Having thouroghly investigated these so called 'complaints' we can honestly say that these are NOT customers of double8tickets.com.
We are an independant on-line ticket broker, and have been established for many years here in the UK.
When certain events go on sale, websites appear out of no-where, reffered to as scam-sites offering tickets to either individual, or selected concerts and events. In order to achieve sales and build their reputation quickly, they write damning reviews of other companies, which is the quickest way to build interest in theirs, knocking out the competition as it were.
If you take the time to review these 'complaints' you will see that three of the comments were posted on the SAME DAY, by three different users, all making only 1 complaint in their history.
You can even see that 1 post was copied and pasted, and submitted 3 years later.
All of the comment are made with american IP addresses, which raises a flag that either the offenders are US based, or a UK based operation hiding their IP addresses.
We have investigated all of these supposed claims, and find no relation to any of our customers.

All very well BUT I have been trying to contact double 8 with a query for over eight days now, sent four emails and phoned up to ten times a day, "experiencing a high volume of calls..." I don't doubt their efficacy but I do wish they would answer customer queries (having paid over £500 for tickets for April concert
What a load of rubbish !
You just fob people off after taking the over inflated price for tickets !
Dont call people back when you say you will.
Take no responsibility for tickets that dont arrive !
