I don't understand why ComplaintsBoard.com gave these guys an A+ rating. They're awful. My order was held for two whole weeks without any updates. I called and they said it's still pending, then put me on hold. I eventually gave up. Don't bother with this company.

0 star - What a nightmare! They printed the wrong color and had the audacity to blame me. They ain't owning up to their mistake and only offered a measly 10% refund to make up for it. Avoid them like the plague, this company is a joke when it comes to quality and service.

Never again. They completly blew a deadline, rending an expensive order completely useless. Their customer service agent tried gaslight me, saying I'd reviewed the proof a week after I had done so. They aren't offering a refund or anything useful, so obviously customers are disposable to them.

I should've read the reviews before ordering from Envelopes.com. After I ordered some square envelopes, I got an email saying they're backordered and might not ship on time. I tried contacting them through different channels to see if I could change the envelope color or cancel my order, but no one responded. It's impossible to talk to a real person, and even though I left several voicemails and messages, no one got back to me. Don't waste your time and money here, go somewhere else.

I wish I had read the reviews before deciding to do business with this terrible company. I sent in an order for a quote, but I didn't approve it and clearly stated that I wanted to cancel my "pending" order. However, I haven't received any confirmation that my order has been canceled or that my credit card has been refunded. Envelopes.com hasn't responded to my emails, chats, or phone calls. When you call them, all you get is an option to leave a voicemail, but the voicemail box is full and you can't leave a message. This company just leaves you hanging, and it's completely unprofessional. They haven't responded to me at all. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.

After 3 days passed and no confirmation of shippin' I called and was told it hadn't shipped and they would ship it expedited. It didn't arrive when they said so I called again and was told it hadn't shipped was it was supposed to and I wold receive it the next day, I asked that the priority shippin' charge be refunded. I received that shipment the next day and it contained only half of my order. I called and they said they would ship the half and it should be received in two days. At this point I told them to cancel and refund my money. Don't order online from this company.

I tried contacting customer support during their business hours, but their automated system put me on hold for 11 minutes and then hung up on me. I called again today and spoke to a lady who I think is working from home. She said my order is still being processed and they don't have an estimated time for fulfillment. On their website, they say they aim for same day shipping, but it's not guaranteed. Their motto is "keep it real," but I'm really frustrated because it's been over two weeks and I have no idea about the status of my order. The service is terrible. I'm relieved that this was just a test order and I didn't place a full order.

Envelopes.com is a really unreliable company. I ordered foil lined envelopes on a Monday (11/22). I paid extra for fast shipping because my client needed the envelopes by Friday (11/26). Just to be extra sure, I talked on the phone with Envelopes.com customer service person, ***, who told me the product was in stock and would ship out that afternoon by 4 pm. On Tuesday (11/23), I used their web contact page to ask for a tracking number but I never got a response. Early on Friday (11/26) morning, I got an email saying the product wouldn't be delivered that day because it was out of stock! ***! They waited until the delivery day to tell me it was out of stock! I called the company and customer service *** said they wouldn't have the item in stock for another 2 or 3 weeks! I cancelled the order and had to rush to find another place to get the envelopes. I ended up driving over 50 miles to pick them up from another supplier so I could take care of my client. I don't recommend Envelopes.com and I'll never use them again.

Envelopes never shipped
I placed and order on 11/10/23 with 2 sets of envelopes. The first set arrrived on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The second set has still not arrived and we are 12/8/23. What is so frustrating is that I have been told on 5 different occasions that it was shipping the next day. Each time I called, I would ask that you ship rush next day delivery and after some haggling. You would agree. Then it wouldn't ship and I would contact you again, and again would have to ask for free rush shipping... What a charade. Terrible customer service. No one knows what is going on.
Then today, 12/8/23, I requested to receive the name and email of a supervisor. This is the answer I received:
"You may send it to [protected]@envelopes.com, then we will forward it to our supervisor."
I was unable to get a name and email of anyone even after asking repeatedly.
No one cares.

We had to call them again and spoke to a woman who claimed to be a manager. She blamed us for the mistake and said we can't return them. I told her we ordered the correct size, but they shipped the wrong ones. She didn't care about the amount of money we spent and refused to take any action.

On May 11, I ordered envelopes from Envelopes.com for a client appreciation event. The email said they would take "up to 7 days" to ship. But on May 18th, after seven days, still no envelopes. The tracking thingy said they would come by the end of May 19th. But at 4 pm on May 19th, it changed to say they would come by the end of May 20th. At 5 pm, still no envelopes. Then it said they would come by the end of May 21st. But on Friday, May 21st at 5 pm, no envelopes had arrived. So we asked them to hold the stuff at a local place for weekend delivery. I emailed Envelopes.com and they said I could return the envelopes for some money back. Some money back?! I bought these envelopes thinking they would come in time for me to send out my invites. Why should I get only some money back? Finally, on MONDAY, MAY 24th, the envelopes were delivered. But it was too late and useless. I want a FULL refund, please.
