Extended Warranty
I purchased a 5-year extended warranty for my RV from Eagle Vision in March 2021. I sold my RV in June 2023 and requested a refund for the 3 years remaining. I followed the protocol the company requested, and in July, I received an email from them stating that I was due a refund of $1663.05, and that I would receive it in 6-8 weeks. It is now October. Since July, I have received a runaround from the company. No one will answer my phone calls or reply to my emails. I believe Eagle Vision is a scam. Beware!

I sold my vehicle and asked for a refund. The request form was filled on 7/27. This requested refund was regarding my *** coverage purchased on 4/11 for $3799.00. It has now been 48 days or 7 weeks and I still have not received a refund. Last week I was told the check would be in the mail. I was just told this week it would be two more weeks. I feel that this is rather ridiculous and am thinking that the plan is not to provide a refund but, to keep putting it off! We are now talking about a couple of months or longer to get a refund!

I purchased an item from a store in August . Then, after selling the item in January , we requested on January 10 through the policy holder, our unused funds from the transaction. On January 13, I received an email stating the policy had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund from the issuing company in 6-8 weeks (presumably between February 24 and March 9). I contacted the company on March 9th and after several text messages back and forth, I have yet to receive my refund of $5,204.09, as of today March 22.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
