First of all, there is no possibility to contact a person for support! You keep coming back to the same page without information. Even a Google search does not answer. The SW chooses the language, Dutch for heaven's sake! Not possible to change.
Since 15:00 (it is 17:16 now) the SW has been installing, well, it hasn't. It keeps hanging on "connection".
Not possibility to stop or add info myself.
Very, very disappointed that there is NO way to contact support.
First and last time I bought an Epson product. Probably will end, the printer, in the Mediterranean in front of my house. Better have thrown the money directly in the sea.

I printed 1 test page. Fine. Printed just in B&W after that, except for Nozzel Check (check, not clean) once every 2 weeks. When I replaced the black cartridge, the printer lcd screen said the 3 color cartridges were low or empty and had to be replaced in order to print. When I called Epson tech support, they told me that when you replace on cartridge, all cartridges are "initialized." I asked if this meant that I needed to replace 3 color cartridges foer every black i use. They said yes, that the computer is designed to use all 4 cartrides. I asked whey they sell seperate balck cartridges as well as 4-pack (b, m, y, c) kits. They said, I'm sorry, sir, that's the way the printer is designed. I asked if that was true for the entire Workforce product line. The said it was so for all multi-function Epson printers. This is designed to waste ink, not provide ink for good printing. It

WORST PRINTER I'VE EVER PURCHASED! I call it my $800 paper weight (ET8550). On our 4th printer since orig. purchase in Feb. MAYBE a total of 35-40 prints total on all 4 printers. They keep sending refurbished printers that are as bad or worse than the original. One of the didn't even power up. The warranty policies
I called support about my WorkForce Pro WF-3820 2 days ago and they told me that my warranty was no good because I used a compatible ink cartridge in it. I think that was so convenient since my warranty was going to be out on the 17th. I am 70 years old and have all Epson printers to use in my home office and craft room. This was a low thing to do.
I went with these printers because I thought the warranties were one of the best but apparently, I was bad mistaken.
Just wanted you guys to know, not that a old retired lady makes a difference. I will not recommend Epson at this point.

CONSTANT PRINTER FAILURE, SUBSEQUENT SERVICE FAILURE

Aware of the global excellence of the tech and product giant, Seiko Epson Corporation isn’t much comfort when all that technology comes to a halt in my work area. One of their popular printers has failed one of its customers as has customer service itself. My specific problem running this printer isn't available, as usual, its internal, operated by a novice technician. Yes, Epson Customer Support was unable to administer remedy to this recurring but identical problem with this otherwise wonderful product.
ISSUE: The first two years have been a wonderful experience with their product, consistently printing 150 color documents per week, give-or-take. Then about a month ago problems started to take hold and accumulate from the start of trace voids in my printing. Using the deep cleaning feature or regular, didn't matter, let the machine set for 10-15 minutes and its either heavily striped with voids or no output at all consistently, all the time, every time. Not until 2-quick head cleanings are performed which loads up the 'Maintenance Box' fully in short order. But to resume operation, this function is required to perform ordinary printing, all the time, every time.
Do remember, I'm the novice, you tell me how this is not a deliberate design feature within the scope of Epson’s machine programmed sequence?
Desired outcome: What does the manufacturer do here? I wouldn't say their product has outlived its usefulness!
Epson printer ecotank et-2800
I purchased this Epson printer (Epson Printer EcoTank ET-2800) from Staples on 2.23.22 for $255.88. By November of 2022, the printer broke when too many pieces of paper got stuck in the feeder. When notifying Epson, they said if I sent back the machine, it would be replaced with a new machine. They sent me a refurbished machine which broke starting late April, 2023 and I have been in constant contact with their technical support. First, tiny pieces of paper that got torn when printing and were stuck in the machine. There was no way to get them out of the internal guts of the machine as the machine doesn't open fully (only a 2-3 inch opening from the front side). Also, the words on the printed page were cut off on the top. They have tried to problem solve remotely using their printer "menu" however the printed pages still have blotches of ink and printing is crooked on the page. See sample attached. (I have called at a minimum 10 times over the last 9 days. They have had me clean the heads, etc. and I am using their Epson ink/refills.) My most recent reference number is #[protected].
They have told me they will replace the machine again. However, at this point I want a full refund for what I paid for this product. I don't have any faith in Epson products any longer and believe that any future machines they send me will have the same problems.
Desired outcome: Full refund paid to me for $255.88.
this printer doesnt print what the hell
ET4850
Bought this in summer 2022 to replace a good working Canon that uses too much ink. Due to moving, printer was put into storage until recent (Feb 2023) and besides needing an ink power flush to solve lines/fading, it prints well "when it prints"! I have been printing emailed pages and after two prints it just stops printing. If allowed to just sit idle for about 30 minutes, it will again print a couple of single email pages and then stop again. This is driving me absolute mad! Also, when I try to open the EPSON Photo programs, it will either just give a quick flash and not open. The other Photo program will begin to load and then an error code telling me that it cannot load due to a low memory issue.
Desired outcome: Provide with a solution to correct these issues and or Update with a working/compatible software OR Buy the machine back from me for what I paid for it.
Workforce es-300w complaints
In the last 24 months it has been difficult to keep my wireless connection between epson workforce es-300w and my wireless router. My router nor wireless internet service has changed. It suddenly works intermittently. None of my other wireless instruments ever get disconnected from my router. Is there a CD disc at very least to use? I follow directions. It's a chore to have to install then uninstall the program or to do it manually each time. I should not have to anyway.
This is truly frustrating and I expect more from epson and for the price I paid for this scanner 4 years ago.
Desired outcome: That I receive a program or DVD that will resolve the problem. If not, exchange with a Bluetooth or other more reliable model at no cost to me please.
I used to love and brag about this scanner. Now...well, let's just say, not for now.

I have an Epson Stylus PHOTO RX560 purchased a few years ago which still remains my go-to printer for the perfect photo print occasionally, although expensive to run. I have just bought a new Epson T0807 Hummingbird Genuine Multipack, from Amazon UK. (See attached pdf).
When inserted I get the error message “Cannot recognise ink cartridges”! After much cleaning of contacts and reinstalling I cannot get the machine to accept the ink. I have never experienced this before with this machine. I would appreciate any help you can give me.

I bought this printer for my small business. I needed it to print some brochures and the printer worked fine for maybe one month. After that, it had an error and was not able to grab the paper to print it. I called the customer service number and did the process they requested in order to determine if it needed to be returned. After doing all steps, they told me I had to ship the printer back and they would fix or replace it. They offered emailing me the shipping label with address. I have called so many times following up for the shipping label and address that I'm just so disappointed. They always say they sent it, even last time it was supposed to be sent to my address via mail with USPS. Never received it. It has been months going back and forward and they never do nothing different. I definitely NEVER again would buy something from this brand. I have reference numbers of multiple calls that i had made and when I call it doesn't matter to them. Very very very disappointed.
