Rose Boutique and I've ordered from her about a month ago

I've ordered from her about a month ago. I keep trying to contact her about any updates on my order. She hasn't responded to any of my emails, and when I go to comment on Instagram or TikTok, she deletes them or refuses to answer. I want my package or refund from her. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

I've ordered from her about a month ago. I keep trying to contact her about any updates on my order. I had two separate orders both placed on [protected] with the total amount coming out to $106.56. The person would upload to social media saying they were extremely backed up on orders and then in June/July said they had shipped out all orders from January-March. I never received a shipping confirmation and I did try to reach out to the business several times over the course of two months and have never received a reply. I would upload comments to the social media page and they would be deleted. I would prefer a refund in check since I do not have access to the card I used to purchase the products.

I ordered two products from srd cosmetics on February 14. The estimated shipping time was 10-25 business days. I waited patiently for my order to arrive well pass the 10-25 business days and didn't get anything. On her social media pages, she stated that she would have them shipped out soon. Again, I waited patiently, while still contacting the seller for an update on my order with no response. Some time later, she posted on her social media that all orders from 2/14 were shipped but I still have not received my order. I have emailed and commented on different platforms on multiple occasions and have yet to get a response, update, email or reply back and she has blocked me from her social media. I filed a dispute with my bank and was notified that since the purchase was made in February, and it is now August, that I could not be refunded for my money. At this point in time, I do not wish to receive the products that I ordered. I would just like for my money to be refunded.

I purchased two self defense keychains from this seller on 2/14 and have yet to receive any items. I have attempted to contact the seller on numerous occasions and they have not made any attempts to provide me with feedback regarding my purchase or refund.

I ordered a self defense keychain back on February 14th. I ended up moving in April so I made sure to email her with my new address. Never received a response back so I tried to email again, soon it just became a regular thing; just trying to get a response that she received my updated address. Then when I realized that wasn't working, I then commented on multiple instagram and tiktok posts but every comment that I put she would delete. Every single comment was deleted. I ended up reaching out to other people that bought from her too and they are all having the same exact issue. She tried to cover herself by posting all of the orders from 2/14 showing that they were fulfilled and shipped but majority of us never received tracking information, so we have no idea where our packages are and when we try to get information on the packages we here nothing and she continues to do more stock and people place more orders.

I ordered from SRD Cosmetics on February 14th. I have been sending emails from their website https://srdcosmetics.co/ through their "contact us" page. Because it is a one way communication I do not have records of the dozens of e-mails I have sent. I do have my confirmation of purchase from this website attached and my confirmation email attached. This company promotes itself on tik tok and instagram. Through those platforms it has been stated by the company that they have shipped all of the orders from Before March and all tracking numbers and confirmations have been sent. I have not received my product or communication about my order. I would like for this company to respond to my e-mails with any kind of communication about my order, Refund my order, or send my product to me. Through social media I have found many others who have run into the same problems

I ordered a few items from this business on 02/14, so I was waiting on a tracking number but never received one. It is now 08/02 and have yet to receive my items or a tracking number. I've emailed, sent messages, and commented on this business posts, and she always deletes everything I've sent her so other customers won't see our complaints. I am not the only one who has ordered from this business and hasn't received their order. She needs to be stopped completely.

I ordered and paid for a product from this company on 2/14 and I still on 6/21 have not gotten it. She has deleted any comments where I have asked her, only emailed me back once to tell me she didn't see my last email and I haven't heard from her since. But she took my money and according to her social media accounts, she is doing this to hundreds of other people.

Product ordered 2/14 from old business account. Seller said because account was shut down everyone would be reimbursed value spent on product however 5 months later seller claims all orders were shipped however tracking number was never received and seller is beyond hard to reach. I ordered a self-defense key chain from this business back on 02/14. It is now 07/18 and I have not received a tracking number or my order. I have tried to reach out to this business through email and various social media sites (ie instagram and tik tok) to receive a refund or update. I have also seen the business delete my multiple attempts to get information or a refund. I just want my money back or the product I paid for so long ago. I have billing statements, confirmation email about the order being received, and a screen shot of the confirmation page with the price I paid.

I ordered a self defense keychain with taser from SRD Cosmetics on 2/14. I patiently waited because she was behind on orders. A couple weeks ago she announced that she had shipped out all orders from February and was finishing up on the ones from March. She now says she has almost all the orders out including the ones recently placed. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact her about not receiving a tracking number that was promised or anything about my order. I have posted several time on her videos about not receiving anything and asking for an explanation. I have sent a message from the website and emailed her as well. I have not received a single response. I just want my product that I paid almost $50 for or a refund if I can't get the product. I have been very patient and tried to resolve this myself but I am getting nowhere. Please help! Note the address I ordered from is my grandmother's because I lived with her at the time so I have access to that address.

The transaction took place on 2/14 and didn't go through until 2/16. It was a charge of $56.14 I have still not received my order and I have proof of this. She recently stated that she finally shipped them out on July 3rd and that her new shipping would take 5-14 days to ship. This new shipping has still not been met as I have still not received my order. The only email I have gotten in all of my mailboxes including spam and trash are that if the initial order, no tracking. I have proof that multiple people have not been able to get into contact with her and have also not received there orders. It is nearly impossible to reach out because she deletes or ignores comments on her social medias for her business, does not have her direct messages open, and does not respond to her emails. Again, I have proof of all of this if asked for.

I purchased an item (self defense keychain) from a small business. The confirmation email states the shipping was 5-60 days. I reached out to the woman on her TikTok page twice which she ignored. I reached out to her on Instagram asking about back orders and shipping. She deleted my comments. I commented again and she deleted it. I asked for a refund after she deleted my comments and she deleted again and then blocked me. She also deleted my comments on TikTok. Mind you I didn't say anything out of line, I have screen shots to show was I said before she deleted it. This issue is not just me. She had tons of back orders ( look at other comments), people have posted about her on TikTok and Instagram about her ignoring people, never shipping their order and not giving a refund. She "restocks" and allows people to order before she fulfill previous orders. I simply asked why that happened, said I'm moving and didn't realize the shipping was going to take so long and got deleted and blocked.

I had ordered 1 self defense key chain for $60.10 from Srd Cosmetics back on February 14. It stated it would take a month to ship out the item. I ordered a keychain set in 2/14, estimated shipping was listed as within 10-25 days upon the order receipt. I have attempted multiple times to receive an update and was ignored, my comments on social media deleted. She does this to many other people. She has hundreds of customers complaining but brags how she gets out of fraud and ComplaintsBoard.com complaints. I have asked for a refund multiple times. She is constantly posting how she only has 500 orders left, or that she is done with a date of orders and will be working on the next, but it is always changing. I just want a refund. She is clearly scamming customers and ignoring online merchant compliance.
