my 8 year old son has been playing dragon city for a long time. there was no in app purchases made before. then on 30th of november he asked me if i can buy him some dragon city gems which i agreed using my credit card for that one time only and it costs me more or less 500 philippines peso my son is in the philippines that's roughly $10 more or less. i entered my credit card credentials i did the purchase myself. without my knowledge my 8 year old son without my knowledge has been purchasing dragon city gems ever since without telling me, which i think is fraudulent in the part of the administrator of this game they should have a code or need to enter the a pin for my credit card before they approve the purchase. i almost fainted when i received my bank statement when i saw i need to pay more or less $2000. $2000 to pay for a game is downright outrageous i feel i've been robbed. i hope you will look at my complaint and advice me what are the steps i can do so that they will refund my money back. i already sent a complaint to facebook but they didnot email me back. here's my email alo.[protected]@yahoo.com if you can take notice at my case please send me an email on the steps that i could take so that i can have my hard earned money back. thank you...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
the freaking commercial is like 5 minutes long. it feels like i accidentally switched the channel to an infomercial
So the commercial for dragon speech recognition has a flaw. Lol I was watching it and as she was talking into the microphone the program left out a huge party of what she was saying. None the less the commercial is just extremely annoying
I was over charged over $800.00 on my credit card that was never authorized how do I get my money back
My friend have the same issues. Got a child using her laptop and login to my friend's accound ( because it is not logout), and play dragon city. The kid make purchase in the game and the credit card and the facebook doest not request for any code to authorised the purchased. Without any notice, my friend have been charged for more than $300 for the game that she dont even play for. This is seriously a-lack-of-secure system between the games, facebook and the bank.
I would like to ask cindy2014, how is your case progress? Do facebook get to you or you have refunded the money?
My son, 7, has now done the same thing! Why do they not have to use a code for payment security! It wasn't my money either it was my mother-in-law's! & she is flipping out! HELP! My email is bfish803@yahoo.com, I don't know how to fix this! :(
My 19 year old son done the same thing not knowing he was actually buying stuff until my bank statement came in and it cost me $430.00. I reach out to Facebook and they said they would look into it but no reply. So if any one has any idea how to resolve this my e-mail is wildcatjim@ymail.com
it wasn't a 19 yr old I meant 10 yr old wildcatjim@ymail.com
