Eneba Great service

One of my favorite grey market sites for steam keys, I've bought quite a few games on here and all the keys worked no problem, and when I had an issue with one they got me a new one in under an hour. Only downside is games you get with keys can not be refunded but that's not on the site but on steam.

Eneba Saves you money

I got my cousin the entire collection of Mario games (select titles, of course) for his birthday. The keys arrived almost as soon I paid for it, all worked and we safely downloaded the games to his console. The best thing is that the entire gift didn't cost us as much as we could have paid elsewhere! I stand by this website.

Eneba Don't get discouraged by the negative reviews

Just SAR says Eneba is a marketplace, it's a platform for different suppliers to sell the CD keys. As for me, the service of Eneba was always well but I had a friend who bought CoD: WW2 and the key didn't work. He simply contacted the support and the key was replaced the same day with a working one, probably obtained from one of the other sellers.

Eneba Without any problems

I was sceptical about it at first because of some reviews I had found across the internet, but I gave it a try... Got my key at the moment of payment confirmation, cannot say a bad word about it. The site was recommended to me by one friend and I am glad I heard about this. I will use it in the future, I believe that I won't experience any troubles.

Eneba Reliable

Really happy about descovering this store as a gamer. Really cheap prices for popular AAA games that cost quite a bit, also the site is rather easy to use. I bought overall 4 game keys from here and all arrived really fast, straight to my email, and then i activated them without any problem on Steam. Really happy with them as they offer superb deals quite often.

Eneba Scammers

Brought a key for COD vanguard key already been used, after a week of emails and having to contact Microsoft who confirmed the key had already been redeemed before it was sold to me, despite providing the proof to Eneba who now gone very quiet. I would suggest anyone to be wary of this company, who customer service is lacking and despite having proof they asked for so far have not made any attempt to resolved the dodgy key they sold

Eneba Payed for dragon age inquisition GOTY Edition, but got standard edition

I have bought the GOTY edition, but what i got was the standard edition. I opened a ticket to eneba support team since yesterday an a whole day after nothing came out of it. Based on the other reviews i will not wait for a whole two weeks to get my money so i will open a ticket on PayPal and see where that gets me. I have used eneba 3 times before and they were great, but this happening now is shady.

Eneba Eneba Scammed Me: Beware of Purchasing Xbox Game Pass Keys from Them

I live in Lithuania and I wanted to buy an Xbox Game Pass key from Eneba. However, every time I tried to purchase a live key, it always said that the region was wrong. I tried buying Europe or Global live keys, but it still said the same thing. Despite this, I was always able to use the keys without any issues. However, a few days ago, I bought a Europe key as usual, but it didn't work because it had the wrong symbols.

When I contacted Eneba, they responded with bots as always. They didn't offer any solutions and just kept telling me that the region was wrong, even though they didn't have a key that would work in Lithuania. I've never had any issues with Eneba before, but now it seems like they're intentionally scamming people. What's even more frustrating is that the founders of Eneba are from Lithuania, but they're scamming their own people without any remorse.

I used to be a loyal customer of Eneba, but now I see that their main goal is to make money, and they don't care about respecting or helping their customers. I urge everyone to be cautious when buying from them because you never know when you'll lose your money. I will never buy from them again.

I even pinned photos with examples to show that it's impossible to find a key on their website that works in Lithuania. It's best to avoid them at all costs!

Eneba Terrible Experience with Eneba: Payment Made, No Product Received, and Poor Customer Service

I recently had a terrible experience with Eneba. I purchased a PSN card US about two weeks ago and made the payment. However, the website gave me a message saying that the price of the product had changed while I was making the purchase. I tried again, but when I checked my bank account, the payment had been made, but I didn't receive any product. I waited for a couple of hours, but nothing happened. I contacted Eneba to find out what had happened, and they responded a day and a half later, saying that it was a system error and that I should wait for the money to be refunded. A week passed, and still, nothing happened. I contacted them again, and the next day, they told me to talk to my bank because they were probably holding the payment. I called my bank, and they told me that the payment had been made. I contacted Eneba again, only to be told two days later that I now had to contact Dlocal (the payment company) because they had my money, and Eneba had nothing to do with payments. They sent me a link to an English website where there was no clear contact option, except for one for companies.

I tried to contact Dlocal, and it took about three more days for them to respond, saying that the money had passed through them, but Eneba had it, and they couldn't do anything. With a little anger, I sent another email to Eneba, with a screenshot of what Dlocal had responded, and they confirmed that they had the money, but I never received any product. They told me that I would have to wait again (without specifying a time) for them to see a way to refund me. It's been three days since then, and they haven't responded. This will be the last time I buy from Eneba. Their customer service is terrible, they take too long to respond, and they have zero interest in satisfying the customer. The least they could have done after all the trouble they caused me (almost three weeks now) was to solve my problem as quickly as possible, maybe even send me the code for what I had already paid for. I don't care if they respected the original price (which is now cheaper). In short, never again.

Eneba Eneba Review: Frustrating Experience with Refund and Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Eneba that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I purchased a Steam key for Sonic Forces from a highly rated seller on their website, but unfortunately the key didn't work. I immediately contacted Eneba to let them know and after some back and forth, they refunded me the full amount to my Eneba wallet.

However, when I went to purchase a new key with my refunded money, I noticed that the seller who had "run out of stock" was still selling the game for the same price, and another seller was even selling it for one cent cheaper. When I tried to purchase the game again, I realized that Eneba had only refunded me $7.64 instead of the full $7.66, leaving me just one or two cents short of being able to buy the game from either seller without having to pay an additional service fee.

I contacted Eneba to let them know about the issue and also informed them that the seller still had the game in stock. However, a few hours later, I noticed that the price of the game had suspiciously gone up by a few cents on both sellers' pages. I believe this was intentional and that Eneba was trying to make it difficult for me to purchase the game without having to pay an additional fee.

When I asked Eneba to either refund me the full amount or provide me with a new key, they ignored my request and stopped responding to my emails. This left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, as I believe that Eneba should have taken responsibility for their mistake and made things right for their customer.

Overall, my experience with Eneba was not a positive one. While I appreciate that they refunded me the full amount initially, their refusal to acknowledge their mistake and their lack of customer service left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend using their website for future purchases.

Eneba Avoid Eneba: Shady Business Practices and Robotic Customer Service

I recently had a terrible experience with Eneba, an online marketplace that sells video game codes. I came across a coupon deal for Nintendo e-gift cards on Slickdeals and decided to purchase two $50 Nintendo eshop Gift cards from Eneba, which cost a total of $100. However, to my surprise, I received two $10 Nintendo cards instead, totaling only $20. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with this outcome.

I immediately contacted Eneba's customer service via email, hoping to resolve the issue and receive a refund for the remaining $80 of Nintendo gift card credit that I had paid for. However, their response was not helpful at all. They refused to refund me and kept asking for screenshots of redemption and Nintendo transaction records, which were impossible to obtain. I spent hours exchanging emails with them, but they kept giving me the same robotic responses without even reading my messages.

I later found out that many others had fallen victim to this same scam, as I read comments from other customers on Slickdeals and Trustpilot. It turns out that Eneba is a gray market website, meaning that they sell codes legally but outside of the original developer's permission. This is a shady business practice that should be avoided at all costs.

Eneba tries to create the illusion that they are helping you via email, but in reality, they are just wasting your time with their robotic responses. They know that the screenshots they request cannot be obtained, and they use this as an excuse not to refund your money. They also try to protect their Trustpilot reviews by updating them and stating that you are not following up like they did in their response to my review.

The burden to resolve this issue is on Eneba, not the customer. They goofed up and should take responsibility for their mistake. Instead, they use robotic emails to manipulate the situation and then send the email exchange to fight your PayPal or credit card reversal claim. They keep you in an email cycle hoping you'll burn out, and then file it against your claim, stating that you were unresponsive.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against doing business with Eneba. They are not worth the small discounts they offer, which I suspect they offset by running "quick hit" schemes every so often like the one I fell victim to. Stick with reputable sellers and don't let them do this to you. If I don't get my money back, I'll file a small claims order against them out of principle, which will cost me more than the $80 they defrauded. Also, be mindful that Eneba is based out of Lithuania, so they can prey on US people with relatively no consequence as they don't need to adhere to United States Law. Read the many other reviews and Google the company name before making any purchases.

Eneba Unpleasant Experience with Eneba: Promised US Region HOI4 Key Unusable, Poor Customer Service & Delayed Refund

I recently had an unpleasant experience with Eneba (eneba.com) while purchasing an HOI4 key, which was explicitly advertised as being for use in the US region. However, upon receiving the key, I unfortunately discovered that it could not be used in the US region. Despite being hopeful for a solution, I was disappointed to continuously receive the same response from Eneba's customer service team: "we are waiting to hear from our supplier."

I spent a considerable amount of time communicating with their team over the course of two weeks, hoping for a resolution. Despite my multiple attempts to inquire about a refund, I was continuously told that they were "waiting to hear from their supplier."

Eventually, I reached a point where I had to take matters into my own hands and filed a chargeback, as I had not received the promised refund. To my surprise, Eneba became more responsive and claimed to have received a response from their supplier after receiving notice of my dispute. Though I did eventually receive a refund, it was not through a direct refund from Eneba.

As a customer, I was disappointed by this experience and hoped for better communication from Eneba regarding my concerns. While I am relieved to have received a refund, I am saddened by the overall experience.

As a potential customer of Eneba, I was skeptical of the reviews I had read online. However, I found a deal posted on SlickDeals.com for Xbox game pass codes and a representative from Eneba had commented on the post, stating that the codes would work for both new and existing Xbox users. Based on this assurance, I purchased several codes, but unfortunately, they could not be redeemed for existing users.

I was disappointed and frustrated with the situation, so I contacted Xbox customer service for assistance. Upon learning that the codes were not valid for existing users, I immediately reached out to Eneba for a refund. I provided them with evidence, including screenshots and an explanation of the issue. I even mentioned the comments made by their representative.

Firstly, I must express my disappointment with their lack of response to my initial contact. In my original review, I mentioned that I purchased two ps plus codes on the 16th of December, which I intended to give to my kids for Christmas. Unfortunately, when my children tried to redeem the codes, they received an error message stating that the codes had already been used. As expected, I contacted eneba.com to address the issue, sending them screenshots as proof. However, I have yet to receive a proper resolution or even a timely response.

What's more concerning is the recent email I received from one of their representatives, informing me that they will close my ticket if I do not provide additional information within 48 hours. Butch, another representative from eneba.com, had previously stated that I had already sent all the necessary information to resolve the issue. This contradiction and lack of proper communication has only added to my frustration.

I understand that eneba.com may not directly issue the codes, and use an external vendor for this service. However, as a customer, I expect them to take responsibility for the issues that arise from this vendor's services, particularly when I have provided evidence to support my claim.

Overall, my experience with eneba.com has been disappointing and frustrating. I urge them to take my concerns seriously, communicate effectively and resolve the issue promptly. Failing to do so may result in me having to take extreme measures to protect my rights as a customer.

Eneba Disappointing Experience with Eneba.com: Global Key Not Working on Steam

I recently had a disappointing experience with eneba.com, which I would like to share with everyone. As a customer, I have purchased several global keys from this website in the past without any problems. However, my most recent purchase resulted in a frustrating issue that has yet to be resolved.

I encountered an issue when I tried to activate the global key on Steam as it stated that the key was not available for purchase in my country, Canada. I immediately created two tickets, #1032445 and #1031289, detailing all of the relevant information, but have yet to receive a response from eneba.

I am hopeful that this is just an unlucky situation and not indicative of poor vendor selection on eneba's part. Ideally, I would like to either receive a replacement for the same product or be refunded to my eneba wallet. The game I purchased originally sells for $45 even during sales in my country, so when I saw it for $27 on eneba, I had a bad feeling about it, and unfortunately, my intuition was correct.

It is disheartening to be left with no other options than to wait for eneba's email response. I am hoping that by sharing my experience here, eneba's team can notice my issue and provide me with a solution soon. I have no doubt that if they had a telephone line for customer service, it would be ringing 24/7.

Overall, I am very disappointed with my recent experience with eneba. I hope that my issue can be resolved soon and that this will be a lesson for others to be more cautious when making purchases from websites they are not familiar with.

Eneba Negative Experience with Eneba: Unresolved Issue and False Rating Warning

I recently had a negative experience with Eneba (eneba.com) when attempting to activate a game code that was already in use. Initially, I contacted the site's support team and they requested that I provide them with detailed information, including full screen shots of my Microsoft account order history, subscriptions, and the error message that I received when attempting to enter the key. Although I provided them with everything they asked for, they still claimed that they had "proof" that I had activated the key.

After investigating, Eneba's supplier confirmed that the key had been unused and valid at the time of my purchase but had since been activated. Apparently, the supplier was able to confirm this directly with the game's producer. As a result of this, Eneba refused to provide a refund, citing their Terms of Service that allow for refunds only if a key is unused after purchase.

Although I was disappointed with the outcome of my case, I was also frustrated to discover that I apparently rated a company called "Top Gun Games" as "Excellent" on the site. I can say with certainty that I have never had an experience with the company, never mind an excellent one. Unfortunately, there was no way for me to amend this false rating.

Overall, I found my experience with Eneba to be unsatisfactory. While I appreciate that they offered to review my case again if I wanted to provide additional information, it seems unlikely that anything would change. Based on my experience, as well as the false rating issue, I would caution future buyers to be careful when making purchases on the site.

Eneba Unsatisfactory Experience with Eneba: Price Increase and Poor Customer Service

As a consumer, I had a less than satisfactory experience with Eneba (eneba.com). I purchased a Nintendo ?25 Eshop card for ?24.37, but unfortunately the code I received did not work on Nintendo's website. I reached out to customer service in hopes of receiving a new code via email, but my request was denied. Instead, they refunded the amount into my Eneba wallet. While I understood this to be standard procedure, what followed was less than acceptable.

It became evident that Eneba had increased the price of the same Nintendo ?25 Eshop card from ?24.37 to ?25.11 on their website. As a customer, this was simply unacceptable and left me feeling cheated. It was my right to have received the product at the original price. I raised this concern with customer service, but they would not send me a new code nor would they offer to top-up my wallet to match the increased price. In fact, the price continued to rise, now at ?25.30.

I requested a refund to the card I had used to purchase the product, but this request was also denied. I informed Eneba that I intended to dispute the payment through my bank and write negative reviews if they did not address the issue. Sadly, they stopped responding to my emails, which was a disappointing way to handle the situation.

What's even more concerning is that every time I loaded their website to investigate the ?25 gift card, the price appeared to increase even further. I believe this practice is achieved through cookies and IP addresses. For me, this appeared to be a calculated measure by Eneba to force customers into paying more, despite not providing them with a working product.

Overall, my experience with Eneba was disappointing. As a customer, I believe it's vital to be treated fairly and with respect. Unfortunately, this was not my experience with Eneba.

Eneba Eneba.com Review: A Disaster - Poor Customer Service & Refusal to Refund

My experience with Eneba (eneba.com) was a total disaster. I purchased a card, only to find out that it was not working when I tried to redeem it. Frustrated, I reached out to their customer support team and was shocked to find out the amount of hurdles I had to jump through to get my issue resolved. Despite my reluctance, I provided every bit of proof and screenshot they asked for.

Unfortunately, my claim was not resolved in their platform and was forwarded off-site with no ETA or a rough estimate of how long it would take. Honestly, I felt cheated and ripped off of my hard-earned money. I felt like I didn't matter as a customer, especially after going through a rigorous process to prove my case.

As if that wasn't enough, their response to my issue was appalling. According to them, the key I purchased was valid and unused at the time of my purchase and that it has already been activated, which is why they can't provide a refund. I provided them all the information I could, but it seemed like they just didn't want to help me.

It's apparent that Eneba does very little towards customer satisfaction, and the fact that they refused to replace my card speaks volumes. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend Eneba to anyone, they're nothing but a scam. Spare yourself the heartache and steer clear of this website.

Eneba Razer gold gift card

I’m trying to verify the validity of the digital keys on a card I purchased! Pearl, the chat bot keeps sending me to this just answer site!

Eneba sent me an email through Trustworthy. They are saying I already put in a ticket and needed the id number, which I don’t have!

I do have the digital keys but can’t seem to talk or connect with someone who can give me some answers! This has been quite frustrating!

Claimed loss: $200 plus fees

Skip the chat bot and escalate directly. Find a real person in their support hierarchy and demand a resolution. If you don't get immediate action, consider disputing the charge with your credit card company and let them handle the hassle. Next time, buy from a more reputable source to avoid this kind of mess.

Eneba Playstation Network Code is INVALID & ALREADY USED

Like others have echoed on here, the code provided is marked as USED by the network. Purchased this code for the holidays (November 2020) and went to enter it today (2/5) and it is not a valid code. Playstation Network states the code has been used already. I have reached out to ENEBA online, via Facebook and Twitter. Provided everything before even asked because I refuse to do the fraud dance with a company that has internal issues and/or sells codes that are INVALID/USED. It is simple, you provide a code a member can use and if you find yourself having to chase like others have stated, notify your financial institution. Very little remarks on Facebook and most are people asking for a game or network code and alleging the same (unless you believe the one that bought 100's with "no problem"). It stops being a benign problem when others keep experiencing the same issues over and over again. I am giving the company 24 hours to fix the problem (which they seem to also be swamped with complaints) and then will be filing a fraud complaint. I will also be reaching out to social media sites and informing them (with evidence to support my claims) of how this company is using their network. Drawing in business and selling a product, but delivering zilch! It is not an error/mistake or an "oops" when you sell a code that has been redeemed. That is just plainly a fraudulent transaction from the get-go!

Spoke with PSN 2/09/2021- the code was redeemed by someone else within 10 days from when it was sold. I submitted screen captures of us not using the code, chat with PSN supporting this and the agent from PSN stated the code was redeemed on another account (not ours) on 11/17/[protected]@ 14:34 (PST). You are providing a venue for fraudulent "sellers" to sell worthless codes/keys. This is not an isolated incident and complaints were even on your own Facebook page, of people requesting the same as I am. There comes a time when responsibility (like with eBay and other venues that provide such services) needs to take place. I purchased a PSN code from another vendor and it works, plus I looked online and they have 4+star rating. Doing the same as ENEBA, minus the game of a code going to other people other than the buyer. You have the buyer jump through hoops but the sellers never has to prove where the key went and was redeemed. Thankfully, we got a good PSN representative that was very clear in that we never used, entered the code until 2/05, and it is an invalid code because it was redeemed by another party 10 days after I purchased it (Christmas gift stocking stuffer). We never had a chance with such sellers! No one does and you should then have a disclaimer that codes need to be entered immediately because there is a history of fraud. You give no disclaimer anywhere on your site and just on this site, you are clearly aware there is a serious problem with your "sellers".

2/13/2021: Finally, after going back and forth, we received a credit and we were able to purchase a new valid code. It truly depends on the agent you get with Eneba. I had one state (Emma) that because when we viewed the code at time of purchase, it could have been used (even though our account screen captures and PSN stated otherwise). Then she went further and stated we maybe passed the code to another person. I sent proof of purchasing a new code (from another site) while this was being investigated (along with transaction history of our PSN account), so why would I take such action? Again, theories without one ounce of evidence to support them, all while we as buyers supply everything and even information that PSN advised against sharing with Eneba. The "seller" should have supplied evidence at the same time because of reselling the code. The codes are being sold as not expiring but when they resell them, that puts a clock on them. A disclaimer on the site would help along with booting sellers that are guilty of this behavior. The seller that resold the first code was still selling on Eneba, so that speaks greatly to me.

Eneba Disturbing, apathetic and aggressive

Hello,

I have been using Eneba for quite a couple of years now, and the experience has always been positive, until of course recently - since the beginning of this year, I have been having several issues.

Before, it was smooth and I had no issues, but now, the bar for their quality control has sunk down.

From my last 3 purchases I had 2 issues. The first issue was when I ordered a PlayStation Network card for my US account. Their system did not have a problem charging my card, but had a problem "delivering my key". Which prompted me to open a ticket. I opened a ticket and within 2 hours I receive my key. Very fishy!

After that I made one more purchase and it was successful, but the last purchase experience was just nothing like I have ever seen before.

I purchased a PlayStation Network card, which is always 12 numbers/letters, and I received a 16 number/letter key which, clearly doesn't work, as Sony requires 12 number/letter keys.

So I opened a ticket, which is automatically with a "low" priority (I guess they don't prioritize you ladies and gentleman that lost your money but got scammed with a false key). So I have been waiting for 3 hours now, and I wanted to purchase something on a the Summer Sale.

So they got my money, made me open a ticket and plastered it with "low" priority.

Very poor customer experience this time, and I felt obligated to warn others.

Ladies and gentlemen, it is clearly a tremendous and uncertain gamble spending your money here. I understand this is platform where sellers can scam us, but you have no right to allow sellers to sell us keys that do not even match the max (in my case 12 numbers/letters keys).

I got generated a sham number by the seller and now I am forced to visit my bank tomorrow and make a chargeback against Eneba.

A shame...

UPDATE: After waiting for 6 hours, I went to their discord, DM'ed my Ticket, and got a response that I have to wait 72 hours for the seller to review my claims.

So basically, instead of taking responsibility, they all started pounding on me and attacking me. Even if it is clear that the seller has send me a 16 digit key for a platform that requires 12 digit keys, they are not making him responsible for his lies and damaging actions.

I tried my best to make them understand why this is not okay, and how it is a tremendous hole in their system. Guess what they did? Permanently banned me from the Discord.

This is nothing surprising. Moderators/Administrators, drunk with power can simply abuse customers with no precaution.

Eneba has proven to me, a loyal customer, that they do not care very much about us loyal customers. They threat the sellers with priority, even if it is obvious they are scamming/lying to you. They will charge you money and not deliver your product.

They will hold your money and you hostage, and there is nothing you can do, except call a lawyer and defend your rights and your honor.

Do not shop at Eneba. There is a high chance, more than 50% every purchase that you will be taken hostage by these ungrateful, rude and aggressive people who are taking your hard earned cash and simply disrespect you in your face.

LATEST UPDATE:
As you can see, the corporate employee has been sent to play mental gymnastics, berate me and try to "normalize" their abusive actions. That's just their normal behavior to you, as a customer. They will take time to insult you and tell you you are being "disrespectful" and that "they do not appreciate it", instead of using that time to help you. At the same time, they charge your money and hold you hostage, while avoiding every responsibility they have by putting it in the hands of the seller. They will mock you and tell you you are being disrespectful just by asking questions and looking for resolutions, as I did in Discord. They can say whatever they want here, to reply to a review so that they do this weak damage control.

Their site is marketed as a quick click and buy - no hassle, but oh boy oh boy, all of you who experienced the utter disrespect and incompetence of these people already know that this is far from the truth.

Instead of providing me with a refund, since the evidence was immaculate - I got a 16 digit key for a platform that requires 12 digit keys. Clearly incorrect key, clearly an attempt to scam - Keep in mind this came from a seller with ~99.20% POSITIVE RATING - Gamersmarket, they told me I have to wait 72 hours for the seller to respond, after waiting 7 hours for a reply on their "low" priority ticket, which is why I went to Discord to respectfully explain the situation and ask them for help. Meanwhile, it's the weekend/or your vacation and you wanted to buy something on a sale and play it - yeah, good luck with that. Not going to happen with the toxic folks at Eneba.

So after they allegedly asked the seller what to do, I eventually received an E-mail that I have received a new key, and I specified more than 10 times before that, that I want a refund. As you can see, they still continue to play the mental gymnastics and frustrate you as a customer - everything against you!

I replied to the ticket with caps lock demanding a refund, since they did not provide me with a refund.
Again, as you can see, they try to bring you down first, then they play mental gymnastics. This is good though, because they are so transparent, that I am confident any of you good folks will see through them.

By the way, it's the 16th of August now, and I still haven't received my refund. I even called my bank and they said that the transaction is not refunded and is not expected.

But yet, they have the shame to come here, build upon the lie, and still take the time to berate me and call me disrespectful, when they disrespected my time and my money.

Eneba employees have clearly proven to be incompetent and unprofessional.

They don't even have functionality to download your private data. Do you know what they told me when I asked them how to download my private data? They told me:

"What do you mean you want to download your data. Do you mean you want to delete your data?". As you can see, they play mental gymnastics again, since they do not have a functionality required by GDPR.

The last lie they told me is that "they sent my request to another department, and that I will receive a reply in the (ahem - time specified in the GDPR), but they didn't specify that time".

These people are not GDPR compliant, disrespected my personal time, money and caused me distress. Can you imagine what UTTER incompetence is required for that achievement?

On July 25th. 2023 while on the phone with Ticketmaster to purchase a concert ticket a representative from Eneba began to talk to me after an option on the call to get a cheaper tickets. During the conversation and several attempts to get my Capital One Bank card information, two transactions of the amount of $324.17 for a total of $648.34 was withdrawn from my bank checking account. Eneba generated two order #s, o-ymquw8e and, o-ymqusfo.

Please advice me on this matter to get a full refund.

I recently made a purchase on Eneba.com for a World of Warcraft upgrade in May 2023. I have used Eneba before and never had any issues with their service. Eneba Disappointing Experience with Eneba: Invalid Key and Terrible Customer Service

Bought a $100 Xbox gift card from Eneba, but unfortunately, it turned out to be an invalid key. I was really disappointed and frustrated, but I decided to contact Eneba support right away. However, I must say that the customer service was not up to the mark. The representative was very rude and unhelpful, and I felt like I was wasting their time. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Anyway, I had to provide Eneba with a screenshot of the error message and my Xbox account name, which was fair enough. But then they asked me to contact Xbox support and ask them what was wrong with the key and the date it was activated. It was really inconvenient and awkward, but I had no other choice. To my surprise, Xbox support was really nice and helpful. They replied saying that the key had never been activated 'paid for' and I would have to return to the seller for a refund.

I sent Eneba a screenshot of this and they said they would forward it to the seller and would message me when they hear back. However, it has been almost 2 weeks now, and I haven't heard anything from them. Every time I contact Eneba to see what's happening, they just say there is nothing they can do and I just have to be patient and wait for the seller to respond. It's really frustrating and disappointing.

Thankfully, I paid using PayPal, so I can file a transaction dispute via PayPal. But it's still a hassle and a waste of time.

If you are planning to buy a key from Eneba, be careful. It might be a used/fake key, and you might have to wait 2-3+ weeks to get your money back. So, think twice before making a purchase.

Eneba Disappointing Experience with Eneba.com: Global Key Not Working on Steam

I recently had a disappointing experience with eneba.com, which I would like to share with everyone. As a customer, I have purchased several global keys from this website in the past without any problems. However, my most recent purchase resulted in a frustrating issue that has yet to be resolved.

I encountered an issue when I tried to activate the global key on Steam as it stated that the key was not available for purchase in my country, Canada. Eneba Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Eneba: Only 1 Out of 2 Playstation Codes Worked and Unreasonable Requests for Proof

In my personal experience with Eneba, I had purchased two Playstation 12 month codes, but unfortunately, only one of them worked when I tried to redeem them a few weeks later. While I was understandably frustrated, the assistance I received from their customer service was less than satisfactory.

Despite providing proof that only one code worked, I was still asked to provide screenshots from my Playstation Transaction History to show that the second code had not been activated. This was an unreasonable request, as the failed activation meant that there would be no entry for the failed code. Even PSN Customer Service confirmed that the code had not been activated.

I couldn't help but wonder if this was some kind of scam to make the process of redeeming codes more complicated than it should be. I found myself spending more time arguing with Eneba over this issue than it would have taken me to just pay full price for the code. It was a complete waste of my time and energy.

Although my experience with Eneba was disappointing, I still believe that customer service is an essential aspect of online retail. I hope that they take steps to improve their customer service protocol and ensure that their customers are satisfied with their purchases in the future.

Eneba Eneba Review: Mixed Experience and Frustration with Customer Service

and left a sour taste in my mouth. While I did have a successful experience with Eneba for my first 4 purchases, my last experience was an utter disappointment. As a loyal customer who has made multiple purchases from the website, I was surprised and frustrated when I was suddenly unable to make a purchase.

The reason given was that there was "suspicious behavior" on my account, which came as a total shock. I was not given any explanation or details, which left me feeling confused. After reaching out to support, I was informed that purchasing more than one item is considered suspicious on their platform, which I found to be a ridiculous claim.

The support team was not helpful in resolving the issue, and their response times were slow, which only increased my frustration. I found myself constantly going back and forth with support, being told that I could not follow simple instructions when I was simply trying to understand what was happening with my account.

Finally, after 2 weeks of stress and frustration, I made the decision to delete my account due to Eneba's incompetence. I was informed that only one person in a household can use one device to purchase from their site, which made no sense to me. Eneba Poor Customer Service and Duplicate Keys Procured from Eneba: My Frustrating Experience

Upon utilizing the Eneba website, I recently experienced some issues that caused me great frustration. To elaborate, I unknowingly procured a duplicate key from this site and proceeded to create a ticket to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, the customer service process proved to be more complex and time-consuming than anticipated.

To my disappointment, I waited five days before receiving any sort of response from Eneba, and only after posting a negative review on Trustpilot. It was then that they requested further information, but only after my review brought attention to my issue.

I was then instructed by Eneba to contact Steam in order to acquire information pertaining to the date and time that the key was activated. Despite my efforts, Steam was unresponsive and unable to assist me in any way. I think it's noteworthy to mention that the responsibility should lie with Eneba to ensure that they are selling genuine keys, as they were the ones responsible for distributing the duplicate.

Throughout this process, I have sent countless emails to Eneba without receiving any form of communication. What was most frustrating, however, was that Eneba's support team sent me a deadline of 48 hours to receive a response from Steam. This imposed pressure felt unfair as it seemed they were trying to push the issue to the background.

All in all, I feel extremely disappointed in my experience with Eneba, as they have failed to provide quality customer service. I hope that they will work on improving their support process and ensuring that their products are authentic in the future.

Eneba Poor customer service experience with Eneba for Assassin's Creed Origins key purchase #103613

I recently made a purchase on Eneba, an online website that sells various video game keys. The first three keys I bought went smoothly, so I decided to purchase Dirt Rally and Assassin's Creed Origins from a seller named Best-Pick. However, my experience with their customer service team was not so smooth.

When I received the key for Assassin's Creed Origins, it was in the form of a picture, with one of the characters on the key being erased. Despite having to guess what the missing character was, I entered the key into my Ubisoft account, only to find out that it had already been activated on another account. This was a frustrating experience, especially considering the amount of time I spent trying to retrieve a new key.

When I reached out to the support team, I was given a reply six days later, which stated that they were waiting for a response from the supplier regarding my issue. But even 12 days later, I have not received a new key or a refund. My support case was also assigned to a specific person, Bill Jagger, and was marked as "urgent priority." Eneba Unfortunate Experience with Eneba's Steam Keys: Invalid Code and Lack of Customer Service

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend purchasing Steam Keys from Eneba based on my recent experience. I had hoped to buy Total War: THREE KINGDOMS Steam Key, but when I attempted to load the code into my Steam account, it was rejected as invalid. As it turns out, I'm not alone. Several other reviews on Sitejabber have also indicated they've experienced similar issues.

When I reached out to Eneba for help, I was asked to provide a screenshot of the key and my Steam library along with the error message. Specifically, I was supposed to be helped by Mr. Axel Montattle, but I am yet to receive any assistance or even a response from him.

As an adult who uses wargames to teach history in college, I take my purchases of online games seriously. I plan to share my experience with fellow parents who purchase games for their children, my students as well as on other websites that warn people of scams. It is extremely disappointing to be left without a resolution to my issue and I only hope that the situation changes in the future.

Should there be any updates to this situation, I will be sure to share them in the interests of fairness and accuracy. For now, however, I would advise others to steer clear of Eneba for Steam Keys.

Eneba Eneba Review: Disappointing Experience with Outdated Games & Poor Customer Service

I recently visited Eneba's website to purchase some game codes to pass the extra time at home during the current situation. At first, my experience was quite positive as all the game codes I purchased worked smoothly without any hassle. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I purchased the CitiesXL version 2012 or version 2011.

I must warn everyone to avoid buying these versions of the game as the studio has ceased operations, and the game simply won't work no matter what one tries. When I brought this to the attention of Eneba's customer support team, they simply informed me that the sellers are responsible for the products they sell on their platform. This left me feeling cheated and disappointed.

One of the most concerning issues I found with Eneba's platform is that they allow sellers to continue selling outdated and useless products even when they are aware of it. This left me wondering why Eneba would allow sellers to deceive their customers like this, let alone profit from it.

What makes it even worse is that when I requested a refund or credit to spend on their website, they outright refused. This indicates that their primary objective is to make a profit at any cost to the detriment of the customer's trust and satisfaction.

The customer service experience was equally dissatisfying as I found it challenging to connect with the seller or leave a rating. I also tried to contact them through different channels, but my efforts yielded no result.

I regret having to leave a negative review of Eneba, but I do so in the hopes that it would save someone else from experiencing the same disappointment and monetary loss I did. I would be grateful if someone could recommend a better platform that takes customer satisfaction seriously and protects them from fraudulent sellers.

Eneba Mixed Experience with Eneba: Good Response at First, Poor Follow-Up, Caution Recommended

I recently made a purchase from Eneba for the first time, selecting Nier Automata as my game of choice. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, I discovered that the key I received was already used. Though I was frustrated by this setback, I sent an email to Eneba's customer support team and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within a few hours. They requested additional information from me, which I provided promptly, and received a reply thanking me for my cooperation.

However, it's now been four days since that exchange and I haven't received any further communication from the team at Eneba, despite writing three additional emails. As a paying customer, this level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable - I'm left feeling frustrated and ignored. I would much prefer to have been told if they were unable to assist me rather than being left in a communication black hole.

In light of this experience, I can only caution others to be wary of using Eneba's services. While their initial response was helpful, the lack of follow-up and unresponsiveness has left a sour taste in my mouth. I believe it's important to prioritize good customer service, and unfortunately, Eneba seems to have fallen short in my case.

EDIT: After publishing my initial review, I was surprised to receive a response from Eneba offering me a refund for my purchase. While I appreciate that they finally reached out, I can't help but question whether this is simply a coincidence. In any case, I will be adjusting my rating from 1 to 2 stars based on this development. I do still have some reservations about whether they will actually follow through with the refund, though, so I'll be keeping a close eye on the situation.
