Mixed Experience with EngineerSupply: No Replacement Parts Available for Products
I was looking for a specific item on EngineerSupply, but unfortunately they no longer carry it. The item I was looking for was the 4052 Hand truck with a deeper base and less weight than the replacement one I just ordered. Although the new one will work, it won't work as well as the one I really wanted.
I needed to replace my last Safco hand truck that I use daily for onsite consulting. It's a fantastic product that I absolutely love. The only downside is that I wish I could buy the parts for it. After 10 years of use, only small items like the plastic braces for the wheels and the rubber wheels themselves wear out, while the frame is still as good as new.
Overall, I had a decent experience with EngineerSupply. Although they didn't have the exact item I was looking for, I was able to find a suitable replacement. I just wish they offered replacement parts for some of their products.
Solid Website for Engineering Needs with Top-Notch Customer Service
I gotta say, EngineerSupply is a pretty solid website for all your engineering needs. I had a bit of trouble finding where to put in the free shipping code, but after a few tries, I finally figured it out. And let me tell you, once I did, everything went super smooth. This is actually my second time buying a vest from these guys, and I gotta say, it was just as quick and easy as the first time.
Now, I did have a bit of a hiccup with my most recent order. The warehouse sent me the wrong size vest. But, I gotta give a shoutout to Angie in the returns department (Ext 108). She was super helpful and got me a return label right away. I sent the vest back and within a day, the right size arrived at my doorstep. Angie kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure everything was taken care of.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with my experience with EngineerSupply. They've got a great selection of products and their customer service is top-notch. Sure, there were a few bumps in the road, but that's just life, you know? And at the end of the day, everything worked out just fine. So if you're in the market for some engineering gear, I'd definitely recommend giving these guys a shot.
Mixed Experience with EngineerSupply's Return Policy: Waived Fees for Reorder, but Confusion with RMA Number
I recently bought something from EngineerSupply, but unfortunately, I ended up getting the wrong item. I was a bit worried about returning it since it had been a while since I had to pay for a return. Usually, I get an email with a UPS label for the return included, but this time it was different.
I looked up their return policy and found out that they would waive the return fee if I ordered again, which was exactly what I needed to do. I had to replace the wrong items with the correct ones. However, I haven't heard back from them through email regarding the RMA number, but I needed to place the correct order.
I'm a bit confused about how they will know when the wrong items are returned and that another order has already been placed, so the return fees will be waived. I hope they have a system in place to keep track of these things.
Overall, I'm a bit disappointed with the return process, but I'm still hopeful that everything will work out in the end. I'll update this review once I receive my correct order and the return process is complete.
ES2026 Level Review: A Game-Changer for All Your Building Needs
I gotta say, I was pretty clueless when it came to building levels. But I needed one to get my work shop in order. Plus, I had a whole bunch of other projects in mind - laying tile, building a deck, putting up pictures, and more. So I called up EngineerSupply and talked to Candice. She was super helpful and recommended the ES2026 model. Apparently, it can handle all the jobs I had in mind, and it was on sale for 45% off. Score!
I gotta say, this level is a real game-changer. It's got all sorts of features that I never even knew I needed. I was able to use it to lay out my metal building, figure out the final grade for my house, and even plan out a retaining wall. And when it came time to tackle my other projects, the ES2026 was up to the task. It made laying tile a breeze, and I was able to get my cabinets and pictures hung up just right. And when it came time to build my deck, this level was an absolute lifesaver.
Now, I'm not one to just take someone's word for it. So I did my research and checked out a bunch of other sites. But I gotta say, EngineerSupply was the best of the bunch. They had the best prices, the best selection, and the best customer service. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I'll definitely be coming back to EngineerSupply for all my future building needs.
Top-Notch Customer Service and Unbeatable Prices: My Review of EngineerSupply
I gotta say, EngineerSupply is the real deal. Their customer service peeps are top-notch, and their prices are unbeatable. Plus, they got my order to me in no time flat. I was stoked.
Now, I gotta be real with y'all. The product I ordered had a little hiccup. The manufacturer didn't drill the holes for the cross braces in the same spot on each of the vertical pieces, so the whole thing leans a bit. It's not a huge deal for me, but it did knock a star off my satisfaction rating.
But honestly, it's all good. The rack still works great for my needs, and it was way too much of a hassle to send it back. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase from EngineerSupply.
Mixed feelings about EngineerSupply: Good products, but packaging needs improvement
I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the stuff I got from EngineerSupply. I made two orders and everything I got was pretty good. But, I gotta say, some of the stuff was packaged kinda weird. Like, the first order I got was a portable board and drafting scale. The board was packed up real nice, but the scale was just taped to the board package in a padded envelope. And, like, the ends of the scale were all exposed and got scraped up during shipping. Not cool, man. I was pretty unhappy about that.
But, the second order I got was a board cover and some Lead holder leads. The leads were just put inside the rolled cover in the package and there wasn't any bubble wrap or anything. But, like, surprisingly, the leads were totally fine. I was pretty surprised about that.
Overall, I'd say I was pretty satisfied with EngineerSupply. Like, the stuff I got was good, but the packaging could've been better.
Efficient Shopping Experience at EngineerSupply, with One Suggestion for Improvement
I recently had the pleasure of shopping at EngineerSupply (engineersupply.com) and I must say, finding the product I needed was quick and easy. I was on the hunt for a 24 x 36" vinyl chart cover for our marina application and EngineerSupply had just what I was looking for.
However, I did encounter a bit of a hiccup at check out. Somehow, the quantity of two got put in and when it came time to review my order, I couldn't edit the quantity. This was frustrating as it meant I had to go back out to the shopping cart, edit the quantity, come back in to check out, and re-enter my credit card information. It may not seem like a big deal, but it's time out of my day that I didn't appreciate wasting.
Overall, I was pleased with my experience at EngineerSupply, but I do have a suggestion for improvement. It would be great if customers were able to edit their order at check out. This would save time and hassle for both the customer and the company.
Despite this minor issue, I would still recommend EngineerSupply to anyone in need of quality engineering supplies. The website is easy to navigate and the selection is impressive. I will definitely be returning for my future engineering needs.
Inconsistent Quality: Great First Order, Disappointing Second Order
So, I gotta say, I was pretty stoked when I got my hands on those first 5 KN95 face masks from EngineerSupply. They were just what I was looking for - the metal nose piece was sewn right into the fabric, just like the ad photo showed. And they fit like a glove, too! So, naturally, I decided to go ahead and order 25 more of 'em. I mean, why not, right?
Well, let me tell you, when those 25 masks arrived, I was pretty disappointed. Most of 'em were a different brand altogether, and the metal nose piece was glued on and exposed. Not exactly what I was expecting, you know? And to make matters worse, that metal nose piece falls off at the drop of a hat. I mean, come on!
Look, I'm not trying to be a pain in the butt here, but I really need those masks to be up to snuff. I don't like the way they look, and they're basically useless to me if the nose piece falls off. So, EngineerSupply, if you're reading this, please send me 23 replacements of the original quality and design. I know you guys can do better than this!
Global Supply's Billing Address Glitch: My Frustrating Experience and Why I Switched to Engineer Supply
I recently had an experience with Global Supply that left me feeling frustrated and annoyed. I was trying to order some products from their website, but I ran into a problem with the billing address. For some reason, their system had linked all DuPont employees to the same account, and my billing address was set to our corporate address instead of my personal home address. I tried to change it, but it was impossible. This meant that I couldn't place any credit card orders online with them, which was a huge inconvenience.
I decided to call their customer service to try and fix the problem, but they couldn't help me either. I couldn't understand why I had to go through all the trouble of calling them, waiting in their queue, and repeating my information when I could just go to Engineer Supply's website and order what I needed in less than 5 minutes. So that's exactly what I did.
I was willing to pay a little more for the products I needed, but the hassle-free service from Engineer Supply was well worth it. I'm so glad I found them, and I'll definitely be using their website for all my future orders. Thank you, Engineer Supply, for making my life easier!
EngineerSupply's Lack of Integrity: A Warning to Consumers
Integrity is everything in today's world, especially when it comes to consumer reviews. That's why I was disappointed to discover that EngineerSupply lacks integrity. Their review of BRECKS was clearly disingenuous, and a closer look at their other reviews revealed a pattern of dishonesty. It's clear that this company has no qualms about using the review process as a weapon or a prop, depending on their needs.
One of the most troubling things about EngineerSupply is their use of a review bot. This service allows them to give themselves glowing reviews, regardless of their actual performance. They claim to have nearly 15,000 reviews, which is an impossibility given the national average of people who write reviews. It's clear that these reviews are fake, and they are only hurting the company's reputation.
What's even more concerning is that EngineerSupply uses their fake reviews to prop up their own company's performance. They claim to have a 4.8 review scale, which is simply not possible given the number of reviews they have. It's clear that they are using this fake rating to attract customers, which is dishonest and unethical.
I strongly advise against using EngineerSupply or BRECKS. These companies lack integrity and cannot be trusted. Instead, I suggest judging a company by its worst reviews, as these are often the most telling. It's clear that EngineerSupply is willing to do whatever it takes to boost their own reputation, even if it means using fake reviews and dishonest tactics.
In conclusion, I urge you to boycott EngineerSupply for their lack of integrity. Only by punishing companies like this can we send a message that honesty and transparency are essential in today's world.

Disappointing Experience with EngineerSupply: Shipping Rates and Customer Service Need Improvement
I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled with EngineerSupply right now. I was trying to order some gear and gadgets for my engineering work up here in Alaska, but when I went to check out, there were no estimated shipping rates available for my location. What gives, man? How am I supposed to know when my stuff is gonna arrive if I don't even know how much it's gonna cost to ship it?
I'm just hoping that someone from EngineerSupply will get back to me soon with some confirmation of my order and some details on when I can expect it to arrive. It's not like I'm asking for the moon here, you know? Just a little bit of communication would go a long way in improving my opinion of this company.
So, if you're thinking about ordering from EngineerSupply, just be aware that you might have some trouble getting your stuff shipped to certain locations. And if you do run into any issues, don't expect a lightning-fast response from their customer service team. All in all, I'd say that EngineerSupply has some work to do if they want to win over more customers like me.
Decent Experience with EngineerSupply: A Review
I recently stumbled upon EngineerSupply (engineersupply.com) and decided to give them a try. At first glance, their website seemed a bit outdated and hard to navigate, but I was determined to find what I needed. After a bit of searching, I finally found the product I was looking for and placed my order.
The communication from EngineerSupply was decent, but nothing to write home about. I received a confirmation email and a shipping notification, but that was about it. However, I understand that communication isn't everything and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.
When my order arrived, I was pleased with the product itself. It was exactly what I needed and seemed to be of good quality. However, I did notice that the packaging was a bit damaged and was worried that the product may have been damaged as well. Thankfully, it was not.
Overall, I would say that my experience with EngineerSupply was decent. While their website could use some updating and their communication could be improved, the product itself was satisfactory. Would I buy from them again? It's hard to say. While I wasn't blown away by my experience, I also wasn't completely disappointed. I suppose it would depend on what I was looking for and if I could find it elsewhere for a better price or with better customer service.
Frustrating Experience with EngineerSupply's Shipping Address: A Review
I gotta say, I was pretty frustrated with EngineerSupply when I tried to send a construction calculator to my son. I mean, I wanted to do a nice thing for the kid, you know? But your site just wouldn't let me change the name on the shipping address. Like, come on, man! I tried changing it like a million times, but it just kept saying "Claire Garcia" instead of "Jose Garcia." What's up with that?
Anyway, I eventually gave up and just had the calculator shipped to my own address. And I gotta say, it's a pretty sweet calculator. My son is gonna love it. But still, it would have been nice if your site had let me change the name on the shipping address. Just sayin'.

Efficient Website, Late Shipping Notification: My EngineerSupply Review
I gotta say, EngineerSupply is pretty good. The website is easy to use and find what you need. But, I gotta be honest, I was a little worried when I got the shipping and tracking email the same day it arrived. I mean, I was about to call customer service and ask what was up. It would be great if they could send those emails out a little earlier, you know? Just to save us all some stress. But, overall, I'm happy with my purchase and thanks to EngineerSupply for getting it to me on time.
Disappointing Experience with EngineerSupply: Coupon Code Didn't Work for Free Key Chain and Shipping
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at EngineerSupply. I was excited to take advantage of the offer for a free key chain and free shipping on my order, but when I tried to use the coupon code MF7OA1VG, nothing seemed to work. I clicked all the buttons and added items to my cart, but no matter what I did, I couldn't get the free shipping or the key chain.
After a while, I decided to just go ahead and make my purchase anyway, even though I was missing out on the freebies. I ended up buying one less item than I had originally planned, just so I could save a little bit on the shipping costs. It was a bummer not to get the key chain, but I figured it wasn't worth the hassle of trying to figure out what went wrong with the coupon code.
Overall, I have to say that my experience with EngineerSupply was pretty frustrating. I wish the coupon code had worked properly, or that there had been some kind of explanation for why it wasn't working. It's too bad, because I was really looking forward to getting that free key chain!
Delayed Refund from EngineerSupply - Need Help Resolving
Hey, it's me, Chris. So, I ordered a drafting stool from EngineerSupply a while back, but I haven't gotten my refund yet. It's been two weeks and my bank hasn't heard anything from them. I'm starting to get a little worried, you know? I mean, I'm not made of money here.
I'm hoping someone can help me out and get this sorted. I mean, I'm not trying to be a pain or anything, but I could really use that money back. If you need any more info from me, just shoot me an email or something. I'd really appreciate it if you could get this taken care of soon. Thanks a lot.
Disappointing Experience with EngineerSupply: Poor Customer Service and Damaged Products
I recently bought some stuff from EngineerSupply and it came all messed up. I tried to get in touch with them to fix the problem, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I've sent them a bunch of emails and called them a bunch of times, but they're not helping me out. It's a bummer because I was really excited to use the stuff I bought, but now it's all messed up and I don't know what to do. I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you don't want to end up in the same boat as me. It's a real shame because I thought they were a good company, but I guess not.
Review of Safeco Flat File and Base from EngineerSupply with Delivery Issues
I recently bought a Safeco flat file and base from EngineerSupply and requested a lift gate and inside delivery. However, when the semi driver arrived, he didn't have a lift gate trailer. This made it difficult for me to get the flat file and base into my pickup truck. I had to back my truck up to the semi and help the driver load it into my pickup bed. The driver was kind enough to help me get it off the pickup and onto the sidewalk in front of my house.
Once the flat file and base were on the sidewalk, I had to get it into my house myself. It was a major struggle, but I managed to do it. Despite the difficulties I faced during the delivery process, I'm happy with my purchase from EngineerSupply. The Safeco flat file and base is exactly what I needed for my home office.
Overall, I would recommend EngineerSupply to anyone looking for high-quality office supplies. The only downside was the delivery process, but that was due to the semi driver not having the right equipment. Despite this, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from EngineerSupply again in the future.
EngineerSupply: Terrible Customer Service and Refund Issues
So, my hubby bought something from EngineerSupply back in May. But, thanks to the coronavirus, the shipping was delayed. So, he decided to cancel the order and buy it somewhere else. But, guess what? They still haven't given him his money back! They keep saying they did, but they didn't. And now, they won't even talk to him about it. This was a really expensive item, so we're pretty upset about it. I wouldn't tell anyone to shop here. They really screwed us over. We might even have to get a lawyer involved. Seriously, EngineerSupply is the worst.
EngineerSupply Review: Easy Ordering & Good Products, But Review Process Needs Improvement
I went to EngineerSupply (engineersupply.com) to get some products for my engineering work. I found the site to be easy to use and I was able to order what I needed without any problems. I paid for my order and waited for it to arrive. When it did, I was happy with the products I received.
However, I did not like the review process on the site. It kept pressuring me to write more words in my review so it could be published. I think that suppliers should focus more on the customer's experience and the quality of their products, rather than the number of words in a review.
Overall, I would give EngineerSupply a four out of five. The site is easy to use and the products are good, but the review process could use some improvement.
