Last month the bank did not inform me by sending me email an electronic statement for my bill dues. They only sent sms that they generated the bill and asked to download their app. Not knowingly they changed their generation date from 20th and due date from 12th or 13th to 7th of the month. I was about to pay my dues on the 10th, i checked all my emails and sms is the only i found fo download the app and found out i am latd on dhe payment.
