entouch lifeline - data
My "unlimited" data ran out. It was supposed to reload on Jan 4. It didn't. I called 611 and told them. I was told it would be fixed within five days. It wasn't. Called after five days. after 20 minutes on hold with 611 it went to dead air. I called main number, after 30 minutes on hold, got a rep who said I would get data on Jan 27. Blamed it on a "technical issue." Now i wait to see if I was lied to again.
Desired outcome: I just want to access internet on phone.

They shut my service off with no warning. They say they are turning it on however it never comes on. Now they don't answer their phones for help. There customer service is in INDIA. They hate Americans. This has happened all year. 2022

Bought by Grande and Price Doubled
I had the 1GB Quad Play package for 6 years. I called Customer Service in June about my service contract ending on July 24. 2021. I was told that it was extended to August 7. I have called a few times since to inquire what the cost of my service would be on August 8. I was informed each time that they did not know because of the promotion dates, but assured me that the cost would be about the same or less. I checked my invoice online on August 8 and it went from $164.44 to $333.45. I called and chatted with customer service and the price is now $296.41 which is still way too high. Grande is not too grand. They Lie, Lie, Lie. I am going to switch to Internet & Voice with Xfinity and use Youtube TV. (Edited) I have talked to multiple Customer Service reps and the invoice was slightly adjusted but it is still way to high. I was told that Entouch (Grande) does not offer bundles but I see it on my invoice under BUNDLED SERVICES. I was never notified of the new Quad Play bundle price. I have switched to Xfinity & cancelled Entouch. I am still waiting for an adjusted invoice based on my previous Quad Play Bundle price.
Desired outcome: Updated invoice based on the previous Quad Play price of $164.44 needed.

I have had constant problems with Entouch and TiVo system for the last year. I have had service technicians out to the house on many occasions and it usually after e have been without TV for over a week.
The current problems started over a week ago and I have been unable to get assistance from EnTouch. The telephone response system has on multiple occasions had me waiting over 45 minutes just to have some dim wit on the phone tell me they are having technical problems, they are sorry, and then not even make me an appointment.
Can't believe how horrible their service is, it really sucks!
Desired outcome: Either fix the problems or return my money.

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC.
My ENTOUCH phone service gets shut down weekly now. I spent two days with a [censored] customer service supervisor named RICHARD that is such a freaking [censored] [censored] that the [censored] tried calling my inoperable phone and couldn't understand why I didn't pick up! I have discovered that it is possible to file a complaint with the FCC and have done so. They require an answer from the company within 30 days so I'll see where that goes. This is an option that everyone should take as it requires much less time than dealing with other offices such as some idiot state AG. Since they begin "blocking" their 611 number when I call I have found out that as my minutes have "EXPIRED" all I need do is make any phone call and it directs me to customer service this seems to get past the [censored]s blocking my number. I have only kept the service because of a possible legal need for some saved calls but I am now going to record the messages and hope that is sufficient then transfer my service once I see what the FCC does. It is also possible to sue them through a formal complaint with the FCC and while that requires legal action with a lawyer it may be well worth the cost
Lifeline cell phone service provider
Sometime before July of 2019 enTouch took over my Lifeline service from Budget Mobile. Budget Mobile was fine, but shortly after I had major problems with enTouch, which are ongoing. The major problem is that they often shut off my phone service without warning almost monthly, and sometimes up to 5 months straight. It's almost like a regularly schedule...

my tv service in the master bedroom has been intermittent for weeks now. several times per hour the service disconnects
entouch sent a tech out last week. he replaced the mini box but didnt fix the problem
yesterday, January 26th, another technician came. he did not fix the problem.
In addition, he left cables and wires hanging below the tv. he was uncooperative and unhelpful and told me to clean up the mess I'd have to call the company who hung the tv.
My tv still doesnt work. this is totally unacceptable

I am so disappointed in this company... There are always disconnection issues with this ISP. They charge me $35 reconnection fee for a service that was never disconnected. When I called to inquire about the charge the lady sound like she was chewing food in my ear. Trying to justify this charge to me. Its so amazing because Entouch never have a reason why nor a resolve time when you call. WTF are we paying for then!

November 19th. My Internet speed was significantly reduced without warning. After calling tech support I was told to call Jackie Stevens whom I found out from researching is their Senior Call Center Manager. Once I got in contact with her I was told that I had "excessive usage" and that they had to send a tech to my house to scan my computer for viruses before they would restore my service to the speed that I'm paying for. When I told her that I did not have a virus on my computer and that I didn't want to have a tech scanning my computer I was told that this had to be done to restore my Internet speed. I explained again that I didn't want a tech touching my computer and that after 6 years of being a customer I'd hate to do it, but I would have to find another provider if this was the only way that they would restore my service. She just repeated that the scan had to be done. Yes, I had downloaded a lot of data, but for a company that says right on their Contact Us page "No Caps or Limits" I found this scan requirement to restore the service I pay for ridiculous and being forced to allow someone access to my computer a complete violation of my privacy. I also found Jackie's lack of customer service horrible especially for someone in her position as one of the senior people listed under the Management page of the company. She basically said, "see ya" when I said I would have to find another provider. It's pretty sad that as customer with this company for as long as I have been is treated like this.
They increased the sum for the bills
I have used the services of Entouch Systems within one year. I have paid about $35 per month. But they have increased it and no one warned me about it. I noticed it only 2 months later. I called them and the rep told me that it was promotional year. I asked to sign again the same package, because I didn’t want to pay $55 per month. And the rep confirmed that they have changed the package, but the bills remained the same. Strange.
