Good morning, my name is Zenisha Hooks, and I am having some issues with one of your properties (The Lennox Apartments) in Little Rock, Arkansas. I moved in the unit on February 24, 2024. Upon moving in I feel the property should've had everything fixed but they did not if fact have it completed. I have been trying to communicate with the leasing agents about my concerns but one of the ladies who works in the office never responds. I have emailed on multiple occasions and when I do see her, I see her sitting at her desk or giving a tour. I explained to her in the email, I understand people get busy and have things going on but to not respond for days is very unprofessional. I have emailed about the "Move-in inspection sheet" that I received on the day I moved in and February 29, 2024, was the last day to have it turned in. No one came to check it or send a follow up email. I then on March 4, 2024, emailed to let them know that I had mold in my apartment and that it was leaking in my laundry room. I got no response, I then emailed on March 8, 2024, to show pictures of how the inside of the laundry room looked and still no response. on March 9, 2024, I had to go into the office because no one was responding to emails in an urgent manner and every night I am breathing in mold. I then emailed on March 10, 2024, to let them know that the issues just keep on continuing, and I have been trying to get WIFI internet into my home and every time the AT&T technicians came out, they stated that the wires in the wall were ripped out of the wall and outside where the WIFI wires go. I emailed because I am needing someone to come out and fix it because the AT&T techs did inform me that it was the Lennox who ripped the wires out and if they weren't fixed, I would be able to connect my Wi-Fi. I am in desperate need because I feel that I am being unfairly treated. I explained that I ask in them to be fair and they are not. I have emailed multiple times about things, and they have yet to be finished or completed. I can't sit at home all day and wait for them to fix these things. I work like everybody else in that complex and not to get responses when that what they get paid to do "Help the people that stay there" is ridiculous. I explained to the property leasing agent that this has been the worst experience and I plan to leave when my lease is up because I got lied to. The things on the inspection sheet were turned in Feb 29,2024 and its March 12, 2024, and no one has been out to fix a thing. Everything that was broken when I moved in is still broken. Again, I need somebody to respond immediately because had I known what I was going to face I would put my money somewhere else. I shouldn't have emailed the company because you guys hired people that you guys' thought were reliable and sadly are not. I spend almost 1k monthly on rent expenses and this is how a resident has been treated.
