Empire Covers Mixed Experience with Empire Covers: Disappointing Product, Confusing Return Policy, but New Management Shows Promise

So, I gotta say, Empire Covers has been on my radar for a while now. I was in the market for a boat cover and their website seemed like a good place to start. I ordered the cover I wanted and waited eagerly for it to arrive. When it finally did, I was pretty disappointed to find that it didn't fit my boat at all. I mean, come on, I gave them all the measurements and everything!

Anyway, I figured I'd just return it and get my money back. But that's where things started to go downhill. Their return policy was a bit confusing and I had a hard time getting in touch with their customer service department. When I finally did, I was met with some less-than-helpful representatives who seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than actually solving my problem.

So, needless to say, I wasn't too thrilled with my experience with Empire Covers. But then, out of the blue, I got an email from their new management team. They wanted to know how they could make things right and improve my experience with their company. I was skeptical at first, but I figured I'd give them a chance.

To my surprise, they actually listened to my concerns and offered to refund the cost of shipping the ill-fitting cover back to them. It may not seem like a big deal, but to me, it showed that they were willing to go the extra mile to make things right.

Overall, I still have some reservations about Empire Covers, but I'm willing to give them another chance. It's clear that their new management team is trying to turn things around and focus more on the customer. If they can continue down this path, I think they'll be able to reclaim their reputation as a reliable and customer-focused company.

Empire Covers Disappointing Experience with Empire Covers: Late Delivery, Poor Customer Service, and Low-Quality Product

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about Empire Covers. I had high hopes for their product, but unfortunately, I was let down. First off, my order was super late. I paid for two-day shipping, but it took a whole five days for my order to arrive. That's not cool, man. And when I called to ask about it, the person on the other end of the line was not very nice. They talked down to me and made me feel stupid for even asking. Plus, I had to call them twice before I got any kind of answer. They said they would call me back, but they never did. And to top it all off, I never got a confirmation email or a tracking number for my order. What gives?

But wait, there's more. I've been using their product for a few months now, and it's already falling apart. It's tearing and fading, and it just doesn't look good anymore. I'm really disappointed in the quality of their product. I won't be buying from them again, and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone. In fact, I'm going to make sure to tell everyone I know not to buy from this company. They just don't seem to care about their customers or the quality of their product. So, if you're thinking about buying from Empire Covers, don't do it. Trust me, you'll regret it.

Empire Covers Empire Covers Review: Affordable and High-Quality Bimini Cover for Harris Kaybot Pontoon Boat

So, I got this Harris Kaybot Pontoon Boat from 2005, and let me tell you, it's my pride and joy. But, as luck would have it, the bimini top got ripped when it snowed in the winter. I was devastated, but I knew I had to find a replacement. I looked around and found some options that cost an arm and a leg - $600 to $800 or more! Some even came with new poles, which meant I would have to drill new holes and all that jazz. No thank you!

That's when I stumbled upon Empire Covers. I plugged in all the data on my boat - size, square not round - and voila! It came up with a bimini cover that was only $200. And, to make things even better, I got a discount that brought it down to $185. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I decided to take the plunge and order it.

I called up their customer service, and let me tell you, they were a real lifesaver. They warned me that it may not fit, but they were so helpful and patient with me. They even told me that there would be a 20% restocking fee if it didn't work out. But, I figured it was worth the risk.

I placed my order and got it in about 5 days by Fedex with free shipping. And, let me tell you, it fit like a glove! All the zippers lined up perfectly, and they were so easy to work. The cover itself is very solid and well-made. There's about an inch of "slack" in the cover, but it's hardly noticeable.

I saved hundreds of dollars by going with Empire Covers, and I couldn't be happier. I appreciate a reliable company that delivers on their promises, and that's why I wanted to write this review. If you're in the market for a bimini cover, look no further than Empire Covers!

Empire Covers Disappointing Experience with EmpireCovers: Poor Quality Product and Frustrating Return Process

I recently made a purchase on Empire Covers website for a cover for my F150 truck. I placed the order on May 24th and received the cover on June 5th. However, I was disappointed to find out that the cover was a "Budge" cover. I have had a bad experience with "Budge" covers in the past as they tend to have poor quality and do not last long. I did not even bother taking the cover out of the box.

On the same day that I received the cover, I submitted a return request to EmpireCovers. However, after two weeks, I still did not receive any response from them. I decided to call Budge directly on June 17th to inquire about the return process. I had to wait on hold for over an hour before I finally spoke to "Todd" at Budge. He assured me that I would receive an email with the return shipping label.

I checked my email and found out that EmpireCovers had responded to my return request, indicating that it was outside of their 30-day return policy. I was frustrated and disappointed as I had submitted the request on the same day that I received the cover. I am now back on hold with Budge (going on 90 minutes) to try to speak with someone and return this horrible cover.

I would not recommend EmpireCovers to anyone as they are not reliable and do not stand behind their products. It is disappointing to receive a product that is not as advertised and then have to go through a lengthy and frustrating return process. I hope that others will take my experience into consideration before making a purchase on their website.

Empire Covers Empire Covers Warranty Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Responsibility

I bought two covers for my jet skis from Empire Covers back in 2015. I decided to pay extra for the ones with the best warranty, as I wanted to make sure that my investment was protected. However, after just one year of use, both covers had tears in them due to a lack of reinforcement in the front. I was disappointed, but I figured that since I had paid for the best warranty, I would be able to get them replaced without any issues.

Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I called the company to inquire about the warranty, I was given the number for another company and told that I would have to call them to order the replacement covers. I followed all of the paperwork procedures and sent the covers out, but after over two weeks of waiting to hear back about the status of my warranty, I had to call the company back.

To my frustration, I was told that they had not yet gotten to my order, as they had a "stack of them" to go through. They told me to call back in a week. Feeling frustrated and annoyed, I decided to contact Empire Covers directly to see if they could help me out. However, I was told once again that they don't handle any warranties and that they just sell the product.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the way that Empire Covers handled my warranty claim. It felt like they were just passing the buck and not taking responsibility for their product. As a result, I will no longer be doing business with this company. If you're looking for a company that stands behind their products and provides excellent customer service, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Empire Covers Exceptional Customer Service from Empire Covers: A Review

Empire Covers is a great company that I recently had the pleasure of doing business with. I have a 1989 Jaguar XJS V12 that needed a cover, so I decided to purchase one from Empire Covers. However, when I received the cover, I noticed that it was the wrong size. I was a bit disappointed, but I decided to call their customer service department to see if they could help me out.

I spoke to Phil, one of their representatives, and I have to say that he was amazing. He listened to my concerns and took ownership of the situation. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. He even went to management and made a case for me to receive a new cover as a courtesy. I was blown away by his dedication and commitment to customer service.

I would highly recommend Empire Covers to anyone who is looking for a quality product and old-fashioned customer service. Phil and Emily, his supervisor, were both a pleasure to speak with. Emily clearly knows her stuff and hires the right people to represent the company. I firmly believe that they operate on a platform of listening to and appreciating their customers, which is why they are able to grow their business.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Empire Covers, thanks to Phil and Emily. I will definitely be passing on this information to my colleagues and friends. If you're looking for a company that truly cares about its customers, then look no further than Empire Covers.

Empire Covers Disappointing Experience with Empire Covers: No Replacement Parts Available

I recently purchased a carport cover from Empire Covers and unfortunately, it did not last as long as I had hoped. I was expecting it to last at least three years, but it only lasted one. When I reached out to customer service to see if I could purchase a replacement cover or get some sort of help, I was disappointed to find out that they were not willing to assist me.

I spoke with an operator named Empire Customer Service and they informed me that they do not sell replacement parts for the carport. I was surprised to hear this because I was under the impression that replacements were available when I made my purchase. However, the representative assured me that they have never sold replacement parts and that no one would have told me otherwise.

I asked about the warranty on the unit and was informed that it had a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty. This was disappointing news because I had paid $1000 for the product and now I was just out of luck. The representative apologized for not being able to assist me further and I thanked them for their time.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Empire Covers. While I understand that the warranty had expired, I was hoping for some sort of assistance in getting a replacement cover. Unfortunately, this was not possible and I will have to look elsewhere for a solution. I will be sure to leave a review of my experience with the company so that others are aware of what to expect.

Empire Covers Mixed Feelings About Empire Covers: Protects from Elements, but Damages Paint and Poor Customer Service

I had one of these covers, the 5L, on my truck for a long time, like 9 out of 12 months a year, for 3 years. The first time I removed the cover, I noticed a lot of "buffing" on the corners of the mirrors, which were folded in, and on all of the corners of the roof and hood. OUCH this is a black Harley Davidson truck so very expensive paint! I began putting soft blankets on all the corners and that stopped the rub. After 3 years, the cover was ragged and torn, and no longer doing it's job. I ordered a replacement (twice) and the first one came for a regular cab pickup. No way was it fitting, but I figured I mistakenly ordered the wrong product so I went ahead and paid for another cover. It also is not long enough, and when I called, they said I ordered for a regular cab AGAIN. Now I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but even I can read a picture! You are given the choice of bed length and cab style in picture form. This time, I am exchanging the cover, and the customer service rep placed the order. Let's see if it fits when it gets here. (I am 99.9% positive that I did not order the wrong cover TWICE and the rep made me feel pretty stupid, so that is a big reason for the low rating).

I actually like the way the cover protects the truck from the weather, just not near soft enough with the "fleece" lining. If you buy one, do yourself a favor, and use soft blankets on the corners to prevent ruining the paint. The fleece just doesn't protect when the wind is high. The truck did stay clean, dry, and undamaged by the desert sun... so it worked good in that regard. Just no way it is going to last the 7 years they say it will last. 3 years was really stretching its usefulness.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about Empire Covers. On one hand, the cover did protect my truck from the elements and kept it clean and dry. However, the "fleece" lining was not soft enough to prevent damage to the paint, and the cover itself only lasted 3 years before it was ragged and torn. Additionally, the customer service experience was not great, as I received the wrong cover twice and was made to feel stupid by the representative. If you do decide to purchase an Empire Cover, be sure to use soft blankets on the corners to prevent damage to your vehicle.

Empire Covers Empire Covers: Affordable and High-Quality Bimini Tops for Any Boat!

I was in a bit of a pickle when I needed a bimini sun top for my old pontoon boat that I inherited with my new lakefront home. I called up Cabellas and Bass Pro, but they both told me that I would never find a top that would fit my boat. I was starting to feel like they didn't want to sell me anything! But then I saw an ad for Empire Covers and decided to give them a try. I was a bit skeptical when they told me that they could find a good top that would fit my boat for just over $300, especially since their prices were so much lower than other companies. But I decided to take a chance and order from them anyway.

I talked to a rep named Danielle several times over the course of two weeks, and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me take the right measurements and made sure that I understood their guarantees. I was still a bit nervous about placing the order, but I decided to go for it. And I'm so glad that I did! The top came quickly and was incredibly easy to install. It looks fantastic and has made my boat look so much newer. And it cost less than what I would have paid at Cabellas or Bass Pro!

If the top fades with age after a few years, all I have to do is reorder the same top (for about $100 since I already have the frame), and it will fit perfectly. And if I had measured wrong, they would have replaced it for the right size. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service that I received from Empire Covers, and I will definitely be ordering a boat cover from them for the winter. Overall, I highly recommend Empire Covers to anyone who needs a high-quality boat cover or bimini top at an affordable price.

Empire Covers Empire Covers: Excellent Customer Service and Affordable Boat Covers

I was on the hunt for a top-notch boat cover for my beloved 1990 Proline, which I keep safely tucked away in my garage. I reached out to several websites, but none of them seemed to have the exact fit for my classic boat. That is, until I stumbled upon Seal Skin, who offered a 50% discount for Labor Day, plus an extra 10% off. The total cost came out to $220, but after a $20 discount, I was left with a grand total of $200.

After speaking with Jason and Chad, who both provided excellent customer service, I decided to give Empire Covers a try. Chad needed some extra measurements to ensure the perfect fit for my boat's taller center console, but he was able to find the exact item number for my Proline. Not only that, but he also gave me a whopping 15% discount and threw in a high-quality engine cover for my 110 Evenrude motor. The final cost for both covers came out to $175, which was a pleasant surprise.

I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of my covers, and I'm especially curious to see how they'll hold up against the harsh climate and weather conditions in my neck of the woods. Here in NE Jax, we're no strangers to scorching UV rays, boiling hot sun, and daily downpours accompanied by strong winds. Only time will tell if Empire Covers truly knocked it out of the park with their 1200 denier rated boat cover and motor cover.

So far, I'm extremely impressed with the 5-star customer service from Jason and Chad. They were both incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. I'll be sure to update my review once I've had a chance to test out the covers in the real world. Here's hoping they can stand up to the powers of God and Mother Nature!

Empire Covers Empire Covers Boat Cover Review: Good Quality, But Beware of Extra Fees for Canadian Customers

I recently bought a boat cover from Empire Covers and I gotta say, it was a bit of a hassle. The cover itself cost me $160, which I thought was a pretty good deal. But then I had to pay an extra $65 for handling and $30 for tax, which brought the total up to $255. That was a bit more than I was expecting, but I figured it was still worth it to protect my boat.

The real trouble started when the cover was delivered. I live in Canada, and when it arrived, the Canada Border Services charged me an extra $35. Apparently, this was for GST and handling fees. I was pretty annoyed about this, so I contacted Empire to see if they could help me out.

They told me to fill out a request form for Canada Border Services, stating that Empire had already paid all the necessary taxes and duties. So I did that, and I sent it off to Canada Border Services. But then they mailed me back and said that I needed to go to Empire to collect the taxes and handling fees.

I was pretty frustrated by this point, so I called Empire again. They told me that I needed to read the policy on their website, which apparently states that additional duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery. I was pretty annoyed that I hadn't seen this before, but I guess it's my own fault for not reading the fine print.

Overall, I'm happy with the boat cover itself. It seems to be good quality and it fits my boat well. But the whole experience with the taxes and fees was a bit of a headache. If you're ordering from Empire Covers and you live in Canada, just be aware that you might have to pay extra fees when your order arrives.

Empire Covers Disappointing Experience with Empire Covers: Defective Product and Poor Customer Service

So, we got this cover for our motor home from Empire Covers and it was all good at first. But then, after a short while, the stitching around the seam ripped and we couldn't tether it down properly. We were pretty bummed out about it, but we contacted Empire Covers and they did replace it for us. However, the replacement cover had the exact same issue! We were pretty frustrated by this and we reached out to Empire Covers again, hoping they would offer to replace it or at least give us a discount on a new cover. But nope, they said that the warranty was only based on the date of the purchase of the first item and they wouldn't do anything for us. We were really disappointed because we had spent over $300 on this cover and it was effectively a defective product. We only used it for a few months and it was already falling apart. It's a shame because we had high hopes for Empire Covers, but unfortunately, they let us down.

Empire Covers Beware of Empire Covers: A Disappointing Experience

So, I made a mistake when I was looking for a Taylor Made product and ended up on Empire Covers website. I have to say, I've had Taylor Made products before and they are top quality and the best on the market. However, I decided to give Empire Covers a try and ordered a cover from them. Unfortunately, I had to have shoulder surgery the next week and wasn't able to try the cover for a few weeks. By the time I did try it, their 30-day warranty had expired.

When I finally tried to put the cover on, it was like trying to put a C-cup bra on a D-cup size, if you know what I mean. Only one of the tie straps was long enough (the bow) and that was barely enough to keep the cover on. I called customer service to see if they could help me out, but I got the same "could care less" response. It was really disappointing.

So, my advice to you is to beware of these guys. If you're looking for a quality cover, stick with Taylor Made. Don't make the same mistake I did and order from Empire Covers.

Empire Covers Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Empire Covers - No Exchange Offered for Wrong Size Cover

I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough experience with Empire Covers. I ordered a cover for my table, but when it arrived, it was the wrong size. I was pretty disappointed, and I thought maybe Empire had made a mistake. So I took a photo of the label and sent it over to them.

Well, they got back to me pretty quickly, but it wasn't exactly the response I was hoping for. They told me that the mistake was actually mine, and that I was past the return date. That was it. No offer to exchange the cover for the correct size, no option to pay the difference and get the right one. Just a flat "sorry, you're out of luck."

Honestly, that kind of rubbed me the wrong way. I mean, I get that it was technically my mistake, but it would have been nice if they could have worked with me a little bit. The cover was still in perfect condition, after all. I would have been happy to send it back and pay for the right size, or even just pay the regular price for the correct cover. But nope, they weren't interested.

It's a shame, because I've actually bought covers from Empire before and had a pretty good experience. But after this, I don't think I'll be going back. It's just not the kind of customer service I'm looking for.

Empire Covers Empire Covers Review: Misleading Free Shipping Advertisements

So, I was looking for a motorcycle cover and stumbled upon Empire Covers. The website looked pretty good and I saw that they had free shipping advertised in two different spots next to the item I wanted. I thought, "Great! I can save some money on shipping." But when I went to check out, I noticed that there was a $10 shipping fee added to my total. I was confused and a bit annoyed, so I decided to chat with their customer service.

The representative told me that I needed to spend $50 to qualify for free shipping. I was a bit frustrated because I didn't see anything about a minimum purchase requirement on the page. I even sent her a screenshot of what I saw, but she pointed out that there was an asterisk next to the free shipping and I needed to click on the banner to see the details. I was like, "What? Where did that come from?" There was nothing on the page that indicated that the asterisk was linked to anything about shipping.

I told her that it felt like false advertising and that I would just purchase the item elsewhere. She said she would talk to the web designers about it, but I wasn't convinced. It was a bit disappointing because I was really interested in their product, but the shipping situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

Overall, I think Empire Covers has some work to do in terms of their website design and advertising. It's important to be transparent with customers and not mislead them with hidden details. I hope they can improve in the future because I would consider giving them another chance if they do.

Empire Covers Empire Cover Review: Falling Apart After 18 Months, Not Worth the Money

I was super pumped when I got my Empire Cover. The fit was spot on, and I was ready to protect my ride from the elements. But let me tell you, after only 18 months, this thing was falling apart faster than a house of cards in a hurricane. The south and west sides, where the sun beats down the hardest, turned see-through like a cheap pair of pantyhose. And don't even get me started on the tears - it was like the cover was made of tissue paper. Every time I moved it, it ripped like a shirt on the Incredible Hulk. And let's not forget about the grey dust that coated my hands every time I touched it. Gross.

Now, I did my research before buying this thing, and the website said all covers come with a 2 to 10 year warranty. But when I reached out to the company, they told me my cover only had a measly 1 year warranty. What a ripoff! I wouldn't recommend this cover to my worst enemy. Save your money and invest in a carport, or just grab some blue tarps from the hardware store. They'll last just as long and won't leave you feeling like you got swindled.

Empire Covers Reliable and Durable: My Review of Empire Covers for My Class A RV

This is my second winter season using Empire Covers for my class A, 36-foot, 1998 RV, and I must say, I am quite impressed! My son and I were able to put the cover on with ease, despite it being a bit short in height. It's about 2-3 feet shy of being able to cover the entire height and wrap beneath, but it still does the job well.

The first year we used the cover, we did experience a couple of issues. One strap broke, and one strap attachment pulled out. However, the fabric itself seems to be great and is holding up nicely. It's durable and can withstand the harsh winter elements.

One thing I do wish was better is the placement of the zippers. My RV door is located behind the passenger captain chair, and if there was one more zipper, it would make it easier for me to access the door while the RV is covered.

The cover is quite heavy, but that's probably why the fabric is holding up so well. It's a bit of a challenge for me to put it on by myself, as I am a 69-year-old woman, but with the help of my son, we manage just fine.

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase from Empire Covers. It's a reliable and durable cover that does the job well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality RV cover.

Empire Covers Empire Covers Review: Disappointing Fit and Customer Service

So, I recently got myself a cover from Empire Covers. I was pretty excited to get it, but when it arrived, I was a bit disappointed. The thing was massive! It looked like a big, saggy diaper just sitting on top of my car. I mean, I know my car is big, but this was ridiculous.

After a bit of back and forth with the company, they finally admitted that they had sent me the wrong size. Apparently, their algorithm that figures out which cover fits which car didn't do a very good job. But here's the kicker - they would only exchange it for "a smaller one" that was supposedly 2 feet shorter but just as wide and high. I mean, come on, that's crazy!

So, I asked for return authorization, and wouldn't you know it, I have to pay for the return shipping. I mean, I get it, it's not their fault that I ordered the wrong size, but still, it's a bit of a bummer.

The worst part was that all the comments from the rep bordered on legalese. They kept saying things like "the website never says it's a custom cover" or "you'll note there is no picture of the cover on your particular model." It was like they were trying to cover their butts or something. It definitely made me feel like I wasn't the first person to have issues with their covers.

So, if you're thinking about getting a cover from Empire Covers, just be aware that they might not fit your car perfectly. And if you do end up needing to return it, be prepared to pay for the shipping.

Empire Covers Empire Covers Budget Line: Terrible Customer Service and Poor Fit for Boat Cover

So, I gave Empire Covers a try and called their Budget line to order a cover for my boat. I spoke with a representative and placed my order, hoping for the best. The cover arrived quickly, but to my dismay, it was 8 feet too long! I couldn't believe it. I immediately contacted their customer service to get a replacement. I told them 4 times that I have a 21-foot hardtop boat, and even gave them contour measurements on the fourth try. However, they sent me back 3 pictures and told me to pick one without giving me any dimensions. It felt like they were just guessing at the size, and they wanted me to guess as well. I don't think they were listening to me at all. To make matters worse, they stopped emailing me altogether. It seems like they just don't care about their customers.

Now, I'm stuck with a cover that's too big for my boat. It's embarrassing to have it flapping in the breeze at the marina where I keep my boat. I had to use clamps all over it just to take up the excess material. If I could give Empire Covers less than one star, I definitely would. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for. I should have gone with a reputable company that knows how to fit a boat cover.

Empire Covers Empire Covers' Poor Returns Policy Cost Me $131.11 - A Frustrating Experience

I bought a cover for my car from Empire Covers and I was really excited to try it out. Unfortunately, when I looked at the list of cars that the cover was supposed to fit, my car wasn't on there. I decided to call customer service to see if they could help me out. The person I spoke with was really nice and we both agreed that the smallest cover would probably work for my car. They even told me that if it didn't fit, I could let them know and they would issue a refund.

When the cover arrived, I was disappointed to find that it didn't fit properly. I called customer service again and explained the situation. This time, the person I spoke with told me that they didn't want the cover back - they just needed the 1x1 inch size tag that was attached to it. They gave me a RMA number and told me to attach the tag to a letter authorizing the return.

I did exactly what they told me to do. I put the tag in a letter-sized envelope, attached the RMA number, and mailed it first class. I didn't think to get a tracking number because it was just a small envelope and I didn't think it was necessary. Unfortunately, it seems like the Returns Department never received my envelope. Since there was no tracking number, they have refused to issue the refund that they had promised me.

I was really frustrated by this whole situation. I had made a copy of the letter I sent and offered to re-mail it, but customer service told me that wouldn't be enough. I don't understand why they didn't require a tracking number if it was so important. I feel like I've been treated unfairly and I'm out $131.11. I hope that Empire Covers will do the right thing and issue me a refund like they said they would.

Empire Covers buyers beware

Why do you have to be so strange?
The first cover I ordered was too small, the second one was too big, and the third one was in a different color. What's wrong with you, guys? Are you tired?
Moreover, you refuse to return. Everything is easy. If you don't do returns, then don't send wrong covers. What are your customers supposed to do if they got in this situation? Any options from you? Of course not. You're interested in money only.
What do I have to do with 3 wrong covers that were not cheap? Send it to Santa Claus?

Empire Covers Restocking fee

I have purchased a cover from EmpireCovers and received the wrong size one. So I contacted customer service and asked them to replace for the correct size and they said that they cannot replace anything. Then I asked for a refund and they said sure refund is possible. They asked me to send the incorrect cover back. So I paid for the return and later they contacted me and said that they received the cover and will issues a refund. And then they finally said they'll keep %20 as a restocking fee! Terrible!

Empire Covers Very poor quality product

I needed a cover so I went online and found EmpireCovers. Really liked everything so decided to order from them and that was the biggest mistake I've ever made! I do regret that I did not check the online reviews earlier! My cover arrived damaged, corners were totally ripped up!
When I emailed asking for a refund they did not reply. Very poor quality product and terrible service!

Empire Covers Large cover and the seller spoke with me in rude manner

Don’t deal with the company www.empirecovers.com. This company provides bad stuff and the seller refuses to provide refunds. I ordered cover from them, but it was large. I wanted to change it for the smaller one, but the rep refused and started to tell me some ###. I was shocked, ‘coz I heard a lot of unpleasant. I really advise other people to stay away from these jerks.

Empire Covers Shipped wrong-Still Charged for shipping

I placed an order with Empire Covers on 10/14/10 for $62.96. Empire Covers shipped us wrong merchandise. I immediately called them and was told the covers are discontinued so they couldn't ship a replacement. They said as soon as I completed the online return form I would receive a prepaid mailing form to ship back the merchandise. As soon as they received the merchandise they promised they would refund my credit card for $62.96 which included shipping. On 10/30/10, we only got a partial refund of $47.96 from Empire Covers which did not include the shipping.

I called Empire Covers and the lady in the customer return dept said she wouldn't refund our shipping. I told her we were promised the full refund to include shipping because they didn't ship our order correctly and her company couldn't replace our order because it was discontinued. She was rude, and said she would not refund shipping. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she was the supervisor. I asked to speak to someone above her and she said there was no one above her and she hung up on me. I called back and said you hung up on me and she said there was nothing more to discuss and hung up again.
