepaid year of membership as promised services are not being provided.
The provider rescheduled multiple appointments without consulting me, often to times when I was unavailable. They charged me for an appointment two days in advance without notifying me in advance of the draw on my bank account. Then they canceled the appointment two-and-a-half hours prior to when it was supposed to begin. When I emailed to get them to cancel my appointment, delete my account, and refund my money, they repeatedly emailed and texted me with other appointment times and dates. This business is poorly managed, and its website is deliberately designed to be difficult to navigate, especially since, without an appointment, you can't access any part of your account page.
On Monday October 10th I made an appointment with the online health provider done. The purpose of their website is to connect people with a psychiatrist via zoom and from there they target people with ADHD to treat. I paid $199 for this appointment. After my meeting with the psychiatrist I was told I was given a prescription for adderall to help with my ADHD and I gave the pharmacy and address. This location was confirmed by the psychiatrist. She told me it would be ready that afternoon. Ive called the pharmacy everyday since then and they have no record of a prescription for me being sent. Ive reached out to done several times and left a few voicemails. Ive gotten no response. Upon further research Im seeing a lot of this same thing happening to a lot of other people and on the better business website most reviews claim done is a scam. I have lost $199 dollars as it seemed like a legit website.
This company charged 200 dollars for a consultation with someone who is not licensed.
This company is a complete scam, you can never get ahold of them, literally so fed up with dealing with them. Dont waste your money
I started using done in November
I started using done in November. After meeting with my provider I was prescribed Adderrall for my ADHD and Prozac for my depression. I was told to check back in in two weeks with her to talk about my medications and how I was doing. I sent in my two week update and never received a response. On December 5th, I reached out to the support team to see what was going on. They told me they would reach out to my provider and try to get me a response. My medications were supposed be to refilled on December 9th, Done. let me know on December 10th that my provider could no longer issue medications in TN. They told me they were going to try and find me a new provider within the month of December. They gave me no options to get a refill, and I was forced to stop my medications out of nowhere. They reached back out to me January 2nd through text, stating they found a provider but would not be able to be seen by him/her until February 9th. Again, not confirming who I would be seeing or fixing the problem of me not being on meds for almost a month. I responded through text saying. You told me Dec. 12th that you were trying to get a slot open for a provider that month. You already told me there wouldn't be an opening till February in that original email as well. I'm not interested in waiting until February. It seems that you had no intentions of trying to get me a provider sooner. I'll be contacting the complaintsboard.com about this whole situation. I truly hope no one else has had to go through this. They never responded through that text but then emailed me to say that they had found a provider for February 9th AND stated in the meantime we will ask for approval for a bridge refill so you can have your medication before your appointment. They have never before this mentioned trying to help me get a refill. No one should have to deal with this kind of uncertainty when it comes to these types of medication.

I am concerned at the level of care considering the medications and impact into lives that this medical company has with the lack of follow through and ability to contact. They charge you a monthly prescription, regardless if they provide you service or care. Their operation feels like chaos. You can be left not seeing a provider for months, no one contacts you when you try to reach them, especially to fix a prescription. When I did actually reach a person, they ignored all my questions. My first provider was not good. I asked for the lowest dosage to start as a new ADHD Patient. She was impatient with all of my questions and I felt really unprepared to start, didn't feel like I had good information, regardless of how many questions I asked or re-asked, she just wouldn't answer them. I had a really bad time on the medication she prescribed, it was massively detracting from my life, and when I told her of the fallout, she denied that my results were possible and THEN proceeded to prescribe me a lower dosage-something I asked her to do from the beginning, multiple times, which she ignored. Both appointments, she acted like I was bothering her. For the price of the service, the type of medication this service can provide (addictive), I would expect a Medical professional who truly wants to partner with you and understand you. This isn't the service for that. I called to change providers, and just like another reviewer here, regardless of my medication running out, they set up a month out, cancelled that appointment a week later and then pushed it out another month. No one has contacted me back to help get my prescription to continue during this lapse and they're still charging me $79/a month for no service or assistance. My experience has been pretty horrible. ! I am concerned how flippantly they're prescribing addictive medication without proper care and follow up! I went my money back and to find a true partner in my care.
I started using Done last fall for my ADHD medication
I started using Done last fall for my ADHD medication. At first it seemed convenient and I continued using them despite the fact that they charge a monthly subscription fee that is not covered by insurance. In the approximately 9 months Ive used their services Ive spoken (via Zoom) to a provider for less than an hour total. I was reluctantly ok with this, and the monthly fee, if it streamlined my access to a medication that I need. Now, however, it has become a complete disaster. They have switched my prescriber multiple times or had no prescriber available. When I try to fill my script each month no pharmacies will accept e-scripts from their company. Ive switched pharmacies twice, each time assured that this one will continue to accept their scripts. Last month, I was told I had to meet with a provider again via zoom in order to receive a new script. They also charge extra for this. My appointment was over in less than 5 minutes. I believe I spoke less than 3 sentences. That was a month ago and I still do not have a new script, they also told me I would have to switch pharmacies again. I reluctantly agreed and authorized the switch. That was over a week ago and I have no medication and, despite multiple attempts to contact their company, no communication at all from Done. They do not have a problem continuing to charge my monthly fee though. This entire company is wildly unethical and should be investigated. I had a previous ADHD diagnosis and assumed that was why it was relatively easy, at first, to receive a schedule II drug after a very, very brief interaction online. I am now convinced this is a scam that is taking a monthly prescription fee from customers, providing very little to no follow up of the medications they are prescribing, and that they do not have the providers or ability to provide the service for which they are charging fees. There is no way to contact them. Via phone is just a message and they dont reply to emails.

To preface, I have been using this "service" for approximately a year due to work travel and moving several times without having a standard practitioner across states. Further, I have been treated for ADD since 2012 and I have never experienced such appalling service or lack of duty of care toward "patients" seeking mental health support from a business that claims to do so.My list of grievances is included below:- Done requested that I as the patient and customer provide them with several different pharmacies where I could send my prescription after I contacted them stating my current pharmacy was experiencing a shortage from the supplier - I provide three different options to transfer the script, as I as the patient cannot request this independently. Then I call in to the care team to ask why the script has not been sent, "Care Team Member ***" then tells me because the previous Clinician Resheda is no longer with Done I must now wait for consultation with a new Prescriber, although, I only met Resheda, my previous prescriber, once for the first time last week, after she took over from my previous clinician. In short, Resheda, without ever having a consultation with me as a patient, was sending my prescriptions into my pharmacy FOR MONTHS, without ever meeting or consulting with me as a patient. So to tell me now, that I must wait until there is a newly available prescriber, is literal and absolute nonsense and represents the object falsehoods and lies this company peddles.- Disorganized and terrifying approach regarding medical records and patient information: Submitted my passport, and additional personal medical information as requested by my clinician to their care team. Then after speaking with the provider during the consultation she had no record of receiving either the identification or accompanying medical information, although their emails stated otherwise.- In summary, its blatant negligence regarding medical records and treatment.
I used this service starting during the lockdown
I used this service starting during the lockdown. At first it seems like a reputable telemedicine company with a fairly thorough intake and diagnosis process. However even after the first month, I faced problems. I was reassigned to three different providers due to providers leaving. Things went fine and smoothly for a few months and in May 2022, everything blew up. Now that lockdown is not a thing anymore, seeing providers in person is more realistic. The last provider I was assigned to I never had an appointment with. I was surprised to see my appointment had been canceled by the company. I received a notification that Cvs would no longer be able to fill my prescription. Major pharmacies have stopped accepting prescriptions from this company among cerebral and other telemedicine services. There are obviously stricter rules with obtaining these types of prescriptions. They assured me it would not be a problem to send my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. As someone who has worked in pharmacy since 2006, I was very concerned about the way that they were pharmacy shopping for whoever was willing to fill their prescriptions. I did not want anything to do with this type of behavior. I canceled my membership with this company after over a month of no response. They run the risk patient abandonment. I was shocked at the reckless behavior of not only the providers, but the company themselves. There is no one she speak to there are no calls are ever returned. I was forced to contact them through Instagram which is not HIPAA compliant. Even then there was no resolution. They were trying to send my prescription to three different pharmacies and I repeatedly ask that they stop. I know the severity of them trying to shop my prescription around to whatever pharmacy would take it on a CURES report. This company left me high and dry and it should be shut down for its behaviors and actions. I went to my primary care to continue my treatment and ongoing prescription.
In September , I began receiving treatment for ADHD from Done (via telehealth)
In September , I began receiving treatment for ADHD from Done (via telehealth). I initially had no issues. On May 16, 2022, I contacted Done to request a refill on my prescription. The next day, I received a message stating that they no longer had any *** providers on staff and could not fill my prescription. I made several attempts to contact them to receive additional details, but was unable to get any information out of them. On May 20, I was again told that they did not have an *** provider and was asked if I was willing to be "waitlisted" for treatment as soon as they could find somebody. I was told they would "pause" my monthly service charges of $79 until they could find somebody, which I agreed to at the time. On May 31, I was informed that my prescription had been refilled by a new provider named ***. I was given no indication that this was a temporary solution and was charged the monthly service fee of $79 on June 3 as well as July 5. Also on July 5, I contacted them to refill my prescription again. Later this same day, I was told that my prescription was delayed due to "system maintenance" but that they were working hard to ensure my treatment wasn't interrupted. I asked for more details, a timeline, or anything that could help me decide if I needed to just find another provider, and was ignored. Finally, I was able to get somebody on the phone today (July 15) who told me that they still do not have an *** provider (and haven't had one since I was first told this in May). They're now offering to have my prescription refilled by a "covering provider" despite no *** presence (which seems possibly illegal) and to put my monthly fees on "pause" again, but I do not understand why (a) I wasn't told that this earlier so I could look for a new provider and (b) I was charged service fees in June and July if they were unable to provide me care this entire time. I've provided screenshots, but some of this took place over the phone.
I've been seeking psychiatric help for ADHD for months and haven't been able to get in anywhere
I've been seeking psychiatric help for ADHD for months and haven't been able to get in anywhere. I decided to give "Done." a try as I need help. I paid the $20 deposit and submit my information, and was scheduled for 11/5.On 11/1 they cancelled the appointment without notice and rescheduled it to 11/15. I asked for a call and was told I'd receive one that day but never did. Days later they rescheduled the 11/15 appointment to 11/22. No notice or communication. We left negative reviews and got a response, they apologized, said they'd give me a set date and time that day - it came three days later. It was set for 2:30 PM on 11/22. I had no input on this, it was during my working hours and I had to shuffle my workday around which was inconvenient, but I need the help, so I did. I waited in my car between appointments for my assessment, and logged into my "Done." appointment five minutes early, the doctor was at least two minutes late. Things were fine on my end, she claimed she couldn't hear or see me properly, I offered to troubleshoot by switching devices, reconnecting... but she was unwavering, saying she needed the full appointment time to work with me and it was too late - this was my fault and I'd need to reschedule. Then she disconnected. She messaged me stating that I was more than 7 minutes late for my appointment, violating their "7 minute" policy and would need to reschedule. It was not even ten minutes after my appointment was supposed to start by this point.I explained I was early, she was late, and this was ludicrous.I received a text notifying me I "missed" my appointment and that it was non-refundable. Upon further investigation they have not charged me the $179 for the appointment. But rescheduling will cost $125 + that 179. For what? I received no help, just more stress, they delayed me getting proper care even longer, and exacerbated my struggles.Attached are documents I have on hand, can get more. I want my $20 back and to be done with them.

I signed up for DONE, a website that advertises it connects you to medical providers who specialize in diagnosing ADHD and then, if you are diagnosed with ADHD, they prescribe you medication. I have long suspected I had ADHD, so I decided to sign up and be evaluated. I paid the initial ~$200 fee, then met with a provider a couple of weeks later on 4 March 2022. He diagnosed me with ADHD and prescribed morning and evening doses of medication which would auto-renew in 30 day intervals. The prescription was sent to my pharmacy and I filled my prescription for my evening dose; however, the pharmacy was out of stock of my morning dose and would not be getting any more for several weeks, so I reached out to the provider and customer service to have both of my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. It took WEEKS to transfer the prescription, and the provider later says it is because Adderall is a controlled substance, but it does not take weeks to transfer prescriptions. He ended up only transferring one month of one of the prescription dosages on 25 March. I emailed repeatedly for the other dosage to be filled with no human reply. Finally, the provider sent the prescription for my evening dose on 3 April, and he sent in my refill for my morning dose on 25 April. I had another call with him on 4 May and noted that I was out of my evening dose and asked to confirm that I was on Auto-Renew. He said I was, but I still had to email repeatedly about needing a refill, and it took weeks, finally going through on 17 May. I have been emailing their support team for weeks about being out of my prescriptions, and their generic replies. Finally, today, 15 June, I had a voicemail saying they were removing me from their "platform" with no explanation. I emailed and they said it was a pleasure serving me. Their business model is that they quickly get you medication you need. So they have charged me $79/month to get me half of what they prescribed me as needing to take daily.
I have used this online health care service Done and completed my initial appointment June 15 and had a prescribed anti anxiety medication
I have used this online health care service Done and completed my initial appointment June 15 and had a prescribed anti anxiety medication within several hours. I then requested a refill on time one month later and was given the response "allow 3 business days". This time period passed and I had a follow up appointment where I mentioned this and the provider said she would "put it in" leaving me to believe no process was ever started. She then said allow 48 hours. It has now been in excess of this timeframe with no refill after leaving messages on their online platform. They have 2 phone numbers, one of which my pharmacy gave me which said hours of operation and no one ever picked up . The other number was listed for emergencies. I tried this number which is an automated message saying to schedule an appointment through the website, the opposite of an emergency call line. There seems to be no means of contact and I feel left in the dark in excess of a week for receiving anti anxiety medication. I am upset as a customer, but also scared for other patients who are more unstable and potentially have social ideations being tossed to the wind, unsure of when their psychiatric medication will be filled. I was never apologized to by the provider for the original refill timeline being met. I find it unacceptable due to the nature of the business (psychiatric care) that there is no one to talk to or be assured that there is some kind of process taking place. The fact that I've waited 2 separate timelines I succession (3 business days and 48 hours) and still have no one to interact with is unacceptable. I am unsure of the practices but am puzzled by the fact that on day one I can get a medication in 3 hours of a first appointment, but now getting a refill is taking in excess of a week with no answers. I don't know if something fishy is going on like providers are only allowed to give out so many prescriptions to a number of patients and the company's exceeded this ratio.
I originally signed up for Done and did a patient intake with them in late March
I originally signed up for Done and did a patient intake with them in late March. The fees was $79 per month with an initial $100 payment for my consultation. The consultation in begin was very quick (less than 2 min) asking about my ADHD history and she immediately prescribed the medication with little question. I was a bit confused as I felt maybe more questions or alternatives would be discussed but it wasn't, she seemed in a such a hurry. I began taking 10mg 2x a day which did help with my ADHD issues especially for work purposes which is why I decided to revisit. On May 24th, I received a message in the portal that said my prescription had been sent to my pharmacy and would be ready shortly. I called my pharmacy and they said nothing had come. I called another 4 days later and still nothing had come. Done had charged me $79 and still did not have my June prescription. I had a work conference coming up and I was becoming very frantic i would be out of my medication. I reached out to their support multiple times with the same generic messaging. I reached out on Instagram, via my portal, called the "emergency" line multiple times (customer care hung up on 4 times) and created a fake profile for an intake session to talk to someone. No one ever answered until my Instagram DM on June 6th. I finally received my prescription after going through several channels on June 14th, nearly 3 weeks after I was first told I would have it. In the midst of all of this I requested my account to be canceled and refunded as no one would ever answer. When I finally got ahold of someone I confirmed I didn't want to cancel but to be assured this would never occur again. My account proceeded to be canceled and to reactivate they stated I owe $158. I stated I would not pay them anything as they refunded me for almost 1 month of missed/delayed medication services and canceled my account without verification. I feel they are not taking my mental healthcare seriously. I want my account a
Done has interrupted my care and medication regimen multiple times and shows no regard for patient safety or continuity of care
Done has interrupted my care and medication regimen multiple times and shows no regard for patient safety or continuity of care. The latest example started in May 2022. Done had forced me to switch to my sixth provider and no longer had full-time providers in my state. They told me in May that a covering provider could still write my prescriptions when they came due on June 22nd. I specifically confirmed this provider would be enrolled and properly credentialed in ***. The provider sent the prescriptions on 6/20, but at that time, I learned from my pharmacy that this provider was NOT properly credentialed in *** standard *** registry. Therefore, the prescription wasn't usable. I spent days asking for resolution and responses through different avenues, and they responded at most once in every ten inquiries all while I was going without medication due to their mistake. After pushing further, they confirmed they never had a provider enrolled with Indiana *** programming. After making me wait for 4 days without medication (and mostly ignoring me), they gave me a shrug and said that I should just pay the $700 for my prescriptions out-of-pocket to fix their mistake. I'm a *** low-income patient, so this is obviously not fair to me as the patient. At no point in time was I able to speak to a medical contact either, as they screen you through third-hand contacts. To make matters worse, Done has an in-house pharmacy and could mail my prescriptions to limit further harm from going without meds due to their error. I recommended this solution multiple times and needed them to write off the expense of the medication as part of upholding their promise to me over a month ago. Despite having this option, Done refuses to send the prescriptions through their pharmacy, despite the safety risk. Done has no regard for the health of their patients. I want them to send my meds through the in-house pharmacy. Please help me hold them accountable for their actions.

FRAUD.

I cannot get anyone to cancel my account! I had to pause the subscription myself but guess what? They still charge you anyways! My subscription was supposed to be paused until 09/16/2022. I was just charged the monthly fee of $79.00 today! It is impossible to talk to anyone on the phone and who knows where the emails go. Seriously probably the worst company I have ever had a subscription for.
Rip off. They take your money and no appointment. Make new appt and they keep canceling. Don't do it.
Most horrible customer support experience EVER. It has been well over three months of them just charging me and not refill my prescription. None of the pharmacy around me could fill my prescription so I asked if they could find one that could, but NOPE they expect you to do all the leg work and find another pharmacy. ZERO Support. The customer service rep even hung up on me mid-sentence while I was speaking with them because they had another call come in.
