Emprada Emprada online store

I am pretty disappointed with my purchase. I have already ordered from Emprada several months ago and that time had a pleasant experience. I decided to order from them again and their service did not meet my expectations. I have ordered two dresses and both did not fit.
I'm sure I took the correct size, but they made a mistake and I received two tiny dresses which I can't even wear.
I asked for a replacement and their rep said he needs to see what he can do and asked me to wait. Well, two weeks already passed and yet no one contacted me back! I tried myself but that was absolutely useless, they didn't reply. Something very strange is going on.

Emprada The handbag has broken zip

I ordered Michael Kors handbag from the company www.emprada.com. I received the handbag, but the zip was already broken. The seller kindly agreed to change the handbag, but he told to pay for the return postage. I paid about $10 for the fast delivery, but 15 days passed and still no information about the order. I don’t know what has happened with the seller and why he still hasn’t sent me another handbag.

Emprada Bad-quality stuff and impossible to return them

I ordered designer dress and purse from the website www.emprada.com. OMG, ‘coz it was the worst experience in my life. I got the confirmation info, but these jerks provided completely awful and bad-quality stuff. It wasn’t designer things. I decided to return them, but the seller refused to take them back. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.

I love this store very much. Gorgeous dresses and handbags. I have been really happy with the items I have bought from this website and with their customer service!

Emprada Seller lied about the delivery

I ordered a lot of from the website www.emprada.com. The total sum was $500. So the seller sent me confirmation info, where he told that the delivery would be for free and within 5-7 days. After that he never replied to my emails, as well as he didn’t deliver my order. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I ordered a Michael Kors handbag, saved 50% by ordering from Emprada compared to other web sites. I placed my order on Nov 3 and it arrived Nov 6 - a lot faster than their estimated date. The Item was exactly as described and came in a beautiful wrapping. I would highly recommend the site to family and friends!

I disagree with the comment above since I actually ordered from them more than once and probably was one of the best online experiences I ever had.
I was truly impressed by their service in all ways. They always offer a cheap flat shipping fee to US and it always arrived on time. Their customer service was excellent and they answered all my questions promptly. Package was received in a beautiful wrapping just like a Christmas present :) Amazing products good prices and fast shipping! I will definitely be back to shop again from Emprada.
