Gentle grip diabetic socks
I purchased 2 sets of Gentle diabetic socks (set of 9) Ladies 6679 and Gents 6680. I have to admit they are soft and comfortable, seams are smooth, one big problem they do not stay up. My self and 2 others one other suffers from fluid retention and other diabetic. I decide that we three should try them out as I intended to give them as presents. Needless to say because of above problem that would be unthinkable also cannot return them due to 3 of us trying on a pair each to check out suitability. A year or two ago I bought 2 pair of diabetic socks from a retailer near by they were no dearer but far soupier and that person still wears them. I now have to unwrap the ones I intended to give for christmas presants. I should have known better as I could see they were badly made at the top. Extremely disappointed.
My second purchase made at same time was a Vintage RFID style compact purse leather purse this again a lovely looking purse liked it the moment I seen it and still liked it when it arrived. Easy Life
I have bought many things in the past but I will never buy from Easy Life again. I had a rewards club sent from them in the post. It said on the letter (received 9 February 2022)I could cancel anytime by email before 7 days after receiving the letter, I did so immediately, not hearing anything back from them I rang to cancel (15 February 2022) and was informed that this was definitely cancelled. Today I have discovered that £70 has fraudulently taken out of my bank account. Rang them again and was told the account is cancelled and I should receive my money back in 5 days. I have raised this with my bank to recover this money back as it is obviously a scam.
Desired outcome: Money back and nobody else robbed by these scammers.
Calls I do NOT wish to receive
7423506...this is my account number, on more than one occasion, I have rang and asked for all correspondence from yourselves to cease. I have asked to stop receiving calls, I have asked for catalogues to stop being sent out. Only yesterday did I again ring and ask the same question, but today another call. This is nothing short of harassment. This has GOT to stop, if I wish to purchase from you I will do it on my own accord, but after this I will NEVER purchase from you in the future.

my account no.7337658erc. i cancelled this account on feb.16th but they still took £69.70p.from my credit card. at 72 years old i cannot afford to lose that kind of money .HELP PLEASE.

Sir/Madam, I have bought goods from this firm, as my Wife is disabled at the moment. I had no problem with the goods, at all. On the 9th October, i noticed £69 .24 had been taken from my account, to Easylife, without
my consent. On the 31st December i received a letter from this Company,
saying my trial period was up, what trial period i have no idea, and if i
wished to cancel, to inform them before 14th Dec. they will soon be taking
the annual payment of £69.50. This would be impossible as i said we only
received the letter 31st Dec. To me this is a scam, taking money from my
account as they feel free. Try to phone them is impossible, and they now say they cannot reply to mail, with this Covid going on I am not interested in their
rewards Club or whatever. I would appreciate any help given.

We have asked Easylife group to remove all our details from their database and mailing list.
Since buying products from this company we have had telephone calls from their call centre up to 5 a day we have now blocked their number plus other sales companies that easylife group sold our details to. We do not want any more catalogs or telephone calls from easylife group. Our details are:-

We have already contacted WSCC Trading Standards-TPS- online agencies easylife telephone no on web states that there are over 450 harassments against this group.
So please ask them to remove all detail of us from their database and we will not purchase anything else from easylife group and advise others not to buy.
expanding carden hose
I bought the hose in May 2017, used it that summer, then again this year begining June. It began leaking from the spray end and became gradually worse until now I am unable to use it without becoming drenched myself. I paid £29.99 for it and expected it to last for longer then a few months. The quote in your catalogue 'years of hard wear' is rubbish, it lasted me a few months. The write up in your catalogue is totally untrue or I just happenned to receive a faulty one. I am disappointed and angry as I desperately need a hose this summer because of the drought. I hope to hear from you soon with an explanation.

I have read your description of complaint and Easylife standards are very similar to my own. My mother purchased a hose for myself last year, after 6 months of purchase it sprung a leak a couple of meters from the conection so instead of complaining i cut the hose after the split and re-joined to tap connector, all was good. Earlier this year it sprung another leak halfway down the hose so i contacted Easylife through their customer support and was told they would not deal with me as i hadn't purchased the item. I spoke to my mother who is 83, she gave all information regards purchase quoting order number, her name, address, telephone number so i sent all information to Easylife and they responded by saying if my mother was to place a complaint herself they would oblidge by sending a replacement. I forgot to mention my mother had placed two hoses, one in May and my hose in June. My mother contacted them and they said they would honor a replacement for hose purchased in June forthwith but not the hose purchased in May because it was out of warranty. I contacted them again speaking of my disappointment and noted i would be taking this further. I received an email this morning Sunday 22nd July stating they are not going to repalce either because they were not contacted with a complaint upto 6 month period after purchase. I am now taking this further, consumer rights, watchdog, watch this space although it may take a while!

I ordered a Good Vibrations Exercise Machine that never arrived. Moreover, it's absolutely impossible to get a refund due to their unavailability. It extremely irritates me.
They have two different numbers: one for those who need support, and one for sales. The support line doesn't work at all, even if you call their sales (it works all the time) they will transfer you to the support line, the sales managers will refuse to help (even though they wouldn't die if they did). It's a darn vicious circle.

I ordered several items, but changed my mind and rushed to tell them about it. Of course, they immediately took my money. I wrote them an email and also additionally called to make sure that everything is ok. They confirmed that my order was canceled and I will be refunded within one month. Ok.
4 weeks later I got a package with all of the canceled items!
I was simply infuriated, I was so angry.
I called them again and asked what the hell was going on and they found nothing to say. What else could be said if they just stole my money and weren't going to give it back? They rather pretend to be stupid than losing the money.
I hate them so much and I will do anything to get my money back.

I contacted EasylifeGroup many times and asked for a refund and received nothing but rudeness and total disrespect! They said that refund was not possible and were impolite.
I had no other option so I contacted police and PayPal and only after that I received a refund offer.
All I want to say that EasylifeGroup is a very bad company and if you are in the same situation like I was don't give up and fight. They are cowards and as soon as you report them to the police they will give you all you want.
I will not deal with them again, I have enough of that nightmare!

Hello, I ordered some items from EasylifeGroup via app and did not get any confirmations. I paid full price for my order and they took my money pretty fast. I did not receive even a payment confirmation and I don't know anything about the status of my order.
My order was made two weeks ago and I think that by this time I was supposed to get at least some information. I tried to reach customer service with no luck getting a reply.
I just checked the reviews and to be honest I'm quite nervous and I'm thinking about cancelling my order.
This EasylifeGroup website doesn't seem like a safe place to shop. Beware!

I have made an order and purchased something from them back in September. EasylifeGroup got my money and after that I heard nothing from them. I'm still waiting for my order and I really doubt that I will ever get it. Three months already passed and still nothing. I have the same problem as many others - when I try to contact them they simply ignore me.

Bad company!
My order did not arrive on time. I called EasylifeGroup customer service and they told that things I ordered were out of stock. About a month later some items arrived and some were missing. I contacted them again and asked for a refund but they refused and said that I will get the missing items later. I asked when exactly but received no answer. I cannot wait any longer and I want my money back!
