ET-4750
Printer heads clogged and could not be auto-cleaned. The printer menu display is tiny and difficult to manipulated. After 3-4 months of slight usage, the inkjets clogged and could not be automatically cleaned. There were alignment problems with the inkjets that tech support could not remedy. Consequently Epson support replaced my brand new printer with another refurbished ET-4750 model. After a couple of month of low level use, this replacement printer failed. The print heads clogged once again and the printer control menu became too blurred and unreadable. To say the least, I am very disenchanted with this printer and the Epson company.
Desired outcome: Refund or replace it with a newer more reliable printer.
Workforce Pro WF-3820
This is absolutely the worse printer I have ever owned! When printing, it picks up more than one page and then jams, or it prints up more than one page and prints on two half pages. When using 8.5x11 photo paper, it won't pull the photo paper and prints on that second page it pulls with the photo paper and then I have wasted more ink! If the paper tray gets low, it will pull all the pages and try to print. Scanning has the same issues. I can't place a few sheets in the tray and it scan without pulling more than one sheet.
I had an Epson printer the last time I purchased and enjoyed it. This one stinks! I am working on a project this afternoon and have to keep trying to make accommodations for the printer. Ridiculous!
I purchased through Best Buy.
Desired outcome: replacement
XP-7100
I contacted Epson Canada support.
They were completely useless. They wouldn't answer the phone when I called back.
They were also difficult to hear.
Because I bought a new laptop with Windows 11 the scan wouldn't work.
The company where I bought the computer fixed the problem caused by Windows 11.
The reason I am writing is to tell Epson they are wasting their money with this support group (Canada), wherever they are.
Put your money where it can be useful.
Thanks.

I'm an entrepreneur and marketing professional and I have been for 30 years. I've seen all kinds of corrupt strategies over the years. I try never to support companies that show a strong lack of integrity. I am also seeing corrupt companies struggling to survive because they can't hide the truth anymore.
I bought your Epson printer, XP 440 to print black transparencies for transferring images onto other materials, and I learned something interesting things about your tech and your competitive strategies when it comes to collecting information in similar ways to other corrupt tech companies:
1. You are able to collect data that is printed and upload it to your servers. That makes printing sensitive data a no go.
2. You drain the color ink cartridges every time I turn on the printer.
3. Even setting the printer to print grayscale didn't stop the color cartridges from draining out.
4. The printer is always listening and transmitting via wifi, so it needs to be shut down AND unplugged, because it's still showing activity when powered off, but still plugged in.
5. I cannot print black/grayscale when a color cartridge is empty, so you have me held hostage for ink. This is a really low level of integrity.
I want a refund for the printer and the ink. In return, I won't develop a shame campaign that can roll non-stop for the next five years. What is a shame campaign? It's a website that collects all of the complaints from companies like BestBuy, Amazon and Walmart, while at the same time posting new complaints on those sites that discuss these concerns. It researches your retail partners to see where your bread and butter comes from and targets the 20% that you most rely upon, to inform your customers to be come more discerning and your associate sales reps so their level of confidence in your product is more reflective of the truth. You could call it an integrity campaign rather than a shame campaign, but you wouldn't recognize that term yet.
That's it.
Desired outcome: Full refund

Printer keeps 'running out of yellow ink' when I mostly use it to print B&W
I need to print an important document in black and white but because I have apparently run out of yellow ink (I have no idea how I possibly could have), it won't print, even in black and white.
I have followed the steps it listed to print in black and white but it won't work. So I now need to buy more of your stupidly expensive ink just to print in black and white. I hate printers.
Desired outcome: refund and £100,000 compensation for having such a rubbish printer/ink
Multipack with T1291/T1292/T1293/T1294
I have purchased a multipack of 4 ink cartridges and none of them are working. The printer which is Epsom SX535WD says they are not originally which they are and where purchased from Tesco store. The first to not be accepted was T1292 as it was out of ink, when it was rejected I checked the others and they too are rejected. I have had to purchased single T1292 ink cartridges to install in the printer and it is working perfectly.
Desired outcome: Replacement
Epson Store Delivery
I ordered 2 pack of black ink cartridges on September 18. Epson Store sent me an e mail that cartridges shipped September 20. I tried to use Epson on line "chat" assistant, which responded several times the package was in transit. On September 28 I send an e mail to Epson customer service and they replied to call Epson 1800 customer service number. The Epson representative said the package was in transit and to call back in 3 days. Today is Day 3. I have no faith in Epson. Please help.
Desired outcome: Deliver ink cartridges to my home today.

No customer service number, listed either on the website, or with the packaging - no customer service, just hangs up. I've been trying for 24 hours and need help setting this up for school. HELP, what is their real customer support number?
Desired outcome: to set up my printer
Ink
I had purchased black ink for my printer 2 weeks ago. When I changed it today to finish printing something I need for tonight, my printer said the black ink was out after 3 pages printed. I have had this printer for a little over a year and this is the first time I've ever had this happen. I love my printer and it helps with printing papers for my kids for school. Unfortunately, I have no way of printing out anything we need until I am able to get another $20 and get to the store to buy another black ink cartridge. I would like this ink cartridge to be replaced. I do not have any pictures or videos of me changing this or of my screen before/after this incident because I never expected this to happen. My printer is an Epson xp-5100 and this black ink cartridge is 202.
Desired outcome: Replaced or refund
Printer xp-6000
I've liked this printer so far other than I'm spending way too much on ink. I use my printer for personal use more than business, never printing big orders of anything.
I've got 5 ink cartridges. When I go to print something the status shows how much ink is left in each cartridge. When I change the one or 2 that show empty, when I'm finished, it then shows the others are empty that minutes before showed they had ink in them.
The printer won't print unless I change the cartridges (that really aren't empty).
Desired outcome: Find out if this is fixable.
EPSON STYLUS CX6600
I purchased this printer several yrs ago. and not had a problem of any kind. today I ran out of black ink and went to the store to replenish my in only to find out that Epson has discontinued making this in cartridge. This is the second time this has happened once with HP and now Epson. I suppose they expect you to buy their printers use for a few years. and force you into buying a new one and throw a perfectly good printer away. at a cost of $200 to $300 dollars each time.
In my business we have 4 printers and had to do the same thing on 2 other occasion's'
I am going to write to the Attorney General in NH and Mass. And inform them of this practice. being done intentionally
Desired outcome: I would like to hear their reason for this practice.

When printer is switched on it freezes after a few seconds and has to be unplugged to switch off. When plugged in again after a few minutes the same thing happens. I have tried it connected and not connected to the computer - same happens. I have tried a new USB lead - same. I have even tried a different mains lead - same. The supplier, John Lewis PLC told me I had to contact you, they deny responsibility despite the Sale of Goods act.
Desired outcome: Replacement or redund of £89.99
Epson ET 15000
I purchased the Epson ET 15000 in December of 2020, within two months of having the printer the drivers and spooling went out on the printer, I was sent a replacement, within two months of having the replacement printer the drivers and spooling went out on the replacement printer.
This printer is by no means a cheap printer this is totally unacceptable that every two months the printer stops working and disrupts my business. Luckily I added the warranty otherwise I would be out of a lot of money, I will never purchase a Epson product again.
ET-2650 all-in-one printer
Called this number 562-276-4382 on 5/17/21, for help with a problem that I have since figured out for myself. I was helped at by an Asian man who didn't ask me anything but if I was who my phone number checked to.
Didn't ask for serial or model number. I told him my problem was that my Epson power printer light was on, but no action between printer and Wi-fi router for some reason. He kept asking me the same thing over and over again that I had already told him. I told him that my printer was on, control panel on printer was dark, and I could not assess any of the arrows on it to do anything. He kept telling me to do this and do that and kept asking me to do things I had already told I wasn't able to do, with the control panel being dark. I kept telling him that I couldn't because although the printer was on, there was no action on the control panel. I guess he got mad or something and just hung up. that was the most disrespectful thing a customer rep could do. Ref#210517002145.
Desired outcome: He needs to be reprimanded. For rude and unnecessary behavior
Printer not working, always having issues with inks.
After changing ink cartridge, the printer will work for a little while, then go into alarm- don't recognize cartridges'. After removing & installing ink a few times, still have error. Change the ink for a new one, it works. Then later you get the same alarm for a different color. However the ink cartridge is basically full.
This problem only started when I got a new computer & put the Epson program on it. The old program NEVER gave this problem.
Don't blame the computer or printer. Epson has made the issue in their programming. HOW do you put your program back to normal, without holding my printer as hostage to buy more of your ink.
Obviously I'm hearing the same problem everywhere. Epson is not environmentally conscious if consumers have to waste ink.
Desired outcome: Program that works. Remove the ink expiry date from your programs & anything else that stops the machine from working.
My Complaint is about the WF7710 Printer

I was sent 3 refurbished WF 7710 Printers and none of them work. I'm so done with this printer and I want either my money back or a brand new WF 7710 printer.
Carella Anderson
Desired outcome: Brand new WF 7710 or my money back
Epson xp-640 printer
It requires a ink pad replacement. Printer is working perfectly but because of the error message I can no longer print. Epson will not allow me to print without going to THEIR SERVICE CENTER thus insuring that they make money.
This is a scam directed at their customers to insure their profit.
Sorry but I will not be part of a scam to screw me out of money .
Unit will be dumped in the garbage never again to buy or recommend a Epson product. Only dictators give you demands and no choices.
Desired outcome: Expect no help from Epson
wf-2860
I purchased this EPSON WF-2860 recently to replace a BRAND NEW Canon printer that became unusable due to a printer code that refused to clear. Now, this EPSON printer is giving me a problem with ink cartridges. I replaced the Black when it ran out a few weeks ago and was printing fine, then I allowed an EPSON upgrade 2/14/21. (X4WK135665)
Although it printed fine a day ago, today 3/13/21 the Yellow color cartridge was "unrecognized" and I was advised to reinstall it. After many tries, the printer would NOT recognize the color cartridge so I put in a brand new one, with an appreciable amount of ink still in the old one. Within five minutes, this printer decided the Magenta was unrecognizable, same story, with appreciable ink still in the cartridge. Five minutes later it wanted a new Cyan cartridge, same story with a good amount of ink still sloshing in the cartridge - -since I do VERY LITTLE color printing, only black printing.
So here I am with new cartridges in the printer, but three half-used color cartridges (202 standard, which is appropriate for WF-2860). There are no XL color cartridges available to my knowledge. I paid $79.00 for the printer and will exceed that in printer ink charges the first year. I don't know what is causing the 1/2 used cartridges to be rejected, even though they are regulation, full-price EPSON ink cartridges.
If EPSON is listening, you owe MANY of us free ink cartridges. When you shake a 202XL cartridge, there is a LOT of ink in it as it makes very little sloshing sound; when you shake a new 202 standard color cartridge, it sounds nearly empty, and when I was forced to replace the three color cartridges, they sounded like they did when new, plenty of ink still in them sloshing around. I am retired and living on a small Social Security monthly check, so there's no room for endless printer ink purchases.
Desired outcome: Coupons for replacement ink cartridges, since the machine is wasting plenty of good ink.
