My Self Praveen Kumar had purchased 3 Oppo A9 2020 phones from your Emax Store Deira City center on 30th Dec 2019 (Attached Bills Copy), i was informed about the offers with free PowerBank of 20000 MAH (good quality ) and facility of Credit Card Installments for purchase. unfortunately they were unable to convert my purchase into installments due to which i am facing problem to pay my credit card bill. i was provided with very cheap quality power banks after a long waiting of 3 - 4 hours just for power bank which is not capable to charge a single mobile atleast once, i tried to replace that with the store, i required to visit the store 5 to 6 times and again i was provided the same cheap quality power bank after one month which charge is completely dead just for 15 minutes of mobile charging just 30%. Also the Credit card bill date was 25th January 2020, but i receive message from EMAX on 29th January 2020 to convert the bill amount to loan after generating my Credit card bill which is not possible.
i felt a very bad experience with emax, i never wish to visit your store again.
i request the authority not to spread false statements to the customers to sale the products and also request to take a favorable action in my case
