Online purchase Drume Music for the Drume Drum and accessory kit. Total purchase amount $163.00 Date of purchase 12/13. Shows up on my bank record as 12/14. Bank info show it to be as FUNCHAL PT ***. Separate transaction for same FUNCHAL PT cross border fee of $1.47 same date of 12/14. Never got a shipping or tracking notification emails. Got 1 legit appearing email about a question I had and emailed on how long delivery took from a Joyce H. Other emails I send just have generic answer from support team, no name. As of today, 1/4/22 I still have no product delivery, lost $163.00, no emails of shipment or tracking. Very disappointed, also can't get phone number for them. Noted all complaints and your investigation on them. Wish to inform you of my experience with them.

On August 19 I purchased a Drume Hand instrument ( a bell that can be played to create interesting sounds). On August 30, I received a communication that indicated the product had been shipped to me. However, the tracking ID supplied indicated that the product was shipped by an unidentified carrier and that it was in transit by unknown means from an unlisted source. Since that time I have sent six (6) emails to Drume Music asking about the disposition of the product and asking when it might be delivered. Unfortunately, Drume has not responded to any of my emails or questions. At this point I doubt that I will receive the product and suspect that Drume is out of business, or a scam. In any event, they appear to be an unethical, uncommunicative company that cares little for their customers or their reputation.
On November 15 I place an order #*** for a DRUME Hand-190 and a DRUME Hand Essential Kit for a total of $208.00. On November 19 I received an "update" from them by email telling me my order was Partially Shipped. On December 2 my order still hadn't arrived and the shipping status still said partially shipped. So I emailed them and got a generic email reply that they will get back to me, but no phone number to call. I sent a message through their website also asking for an update on my order. Still no reply. So I launched a dispute of my charges through my credit card company. Currently working with them to get my money back. They contacted DRUME and was told my order was shipped, which I am disputing with them on.

I made multiple attempts to contact the company over 7 days through two email addresses I found searching their site, but I have received no reply. I see in this Information about this company on this site, that they may be located in PA. On their site, they say they have a Portland, OR address.(18432 NE Sandy Blvd Portland, Oregon [protected] United States of America - per their website verbatim). I would like the money back that they took from me. I have alerted my bank and plan to do so with the Inspectors General office in Oregon. I have every belief that their company is a deliberate fraudulent company. I would ultimately like them to be held legally accountable, but really the ultimate goal is a refund.
I had ordered 208 dollars of product from Drume on 11/4. Same story as most, I received an email stating partial shipment. Emailed for updates several times in the last few months with no reply other than the "canned" email of we will get back to you in 5 business days. No refund on my credit card. I will pursue that with my credit card company.
Last December, I bought off the web a musical instrument called a "Drume." I paid $145. I bought it because I was going to give it as a Christmas gift. Christmas came and went, and it's been over a month with no word from them. I have asked them, without ambiguity, to refund my card, and they won't do it. They don't respond to their email address. All I want is for them to refund my $145, then we can go our separate ways.
8/12 placed an order for the drume hand and still haven't received it! Tried to email and no response I believe it's too late to get my money back so want people to know that this company is a scam. The have YouTube videos which I believe they need to take down!

This one says that "shipment information was received" by DHL in China. There hasn't been any further updates and it is now September 10th. Another attempt to contact support over a week ago has gone unanswered. It seems other Complaintsboard.com complaints are being answered with claims that that COVID has affected their ability to ship. This is not unreasonable to claim but the business is not being transparent about this all in direct communications, based on my own experience and similar complaints here. Very sketchy behaviour to continue advertising your product and accepting new orders when you know you can't ship the product in the expected window, or even keep up with your support requests.

I ordered a DRUME Hand drum product online from Drume Music on Nov 11. 2021. My credit card was charged $190.00 that day. It is now Jan 11, 2022 and I have yet to receive the product and have sent multiple emails to Drume asking for an update on order status, and have received no response. I even asked for the order to be canceled and have my credit card refunded, but again have had no response.
We ordered a hand drum from this business and never received it, never got an email back, never got a refund nothing. We've emailed 4 times, wrote them on their YouTube videos, wrote them on their Instagram profile but nothing. I see other people comments on their YouTube videos and they have had the same problem. They are scamming people.

The order has apparently been stuck in China for over 2 months and customer support has stopped answering my emails. I need to update my shipping address because I no longer live at the residence I originally ordered the item to, but apparently it doesn't matter because the item is just going to stay in China forever. I'm not sure if this is a scam or just a really poorly run supply chain and customer support system, but they collected my payment the day of my order and apparently have no intention of ever holding up their end of the transaction. If I could get an answer from custom support I'd like to either get an update whether it will ever arrive, or a refund, but I can't even get a response. Terrible experience overall.

Ordered a drum machine from Drume Music on September 17, got emails from them saying it was shipped. Never arrived. They list no number so I emailed them again. Was apologized to in October and they said they sent another drum machine. Never arrived. Emailed again in mid November, apologized to again and was told "we shipped it today from our warehouse". Got a tracking number and it showed it never left California. I've emailed them 2 times since then with no response. Went to complaint site about this company and several people said they did not get the product either. It's a sham and now I've got a $208 bill on my credit card. To add insult to injury, I keep getting emails from them trying to sell me other products. I may press charges against them since they have so many complaints. Wished I would have checked complaint board first as I never would have ordered from them. Done.

I ordered a $208 drum from Drume Music on Novemeber 7, 2021. I have repeatedly gotten an automated message from them stating they don't have robots and it will be 5 days before I hear from them. I finally found out in January that they had sent the drum to an address in National City, CA. Since then, I have heard from Joyce maybe two times stating they were waiting on the financial department to figure out how they were going to handle this problem. In the meantime, there have been around 50 email exchanges, most met with nothing or the "we don't have robot" default message. My card was charged $208 for the drum and a $4 charge for some other fee on November 7. I have proof of ALL the email exchanges. There is no number to call. I want the money back for the product I NEVER received. This is just GOOD business practice and clearly this is NOT a GOOD business. Thank you for your help!

As of today, 8/31, the first part of the order has been marked as "delivered on August 20th." It has not been delivered, and the postal company is not American. I have sent several emails in attempt to communicate with the seller that I have not received the orders as of yet, and the tracking info is both incorrect and not even updated (for the second part of my order). There isn't a way to contact this company other than by email (with an automated response) and the address for the company is listed as being in Oregon (so why the shipping from China?). I have requested a refund for the Drume drum due to my lack of trust in receiving my order. I am worried I will not receive my order at all. I would like a full refund.

On 9/10 I received an email stating that my order had been 'updated' and the product had been shipped. On 9/20 I sent an email asking where my purchase was. I received an email back stating that they 'are not robots' and that it could take up to 5 days for them to respond. I sent several more messages asking about my purchase and finally received a message on 11/17 stating that my purchase was 'on its way.' The explanation was that they had some internal issues that had been resolved. In one of my messages I requested that they refund my money since I had never received the merchandise. It is now 11/28 and I still do not have the product. Their customer service and commitment to their customer base is horrible. Why would it take 2 months to get any sort of response to my messages (from 9-20 to 11-17)?

I purchased a Hand Drum from Drume on 4.24.20. The funds were immediately taken from my account. On 5.28.20 I received an email notification that the instrument had been shipped to me. A tracking number was sent to me by email. To this day the tracking status shows the following: ------------------------------------ May 8 Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item. Shipping Partner: PITNEY BOWES. Your item was picked up by a shipping partner at 3:10 am on May 8 in FREMONT, CA 94538. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. FREMONT, CA 94538 -------------------------------- The ship has never arrived. I have reached out to Drume via email 2 times (7.13.20 and 8.18.20) requesting that they either fulfill the order or provide a refund. Apart from an automated response there has never been any follow-up from Drume. My experience is consistent with other complaints that I have seen filed about Drum with the complaintsboard.com. I don't know how this Company are permitted to continue to doing business when they are clearly operating a scam.

I purchased two items from Drume Music on October 19 (order # ***). I contacted the business on 4 separate occasions to inquire about my items. I did receive one drum from the company. I received two links with tracking information. One link has never updated that I received the product and still shows it is in transit. The second item has never been updated and is "not found" on the tracking link. I contacted the business through this email address: [protected]@gmail.com about my missing product 4 times, to no avail. The first time I contacted the business (10/26) I received a response 2 days later (10/28) from "Joyce H, Customer Support Team." The next 3 times (11/8; 11/11; and 11/28) I received no responses. I do not expect to receive a response from them at this point. There is no phone number on their website. Their FAQ section says I would have already received my items by now. It has been over 1 month since I ordered these items, and still have no idea where my second item is. The item seems to need to go through customs and somehow ships from Portugal. This missing item costs $190.00. I need this drum to be sent to me immediately or a refund. This has been the worst process ever. Please assist. Received Order Confirmation on May 21 Correspondence: - May 26: asked for order status update - May 26: told orders can take up to 7 days to process and 25 days to ship - June 4: did not yet receive shipped confirmation, so asked for status - June 6: they provided a conf of shipment - June 8: received a tracking number to check on bogus looking website - global_dot_cainiao_dot_com - June 11: checked tracking and status on the cainio website stated the shipment was cancelled with no explanation - emailed them a screen shot asking for assistance - June 14: received apology from them via email, blaming the pandemic and saying they would fast track my order - June 29: asked them for status update - June 29: received another apology saying they were looking into it - July 6: asked for status update and indicated my desire for refund if status could not be provided - July 6: told they didn't know what happened and would work with the Distribution Center to have it resent, again blamed pandemic - July 22: asked again for info and status politely expressing my frustration - July 22: given new tracking number for sketchy looking website track_dot_aftership_dot_com - Aug 1: emailed them saying that tracking on the aftership website states shipment does not exist. I ordered a Drume hand (drum) on December 4. The price was $190.00 (this was supposedly 60% off list price and included free shipping). I paid with my credit card via Stripe. Order confirmation number is 10308. I have heard nothing from this company since my order. My card was charged immediately, and now, on December 29th, I do not have my item or any form of communication from the company. I have emailed them twice (once on 12/17 and also on 12/27, per their "contact us" guidelines, to no avail. I have received no response from them. This is what the automated response email says: "Hi Annelizabethstephens, We would like to let you know that we have received your message. Due to the fact that we don't have robots writing the answers, we can take a while longer to answer the emails. I have filed a dispute with my bank regarding this charge and also plan to report the company to the Internet Crime Complaint Center, per Complaintsboard.com's advice. I had planned to let this go a few more days, as it is the holiday season, and everything slows down and there have certainly been supply chain issues, as we all know. But after seeing all of the similar experiences had by customers on-line, I decided to get the ball rolling on the illegitimacy of this company. I would like to either receive the item ASAP or receive a prompt refund of the total $190.00. Thank you very much.

I purchased a DRUME Hand drum and Drume Hand Essential Kit for a total of $193 on January 25, 2022 for my son as a gift. The status on their website reads "Awaiting fulfillment". I reached out to them 3 times because my son is moving soon and I was worried about it arriving to him on time. After getting concerned due to the lack of response, I looked them up and found a lot of bad reviews about others not receiving their items, so am not at all confident that I will either. Therefore I decided to file this complaint in an attempt to recoup my money.
