Stay Away from eManualOnline: A Frustrating and Disappointing Experience
I recently had an experience with eManualOnline and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I purchased a manual for my 2008 Prius for $13.99, hoping to do a common repair myself. However, when I downloaded the manual, I found that it did not have the information I needed. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I decided to email their customer service team to see if they could help me out.
To my surprise, they responded quickly and told me that they had the manual I needed. I was relieved and grateful, but unfortunately, I never received the manual. I waited for a few days and then decided to request a refund. However, even after several attempts, I have not received my refund yet.
To make matters worse, the program I did receive did not work well on my Windows 10 computer. The information was hard to read and I had to put in a lot of effort to make sense of it. I was disappointed and frustrated once again.
I then decided to reach out to Sancrac, a guy who promotes eManualOnline on YouTube and offers to help people with their repairs. I emailed him at ***@gmail.com, but I have not received a response yet. I am starting to suspect that he might be part of the scam, even though he presents himself as an independent YouTube reviewer.
I also noticed that the online reviews for eManualOnline seem suspicious. They all seem to be written by eManualOnline themselves and are not real at all. This made me realize that eManualOnline may not be as legitimate as they claim to be.
In conclusion, I would advise everyone to stay away from eManualOnline. My experience with them was not a good one and I do not want anyone else to go through the same thing. It is better to find a more reliable source for your repair manuals.
Misleading Product Description and Poor Customer Support from eManual Online
I recently bought a workshop manual for my Honda Stream 2001 from eManual Online. The website claimed that the file format would be PDF and that I would only need Adobe PDF Reader and winzip to access it. However, when I tried to download the file, I was given an OVA file instead. This file format requires VirtualBOX to be downloaded and installed, which also needs access to the network.
I was disappointed because I thought I would receive a PDF copy of the manual, which can be viewed on almost any device and can also be printed. On the other hand, OVA files can only be viewed on a computer, Linux, Apple, or Windows, and they cannot be printed or viewed on a mobile device. I felt like I was misled by the product description and that I did not get what I paid for.
I reached out to customer support to ask for either a PDF copy or a refund, but they only offered to set up the VirtualBox Network for me. This was not what I wanted, and it did not have the same functionality as a PDF, which I needed. I was disappointed that they did not address my request for a refund, and I felt like they were not honoring the sales agreement.
Overall, I would advise against purchasing from eManual Online. Their product description is not accurate, and their customer support is lacking. They did not provide me with what I paid for, and they did not address my concerns. I hope that they can improve their services in the future to avoid disappointing other customers.
Complicated Navigation and Confusing Credit Use on Emanualonline.com
that the website emanualonline.com is a bit complicated to navigate. It would be helpful if there were arrows to direct movements and simplify the process. Additionally, the use of credit can be confusing, and it would be beneficial if the website explained whether to use a direct uploaded debit card or credit card at certain intervals in the process.
Furthermore, the use of fictitious rebates and discounts based solely on credit cards is unfair to those who use prepaid debit cards. This practice implies that the website is trying to force customers to use credit cards, which is not a good business practice. As a result, I will only use PayPal when necessary, and not for everyday shopping.
The discounts offered on the website are not based on a client's purchases, but rather on the registration of credit card acceptances. This means that only 1/10th of the customer base, or 25 million out of 300 million customers, can take advantage of these discounts. This is not a very bright business practice, as if prepaid debit card users were given the same discount properties, more sales and orders would create more revenue for PayPal and emanualonline.com.
Overall, while the website has some issues, it is still a useful resource for those looking for manuals and other technical information. However, improvements could be made to simplify the process and make it more accessible to all customers.
Poor Customer Service Experience with eManual Online for Mercedes c230 Manual Purchase
I recently purchased a manual for my 2000 Mercedes c230 (W202 chassis) from eManual Online. However, upon receiving the download, I noticed that it was for a [protected] c230 (W203 chassis). I immediately sent an email to their customer service team to notify them of their error.
To my disappointment, the response I received from someone named Bojan was not helpful at all. He simply stated that the manual sent to me was for a C230, completely ignoring the fact that it was for the wrong years and chassis. I sent a second email explaining that the [protected] c230's were completely different from the 01-09 c230's, but Bojan's response was to ask for my car's VIN number.
I was frustrated by this response, as I knew for a fact that my car was a 2000 c230 W202 and the manual I received was for a 01-09 c230 W203. Despite my explanation, Bojan continued to ask for my VIN number, which I found unnecessary. I eventually gave up and requested a refund, as it seemed that they either didn't care or were incapable of understanding the difference between car model years.
I was disappointed by the lack of effort put into resolving this issue, as it should have been a simple matter. It's frustrating to deal with incompetent customer service representatives, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If anyone from eManual Online is reading this, my Ticket ID was: CVV-[protected]. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future to avoid similar issues.
eManual Online Review: Useless Manual and Terrible Customer Service
I recently bought a manual for my Isuzu truck from eManual Online (emanualonline.com) and I was expecting it to be a complete coverage of the vehicle. However, I was disappointed to find out that it didn't have any information on the engine electronics like electrical diagrams, principle of operation, component locations, troubleshooting, and more. I mean, seriously, what's the point of having a manual if it doesn't have the most critical and important information one would need on any vehicle?
The manual mostly covered screw and bolt removal and replacement, which is not what I was looking for. I don't need a manual to tell me how to remove bolts. I need real and informative technical coverage that is useful for repairing and maintaining the truck. If I wanted screw and bolt stuff, I could have just gone to Chilton, which is the ultimate for the NOT useful information department.
To make matters worse, the email responses from the "Customer NOT Service" department were cryptic, asked the same questions over and over, and went nowhere. I asked for a refund, but they refused, saying that I had already downloaded it. How would I know that the most important information on the vehicle was missing unless I downloaded it and saw that there was nothing there? It's just common sense.
Overall, I give eManual Online negative 10 stars for the worst service on earth. They need to step up their game and provide customers with the information they need, instead of just taking their money and providing useless manuals.
Disappointing Experience with eManual Online: Complicated Download Process and Unhelpful Customer Service
I recently purchased a Mercedes Workshop manual from eManual Online and was excited to start using it. However, my experience with this company was far from satisfactory. After downloading the 20GB file, I followed the instructions for opening an OVA file, but encountered several problems along the way.
As I was mid-download of something called Virtual Machine Software, I received an error message stating that I needed to download a newer version. I clicked on the link provided, but to my dismay, my PC locked up. Upon restarting my computer, I was alerted to a virus and my task manager was extremely slow to open. My PC became unstable, and I was unable to access the Workshop manual.
I found that there were too many steps involved in opening this file, and I was unable to navigate through the errors that kept popping up. I had to uninstall the VM software to regain some stability on my PC. Unfortunately, I was unable to open the Workshop manual, and the customer service I received was not helpful. They refused to refund my payment, which was very disappointing.
In my opinion, this company does not provide a product that is user-friendly. You have to do a lot of work installing other large programs and tweaking settings as you go. They do not have a consumer-friendly package to download, and I would advise anyone considering using their services to be warned.
If you are not an expert in PC troubleshooting, it may be best to seek help from someone who is before attempting to use this product. I lost my money, and their customer service page shows a Washington DC address with an Iowa telephone number that is identified on the internet as a spammer. I should have done more research before paying for this product.
Overall, my experience with eManual Online was disappointing, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with eManual Online: Unusable File and Poor Customer Service
I recently had an experience with eManual Online and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I was in need of a workshop manual for my daughter's car and decided to purchase one from their website. The page I downloaded it from gave a number of file types as possibilities, and I was expecting a pdf but instead received a .Ova file, which I had never encountered before.
I followed the instructions provided and downloaded the recommended software, but unfortunately, I was unable to access the file. I then updated the software to the latest version, but was warned that Windows considered the file unsafe. I searched for answers and was informed that I needed to alter the BIOS settings on my PC to get even the software to run, let alone the .Ova file. I was highly suspicious of this and tried two more software packages recommended for .Ova files, but still couldn't load the file.
Feeling frustrated, I contacted customer services for assistance. After explaining my dilemma, I suggested that I still wanted the manual but would have preferred it in a pdf format. Unfortunately, I was told that I could not receive a refund, but I could have a credit note towards another .Ova file. This was pointless and of no use to me, so I replied to the customer service agent expressing my disappointment. However, I was met with an arrogant attitude and was told that I had downloaded the .Ova file and that even though it was unusable, I was not entitled to a refund.
Overall, my experience with eManual Online was disappointing. The lack of support and customer service was frustrating, and the fact that I was unable to access the file I had purchased was a waste of my time and money. I would not recommend this website to others and would advise caution when making purchases from them.
eManual Online Review: Misleading Product Photos, Vague Instructions, and No Refunds
This company, eManual Online, is not what it seems. Despite their product photos showcasing manuals and eBooks, they actually send you a Virtual Machine file that is gigabytes of data. The instructions they provide on how to access it are very vague, and in my case, I couldn't even access it at all. I was completely blocked from accessing the content. The Virtual Machine doesn't connect to the internet, even if you change the network settings around. It's frustrating to spend hours downloading needless software that has nothing to do with manuals, and then troubleshooting how to make it work, only to come up short and be forced to speak with a customer service representative.
If you're looking for actual manuals or eBooks, this is not the site for you. However, if you enjoy spending hours trying to access content that you paid for, then eManuals Online might be right up your alley. The emphasis on the "manuals" part of their name is definitely misleading.
I requested a refund, but they refused. They accused me of trying to scam them, which was completely untrue. It shouldn't take two hours to access a "manual" that isn't even actually a manual. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't stand behind their products and refuses to provide a refund when the product doesn't work as advertised.
I had to force PayPal to get me a refund, which was a hassle. The "response" that was given to my review by someone from the company saying they reached out to me via private message was completely false. They didn't actually reach out to me at all. It's disappointing that they would try to scam people reading my review by pretending to do outreach to resolve issues when they actually don't.
In conclusion, I would not recommend purchasing from eManual Online. They don't provide actual manuals or eBooks, and their Virtual Machine files are difficult to access and don't connect to the internet. Their customer service is unhelpful and unresponsive, and they refuse to provide refunds when their products don't work as advertised. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your manual and eBook needs.
eManual Online Review: Poor Descriptions, Lacking Customer Service, and Questionable Business Model
I recently purchased a service manual from eManual Online for my Audi A3, but unfortunately, it did not cover my engine which is the 1.8 TFSI. I was disappointed as the product did not line up with the description. The descriptions in the manual were poor and insufficient, making it difficult to do a big repair on my car. I was surprised that this was sold as a "Service Repair Workshop Manual" as it did not deserve this title at all. However, it seems to sell well despite its shortcomings.
I was attracted to eManual Online because they offered a money-back guarantee within 24 hours if I was not satisfied with the product. I thought the risk was low, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it has been a few weeks since I requested a refund, and I have not received my money back yet. In the meantime, I had to repair my car without their manual.
The company offered to send me another manual, but I have not received it yet. I believe they just don't have it. In their comment below, they claim to have sent me other manuals, but it is simply not true. I am disappointed with their customer service and their false promises.
I would advise others not to pay for documents that are available for free on the internet. It is an interesting business model that eManual Online has, where they set up a homepage once and make money from selling documents that they did not create themselves. It is not fair to charge customers for something that they can easily find for free.
When I read about all the positive feedback on Google and their own homepage, I wonder where it all comes from. I tried to leave feedback on their homepage or on Google, but it is all locked up. There is no chance to leave any feedback, which makes me question the authenticity of their positive reviews.
In conclusion, I would not recommend eManual Online to anyone looking for a reliable service manual. The descriptions are poor, the customer service is lacking, and their business model is questionable. It is better to keep searching for a better option or find the same documents for free without breaking the law.
EmanualOnline Review: Incomplete Manual and Unhelpful Support
I recently had an issue with my Deutz D5206 4WD tractor, as the front wheel drive stopped working. I was in need of a manual to fix the problem, so I decided to check out EmanualOnline. I came across a manual that seemed like it would do the job, as it listed the item covered by the manual as Front Wheel Drive. I purchased the file, which was the Deutz D5206 Workshop Service Manual Repair, for a cost of AU$26.99 with order number 356858.
After downloading and reading the manual, I was horrified to find out that it did not have the section on Front Wheel Drive. I thought that I had downloaded the wrong manual, so I went back onto EmanualOnline and found another manual that showed it had a section on Front Wheel Drive. This manual was listed as the Deutz D5206 Repair Service Manual, and I purchased it for the same cost of AU$26.99 with order number 356869.
Upon reading both manuals, I discovered that they were the same file. Both files finished at the same point, which was halfway through Re-Assembly of Gear Shift Cover. Four repair sections that were listed in the manuals were missing. I reached out to the Support Team seven times and had contact with three personnel, Rahul Ticket ID #OTO-736324, Richard Ticket ID IOH-[protected], and Bojan Ticket ID IOH-[protected].
Unfortunately, the replies I received from the Support Team were not helpful. Except for the first email, all of the six other emails had replies such as "It seems that you have the best manual for your case" or "I would suggest reading through the manual to learn more". I asked direct questions about the file that I downloaded and requested a refund for my money, as I thought that I was purchasing a complete manual, not a half of a manual. However, all I received were one-line answers as listed above.
Overall, I feel that EmanualOnline is a scam and I would not recommend it to anyone. The lack of helpful support and the fact that I was sold a half of a manual for the same cost as a complete manual is unacceptable. I hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid using EmanualOnline in the future.

Beware of eManual Online's Refund Policy: A Disappointing Experience
This company, eManual Online, has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I, like many others, have had issues with their refund and return policy. According to their website, they offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for ALL products. However, when I tried to return a manual that I had downloaded within 15 minutes of purchase, they refused to honor their policy.
My issue with the manual was that I had intended to purchase a repair manual, but instead, I ended up downloading an owner's manual. This document is available for free on the manufacturer's website, yet eManual Online charges $14.99 for it. I felt cheated and misled by their website, which promised to provide me with the manual I needed.
When I contacted their customer service team to request a store credit so that I could purchase the correct manual, they refused to help me. Despite their published return policy, they were unwilling to provide me with the store credit that I was entitled to.
Overall, my experience with eManual Online has been disappointing. Their website promises a lot, but they do not follow through on their commitments. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from this company to be wary of their refund and return policy. It is clear that they do not honor it, and you may end up feeling cheated and frustrated like I did.
Emanualonline.com Review: Disorganized and Poorly Written Manual for 2002 Toyota Hiace
I recently bought an eManual from emanualonline.com for my 2002 Toyota Hiace. I was hoping to get a manual that would help me find the information I needed quickly and easily. Unfortunately, what I received was a collection of PDF files with titles that didn't give me any idea of what was inside. This meant that I had to spend hours searching through thousands of files just to find the information I needed.
At first, I thought I might have done something wrong during the download or that I was using the manual incorrectly. So, I reached out to the support team for help. To my surprise, they told me that this was the only way to use the manual and that they didn't have any other options available for my vehicle model.
To make matters worse, the pages I did manage to find were written in what I can only describe as "Chinese English." There were numerous spelling mistakes and grammatical errors that made it difficult to understand the information.
Overall, I feel like I've been scammed and ripped off by emanualonline.com. I hope that others will read this review before deciding to do business with them. It's important to know what you're getting into before spending your hard-earned money.
Warning: Do Not Buy from eManual Online - My Terrible Experience
I want to share my experience with eManual Online (emanualonline.com). Let me tell you, it was not a good one. I made the mistake of purchasing from this company and I regret it. I strongly advise you not to buy from them. It will only cause you unnecessary stress and frustration.
Firstly, they do not deliver what they promise. I have been waiting for my download link for a while now and I have yet to receive it. When I tried to call them, the number did not work. I also tried to email them but the email came back undeliverable. It seems like a scam to me. I cannot help but think that the positive feedback on their website is fake and written by their own people. Do not waste your money on this company.
Another thing that bothered me was that they did not provide an order number for reference. I have no way of tracking my order and yet the money has already been taken out of my account. This is unacceptable.
I updated my review after receiving a generic response from someone named Jon. I do not believe that any resolution will be found. This company is not legitimate. They create fake positive feedback to counter all the negative ones they rightfully deserve. They are completely disingenuous and are only looking to prey on individuals. Do not be fooled by their false advertising. I strongly advise you not to buy from them.

Disappointing Experience with eManualOnline.com: Issues with Product and Customer Service
I recently had an experience with eManualOnline.com that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I was in need of an electronic workshop manual for my BMW C600 Sport scooter and decided to give this website a try. However, I quickly realized that there were some issues with the product and the customer service that I received.
One of the main problems that I encountered was that the website did not make it clear that I would only be able to download a. Ova file. This file required me to download and install Oracle Virtualbox before I could use it. Unfortunately, I soon discovered that the required version of Oracle Virtualbox would not install on my Mac. This was a major setback for me, as I was unable to access the information that I needed.
As someone with decades of experience in IT, I was surprised that I could not resolve this issue on my own. I reached out to the support team at eManualOnline.com for assistance. However, the support person named Rahul was not very helpful. He insisted that he needed to access my computer using Teamviewer in order to resolve the issue. I was uncomfortable with this, as I did not want to give someone I did not know access to my personal computer.
Despite my concerns, Rahul was unwilling to negotiate any alternative solutions. This left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I felt like I had wasted my money on a product that I could not use and that the customer service was not helpful.
Overall, I would not recommend doing business with eManualOnline.com. The lack of clarity about the product and the unhelpful customer service left me feeling like I had made a mistake in choosing this website. If you are in need of an electronic workshop manual, I would suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable and trustworthy option.
EmanualOnline Mitsubishi Colt Workshop Manual Review: Disappointing and Overpriced
I recently purchased a Mitsubishi Colt Workshop Manual [protected] from EmanualOnline and I must say, I am not impressed. Although the manual does describe my vehicle, it lacks any sort of guide for repairs or maintenance. Sure, there are technical drawings and specifications scattered throughout, but what good is that if I don't know how to actually service or repair anything? It's like having a map without any directions.
To make matters worse, I later found out that this same manual is available for free download on various other websites. I feel like I've been taken for a ride and scammed out of my hard-earned money. I reached out to the support department and requested a refund, but they were not willing to oblige. They simply stated that the manual is correct for my car and that it's the only one they have available. This is not the kind of customer service I expected.
I paid ? 22,99 for this manual, which is a substantial amount of money for a product that doesn't meet my expectations and is readily available for free elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with EmanualOnline and would not recommend them to anyone.
Horrible Customer Service Experience with eManual Online: A Review
Hey there, my name is Dean Judd and I wanted to share my experience with eManual Online. Let me tell you, they are being petty and LYING and are deceitful. I recently placed an order with them, my order number is 547898, and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience.
Like many others have mentioned, I received a manual and realized that it was available for free on another site. So, I asked for my money back and they refused. I've been in a PayPal dispute with them for 5 days now and they respond with snide remarks. It's really frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't value their customers.
To make matters worse, they offered me another manual days after I finished the job I was working on. I tried to download it, but it was going to take 6 hours to finish. Halfway through, the download failed and was never finished. When I continued to ask for my money back, they said no because they sent me another manual and "could tell I downloaded it".
I have photos showing that the download failed, but they still won't refund me. It's really disappointing to see such poor business ethics from a company over just $13.
Overall, I had a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE experience with eManual Online. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with eManual Online
I had a really bad experience with eManual Online. I was looking for a manual for my car and found their website. I was happy to see that they had a manual for my specific vehicle. I went ahead and paid for it and received a confirmation email. However, when I tried to download the manual, the link wasn't available. I was really frustrated and decided to email their customer service team.
After waiting for 48 hours, I finally received a response from Rahul. He sent me a link, but to my surprise, it wasn't for my vehicle. I was really disappointed and asked for a refund. That's when I received an email from Bojan, asking for more information about my car. I was really confused at this point and decided to look up reviews for this company. I found out that this happens quite often with eManual Online.
I replied to Bojan, asking for a refund as well. I received another email from Shawn, who said that he was passing my information along to someone else to handle the refund. However, no one ever got back to me. I even sent a follow-up email a few days later, but still didn't get a reply.
I was really frustrated with this whole experience and decided to contact my bank to handle the matter. I would not recommend eManual Online to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers at all.
eManual Online Review: Frustrating Download, Confusing Interface, No Print Feature
So, I recently purchased a manual from eManual Online (emanualonline.com) and boy was it a journey! First off, let me tell you that the manual was a whopping 8GB to download. I mean, I knew it was going to be big, but I didn't expect it to be that big. And to make matters worse, the download kept cutting out. I had to try several times before I finally got the whole thing downloaded.
Now, I will admit that eManual Online did mention on their site that I would need to download a virtual machine to access the manual. But what they didn't mention was that the download would keep cutting out. It was frustrating to say the least. And once I finally got the virtual machine downloaded, I had to work through a bunch of error messages to give it permission to access my Mac's privacy settings.
But that wasn't the end of my troubles. Once I finally got access to the manual, I discovered that the switchboard only displayed parts of the manual through an abstract menu system. It was confusing and not user-friendly at all. And to make matters worse, I tried accessing the manual on my Windows machine and kept getting other errors.
But the real kicker was when I discovered that I couldn't print any of the content. I mean, come on! They advertised on their website that I could print the manual, but when I tried to do so, there was no print feature available.
Overall, I have to say that accessing this manual was a terrible experience. I've requested my money back three times now, but I'm not holding my breath. Good luck to anyone else who decides to give eManual Online a try.
Poor Customer Service and Download Issues with eManual Online
I decided to give eManual Online a try after reading some reviews online. However, my experience with the website was not as smooth as I had hoped. As an Apple computer user, I encountered some difficulties with the download process. Despite being in contact with the company via email, it took me around 7 attempts to finally get the download to work. They sent me a supposed fix for the issue, but it did not work.
After some back and forth, they eventually sent me a link to download another operating system. I was hesitant to do this without their assistance, but they assured me it would be no problem. However, they kept asking me questions and eventually told me they were fully booked and that I would have to reschedule. This was frustrating, especially since they had refused to refund my money.
In the end, I decided to cut my losses and downloaded a hardcopy from Hayes instead. This was a much smoother process and I had no issues with the download. I was disappointed with the poor customer service from eManual Online, and I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. It was a waste of my time and energy for just $16 US.
Overall, I would caution others against using eManual Online. While some may have had a positive experience, my own experience was far from satisfactory.
Disappointing Experience with Emanualonline.com: Poor Quality Manual and Bad Customer Service
I was really excited to get my hands on a workshop repair manual and decided to purchase it through emanualonline.com. The purchase process was smooth and I started the download right away. However, I quickly noticed that the file extension was not the usual .pdf format that I was expecting. Instead, it was an .ova file which required me to install another program to open it. This program emulated WinXP, which made me feel uncomfortable as I didn't want to risk any issues on my work PC.
I decided to request a refund and was sent a link to a PDF copy. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a poorly-scanned Haynes repair manual and not the factory workshop manual that I was hoping for. I reached out again to request a refund, but was refused because I had already started the download. However, I had not finished the download as it was a huge file. Despite my attempts to explain this, I did not receive a response.
Overall, my experience with emanualonline.com was disappointing. I purchased a digital file that turned out to be useless and the customer service was horrible. It's important for buyers to be aware of the risks involved when dealing with this business.

I bought a manuel in ova format which I absolutely didn't know but it is WELL stipulated that format was compatible with all the computers Window. (I can prove it) So I bought it cause my computer is a Window. At the end I couldn't open the file with the software recommended, so I contacted the support. They told me to enable Virtualization on my BIOS with YouTube videos which I tried. But it didn't work and I learned on a website that some BIOS doesn't permit to enable Virtualization in the BIOS. And this is my case. So I contacted the support again to tell them that and ans as a result I want to be refunded because I can't use the product. But they refused to do it.
Fraudulent sales practices Ordered a service manual for a 99 3000gt and received for a 91
Fraudulent sales practices Ordered a service manual for a 99 3000gt and received for a 91. After multiple emails they DO NOT have the correct manual I purchased. Offered to virtually access my computer to install, total red flag. I hope people are not stupid enough to fall for that. Will not refund money, DO NOT purchase from this company, buyer beware.

Attempted to buy PDF manual for 2001 Chevy Blazer from eManualOnline https://www.emanualonline.com/ 1) Their site doesn't support the ability to preview the manual for accuracy or table of contents 2) Their site fails to CLEARLY inform the user of the nature of OVA software installation vs PDF, in which you don't know what you get until the download is made available 3) Their refund policy denies refund even though the material is not what you wanted 4) Their site falsely claims it covered my particular year 2001 and I got a zip file for 2002 and on. 5) The cover page for the so-called ebook stated it was specific for my vehicle, make and year not a generic like other manuals, but the file was a collection of individual PDFS, not linked, that covered 94 thru 2006 models THEIR SERVICE IS INFERIOR, THEY REFUSED REFUND FOR DISSATISFACTION EVEN WHEN MANUAL WAS INCORRECT & THEY HIDE BEHIND LEAGALIZE!

Purchased a Manual online for a 1958 tractor thinking that I was getting a professional manual, once the manual was downloaded, which was the only way that I could see what I was getting, it was a badly scanned fraudulent copy of a old manual from 1958 that's available for free on the internet. After getting no where with the vendor to get reimbursed, I contacted Paypal to file a complaint. Paypal said no problem just give us the return shipping confirmation and they'll reimburse me. After explaining to them that it was a downloaded file and their would be no tracking number they said that I would not be reimbursed. emanualonline will never loose with paypal. They said that they will nor reimburse me because I downloaded the file, but their is no other way to view what you purchased. Very fraudulent, dishonest, vender. I have since then deleted my Paypal account.
I purchased a repair manual for my 2010 Mercedes Benz ML350 for $12.99 and what I received is an owner manual. I need the repair manual not the owner manual. I searched the website and can not find any way to contact them or get refund
I purchased what I thought was a service manual for a 2014 Kia Sorento
I purchased what I thought was a service manual for a 2014 Kia Sorento. I need the Engine Mechanical details for my 3.3L engine. When I got the files, the manual was for a 2013 Sorento, and Kia made a 3.5L engine, which clearly isn't my engine. When I pointed it out to them, they said that do not have a manual for my 2014. I asked for my money back, and they offered in-store credit, which clearly is worthless since I only need that one manual. See email thread attached.

I purchased a Workshop manual for a Yanmar YSM8 & YSM12, titled "YANMAR YSM8 YSM12 Marine Diesel Engine COMPLETE Workshop Repair Manual
I purchased a Workshop manual for a Yanmar YSM8 & YSM12, titled "YANMAR YSM8 YSM12 Marine Diesel Engine COMPLETE Workshop Repair Manual". A book with photographs and detailed how-to steps in it. The thumbnails indicated exact this. When I got the files, the manual was a service manual, not even the same title. When I pointed it out to them, they said that this is the only one they have. When I asked why the title and the thumbnails didn't match, they answered: The sample images don't relate to the actual manual." I asked for my money back, and they offered in-store credit, which clearly is worthless since I only need that one manual.

Purchased a "Parts and Service Manual" from this company's website, I received a download link for a "Flat Rate Labor Schedule" which is a list of service items and book times. This manual does not provide any service or parts info. I immediately contacted Support, they initially denied there was a problem, saying "we supplied what you ordered". Three times in writing I asked for either what I purchased or a refund. Eventually, after several emails, Support acknowledged their failure with an offer of "store credit". I have no use for their "store credit" and have since purchased the manual elsewhere. If I do not get a refund I will challenge this through my credit card company.

I went to their site to purchase a service manual for 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer and I ordered the emanual after downloading the manual, I found
I went to their site to purchase a service manual for 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer and I ordered the emanual after downloading the manual, I found out that these manual is not specific for my car. They were generalized for other Chevrolet models. I was not aware of that, as I wouldn't have bought it. If I needed information for other models, I could have googled it as they are available for other models. My specific model doesn't contain information which is the reason I decided to get service manual from them. I talked to customer service and asked them to refund my money. But they were very unprofessional and asked me to take it with Paypal. Glad that I purchased with Paypal and not used my credit card with them. This company is totally a scam and should not be trusted. US should ban these kind of companies to even do business with.
