I received my delivery on sat Dec2 2023. Upon receiving my order I noticed immediately my package seemed pretty small for my whole order to be in there. So I cross checked my order invoice to find that I was missing 8 vapes. On the invoice I see that I need to write to and let them know I’m missing a large part of my order within 2 days of receipt. So I immediately literally within 15 min upon opening my package I sent an email to the email provided with multiple photos showing what I received , and the invoice of what I was supposed to receive. This is where I’m getting irritated… I had max 48 hours to get back to them about missing items. However it’s been 4 days with no email stating sorry we will A send your correct order expedited or B. Refund me for some of the fees I paid to get my order expedited. I just want ALL OF items that I paid close to $240 for. Or an email stating that my missing items will be sent expedited like I paid for. Or at the very least any kind of communication letting me know that they’re sorry and will be sending the correct items. Any kind of communication would be nice.

Desired outcome: I would like them to send my missing order out expedited. Or a partial refund with extra for the fees I paid to get it faster.
