Actually, I know I'm on the wrong page, but thought maybe you
could give some advice.
So, my concern is about the search engine anyone can use, to enter
my name, with the private information that comes up about me. Example
would be in providing my address and phone number, which, makes me
feel very uncomfortable.
Question is, is there a way I can remove that knowledge about our family
from the search engine ? I generally use duck duck go.

It seems I need to add some words for your robots so here goes.
I use your search engine because I value my privacy and don't want my choices, decisions and interests handed over to greedy parasites for them to exploit for money. So you can perhaps imagine my disasppointment to find hideous Amazon nonsense given priority by Duck Duck Go when I search for serious and intelligent information on the internet.

If Duckduckgo does not track me... how come I get adverts about flying to Dubai after i have been searching for Prices of Dubai flights ? I was looking at a newspaper report that is in the Gaudian newspaper and after reading through it half way down I get a advert about Dubai flights. I don't see that as coincidence especially as I have recently booked a Dubai holiday and have used Duckduckgo for Dubai flight search ...

Please, never install this piece of crap. It's something that's hard to get rid of and looks like a virus. Once you install it, you will never delete it from your laptop or PC. It plays with settings and makes itself a default browser.
I used a lot of programs that help to remove crap like that, but they weren't helpful. Do you understand how serious it may be?
Their customer support simply doesn't exist. No wonder. They don't have anyone who could fix it.

I found this website DuckDuckGo and tried it a few times. There was nothing special about it.
I don't know how and why but it set itself as a starting page and now I can't get rid of it! I tried all the possible ways, even googled what people said and tried to remove DuckDuckGo from my PC! But I guess I'm stick with it and the only way to get rid of it is to uninstall the whole system.

I am filing a complaint again about duckduckgo following me with ads. Every time I purchase some product the very day and after I keep getting popup ads for the product I just purchased. You claim you don't track or follow but you obviously do.
I have been experiencing this in Yahoo mail. The latest was in moving a couple of files to a saved folder. I tagged thee files and told it where to move them. It then locked up for a couple of seconds then the tab crashed. When I reopened the tab and checked the emails had been moved.
I have great difficulty trying to open my Duck Duck Go browser on my desk top computer. I live in Paoli minutes from your office. Any chance a technician could stop by? Today. Tried to get on bank website. It didn't recognize my credentials. I cleared the history. Removed extensions. Restarted modem. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Now won't work at all. Wiped out several bookmarks.

impossible to get necessary results and info
I searched for cheap voice programs on the website www.duckduckgo.com. It showed results from different other fields, which weren’t connected with voice programs at all. I decided to change words and tried again, but the result was zero. I have no idea how to use this searching website properly. I was annoyed and angry that I couldn’t find what I really needed. I will not use it again! 100% waste of my time.
fake charges and the worst website for searching info
I recently used the website www.duckduckgo.com. Don’t use it. I searched some things, but after that money from my account started to disappear. The website didn’t contain any useful info and it was impossible to reach the moderators, so I have no idea how to stop these fake charges. I wonder if there are people, who face the same problems. What measures do you take in order to stop it?
