Using earpods on the iPhone (which every iPhone owner gets in the box) pressing pause on the remote on the cord doesn’t pause the audio. It works in all other audio apps

For example I would love to see the you can trust your life video in this app instead of audio. I know I have the DVD somewhere as I purchased it a long time ago but this would be so convenient.

There’s so much to choose from. This app is incredibly awesome. From audiobooks, to meditations, podcasts, classes. I absolutely recommend this app. I do have a recommendation though. I often use the app at night, especially to find a meditation to help me sleep. I wish there was an option to turn on a dark mode at night. I don’t like looking at white screens in general, but especially not at night when I want to sleep. I wish it was black with cream font or something gentle for my eyes at night. If it’s already a feature and I just haven’t discovered it yet, maybe making it easier to activate would be great. Otherwise, thank you for this wonderful app and all the invaluable content.
Getting better
I’ve had this app almost a year. A couple days before the end of my 30-day trial, I was charged for a year. Instead of going through the hassle of getting a refund, I figured I’d give it a go for a year. I love CBR, Yasmin Boland, and Rebecca Campbell, and Kyle Gray, and Sonia, and Dean, are some of the greatest writers/idea gatherers of our time; so it’s great they’re all right here in one app! A few questions: Where is the play list? What is it playing next, after my selection, because it’s not from my favorites list? Is there a play next, or playlist option? May I please remove something from my Continue Listening section (because I didn’t want to start listening to it)? Thank you for providing such abundant resources for your subscribers. I deleted the podcast and the audio-book apps I used before. This is all I needed in one spot. ✨
Great content- app could be better
I love listening to audio books and I love the content that Hay House has. So, for that, I would have give five stars.
The app however could use some improvement. I have added over 100 titles to my favorites because there are that many audio books that I want to listen to. But the sorting of the titles in your favorites list is arbitrary and changes every time you go to open it.
I would love for there to be a way to select how your favorites list is sorted, by author, or alphabetical, for example.
It would also be helpful to be able to create my own playlists. I would love to be able to sort the audio books I want to listen to into categories. Sometimes I want to listen to a meditation and sometimes I want a tarot lesson. It would be nice to be able to find that without having to use the search bar or scrolling through 100+ titles to find what I was looking for.

The app doesn’t recognize my email address domain extension (.email). It is disappointing and frustrating because the website and android app do not give me any issues with logging in.

No matter what I do I can’t get thru to what I’m trying to get! All I get is error! Then I start over again and same thing happens! I’ve paid for this and it keeps telling me it’s 4.99$ a month! HELP!

The app has invalid information
It says in Help to click on the heart symbol to save an audio but there are no heart icons on any of them. It also says support is available by phone 24 hours a day and all I got was an answer machine. I am going to cancel my subscription

Everything is behind a pay wall
I lived for Hay House radio when all the content was free. When they updated and added a fee, which I understood, some content remained free. Unless I’m doing something incorrectly, I’m am prompted to pay when I click a book or podcast. So no more free content at all it seems.

No support and audiobooks doesn’t play
I am horrified there is no way to chat with support or send an email or anything like that. I can’t believe I paid money to be able to listen to audiobooks and medical medium book is not playing at all. In fact it tells me to make sure that my Wi-Fi and data is on it has told me that five times in a row and all five times my Wi-Fi and data have been on. Not happy at all

Not User Friendly
It took me 30 min to figure out where to go to change my billing card.
I can’t find the online course for which I paid $99.
I had a 3-min wait on the phone to get help, and after waiting at least three minutes, I was told to leave my name and number for a call-back.
I love your content, BUT I find this app very confusing.

Doesn’t stay on
The app turns off audio when my screen turns off. I have an iPhone 13. All the help online says the developers need to code it not to do that (case in point, music apps, Audible, and podcast apps keep playing no matter what). The app is useless when one has to restart it every few minutes. Yes, I could tell my screen to stay on, but then, my phone will die before the audio is done. A little coding upgrade and it will all be fine.

Love HH and the app but app needs improvement
This is the best app and membership in the market! The only issue is with the technology part of the app not being very user-friendly. I’ve got a lot of meditations and books saved and some that I listen to daily. It is a pain to have to go through my 100 saved books and meditations to find the recently used one.
It would make the app 10 stars if there could be easier way to look at what’s been recently listened to and to get rid of stuff easier.

Garbage app
Although there is some potentially good content here, the design is like something from 2010. You’ll think there’s no audio, because you keep the phone on vibrate like a normal person. No one wants to ever flip that switch the other way, as the audible notifications would be annoying and distributive to others. Yet this all inexplicably requires that. Then 30 seconds will pass, your screen will go black just as designed, and the audio will stop! Yes, you have to flip the switch AND keep the screen on! Nope. Love HH but not this awfulness.

Bummer
This app didn’t work for me except for a short period during a challenge that was offered for limited days. I had purchased a book and wanted to listen to it in audio format only to never be able to do that. Maybe there are some unknown tech issues but it would be helpful if that was flagged when you opened the app. I was trialing it but had even given a CC so don’t understand why I didn’t have access to it except for while the ‘challenge’ was occurring. Love Louise Hay’s work, shame her name is attached to something that works so poorly.

App not working - “jwt expired”
I’ve downloaded this app 4 days ago and it already stopped working. I could start listening to an audiobook, but now it doesn’t open anything, keeps giving me the same error message: “jwt expired”. My account info is also blank. None of the pages open : for you, browse, library, search.
I’m still in the 7-day trial, but I’m very disappointed. I’ve already deleted and re-installed that app, switched my internet connection off and on, tried with WiFi and data. Nothing works.
The “contact support” option is useless. Nothing about this error. I’ll try to find a way to contact an actual person at Hay House.
