E-Cigs no responsibility for shipments

I have been a customer of ecigsbrand.com for about 4 years. They have a very poor customer service system. I had a change of address on Jun 20th, 2017 and to be fair I failed to report it to them. After I contacted them on July 23ed, they promised to reship the two shipments immediately. I used to receive two shipments from them on monthly basis. I received one of them but I never received the other one. Almost three weeks later, on Sep 13th, 2017, when I informed them that I have not received the shipments. Of course they apologized for the inconvenience. I cancelled my membership with them, and asked for a refund. They refused the refund and told me instead they are going to resend the the shipments to me.

On Aug 11 I was offered a " prize" for completing a survey through Amazon, there was three choices and I choose the e cigarette, I did not except the monthly refill. I was contacted by my bank that there was a charge for 99.95, I advised them I did not authorize such a payment and not to allow the charge. Yes I read all the information on the e cig and agreed to the 9.95 shipping charge only. Put my money back and do not charge my account anymore

E-Cigs Unauthorized credit card charges

I was offered by Amazon.com a product of my choice for $4.95 one of which was an electronic cigarette from e-Cigs ( http://www.ecigsbrand.com ). I chose this option from four offers all at $4.95 but was charged $99.00 on my debit card. I IMMEDIATELY called e-Cigs but was given the run-around, to the point where I forgot what we were talking about. She confused the conversation so much I was afraid I may have even ordered MORE of their crap. Despite repeated attempts to dispute these unauthorized charges I have gotten nowhere. I cannot believe Amazon.com affiliates themselves with these thieves. Bottom line is I had to cancel my debit account which really sucks and I am never going to trust Amazon.com endorsements again. The company selling e-Cigs on the backs of hard working, honest people is obviously a bunch of heartless, lying crooks, that's obvious to every victim . . . but Amazon.com endorsing, or in any was promoting them? That's quite a different story. It will forever make me question their dedication to their customers. I put a lot of the blame on them because if they had never sent me the offer, I would NOT have ended up losing ninety dollars just six weeks after losing my job. Thanks e-Cigs. Thanks Amazon.com. Sleep well.

I was offered a product of my choice for $4.95 one of which was an electronic cigarette from e-Cigs ( http://www.ecigsbrand.com ) after completing a survey from what appeared to be my cable company (optimum online). The screen where you complete the transaction does not say or mention anything about a trial period and membership after 14 days, I was charged non refundable $4.95 twice for shipping and handling and $99.95 (I did not know this charge until August 2016) apparently for the product(s) I received. Unfortunately I did not bother to check my bank after the initial charges of $4.95 twice (in July 2016) because I was under the belief that it was a one time charge. I received the first package on July 8, 2016 but I did not bother to open it as I would just give it to my nephew when I get a chance. Unknowingly, I was charged non refundable Electronic Cigarettes Membership/Pro Vapor VIP Rewards Membership for $29.95 in July 2016 and again in August 2016. I called E-Cigsbrand.com at [protected] first to cancel my membership which I did not know about until I received the second shipment in August 2016. The agent told me initially that they cannot refund purchases after 30 days even unused. I told the customer care rep that it is unfair for them to charge a customer who was misled by their advertising scheme after several minutes of going back and forth, the agent put me on hold for a while and was eventually disconnected. Few moments later I see numerous email cancelling my account with them and a request to return all products received from July and August 2016. I called customer service again at [protected] to clarify exactly what is being refunded, they told me that they processed 50% ($82.46) refund pending receipt of returned products, I'll get the rest ($82.46 for a total of $164.42) when they receive the products. They told me that membership fee ($29.95 twice or $59.90) is not refundable so I strongly requested that they refund me the membership as well since I did not use it nor benefited me at all. The shipping and handling of $4.95 twice or $9.90 is not refundable. If they made it clear on their offer that when you purchase the product for $4.95, you are signing up for a trial and after 14 days they'll charge you membership and supplies on a monthly basis to begin with then I would not have agreed to it. People should be extremely careful about on line offers most especially low priced offers.

They did the same to me after paying the fifty some dollars they came back and got another 99 dollars out of my account . Trying to figure out how to get it back . If anyone has a suggestion please let me know. Going to give them a call maybe it will help

E-Cigs trying to prevent further unauthorized account withdrawals

The company said they would supply me with a free e-cig and all I had to pay for was the delivery fee of £4.95
I then received a further e-mail that said they would deducting a further £79.95 for more stuff and again another amount at a later date.
I've instructed my bank to block any attempts by these crooks to deduct any more than the £4.95 they said I would have to pay.

bonjours moi aussi fait avoir avec E -CIGS PROVAPOR j 'ai revoyer la cigarette par collisimo il ont j'avais toujours alors il mon renvoyer le colis je l'ai et appeller il mon dit que cette la bonne adresse et il comprenne pas il me demande de la renvoyer pour avoir le reste de mon paiement .mais il vaut que je repaye 15 euros .je trouve pas ça normale .

Feb 24th 2016, I was sent what was suppose to be a free ecig kit for just paying a shipping charge of $4.95, checked my bank account today, March 12 and the company had withdrawn $99.99 out of my account, and are to withdrawn 59.00 a month for refill kits.I did not autherize the 99.99 withdraw from my account and want my money back for said transaction and the subscription cancelled ASAP Sincerely Donald C

E-Cigs Taking money from my account without authorization

I too was scammed out of $99.95 for this bull that they sent me, that doesn't even work right now. I let my son have it cause he's trying to quit smoking. I am on disability and would never pay that much some mess like that. When I called I was so angry, and the customer service guy was so nice but I cussed him out. I just am calling it a lost. He said it was too late for me too send it back because it had pasted the 14 day return date. I was told I had a 30 day trail. I got on line and begged them to send me a refund, hope it works but I don't think so. Also be on the look out about another scam from this company named QMax. I got ready to order from my favorite yarn company and up popped this advertizment, that on behave of that company I had won a prize. $4.95 for shipping &handling. Last week here it goes again $95.00 out my account. Now my electric almost got turn off behind that. so I'm down over $200.00 this month and that could, should have been paid on a bill. No more. Good luck everyone, and I hope we all get our money back

E-Cigs Bill each month for that which i have not ordered or received

I entered a contest in which I had to fill out a form from Aldi.s to say why I shopped there, as As a prize I selected the e cogs all I had to pay was for the postage, since then they have sent my bank a bill each month for that which I have not ordered or received, I am going to my bank tomorrow to change my account over/ In an effort to stop this. I am very disgusted and reading other comments I realise that I have been scammed

E-Cigs Electronic starter kit.

I completed a survey for a free starter kit & was told that I would be billed monthly for replacement cartridges unless I stopped my direct debit authorisation which I did, now they have taken £20.09 from my account to which they were not entitled, put a stop on my bank today & they gave me a number for e-cigs that wasn't recognised, what a surprise! Anyone with any numbers?

E-Cigs Scams

To anyone who is looking for E-Cigarettes, I strongly suggest staying away from this company! I will tell what happen to me but to give you a short summary, they offer a 15 day trial only charging $4.95 for shipping. What they don't tell you is that you are enrolled into a monthly charge program for refills, if you cancel your 15 day trial early, you are charged the full value of the starter kit (which is $125.00) and if you send back open products, you are charged the value of the open products. Finally, what they don't tell you is that they store your personal information (such as your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information) and sell it to other company websites in the United Kingdom (since that's where their official company is based out of). I am also attaching the disclaimer from the email sent to me (with my information cropped out) so everyone can see how they charge you. I strongly suggest looking to another company for an e-cigarette than this company.

Company refuses to remove any personal information from their system that was unauthorized and they are selling my information to other sites.
My friend had purchased the E-Cig for me as a surprise to help me quit smoking (especially because it was a trial for only $4.95). After I received the confirmation email I read the disclaimer in the email and it states "Monthly charges" and "if canceling the 15 day trial, you will be charged the full value of the starter pack", I explained this to my friend and we both agreed to cancel this order.

We called the same day it was order on, which was 11/1/14. When we spoke to the first representative, he explained for me to call back in an hour as my information hasn't showed up in their system yet. So I gave it an hour, called back and spoke to a woman who said the order was cancelled but my information still hasn't shown in their computer system and to call back Monday (11/3/14). When I tried to call on 11/2/14, their call center was down until 12am Mountain time.

On 11/2/14, I started receiving spam in my email address for Auto Loans, Mortgages, credit cards, online banking etc. All of these sites were based in the UK and in which this was the only company that is based in the UK.

11/3/14, I called and I asked the representative to get me a supervisor, he had no problem doing that. When the supervisor came on the phone, not only did he not have any kind of personality but he was very unhelpful. I explained to him what was going (my friend signed me up for the product without me knowing, he gave you guys my information and now I'm receiving spam in my email and phone calls) he stated "Your order has been cancelled, so you shouldn't be having a problem" I explained the type of emails I was receiving and he said "Were not in the UK" I said "Your a call center based in the US, but your corporate office is in the UK and you guys even provide a phone number based in the UK on your website", he got quite after I said this. I told him I wanted all my information off their computer system as they were not authorize to have it and he said the only way they could get it off was by me sending the product back, I told him "The product should never have been sent in the first place as it was cancelled on the same day". He than said that it was already picked up by the mailing department, I told him "Well, you better go and get it because I told you I did not want the product the same day it was signed up for" he than said he would try to get to the warehouse to stop the package and call me back.

The call back never happen...

Now, I'm receiving emails about dating and stuff that involves pornographic material. I called up again 11/4/14 and they didn't answer their phones for 21 minutes, I finally got a representative and I explained to him that I needed to talk to a supervisor, he said "Well what can I help you?" and I said "I went through this with another representative yesterday, only a supervisor can handle this issue". So he put me on hold to get a supervisor and came back saying "Um Hello sir? A supervisor is busy at the moment and he is unavailable. He cannot take your call at this time" So the rep was pushing me to find out what was going on and I explained everything to him (at this point I was irate). After I explained, he was trying to send me the order cancellation notice again and tried to hang up on me, I said "Excuse me!?" and he said "yes?" I told him that I wanted a confirmation that my information was out of their system and he told me that there is no way they can do that. I explained that it is my personal information, you are not authorize to have it and it violates my rights. He continued to go back and fourth with me about how he could not delete it and in the middle of saying something he said "Sir did you have your cigarette today?" and I told him that he is breaking the law by not removing my information. All the sudden, a supervisor became available and he said he was removing my email, my phone number and forwarding to the main office to have my info deleted.

Now I have to wait to see if they delete my info

E-Cigs Scam

This website promised a free trial for this brand. The only thing I had to pay for according to the customer service representative I spoke with over the phone assured me that all I had to pay for was the shipping. In order for me to cancel this "auto refill" option they had, they said I would have to call within 15 days for receiving the package and they will cancel it. When I called to cancel, they told me I would have to pay the full price of the starter kit, something the sales representative never mentioned. This led me to cancel my card in order for them not to charge me for something I did not agree to, especially when the sales rep made no mention of being charged for canceling the 15 day trial.

E-Cigs Unsolicited transactions from bank account

A trial offer of an electronic turned into month after month of refills and £59 taken from my bank account without permission. Don't bother trying to contact them in the UK, I've sent refills back to that address. Nothing happens. Best thing you can do is be persistent with the US phone operators to get them to stop, ring late evening. After 9 months I hope I've seen the last of anymore refills. And they said they would stop for a while, and then restart at the reduced price of $19.99! I said NO! NO MORE! Whoever is facilitating this operation in the UK in Wigan needs to be hit hard by trading standards. I might contact BBC Watchdog to see if that bloke from Rogue Traders can pop round, or barring that my in-laws live in Wigan, so I might pay them a visit in person with all my bags of refills that I didn't ask for.

After receiving the FREE e-cig product I received an unauthorized shipment of the product and a 59.95 charge was issued to my credit card. Was not given an option to immediately cancel further shipments. I am extremely dissatisfied with the company and their type of pressure on maintaining further shipments.

E-Cigs Unauthorised transactions

Initially ordered promotion price of £6.99 for packet of 2cartridges 1 ecigarette received o.k Then a couple weeks later was sent 2packs of cartridges and again later another two. .Phoned them to say I wanted to cancel they refused. Following day received credit card statement 73.98 had been taken out by the company.Phoned to complain and asked for a refund plus a (RMA) number to return the goods they refused saying I was outside my 30days. Phoned credit card co to stop any further transactions and they informed me that another 53.98 had been taken out that morning. They will now be taking up the case so for 127.96 has been an expensive smoke.

I spoke with Jordon. on January 16, 2014. Regarding charges to my account. For what I was lead to believe was a free product for completing a survey. I was charged $36.95. This created an overdraft on my checking account. We agreed that I would keep the product after crediting me for the charges. Jordon also agreed to pay for the overdraft fee against my account. In the amount of $36.00, I received the credit for the product. However, I was NOT credited the $36.00 overdraft fee. My confirmation numbers are: 184272 or T84272. I am requesting that you credit my account the $36.00 overdraft fee as soon as possible.
Please advise. My phone number is 517.281.8363. My e-mail address is "penneysinclair@hotmail.com. I expect a credit to my account as Jordon offered and agreed to on January 16, 2014.

E-Cigs E Cigarette

I too orderd what was supposed to be 'FREE' - electronic cigarette and charger and paid £4.95 postage. Yesterday I received another two packs of cartrdiges which I was not aware that I had ordered. Apparently when you tick the terms and conditions you agree to take part in a stop smoking programme and they send you regular cartridges. When I looked on the web I was horrified to find that others had complained and they are taking money from my account. I have spoken to them today and they have taken £72.98 from my bank - money which is not in my bank - so on top of all the tassle and upset this is caused, else I will have to pay bank charges because I will be overdrawn. They will refund the money when they receive the cartridges back. I am a pensioner and feel ill because of what has happened. BEWARE !

E-Cigs No Refund

Electronic or smokeless cigarettes made by ecigsbrand.com is a scam made to look like a company that cares. Once you try their product they hit your credit card for $99.00 without sending a receipt or nothing. You're supposed to check your credit/debit card balance in order to see the charge. Instead of letting you know that their going to charge you without your knowledge they hide the fact in their terms and conditions. I purchased $39.00 worth of product from them, then they hit my card 2 weeks later for an additional $99.00. When I called them to return the additional $99.00 they said that I would have to return the product for a refund of only $60.00. Not only that, the guy on the phone said that they receive tons of complaints DAILY. They took $138.00 from my account and will only refund $60, what a scam. I am determined to wreck this company no matter how many times they change their name AND NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES.

when i ordered e-cigs they asked me if i wanted to sign up for some promotinal items after telling them no many times i later found that both companies hand been sent my info and were charging me for a membership i did not sign up for the company savings2go was polite and told me that this has happened before but they have no way of knowing sence it is sent form e-cigs they refunded my money right away and put my info on a watch list so it would not happen again but i worn against using e-cigs

i asked for a free trial on the ecigs and that ended costing me £6.99p and when i got them they didnt have any information with them of what chemicals they contained, so i didnt use them as im on medication and an asthmatic so i had no idea if i could take them, but i thought it was only a free trial so that would be the end of it. then more and more came in the post all of which are sat here unused but i couldnt find the site to stop them from coming to me. now as i look at my bank statement iv been charged £55.23p for something i dont want. please stop sending me these items as i dont want them

Sent items back for exchange, refund and reimbursement for shipping charge.Included a note as to what I wanted.Received package today 3/11/11.Wrong items sent and no refund and reimbursement.Apparently my note was misread or overlooked. :-((((

I did not authorise any payments to be taken on my credit card and the e-mail address for their Customer Service is not recognised when I tried to complain.

Was offered an e-cig starter kit free with just £4.95 delivery charge. Since then I have received two packs of refills which I never ordered and I have been charged £73.98 for them. When you ring them they cut you off and tell you to ring back. When you sign up to the free trial there is no mention that they will continue to send items and charge you for them, there's nothing on the website about it and they don't send anything with the starter kit about it.

i have had this problem with the e-cigs company for last few months i have even told them to cancel the account and i recieved an email telling me that it was cancelled and 1 month later i recieved an email saying your order has been shipped i phoned them up and said i wanted to speak to a supervisor and was basically told no i have contacted my bank and am disputing the payment i will also be taking some type of legal action as this is fraud

E-Cigs Please don't use this company

I ordered a £4.95 started kit without realizing what I had signed up too, luckily I did a bit of research and found lots of angry customers complaining about this company taking money from their credit cards without authorization, I immediately rang them and asked to cancel my membership, after getting the hard sell they agreed to cancel, I also sent them an email to cancel. I just hope I was lucky, am very worried they will still take money. please don't use this company, there are plenty of reputable ecig company's to choose out there.

I had same issue with taking money out. I ordered the start up kit online for 9.99. When I check my bank account about 20 minutes later, my card had been charged 9.99, 59.98, 29.99, 29.99 and 29.99 these other charges were for refills that I did not order. I called the company and spoke to a rep who definitely wasn't American to no satisfaction. I made another call that same evening no satisfaction. I made my third call to the company within 1 hour of placing order and of course not American, however they assured me the charges would be reversed and they sent me a cancellation email with a reference code and this had to be a form letter accept for the first line. This was on Saturday. I called my bank on Monday and they reversed the pre authorization charges. On Tuesday today this company had taken out 59.98, 29.99 and 9.99. I have a dispute in Thu my bank and called this company who informed me yes I did cancel my membership on Saturday, but the charges had already been processed. I was assured the money would be refunded within 5 - 10 business days. What a crock all you have to do is reverse the charge. WE WILL SEE IF MY MONEY IS RETURNED. If not what recourse do I have if any suggestions please comment.

Do not be shy they are ### this company has been investigated in the UK & USA for their antics inform them that you are consulting lawyer / trading standards and you insist that they refund / retract.
In my case I spotted the open ended contract and stopped it then the T&C is grey in grey these products can be good but the ### will find any avenue to steal.

E-Cigs Fake offer

I applied for a free trial of electronic cigarettes and paid only for shipping. Instead of trial I was put on subscription and now they are charging my checking account every month. I don’t know how to stop this because they are not replying to my emails.

E-Cigs Charges my card 3 times

I ordered a start-up kits from this comapny for just the shipping. 14 days later they charged my card $99.99 = a !.00. I called them and demanded a refund and after threatening them with fraud charges, they refunded my money. Three days later, they charged my card $200.98! This comapny is unbelievable. I called them again and after talking to 4 different people, they told me I had to fax my statement to them in order to prove they charges me twice and comfirm with my bank that they had charged me twice. I will fax my statement to them and see what happens. Then I am going to file fraud charges against them. DO NOT order from this company! It is all a scam and will cause a lot of trouble for you and your bank.

I bought e-cigs from them for $9.99 and they charged me for $99.99 and sent parcel to wrong address. They charged me $47 more and I received nothing. Stop this scam you crooks!

I have tried on several occasions to contact you by phone to cancel this order, but I either got a wrong number it was a Cafe in England or I got a dead line. When I called the number for the depot in the U.K I was directed through to America.

I ordered the e cig starter pack from yourselves. For a friend of mine I looked round your site a couple of times to find a description of the item not finding anything I went ahead and ordered the item when I committed myself I received an E-Mail telling me that money would be deducted from my account, as I say this was for a friend not myself I do not smoke.

I wish to cancel the membership as I am not in a position to pay this amount of money, I do not work and I survive on state benefits as I am disabled the money that you are going to withdraw from my account is 70% of my weekly income I would really appreciate it if you would be so kind as to refund my money and cancel any future withdrawals.

The request that you have put forward to withdraw cash from my account has left me in a financial nightmare it has put me into debt with the bank and I am unable to pay my upcoming Direct Debts I receive £94 per week benefits these bills will not be paid because I do not have the money in the bank to cover them and it will create severe hardship it will increase my debt problems which is being managed by the C.C.C.S.

I spoke with one of your colleagues by phone after speaking to my bank I was refunded £43 which left a balance of £29.99 I asked about the the balance and she said it was for the first delivery of tips, I returned the Starter pack and the first supply of tips unopened as stated and my money would be refunded, to the Warehouse in Stockport U.K. recorded Delivery on 3/10/2011. I have not received the balance of my refund could you please tell me when this is going to be rectified. When I tried to send an E-Mail to them the address was not recognised

My bank was supposed to chase them up after my returning the package to the address in England I had to wait 18 days for to allow them to get in touch with me they never did so I called my bank and they asked me if they sent me a letter specifically telling me that I would get a full refund I told them that I had not received any letter and that it was stated on the site they said that, that was not proof of them giving me a full refund I had to have a personal letter from them.

this product comes with a lifetime guarantee or so I thought the smoke doesn't come out of the e-cig i've tried new cartridges, charging it up too so I phoned them up and was told that I didn't buy cartrides from them which I replyed no not personally but my best friend ordered them we went halfers so we both benift so he then said well as a special promotion today I can do u a new kit which I replyed this product comes with a lifetime guarantee and he wants me t buy a new one there is no sence in his actions I think this product is a fast and a con they are quick enough to take my money I only wanted a new cigarete part not the whole package ive never ever in 36yrs made a complaint but I couldn't let this go absolutely not, I was mortified basically ive bought a product that's got a life time guarantee and broke three weeks later absolutely mortified at the way he was talking to me as if I was dumb oh im sooooooo angry with the e-cig brand no customer care at all

I have had the same experience with ecigsbrand and was so angry to be scammed that I nearly went to buy some real cigarettes ! ( haven't smoked for 11 months so this would have been really falling off the wagon). Despite cancelling the " subscription " that I had apparently unwittingly agreed to when I responded to a "special offer " for £4.95, I have received yet another cartridge delivery! My bank have advised that, while they can cancel my debit card ( 10 days of inconvienience waiting for a new one to arrive ), they may still be able to take money from my account via methods that he could not explain ( or I could not understand? ). Hopefully due to my ongoing harrassment via telephone and e-mail, they will get the message that I do not want their overpriced products to darken my doorstep ever again!

I am so sorry for your experience Mr Robertson. I too had a bad experience with e-cigs...
they are a rubbish company. Nobody else should fall for their scams. Don't use them. I placed an order for 20 low tobacco cartridges back on 16 July and the payment from my credit card went out straight away. When the parcel arrived there were only 10 low tobacco cartridges. I have been complaining about paying for items still not received for the past two months and all they do is refer me to my 'mail received' signature. Of course I signed when the parcel arrived, but I didn't expect that the contents would not be as ordered and paid for. So now they just say - you signed for the parcel so you got your order.

Even before this experience I was really fed up with their attitude on the phone and half of the operators appear not to understand English.

They are scam artists - don't go near them.
