3 events I played today above 30 spins. Game only requires 20-30 spins on event games to win $2000000 chips. I've played them all and no chips were awarded to me. I have played each event at least two times and I've sinned over the requirements for the reward. I need to have my coins added to my game. Thanks in advance for your help with this matter.

I attempt to play the megabucks. When I place a bet, the money is withdrawn from my holdings and then the game freezes. Sometimes, if I tap the screen the games will slowly move to complete a spin. However, tapping the screen now has no effect. I restarted the game expecting to see it working and found that the withdrawn money is gone and the game did not work. When I see the progressive jackpot building I assume the game is working and bet again only to have the game freeze and take my money. Last 2 bets were for $1M each. Progressive jackpot is building but slot will not spin. The Auto and Spin/Skip buttons are grayed out. Why does this game suddenly not work? My current account balance is $309, 244, 787. It was $311, 244, 787 before the two bets. As I wrote this the game Sent a "still playing?" message.

When will the bingo site be fixed. I get double numbers and have to refresh. I am on a week old computer so don't tell me it's my computer. Other people have to do the same thing in the same game, so it's NOT our computers. How about getting some refunds for what we lose each time. Also once google will not support Flash, how will we be able to play bingo? I play several times a day.

My 83 year old grandma plays this game religiously on her iPad and is asking me what is wrong with it. She had $237, 087, 271 when she put her iPad down, but when she picked it back up to play again she only had about 3 million. Can someone explain what has happened, and how/if can she get this back? The top of my Game is black so I can't find out how much Coins I have or switch to another game. All my funds, a 500. and another 500. that I got last nite didn't load and then this morning I have gotten 200. and another 250. didn't load. or my wheel this am of 130. game freezing and ending before i'm notified
I am sick and tired of playing the bingo game on this site, either the game freezes for a few seconds and the numbers are being called fast but the first number out i can't hit if i've got it because it won't except it. Also makes it very difficult if it does it at the ending of the game as the games over before i know what the next number is. I've recently purchased a new computer and had my internet inspected thinking it was my end, but was told that everything was running properly and that the problem is your end. I'm really sick and tired of losing money all the time and refuse to purchase any more if the game is going to continue to lag. All i'm asking is to please upgrade or look into this as it's becoming frustrating and makes me wan't to stop playing in doubledown casino and look for something else.

I have had (in the last 2-3 weeks) a great number of times, maybe a dozen or more, when it is my turn to act, the spinning "time left to act" device runs out before it runs its course, and you are forced out of the hand way before it should happen. I have not counted the time it takes to spin the cycle, but say it is 8 seconds...it is running out in 3-4 or 5...
And almost always, it is when I have a winning hand...what is with that?
Even though this is for no real money, it is very frustrating, and certainly does nothing to encourage any players to play on line poker for real money...can that problem be fixed?

Unfortunately what you are describing is crash or disconnect from DoubleDown Casino while the game was attempting to load a Jackpot. The reason that this occurred is more than likely due to your computer and browser being out of date. I would highly suggest downloading the Firefox browser to see if you have better luck loading the casino.

This review is partially for the game, but mostly for all you idiots who actually buy chips to play this highly rigged.
Answering your own complaints:
1) Why do I spend so much and never win?
Answer: Because thousands of people like you are actually stupid enough to buy chips, thinking it will better your odds. Fact: It doesn't. And the higher you bet per spin, the less your odds are of winning. It's called an algorithm. If you have half a brain to pay for chips, you should be able to understand this is a company that makes profits off of your ignorance.
2) Why are my chips missing?
Biggest complaint on here. Your chips aren't missing. You are a lying gambling addict and you blew your chips. The company is not going to believe you or refund you. Also, they don't care if you are dying of cancer or had heart surgery, they just want your money.
3) How do I play without paying for chips?
There are a few legitimate sites online where you can redeem codes for about 3-5 million chips a day for free. I've never paid for chips. I bet our odds of winning would be a lot better if idiots like you weren't spending hundreds to thousands of dollars. You are the reason this site sucks.
4) How come I've spent so much money yet never win big Jackpots, but see others win billions every week?
You do know there are fake accounts on here owned by the company to get you to think that right? That someone is winning billions? That way you'll easily part with your money? Good job.
Also, I've won a Jackpot Happy Hour of half a billion betting 30k and my chips didn't go "missing". It only took a year for it to happen. However, any bets I placed on any slot after didn't win anything for days because...algorithms! I lost half a billion in three days afterwards. That's right! Doubledown keeps track of how much you win and lose so...you guessed it.. ...you'll eventually buckle and buy chips.
4) Why is their fraud and viruses on my computer from my game signed: email, address, phone number?
Now I must ask myself who is dumb enough to buy chips and then I read the reviews on here only to see people leaving their names, personal addresses, and phone numbers online for anyone to see. Wow, really smart. Good luck in life.
Summary: Doubledown does indeed suck. It is rigged, way over priced, RTP is non-existant because you can't actually redeem your chip winnings for real money, chip "sales" are actually the same price everyday, fake accounts abound to make you think you can win in the billions (very rare). But the truth is, what makes it suck is you.
If no one bought chips, Doubledown would have no choice but to drastically lower their prices or offer higher payouts so people would keep playing. Food for thought before another driveling review is left here by the "disadvantaged", IGT's favorite customer.
accidently clicked on wrong button
Yesterday, July 9, 2019, I accidently clicked on the wrong button and all of a sudden I am buying a package for $499.99. As you can see from my purchase history, that I have never purchased that much. Please issue a credit for this amount as I am not going to be using these chips. I have been going crazy trying to find out who I talk to and somehow I ended up with the fraud department. I never did click on the collect button to finalize the tranaction but it was taken out of my bank. I am almost 70 years old and cannot afford this amount. I have been a user for over two years . I play everyday. The daily wheel seems to give mostly the lower points such as 65 and 85. I see the wheel slow down and accelerate to hit the lower points. It is very rare that the higher points are given.
I think you should have a look and try to offer better points, it looks too obvious you don't give the higher points

The slots are faulty. I was playing 300k a go on Caribbean Kitty and the coins that came in on a BONUS round were all blue and popping up 10k-30k coins! I got 95k on a 300k a go slot bonus. Then i got a SCATTER win of 10 free spins and that paid NOTHING! I am spinning 10-17 times before i get a win and that is always way lower than my bet i was getting 4k-28k back..At 300k a go. Can you imagine after 17 spins at 300k a go getting oon the 18th spin 4k!. I went from 32million to zero in a few minutes and i think i had about 11 wins which totaled 450k..Jeez

I been a valid customer for many years with doubledown casino and I am not very satisfied with this site for the last couple of months I have sent many messages and no one has bothered to contact me and even try to apologize or anything I have purchased so may chips and then when I started playing either the game freezing or your site shuts down on me I thought it was my computer but it cant be I took it in for maintance and there is no problem.
