Yes I order some food though door dash that was kfc my hole order was messed up they gave me things I didn’t order and charged my card but door dash don’t want to give my refund back it’s on my receipts and I have pictures of everything I got fromKFC and they have back service and smart mouth the man hung up in my face and said you not get no refund

Didn't receive food
Driver states she (Sara) came to Kaiser Permanente to deliver food to nurse. she text and stated she had arrived, but didn't give her location or make and model of car to identify who and where she was. I responded asking where are you. later she responded I took to long and left she stated she left food at register. I called store five guys at 8901 apollo way they stated driver never returned I am requesting a full refund at this time.

Petsmart delivery
This morning I placed an order via the Petsmart app, and selected the same-day delivery option for 3pm to 6pm which is through DoorDash. Everything was fine up until the delivery itself took place. The DoorDash driver that was appointed to me by Petsmart, "Anas" was not very professional at all. He was preoccupied on his phone, he did not provide me with a bag for my order, and he left my front gate wide open, which was not the way he found it. Unfortunately I am unable to rate this DoorDash driver through Petsmart, but I'd greatly appreciate it if this behavior did not continue, as this has happened to me before. Thank you.
Desired outcome: I would like this DoorDash driver to be given an official warning due to his poor customer service.
Order and delivery
I made my first order through door dash for delivery from chicken salad chick to a friend who had just been diagnosed with cancer. Order on sunday evening for delivery monday at 11:00 am. I got a message at 10:30monday that vendor had canceled order. I then called and spoke to a foreign phone worker who tried to blame it on the restaurant. But after speaking to her she explained it was due to a glitch in their system and the restaurant never even got the order. She finally basically admitted the first explanation was a lie. A very bad experience for my first order through door dash. 0 out of 5 stars.

The customer service is really very unacceptable. I have been using DoorDash for a long time but I have never been so disappointed. One day I found that my doordash account suspended and I was very surprised because I never violated their policies and account rules. After I contacted support I didn't see any response from their side. I waited for a month and again no response. After that I contacted specialized lawyers as mentioned in this article https://consumerattorneys.com/article/doordash-wrongful-account-deactivation. I hope the support team will take their customers more seriously.
My order
I am requesting a refund. Your app sent me food to the wrong addeess. I changed to address to my home address and it still reverted back to the previous one and sent the food there. I have chatted many times with customer service and they have been rude each time. I called twice and a manager was supposed to call me back within 24 hrs and they have not. It's been over 24 hrs.
Even on my reorder I had to change my address twice as it kept reverting back to the previous one so I had to double check it to make sure it saved my address as the delivery address.
This is not my fault, I should be refunded and I have wasted hrs on getting any type of GOOD customer service.
I have also reported this to the BBB

I ordered hungry jack through DoorDash on Thursday 14th September when the meal arrived the bag contained a small cheese burger meal. I ordered 2x grilled chicken burger mean medium and a large double cheese burger meal with onion rings the order total was $50.63 was I instantly rang hungry jack and they advised me to go through DoorDash so I called them. The lady on the phone told me that they wouldn’t offer a redelivery or a refund because of the policy so I asked to speak to her manager. She placed me on hold and then got back on the phone and told me her manger would called me back I still haven’t received a call to date.

Not receiving order, refused refund
We placed an order for $45 with a resturant on doordash. When the time come and they hadn't delivered, we tried to contact them, and the number refused our call. After an hour and numerous attempts to speak to doordash customer service, I finally got through and was told there would be a resolution within an hour. They gave us $5 credit and refused to refund any more, as their senior team had handled the case, there was no further dispute resolution available. I am now trying to cancel the transaction on my card, since I have been ripped off. I've cancelled my dashpass and I will never use this service again. Disgusting. And as a final insult, doordash is aware there is no way to contact the resturant, nor a valid address (the store delivers themselves, if they do deliver).

I understand everyone needs to work, however, if you come from a foreign country to work here, the least you could do is learn the language before trying to work delivering orders. today (8/1/2023) at 4:10pm, a man who spoke no English and hung up on me three times brought an empty bag to me from my pharmacy. I live in katy Texas. My address is 727 Herrick Court Katy Texas. His phone number is [protected] and his name is Leonardo. if you are going to make deliveries from a pharmacy, doesn't it make sense to send someone who can speak English? Not doing so is dangerous, negligent, and dumb. He brought an empty bag to my door. Now what? Someone from Door Dash support, Lillia, (his support) called long after he had gone. Was she supposed to translate telepathically? I am disgusted with this poor service.
Desired outcome: an apology, not having my important deliveries from a pharmacy by someone who cannot speak English - when they will be required to call me, to not hang up on me, and to bring me my actual medications!
Items I paid for weren't delivered
There have been multiple times where I paid for items or left specific instructions on a order. Just recently I order a bottle of water and side dish from two restaurants and nevere received them When I reported the prblems to Doordash they simply said they cannot replace the items or give me a refund. These incidents occured June 13, 2023 and July 22, 2023. The first vendor was with Pasta Faire in Belleview FL, and the second vendor was Ahmed Indian food
Desired outcome: I would simply like a refund for the items I paid for a voucher with double the amount of the items cost to compensate me for my time and money lost
A delivery driver who did not do their job!
As I entered Papa Johns I was rudely welcomed by, “Are you Burks?.” The door dash lady didn’t have my order in her hands yet. So she picked it up, handed it to me, told me I had to pay her since she had arrived at the store. I had waited over an hour for my pizza and changed it to carry out. She was rude and very unprofessional. Will not use again.
Desired outcome: Full refund of $25.00. She took it all and did not return my change back to me. She would not let me pay Papa Johns, she jerked it out of my hand & said I had to pay her.

I ordered a few items from Walmart today, July 2nd. I was tracking my order on the Walmart site. Saw that the driver had arrived and was picking up my order.
Then I get a phone call from a man that could barely speak english. I got enough off the conversation to understand that he wanted me to go down stairs, (i live on the third floor) and get my groceries.
I told him I was unable to to severe osteoarthritis in my knee had could not climb the stairs. I have been unable to do the stairs easily for 6 month and have seen a specialist several times for my options.
He was rude and cancelled my order. Apparently carrying some ice-cream bars and chicken popcorn is above his abilities.
Its funny how Instacart and Skip the dishes have no problem. Maybe should should get rid of the lazy drivers that you have and get some good ones.
Desired outcome: I want my groceries delivered whenever I order then. I hate having to get my younger neighbours to do my shopping just because I'm 65 and disabled.
Driver canceled order after he’d already picked it up
I ordered food from Chilis. Your driver Angel picked it up and was supposed to have it to me around 6:30. Well he picked up my food but went to pick up another order and had to wait 20 mins. My delivery time is was pushed back by 40 minutes because he made this other stop and buy his own admission, had to sit there for 20 minutes waiting for the food. So I told him that my food better not be cold and it needs to get to my house sooner than the remaining 30 minutes he added to it, he hung up on me and then within five minutes he canceled my order. Now remember he canceled the order after he had already picked it up. So at this point your employee or your contract worker has stolen from me. He stole the food that I paid almost $50 for. I’m not sure what kind of people you hire to work for you, but I will blast this on Facebook. I will blast this on my other social platforms that your contract workers are stealing our food.

Order not delivered
On June 26 2023 around 21 hours with I placed an order through door dash with 7/11 for 2 power aid sport drinks, a 6 pack case of White Claw hard seltzer 2 bean burritos.
I got the notification that was order was accepted and my driver Aletha would be picking it up. Later I got a notes from the app that stated the bean burritos were not in stock and that was refunded to my account. I later got a notices that my order was delivered. Which is perplexing as I never saw anyone or my order. I called and texted the driver and got no response from my driver.
I called customer service and was told that I could get a refund but there is a 25.00 restocking fee because the order had alcohol in it. The full order was 26.00 and some change. Why I am I being charged a restocking fee for an item I never got. What is being restocked? The driver stole my order and never delivered it.
Desired outcome: I want my full refund and compensation for the aggravation and time that had cost me.
Over-pricing
They charge more than what prices are on menus
It's a total ripoff. They charged us 1 or more dollars for each food item we ordered from Taco Bell. We decided to go pick up the food ourselves and it saved us $33. We ended up paying half of the 33 dollars by driving 3 miles down the road to Taco Bell. They overcharge us for the food. Which we could not believe we even told the manager at Taco Bell he said he will investigate this they should not charge more than there prices online. Well, they did big time their crooks. All people have to do is go to the store online and compare prices to doordash
Desired outcome: I want a free meal or a discount of at least 50%.

My son's employer sent him a $250.00 gift card for Doordash which he activated on his phone 5/18/2023, His name was Ryan Haslett, his account is [protected]@gmail.com. He died of cancer on 5/28/2023. I called your customer service on 6//16/2023 for 27 mins 29 seconds. They could not find his account, finally did, said his mother could access his account from her phone with your app. She tried on Fathers day, this did not work. I called again on June 19th at 3.05 pm cst for 44 mins 20 seconds. She could not find his account. Finally did, told me it had expired after 30 days, then said it expired after 6 months. Sound crazy, Yes it is. She referred to him as Peter, asked me where in Canada I called from after I told her Oklahoma, and then asked what address he is living at! I asked for a manger a least 6 times, she refused. She was illogical, and horrible to me. Finally she said she was elevating this case to a higher committee to have the money transferred to is brothers account.
