DPD UK review: Your failure to deliver my package

I placed an order with Amazon and it was sent to DPD for delivery last week, but it would seem that it is being held at your Lincoln facility. I have contacted Amazon and the seller along with DPD a number times, so fare all I have been told by your customer service is you (DPD) don't have my email address but the package will be delivered tomorrow. A number of tomorrows have passed, but still no package. Why? Your tracking number is : 15504846805087L.
I have taken two days off work to receive the item, and lost my placement for yesterday on a CBT course as I did not have the appropriate kit. If this continues I will be cancelling the order and claiming compensation. IF you have not found it yet, my email address is
