I had purchased an emax tinyhawk freestyle 2 around July 2023. It was the RTF (ready to fly) bundle kit, It worked fine, but I lost it while flying. I decided to buy another because it was an awesome little drone, the 2nd one I got was the BNF (bind and fly) I flew it a total of 2 or 3 times with no wrecks, it still looked brand new, it was only 2 or so weeks old. I plugged it into the betaflight configorator to bind it to a remote controller and followed instructions to do so, when I started it up, it was bound to the controller but the video signal was no longer there. After doing some digging I found that they are prone to having the video transmission system fry. Seeing how it was still under the 2 month manufacturers warranty I emailed emax. They responded with a simple we need more info, so I gave them a detailed description of what happened. I have yet to get a response back from them. I even sent a second email asking why they haven't responded and what I can do to get my money back or send it back since it was under their warranty as described on their site. No answer. In the time I've waited my tinyhawk freestyle 2 has gone out of warranty. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. I've spent so much on emax stuff and I have 1 thing break and they ignore me completely. I'll never buy another emax product again and I tell everyone I come in contact with to avoid them like the plague. I would happily spend 500 dollars on donating to a lawsuit to sue these scum rather than spend 5 dollars on any of their products again
Desired outcome: I want my money back or a replacement quad seeing as I was under warranty when it happened and they ignored me l, letting the warranty expire.
